La cerimonia si è tenuta nella piazza principale del nuovo "Polo Majatrano per gli Studi Storico-Etnografici", annunciato pochi mesi dopo il terremoto dall'attuale Capogruppo alla Camera Amina Bengazi, presidente dell'Associazione delle Comunità della Tollarenza che, oltre al Polo Storico ha fondato negli anni altre comunità dedicate alla ricerca, soprattutto sociologica e politica.
Il sindaco ha dichiarato che la città è fiera di poter ospitare un tale Centro di Ricerca, che ha definito come un nuovo Tempio della Memoria per un intero continente. Il Polo Storico-Etnografico, infatti, non solo ospiterà uno dei più grandi centri di studio e di ricerca sulla storia delle civilizzazioni di Majatra, ma ospiterà anche un museo permanente, spazi per esposizioni temporanee e quindi una grande biblioteca dedicata alla raccolta degli scritti dell'epoca antica.
Già oggi oltre 2500 studiosi da tutta Majatra lavorano al Polo di ricerca che, benché fondato come una fondazione privata, si è posto volontariamente sotto il controllo del Ministero dell'Istruzione e della Cultura, associandosi anche con i Dipartimenti di Storia, Archeologia e Lingue Antiche della locale Università Statale di Angona.
Subito dopo il sindaco è intervenuto il Direttore del Polo Storico-Etnografico, Roberto Angela, ex presidente della facoltà di Storia dell'Università Enrico Bergson di Romula e tra i maggiori esperti mondiali di Storia Antica Majatrana.
Angela ha espresso la fiducia per il futuro del Polo e la sua convinzione nel vederlo diventare uno dei principali centri di studio delle civiltà majatrane in tutto il continente, puntando a collaborare con gli altri grandi centri di ricerca e musei di Majatra. Il Direttore, proprio parlando di cooperazioni internazionali, ha anche annunciato che tra i prossimi progetti in vista ce n'è uno dedicato alle lingue neoseluciane che coinvolgerà anche quattro musei e due università istaliane e per il quale sarà richiesta una partnership con esperti ed autorità seluciani come anche Zardici, Canrillesi, Egeliani, Baltusiani e Gaduri. Sarà inoltre richiesta la partecipazione anche dei più importanti istituti internazionali dedicati allo studio delle lingue e delle etnie. In vista di un tale ricerca il Polo ha innaugurato una mostra temporanea dedicata proprio alla colonizzazione seluciana, una delle più importanti ed influenti dei tempi antichi.
Roberto AngelaInfine è intervenuto il Ministro dell'Istruzione e della Cultura, Juliana Vespa-Baldassare, che ha indicato il Polo Etnografico come l'ennesima dimostrazione dell'attenzione dell'Istalia per la Cultura ed ha anche sottolineato la grande riuscita di una perfetta cooperazione tra pubblico e privati. Inoltre, ha annunciato che lo Stato si occuperà di costruire e gestire un campus per gli studenti ed i ricercatori stranieri che verranno a lavorare ed a formarsi nell'istituto. Al riguardo, proprio Amina Bengazi, ovviamente presente alla cerimonia come Presidente delle Comunità della Tolleranza, ha dichiarato che l'Alleanza Radicale proporrà al Governo di lanciare un'iniziativa di fronte all'Alleanza Majatrana per promuovere programmi di scambio tra studenti universitari. Ad oggi esiste già il
Patto Majatrano per l'Opportunità all'Educazione, ma la Bengazi ha dichiarato che servirà uno strumento ancora più efficiente ed esteso, un vero e proprio programma di scambio universitario tra studenti organizzato e finanziato dall'Alleanza Majatrana.

Angona reborn and the new Majatran Pole for Historical and Ethnographic Studies is ready to become Istalian excellenceThe research center founded by the Association of the "Communities of Tolerance", according to researchers already in business, could become one of the most important research centers about the history of the Majatran peoples and societiesANGONA - With a solemn ceremony, the mayor of Angona has finally declared the end of the great reconstruction work of the city struck years ago by one of the most devastating earthquakes in recent history of Istalia.
The ceremony was held in the main square of the new "Majatran Pole for Historical and Ethnographic Studies", announced a few months after the earthquake by the current AR's Whip of the Chamber Amina Bengazi, president of the Association of the Communities of Tollerance which, in addition to the Historic and Ethnografic Center has founded over the years other communities dedicated to research, especially sociological and political ones.
The mayor has declared that the city is proud of being able to host such a Research Center, which he defined as a new Temple of Memory for an entire continent. In fact, the Historical and Ethnographic Center will not only host one of the largest centers of study and research on the history of the Majatran civilizations, but will also host a permanent museum, temporary exhibition spaces and a large library dedicated to the works of the ancient era.
Already today, over 2500 scholars from all over Majatra work at the research center which, although founded as a private foundation, has voluntarily placed itself under the control of the Ministry of Education and Culture, also associating with the Departments of History, Archeology and Ancient Languages of the local State University of Angona.
Immediately after the mayor, the Director of the Historical and Ethnographic Pole, Roberto Angela, former president of the faculty of History of the Enrico Bergson University of Romula and among the world's leading experts in Ancient Majatrana History, spoke.
Angela expressed his confidence in the future of the Pole and his conviction in seeing it become one of the main centers of study of the majatran civilizations throughout the continent, aiming to collaborate with the other major research centers and museums of Majatra. The Director, speaking of international cooperation, has also announced that among the next projects in view there is one dedicated to the Neo-Selucian languages that will also involve four Istalian museums and two universities and for which a partnership with Selucian's experts and authorities will be required as well as with Zardic's, Canrillaise's, Egelian's, Baltusian's and Gaduri's. The participation of the most important international institutes dedicated to the study of languages and ethnic groups will also be required. In view of such research, the Pole has inaugurated a temporary exhibition dedicated to the Selucian colonization, one of the most important and influential of ancient times.
Finally, the Minister of Education and Culture, Juliana Vespa-Baldassare, intervened, who indicated the Historical and Ethnographic Pole as yet another demonstration of the attention of Istalia for the Culture and also underlined the great success of a perfect cooperation between the public and private. In addition, he announced that the state will be in charge of building and managing a campus for foreign students and researchers who will come to work and study at the institute. In this regard, Amina Bengazi, obviously present at the ceremony as President of the Communities of Tolerance, said that the Radical Alliance will propose to the Government to launch an initiative within the Majatran Alliance to promote exchange programs among university students. To date, the Majatran Education Opportunity Pact already exists, but Bengazi has declared that it will need an even more efficient and extensive tool, an university exchange program between students organized and financed by the Majatran Alliance.
