Bontempi su Istalexit: "Usciremo, sarà una transizione morbida ma usciremo!"
Il Presidente della Repubblica commenta anche il colpo di stato socialista in Deltaria: "Evento gravissimo per la nazione che più di altre oggi ha esteso la sua influenza sulla MUN"


ROMULA - La Presidentessa della Repubblica Camilla Bontempi è ancora alla presa con la formazione del nuovo Governo, compito ostacolato dallo scioglimento all'indomani delle elezioni del Partito dei Verdi che ha vanificato la speranza del centro-sinistra di formare un governo di maggioranza.
Garofano, Segretario del Partito del Socialismo Istaliano, ha annunciato di aver contattato il Partito degli Agricoltori alla ricerca di un accordo, una soluzione sostenuta dalla Bontempi la quale ha però rassicurato sia i Nazionalidemocratici che i Liberali, soprattutto sul tema dell'Istalexit per il quale avevano proposto un governo di larghe intese con l'Alleanza Radicale.
La Bontempi ha infatti confermato che l'Istalia uscirà dalla MUN ma che non sarà una "hard Istalexit", come speravano i Nazionaldemocratici, ma piuttosto sarà presa la strada di un'uscita progressiva che prevederà l'istituzione di adeguati strumenti, diplomatici, politici ed economici, per una transizione il più indolore possibile.

Se il successo elettorale del centro-sinistra aveva fatto sperare il fronte opposto l'Istalexit, l'elezione della Bontempi alla Presidenza della Repubblica aveva invero affossato qualsiasi speranza di restare all'interno della più recente delle organizzazioni continentali Majatrane, per la quale il Presidente della Repubblica è e resta convintissimo, soprattutto all'indomani di un evento che è stato giudicato come gravissimo e terribilmente destabilizzante, ovvero il Colpo di Stato in Deltaria.
Il Presidente ha infatti espresso tutta la sua preoccupazione per la presa di potere dei militari guidati dagli elementi più intransigenti del partito attualmente al potere il Partito Popolare Socialista di Deltaria ed ha condannato la violenta insurrezione e l'arresto del governo democratico di Deltaria.
La Bontempi ha invitato la nuova dirigenza a rispettare i principi democratici ma allo stesso tempo ha sollevato seri timori nel vedere Deltaria venire "conquistata" da forze socialiste radicali, soprattutto, ricollegandosi alla questione della MUN, data l'attuale posizione di Deltaria all'interno dell'organizzazione come nazione più in vista ed attiva.

Proprio riguardo il colpo di Stato in Deltaria, la Bontempi ha annunciato l'intenzione di incontrarsi con i vertici del Governo Vanukeano, anch'essi decisamente preoccupati per il susseguirsi degli eventi in Deltaria, eventi che potrebbero avere ripercussioni anche nella vicina Jelbania dove alcune le entità statali confederate meridionali sono sotto l'egemonia Deltariana.

Voci di corridoio, infine, vorrebbero la Bontempi essersi espressa in privato in questo modo riguardo il colpo di stato e la MUN: "Dobbiamo restare a guardare un altro superstato socialista emergere in Majatra? Piuttosto che bruciasse Deltaria e tutta la MUN!"
Da Palazzo Quattroregni sono comunque giunte smentite riguardo simili esternazioni, indicandole come propaganda contro il Presidente che ha invero ribadito l'intenzione dell'Istalia di continuare a sviluppare i più cordiali rapporti possibili con il resto del continente per stabilire accordi bilaterali come anche tra le diverse organizzazioni continentali per una cooperazione il più possibile pacifica e fruttuosa e per mantenere una pace stabile e prospera.

The President of the Republic also comments on the socialist coup in Deltaria: "A very serious event for the nation which more than other now has increased its influence over the MUN"

ROMULA - The President of the Republic, Camilla Bontempi, is still working on the formation of the new government, a task hindered by the dissolution in the aftermath of the elections of the Green Party which has thwarted the hope of the center-left to form a majority government.
Garofano, Secretary of the Party of Istalian Socialism, has announced that he has contacted the Farmers' Party in search of an agreement, a solution supported by Bontempi which has reassured both the National Democrats and the Liberals, especially on the issue of Istalexit for which the latter parties had proposed a Grand Coalition government with the Radical Alliance.
Bontempi has in fact confirmed that Istalia will come out of the MUN but that it will not be a "hard Istalexit", as the National Democrats were hoping, but rather will be taken the road of a progressive exit that will provide for the establishment of adequate diplomatic, political and economical instruments and solutions for a transition as painless as possible.

If the electoral success of the center-left had made hoped those opposite to the Istalexit, the election of Bontempi to the Presidency of the Republic had indeed drowned any hope of remaining within the most recent of the Majatran continental organizations, for which the President of the Republic is and remains convinced, especially in the aftermath of an event that was judged as very serious and terribly destabilizing, namely the coup in Deltaria.
In fact, the President expressed all her concern for the taking of power by the military led by the most intransigent members of the currently ruling party, the Socialist People's Party of Deltaria and condemned the violent insurrection and the arrest of the democratic government of Deltaria.
Bontempi has invited the new leadership to respect the democratic principles but at the same time raised serious fears in seeing Deltaria come "conquered" by radical socialist forces, above all, reconnecting to the issue of MUN, given the current position of Deltaria within the organization as the more active and influential nation.

With regard to the coup d'état in Deltaria, Bontempi announced its intention to meet with the heads of the Vanukean Government, also very concerned about the succession of events in Deltaria, events that could have repercussions also in the neighboring Jelbania where some of the southern confederate state entities are under the Deltarian hegemony.

Lastly, rumors would have the Bontempi expressed in private in this way about the coup and the MUN: "We have to stay idly watching by while another socialist superstate is emerging in Majatra? I'd prefer to see burn Deltaria and all the MUN rather than see all this happen again!"
From Quattroregni Palace, however, the Presidency denied such expressions, indicating them as propaganda against the President who has indeed reaffirmed the intention of Istalia to continue to develop the most cordial relations possible with the rest of the continent to establish bilateral agreements as well as between the various continental organizations for the most peaceful and fruitful cooperation possible and to maintain a stable and prosperous peace.

Colpo di Stato in Deltaria: beni, servizi, compagnie ed investimenti Istaliani in fuga!
Con la presa di potere da parte dei Socialisti e dell'esercito, gli assets istaliani sono tra i primi a fuggire a gambe levate dal nuovo stato socialista pronto a porre buona parte dell'economia sotto lo stretto controllo statale


ROMULA - Si stanno facendo sentire i primi effetti della presa di potere dei socialisti in Deltaria, che stanno marciando a tappe serrate per l'edificazione di un regime a partito unico e conseguente riorganizzazione politica, sociale ma soprattutto economica dello Stato, una Federazione di Repubbliche Socialiste all'interno della quale lo Stato, e dunque il regime, estenderà massicciamente il suo controllo sull'intera economia.

Anche se non sono state annunciate nazionalizzazioni di massa, invero considerate come deleterie dalla stessa leadership socialista, quello che è certo è che l'intero sistema economico sarà comunque controllato e guidato dall'azione del Governo Centrale, una situazione che non piace assolutamente ad aziende e capitali Istaliani presenti in Deltaria.
Nonostante la crisi in casa, infatti, le grande multinazionali Istaliane hanno comunque approfittato della MUN e dell'area economica promossa dall'organizzazione per investire e crescere nelle nuove nazioni emergenti o re-emergenti majatrane e tra queste sicuramente nella più dinamica, Deltaria che, nonostante alti e bassi e quindi la crisi, si è barcamenata egregiamente negli ultimi due decenni attirando investimenti e capitali, soprattutto dalle maggiori nazioni industrializzate ovviamente.
Sicuramente la fuga di capitali di nazioni ed aziende estere rappresenterà un colpo durissimo per l'economia Deltariana e molti analisti già prevedono sforzi non indifferenti da parte del Governo Centrale per far fronte a questa fuga di capitali, liquidità, menti, etc..., sforzi che comunque, si esprimono sempre i maggiori esperti, potrebbero non essere sufficienti per impedire un terremoto economico nello stato centro-majatrano.
Tra gli investitori che più massicciamente hanno riversato ingenti somme in Deltaria risulta il Fondo Strategico d'Investimento Istaliano, il quale ha già annunciato il rientro di miliardi e miliardi di LIS da Deltaria anche se i vertici del Fondo Sovrano non hanno escluso l'apertura di un dialogo con le autorità socialiste di Čachtice, magari in cerca di modi per restare attiva in Deltaria nonostante il previsto sistema economico altamente diretto dallo Stato.
I vertici del Fondo, però, dovranno comunque rispondere in ultimo alla proprietà del Fondo, ovvero la Banca d'Istalia e soprattutto il Ministero delle Finanze, dunque al Governo Istaliano. L'attuale Capo dello Stato, Camilla Bontempi, ha già espresso le sue serissime preoccupazioni per la nuova realtà Deltariana e da Palazzo Quattroregni indiscrezioni vorrebbero il principale consigliere del Presidente della Repubblica, Riccado Massironi, sostenere l'adozione di una linea dura che preveda il totale disconoscimento del Governo Socialista Deltariano, la condanna della soppressione dei principi democratici, l'arbitraria persecuzione contro gli oppositori politici ed ovviamente denunciare le gravissime ripercussioni economiche e finanziarie che il Colpo di Stato Socialista avrà su tutto il continente.

Di tutt'altro avviso, probabilmente, sarà il Partito maggioritario della Sinistra, ovvero il Partito del Socialismo Istaliano, il quale ci si aspetta spingerà per un approccio morbido verso le nuove autorità socialiste anche se da vedere sarà la reazione all'instaurazione di un regime a partito unico e quindi l'abolizione e persecuzione di ogni altro movimento politico considerato come nemico dello stato socialista.
All'interno del secondo partito più grande della sinistra, l'Alleanza Radicale, invece, le reazioni sono state decisamente unanime e rivolte a condannare senza mezzi termini il Regime e sembrano appoggiare le posizioni di Massironi. Senza dubbio troveranno forti alleati tra le file del Partito Nazionale Democratico e tra i Liberal Democratici, da sempre e naturalmente anti-comunisti ed anch'essi memori della lunga contrapposizione tra la Majatra Libera e l'allora superstato comunista che era la Federazione Socialista Rivoluzionaria Majatrana (4213 - 4256).

Sul fronte della MUN, invece, la Bontempi potrebbe approfittare di questo eventi, come già accennato, per accelerare il processo di uscita dall'organizzazione mentre i vertici militari vedrebbero di buon occhio l'Alleanza Majatrana tornare ad essere lo scudo ed il baluardo della Democrazia e delle nazioni libere in Majatra.

Coup d'état in Deltaria: Istalian assets, services, companies and investments on the run!
With the seizure of power by the Socialists and the army, the istalian assets are among the first to flee from the new socialist state ready to put most of the economy under strict state control

ROMULA - The first effects of the takeover in Deltaria by part of the socialists are being felt, marching in tight stages for the construction of a single-party regime and the consequent political, social and above all economic reorganization of the State, a Federation of Socialist Republics within which the state, and thus the regime, will massively extend its control over the entire economy.

Even if mass nationalization has not been announced, indeed considered as harmful by the socialist leadership itself, what is certain is that the entire economic system will in any case be controlled and guided by the action of the Central Government, a situation that absolutely does not please companies and Istalian capitals present in Deltaria.
In fact, despite the crisis at home, the large Istalian multinationals have taken advantage of the MUN and the economic area promoted by the organization to invest and grow in new emerging or re-emerging majatran nations and certainly among them into the most dynamic, Deltaria, which, in spite of the ups and downs and then the crisis, it has mastered the past two decades attracting investments and capital, especially from the major industrialized nations of course.
Surely the capital flight of foreign nations and companies will represent a very hard blow for the Deltarian economy and many analysts already foresee considerable efforts by the Central Government to deal with this flight of capital, liquidity, minds, etc..., however this, says always the major experts, may not be enough to prevent an economic earthquake in the central-majatran state.
Among the investors who have heavily invested large sums in Deltaria is the Istalian Strategic Investment Fund, which has already announced the return of billions and billions of LIS from Deltaria even though the top management of the Sovereign Fund did not rule out the opening of a dialogue with the socialist authorities of Čachtice, perhaps looking for ways to remain active in Deltaria despite the planned economic system highly directed by the state.
The top management of the Fund, however, will have to respond in the end to the ownership of the Fund, ie the Bank of Istalia and above all the Ministry of Finance, therefore to the Istalian Government. The current Head of State, Camilla Bontempi, has already expressed his serious concerns for the new Deltarian reality and Quattroregni Palace indiscretions would like the most closer advisor of the President of the Republic, Riccado Massironi, support the adoption of a hard line that provides the total disavowal of the Deltarian Socialist Government, the condemnation of the suppression of democratic principles, the arbitrary persecution of political opponents and of course denouncing the serious economic and financial repercussions that the Socialist coup will have on the whole continent.

Of all other opinion, probably, it will be the majority party of the Left, the Party of Istalian Socialism, which is expected to push for a soft approach to the new socialist authorities even if we have to see what will be the reaction to the establishment of a one-party regime and therefore the abolition and persecution of every other political movement considered as an enemy of the socialist state.
Within the second largest party of the left, the Radical Alliance, on the other hand, the reactions were decidedly unanimous and aimed at condemning the regime blutly and seem to support Massironi's positions. No doubt they will find strong allies among the ranks of the Democratic National Party and among the Liberal Democrats, always and naturally anti-communist and also mindful of the long opposition between the Free Majatra and the then communist superstate that was the Majatran Revolutionary Socialist Federation (4213 - 4256).

On the MUN front, however, Bontempi could take advantage of these events, as already mentioned, to speed up the process of exit from the organization while the military leaders would like to see the Majatran Alliance return to being the shield and the bulwark of Democracy and of the free nations in Majatra.

Deltarian government calls for Deltarian companies to leave Istalia + MEAB warns both countries

La Presidenza contatta il Governo Deltariano: in vista un importante meeting
Dopo il panico ed il caos le autorità Istaliane si sono rivolte a quelle di Čachtice per discutere degli interessi istaliani in Deltaria: Istalia chiede un Accordo che protegga assets ed investimenti, altrimenti non una sola Lira restarà in Deltaria, che non può competere con il volume di investimenti Istaliani

ROMULA - Alla reazione del business Istaliano è seguita la ritorsione guidata dal Governo Deltariano che ha ordinato la cessazione delle attività economiche in Istalia e quindi il ritiro di investimenti e beni vari.
La Presidenza della Repubblica, non poco indispettita per un tale gesto pilotato in risposta di una reazione spontanea non dipesa dal Governo Istaliano, ha però reagito prendendo la strada della diplomazia e dando seguito alle richieste dei personaggi meno intransigenti vicino alla Bontempi che scoraggiavano una guerra commerciale in questo momento di difficoltà economiche e finanziarie.
Nonostante il Presidente della Repubblica perda il suo più fidato consigliere, Riccado Massironi, dimessosi al seguito della decisione della Bontempi, la Presidenza della Repubblica ha già ricevuto una risposta positiva da parte di Deltaria riguardo l'organizzazione di un meeting per stabilire chiaramente le relazioni tra investitori Istaliani e Federazione delle Repubbliche Socialiste Deltariane, meeting al quale prenderanno parte anche esponenti e rappresentanti del mondo imprenditoriale Istaliano.

Da parte sua, il Governo di Čachtice ha rassicurato Palazzo Quattroregni del fatto che non è intenzione del nuovo Governo Socialista nazionalizzare tutto il sistema economico ma solo i settori chiave e strategici, come servizi sociali ed il settore della difesa. I maggiori analisti, in Istalia, prevedono che le nazionalizzazioni interesseranno altri settori chiave, come trasporti, energia, risorse naturali, ma ciò non dovrebbe causare problemi eccessivi lasciando spazio ad investimenti esteri ed attività di sussidiarie di compagnie estere in Deltaria.
Da parte sua la Bontempi ha riconfermato quanto già espresso dal suo ufficio stampa:

La Presidenza della Repubblica resta e resterà sempre e comunque perplessa e preoccupata riguardo la degenerazione politica in Deltaria e riguardo l'attacco ai più basilari principi democratici condotto da Socialisti e Forze Armate, ma allo stesso tempo, bisogna rendersi conto della situazione delicata che sta attraversando Majatra ed il nostro paese e della convenienza di un conflitto commerciale che potrebbe incrinare i rapporti non solo tra Deltaria ed Istalia, nonché danneggiare l'economia ed il business Istaliani, ma influenzare tutto il continente.
È con senso di responsabilità nei confronti delle altre nazioni Majatrane e per tutelare gli interessi dei numerosi attori economici istaliani attivi in Deltaria che ho preso la decisione di incontrare i vertici del nuovo Governo Socialista di Čachtice nella speranza di stabilire un Accordo che tuteli gli investimenti e gli assets Istaliani presenti nella neo fondata Federazione delle Repubbliche Socialiste Deltariane.

Da parte di Čachtice, però, ci attendiamo un immediato dietrofront riguardo la decisione presa dal governo centrale che ha "invitato" investimenti e business Deltariano a lasciare l'Istalia, un'azione messa in campo come rappresaglia per una reazione invece spontanea di compagnie e investitori Istaliani, reazione non guidata o stimolata dal Governo Istaliano ma in verità una genuina reazione di timore nei confronti dell'emergere di un regime comunista.

Restiamo comunque fiduciosi nei confronti del Governo Deltariano affinché prenderà tutte le misure del caso per porre fine a questa ritorsione economica e diplomatica pilotata dall'alto ed affinché partecipi al meeting con senso di cooperazione e disponibilità.

The Presidency contacts the Deltarian government: in view of an important meeting
After the panic and chaos the Istalian authorities have turned to those of Čachtice to discuss the istalian interests in Deltaria: Istalia calls for an agreement to protect assets and investments, otherwise not a single Lira will remain in Deltaria, which can not compete with the volume of Istalian investments

ROMULA - The reaction of the Istalian business was followed by the retaliation led by the Deltarian government that ordered the cessation of economic activities in Istalia and therefore the withdrawal of investments and various assets.
The Presidency of the Republic, quite piqued for such a driven gesture in response to a spontaneous reaction not depended on by the Istalian government, reacted however by taking the path of diplomacy and followed the requests of the less intransigent people near Bontempi that discouraged a commercial war in this moment of economic and financial difficulties.
Although the President of the Republic lost his most trusted advisor, Riccardo Massironi, who resigned following the decision of Bontempi, the Presidency of the Republic has already received a positive response from Deltaria regarding the organization of a meeting to clearly establish the relations between Istalian investors and the Federation of Deltarian Socialist Republics, a meeting which will also be attended by representatives of the Istalian entrepreneurial world.

For its part, the Government of Čachtice has reassured Quattroregni Palace that it is not the intention of the new Socialist Government to nationalize the whole economic system but only the key and strategic sectors, such as social services and the defense sector. The major analysts, in Istalia, expect that the nationalizations will affect other key sectors, such as transport, energy, natural resources, but this should not cause excessive problems, leaving room for foreign investments and subsidiaries of foreign companies in Deltaria.
For its part, Bontempi reconfirmed what was already expressed by its press office:

The Presidency of the Republic remains and will always be, however, perplexed and worried about the political degeneration in Deltaria and about the attack on the most basic democratic principles conducted by Socialists and Armed Forces, but at the same time we must realize the delicate situation that is going through Majatra and our country and the convenience of a trade conflict that could undermine relations not only between Deltaria and Istalia, as well as damaging the economy and the Istalian business, but influencing the whole continent.
It is with a sense of responsibility towards the other Majatran nations and to protect the interests of the numerous Istalian economic actors active in Deltaria that I have made the decision to meet the leaders of the new Socialist Government of Čachtice in the hope of establishing an agreement that protects investments and the Istalian assets present in the newly founded Federation of Deltarian Socialist Republics.

On the part of Čachtice, however, we expect an immediate turnaround on the decision taken by the central government that has "invited" Deltarian investments and business to leave Istalia, an action put in place as retaliation for a spontaneous reaction of Istalian companies and investors, reaction not guided or stimulated by the Istalian government but in truth a genuine reaction of fear towards the emergence of a communist regime.

However, we remain confident of the Deltarian government to take all appropriate measures to end this piloted economic and diplomatic retaliation from above and to participate in the meeting with a sense of cooperation and availability.

Deltaria confirms talks and agreement, dissaproves of condescending tone

Condanna Istaliana per Deltaria: "non spetta a Deltaria decidere in nome del popolo Jelbaniano! La MUN, inoltre, rischia di divenire il Rosso Braccio Internazionale di Deltaria!"
Il Presidente Bontempi, a seguito dell'instaurazione coatta della Repubblica Popolare Democratica di Jelbania, ha annunciato sanzioni contro Deltaria, il prossimo invio di truppe in Jelbania al fianco delle forze Vanukeane e quindi ha presentato il grande piano di ripresa dell'Alleanza Majatrana

ROMULA - Vanificati tutti gli sforzi per instaurare un dialogo con Deltaria e stabilire le regole per il commercio e le relazioni economiche con l'Istalia: il Presidente Bontempi ha infatti condannato categoricamente le azioni del Governo di Deltaria, considerato responsabile di aver instaurato in modo coatto ed unilaterale una dittatura socialista monopartitica nel sud di Jelbania, un vero e proprio stato fantoccio creato ad hoc dalle forze di occupazione Deltariane, condannate anche per aver arbitrariamente innalzato barriere fisiche lungo i confini della nuova entità socialista e di aver distrutto l'unità politica, sociale e demografica del Paese.

A seguito della Condanna è stata presentata una proposta presidenziale in Parlamento per l'instaurazione di sanzioni contro Deltaria ed un embargo totale e quindi per l'invio di un Gruppo Aero-Navale che trasporterà circa 18 mila uomini, nonché mezzi ed equipaggiamento di vario genere, che andranno ad affiancare le forze militari già presenti in loco del Regno di Vanuku.
Proprio al seguito di serrati contatti con Vanuku, seriamente preoccupata per l'evoluzione della situazione in Jelbania, il Presidente Bontempi ha preso la decisione di porre fine a tutti i dialoghi fin ora intavolati con Čachtice e quindi di agire prontamente per sanzionare Deltaria e per proteggere il resto del territorio Jelbaniano.

Contemporaneamente, il Capo dello Stato ha definitivamente scaricato anche qualsiasi prospettiva di cooperazione con la MUN, all'interno della quale ormai restano solo Deltaria, Jelbania, Vanuku e l'altamente isolazionista Pontesi. Con Vanuku pronto a lasciare l'organizzazione, essa potrebbe divenire definitivamente il Rosso braccio internazionale di Deltaria. Per questo il Presidente si è deciso a presentare un progetto di uscita definitiva dalla MUN e di ripresa dell'Alleanza Majatrana, che, come ha dichiarato la Presidenza, tornerà ad essere "lo Scudo della Majatra Libera e Democratica".
Il Piano, però, presenta numerose novità e prevede la creazione di un Trattato Integrativo dell'Alleanza Majatrana che prevederà numerose novità, come:
- L'instituzione di un'Assemblea Generale dell'Alleanza Majatrana basata sull'idea della MUNGA ma che avrà un ruolo consultivo e propositivo.
- La trasformazione della Commissione Esecutiva Comune Alleata "nell'Alto Consiglio dell'Alleanza Majatrana", dove i Capi di Stato/Governo ed i Ministri degli Stati Membri continueranno a riunirsi in base all'argomento trattato.
- La creazione della Commissione Alleata Majatrana formata da Commissari scelti dall'Alto Consiglio e confermati dall'Assemblea Generale e che diverrà il nuovo "Esecutivo" dell'Alleanza.
- la riforma dell'Autorità Comune Alleata per la Finanza che diverrà "l'Autorità Comune Alleata per il Coordinamento, la Stabilizzazione e la Supervisione Finanziaria" che dovrà prima di tutto ristabilire il sistema MACU, integrarlo con alcune delle novità proposte per il MEN della MUN e quindi ridare stabilità e credibilità al sistema finanziario dell'Alleanza, che vedrà la Lira Istaliana ed il Vanuku divenire le colonne portanti del nuovo sistema. Inoltre la nuova Autorità sarà anche responsabile di supervisionare quella che sarà la più importante delle iniziative comuni i cui promotori principali saranno proprio Istalia e Vanuku, ovvero l'istituzione di un Fondo Strategico dell'Alleanza che sarà finanziato da: i Fondi Sovrani di Istalia e Vanuku prima di tutto, qualsiasi altra istituzione finanziaria pubblica degli altri paesi membri (compresi altri Fondi Sovrani, ma anche Banche, Istituti Finanziari, di credito, assicurativi, etc... e Fondazioni di vario genere, quindi da contribuzioni dirette degli Stati membri. Saranno inoltre rilanciati sul mercato i nuovi Bond Comuni dell'Alleanza Majatrana (MACBond).
Le iniziative economiche sopra descritte, dice la Presidenza, ridaranno la spinta per la definitiva ripresa economica del continente e garantiranno insieme alla ripresa dell'economia reale anche stabilità al settore finanziario.

Infine, altre grande novità proposta dalla Presidenza Istaliana, c'è l'Istituzione dell'Autorità Comune Alleata per la Difesa e la Sicurezza, che si occuperà di supervisionare, organizzare e coordinare l'attività di:
- Forza di Reazione Rapida Alleata Majatrana
- Forza di Mantenimento della Pace Alleata Majatrana
- Forza per il Contrato al Terrorismo Alleata Majatrana (formata da Forze di poliza e gendarmeria degli Stati membri)

Vanuku ha già risposto positivamente riguardo le proposte del Presidente della Repubblica Istaliana, la quale ha incaricato il Ministero degli Esteri di redigere il Trattato Integrativo che però, poi, dovrà essere sottoposto all'approvazione dei Parlamenti degli Stati membri. Chi degli Stati Membri non ratificherà il Trattato Integrativo, sarà considerato come un "Membro Junior" dell'Alleanza ed avrà limitate capacità all'interno della essa, soprattutto potranno partecipare solo alle riunioni dell'Alto Consiglio e nemmeno in tutte le sue configurazioni, nessun rappresentante potrà essere eletto nell'Assemblea Generale e non potranno proporre Commissari dalle loro nazioni o avere un ruolo nella nomina della Commissione dell'Alleanza Majatrana, inoltre avranno un accesso limitato alle risorse dell'Alleanza, almeno soltanto a quelle stabilite precedentemente il Trattato Integrativo, ma soprattutto non avranno voce in capitolo nella gestione della difesa comune restando comunque vincolati all'obbligo di intervento in difesa di qualsiasi membro in caso di attacco.

President Bontempi, following the forced establishment of the People's Democratic Republic of Jelbania, announced sanctions against Deltaria, the upcoming dispatch of troops in Jelbania alongside the Vanukean forces and then presented the grand recovery plan for the Majatran Alliance

ROMULA - Vanified all efforts to establish a dialogue with Deltaria and establish the rules for trade and economic relations with Istalia: President Bontempi has in fact condemned categorically the actions of the Government of Deltaria, considered responsible for having forcibly and unilaterally established a one-party socialist dictatorship in the south of Jelbania, a real puppet state created ad hoc by the Deltarian occupation forces, also condemned for arbitrarily raising physical barriers along the borders of the new socialist entity and destroying political, social and demographic unity of the country.

Following the condemnation, a presidential proposal was presented in Parliament for the establishment of sanctions against Deltaria and a total embargo and therefore for the dispatch of a Air-Naval Group which will transport about 18 thousand troops, as well as vehicles and equipment of various kinds , which will go to support the military forces already present on the spot of the Kingdom of Vanuku.
Following close contacts with Vanuku, seriously worried about the evolution of the situation in Jelbania, President Bontempi made the decision to put an end to all the dialogues initiated with Čachtice and then to act promptly to sanction Deltaria and to protect the rest of the Jelbanian territory.

At the same time, the Head of State has also definitively dumped any prospect of cooperation with the MUN, in which only Deltaria, Jelbania, Vanuku and the highly isolating Pontesi remain. With Vanuku ready to leave the organization, it could definitively become Deltaria's international Red Arm. This is why the President decided to present a final exit project from MUN and the resumption of the Majatran Alliance, which, as the Presidency declared, will once again become the "Shield of the Free and Democratic Majatra".
The Plan, however, presents numerous innovations and provides for the creation of an Integrative Treaty of the Majatran Alliance which will include numerous innovations, such as:
- The establishment of a Majatran Alliance General Assembly (MAGA) based on the idea of ​​MUNGA but which will have a consultative and propositive role.
- The transformation of the Allied Common Executive Commission into the "High Council of the Majatran Alliance", where the Heads of State/Government and the Ministers of the Member States will continue to meet on the basis of the topic under discussion.
- The creation of the "Allied Majatrana Commission" formed by Commissioners chosen by the High Council and confirmed by the General Assembly and which will become the new "Executive" of the Alliance.
- the reform of the Allied Common Authority for Finance which will become the "Allied Common Authority for Financial Coordination, Stabilization and Overseeing" which will first of all re-establish the MACU system, integrate it with some of the new proposals for the MUN's MEN and therefore restore stability and credibility to the Alliance's financial system, which will see the Istalian Lira and the Vanuku become the pillars of the new system. In addition, the new Authority will also be responsible for overseeing what will be the most important of the joint initiatives whose main promoters will be Istalia and Vanuku, namely the establishment of an "Alliance Strategic Fund" to be financed by: the Sovereign Funds of Istalia and Vanuku first of all, any other public financial institution of the other member countries (including other Sovereign Funds, but also Banks, Financial, Credit, Insurance, Institutes, etc...) and Foundations of various kinds, then direct contributions from Member States. The new Majatran Alliance Common Bonds (MACBond) will also be relaunched on the market.
The economic initiatives described above, says the Presidency, will restore the thrust for the definitive economic recovery of the continent and guarantee, together with the recovery of the real economy, also stability to the financial sector.

Finally, other great innovations proposed by the Istalian Presidency, there is the Establishment of the "Allied Common Authority for Defense and Security", which will oversee, organize and coordinate the activities of:
- Majatran Allied Rapid Reaction Force
- Majatran Allied Peacekeeping Force
- Majatran Allied Counter-Terrorism Force (formed by police and gendarmerie forces of the nation members)

Vanuku has already responded positively to the proposals of the President of the Istalian Republic, which has instructed the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to draft the Integrative Treaty which, however, must be submitted to the approval of the Parliaments of the Member States. Those of the Member States which will not ratify the Integrative Treaty will be considered as a "Junior Member" of the Alliance and will have limited capacities within it, above all they will be able to participate only in meetings of the High Council and not even in all its configurations, no representative will be able to be elected into the General Assembly and they won't can propose Commissioners from their nations or have a role in the appointment of the Majatran Alliance Commission. they will have limited access to the Alliance's resources, at least only those established previously in the Integrative Treaty, but above all they will not have a say in the management of the common defense while remaining bound by the obligation to intervene in defense of any member in the event of an attack.

During an interview with Lilli Gubert, famous journalist of the LaSiesta channel, Gioia Garofani, the PdSI secretary, talked about important issues in the political scenery of these months:
"As you said previously, Miss Gubert, our party refused to join the coalition presented by President Bontempi.
