Il Ministero degli Affari Interni è ormai ad oltre l'80% degli scrutini ed il vantaggio della leader del PSLI è già da venti minuti stabile intorno al 57%. Alle 4.18 il Ministero comunica la fine degli scrutini e rilascia i risultati definitivi:

Nella sede del PSLI, già inebriato dai parziali, scoppia la festa e subito iniziano i preparativi per il primo discorso di Eleonora Antani come Presidentessa eletta. Il Tempo di togliersi il pratico piumino ed un passaggio al trucco che alla mezza si presenta alle telecamere attorniata dai sostenitori, davanti ad un pannello ricoperto da simboli del PSLI e dominato da una gigantografia di Alessandro Senna.

Prima di tutto, ringrazio il popolo istaliano per la fiducia che mi è stata oggi riconosciuta, inoltre, al di là dei passati scontri, attriti e contrapposizioni, voglio assicurare sia ai nostri avversari politici come anche ai sostenitori del PSLI, sia al popolo d'Istalia che sarò la Presidentessa di tutti! Questa è l'eredità che il Presidente Senna ci ha lasciato, questo il dovere e questo l'esempio. Naturalmente, la popolazione ha chiaramente espresso cosa vuole e chi vuole che governi la nazione, ovvero le forze del progresso, le forze della libertà, le forze di un Istalia moderna che guarda con speranza al futuro. Non possiamo comunque chiudere gli occhi di fronte all'elettorato che anche per nostre responsabilità abbiamo deluso e che è fuggita altrove a cercare risposte ed è per questo che come Presidente della Repubblica sarà mio dovere comprendere come tendere una mano a costoro. Ovviamente il pensiero va subito ai cittadini del Trivendito ai quali assicuro che sarà tra i miei principali obbiettivi trovare soluzioni per questo momento di difficoltà. Da domani mi metterò immediatamente al lavoro per valutare e comprendere la situazione vigente nelle camere i cui risultati definitivi usciranno a breve, da ciò trarrò le mie conclusioni per iniziare la formazione di un governo che possa rispondere alle necessità d'Istalia

Eleonora Antani, ricordiamo 17a Presidentessa della storia Istaliana, che inizialmente aveva cercato di evitare qualsiasi riferimento ai Popolari ed ai risultati parziali che vedevano il PPI già ampiamente come primo partito, quando infine dovette affrontare le inevitabili domande, così ha risposto ai giornalisti:

il caro Mario credo abbia poco da esultare, siamo consci di aver deluso molti nostri elettori, sia a causa della crisi parlamentare, sia quando abbiamo accettato di concedere elezioni anticipate sia naturalmente a causa dello scandalo per corruzione avvenuto in Trivendito, ma proprio per questo il PPI sappia che il suo risultato elettorale è figlio di un voto di protesta ed è per questo che il PSLI è convinto che lavorando e venendo incontro alle esigenze dei nostri cittadini dimostrerà quanto il PPI sia, ora, un "grande e grosso gigante" coi piedi d'argilla

Parole dure quelle della ormai Presidentessa Antani, che anche in questa occasione non fa mistero della datata animosità nei confronti di Adinolsi, probabilmente l'ennesimo lascito di Alessandro Senna al suo erede e successore che lasciato infine i giornalisti si è ritirata negli ambienti riservati della sede del PSLI.

Delle indiscrezioni non confermate hanno diffuso la notizia dell'arrivo verso le 4.45 alla sede dei Social Liberali di una macchina che è velocemente sparita oltre l'ingresso del cortile interno dell'edificio; all'interno sembra essere stata intravista Carla Verdi, la giovane e bella compagna ed ora anche collega di partito di Marco Baratti, nuovo leader di LDE dopo che un congresso straordinario indetto all'annuncio delle elezioni ha chiesto le dimissioni di Nadir Shah da Segretario Nazionale e il ritiro per molti altri membri del partito di diversi incarichi interni.

Dopo oltre 20 minuti di applausi i lavori del Congresso sono ripresi con le varie mozioni. Infine, al momento della votazione, su tutte ha prevalso la linea di Giorgia Neloni, la quale è stata appoggiata dal 68% dei rappresentanti.

La Marina Militare si dice estremamente soddisfatta della nuova classe di fregate costruite nei cantieri della Leonardi-Kostandian Bay Maritime di Genevia, una grande prova per la società cantieristica che annuncia la volontà di portare sotto totale controllo istaliano il resto dell'attività.

A tal riguardo il Ministro della Difesa Clemente ha fatto sapere che il Ministero è intenzionato a mantenere le promesse fatte da Senna qualsiasi sarà il destino del Trattato di Amicizia, Collaborazione ed Alleanza Strategica con la Repubblica Democratica di Solentia, già ratificato dall'Istalia ma che sta trovando notevoli difficoltà in Solentia a causa della notevole frammentazione politica che ancora dopo mesi pone serie difficoltà anche per la creazione di un governo.

ammetto che è stato un colpo fortissimo, una notizia che non mi sarei mai aspettato anche perché ci siamo visti da lui solo tre settimane fa! L'ho visto... bene, stava bene, come ogni volta che lo vedevo da quando aveva ufficialmente lasciato la politica, finalmente aggiungerei! Da quando l'ho conosciuto Alessandro è sempre stato spinto da un fuoco dentro di sé, glielo si poteva vedere negli occhi! Un ardore che lo portava a mettere tutto se stesso in quel che faceva. Quante volte glielo avrò detto questo solo Dio lo sa, ma ovviamente non mi ha mai ascoltato, né da parlamentare, né da Primo Ministro, né da Presidente.
Durante la Guerra Civile era sempre il primo a svegliarsi e l'ultimo a coricarsi e devo dire che più di una volta giunsi quasi alle mani con lui, quello scellerato che rischiò pallottole e bombe. Saprete tutti di come entrò in città mentre ancora a Romula si combatteva? Ebbene, avevo dato ordine all'intera divisione che lo seguiva di non permettere assolutamente che facesse nulla di avventato... parole al vento! Convinse tutti gli uomini, dal primo all'ultimo, e si gettò nella mischia! Quando mi chiamò gli chiesi infuriato dove fosse e lui tutto tranquillo mi rispose "al Palazzo Presidenziale! Abbiamo preso Battisti, la guerra è finita".
Lo stesso ardore e lo stesso carisma lo mantenne degli anni nella difesa della Libertà e della Tolleranza, era con quello che riusciva a trasportare intere platee quando parlava ed ovviamente lo mise nel contrastare Adinolsi ed il ritorno dei Popolari ed è per questo che non mi stupisco se alla fine lo abbia sconfitto per ben due volte... è per questo che non mi sono mai stupito di vedere quanto la gente lo amasse.

Parole cariche di ammirazione ed affetto da parte di Albertini, parole ampiamente condivisibili da tutte le forze politiche e che esprimono sicuramente il sentimento della stragrande maggioranza degli Istaliani.
I Funerali di Stato saranno tenuti a Romula nella Chiesa di Tutti gli Angeli, per tre giorni la salma sarà esposta nella camera ardente allestita al Palazzo Presidenziale, anche se è stato già annunciato che la popolazione avrà la possibilità di rendere omaggio all'ex Presidente anche lungo il percorso verso la Chiesa, che secondo le previsioni richiederà un non indifferente organizzazione e schieramento di forze per l'afflusso di persone che ci si aspetta giungeranno da tutta Istalia.

Vincevano al Congresso, sì, ma le maglie cominciavano a tendersi. Adonolsi riuscì poi nel miracolo: tenere tre fronti aperti per pacificare l'aria: Popolari, Liberal e Socialisti uniti nel nome della Riforma Presidenziale. Scommessa vinta: fatta la Riforma, tutti contenti. Ma poi eccoci daccapo: finito Adinolsi, riappare la macchia: il Congresso si spacca, i renzani minacciano lo scisma e i liberal a battere cassa. Sul disastro imminenti gli anziani senatori si radunano e salvano il salvabile: eleggere un segretario che riesca a tenere il timone nella tempesta. Socialisti e Popolari strizzano l'occhio alla Neloni: scuola renzana, formazione di stampo nazional-repubblicana con accenti no-global. Un nome che piace, a loro. I Liberal, invece, storcono il naso. Si va alla conta: alla Neloni un punteggio che sfiora il 70%, con i Liberal però compatti a fare la fronda e superare il 20%.



Alla "donna della provvidenza" l'arduo compito di tenere insieme il vestito del partito, senza rischiare strappi. Le sue prime mosse sono state tutte in continuità con Adinolsi, tranne che sui provvedimenti volti ad inasprire i controlli alla frontiera. Qui si è accesa una miccia: più controlli, più attenzione alle frontiere, tariffe sui prodotti di interesse nazionale, ovvero meno libertà di mercato. I Liberal hanno reagito: alea iacta est, si è sentito dire nei corridoi del quartier generale del partito. L'onorevole Battaglia, anziano senatore di scuola liberal di inossidabile stampo Bergsoniano e Montesemoliano, ha radunato i suoi e annunciato in Commissione di voler presentare un Manifesto-shock direttamente in aula. E così è accaduto. In Aula egli ha affermato: "Per il bene del partito esponiamo il nostro credo liberista e lo poniamo al voto. Un tempo su questi punti non c'era discussione nel PPI. Quel tempo, per noi, deve tornare".
La Neloni ha richiesto il voto compatto per il sì. La priorità, si dice, è tenere insieme il partito. La corrente nazional-popolare sembra però essere amareggiata e con essa l'intera famiglia degli Adinolsiani, cioè il 70% del Congresso. Come andrà a finire? Riuscirà la Neloni a tenere insieme il partito? Ci sarà una "conta" che vedrà una nuova svolta Liberal del partito? E se sarà, che fine farà la Neloni con il suo slogan: "Nazionalizziamo le banche, chiudiamo le frontiere, alziamo le bandiere"?

Allestita la camera ardente al Palazzo Presidenziale, da quattro giorni a Romula giunge gente da tutta Istalia per rendere omaggio al Presidente, sistemato nella Sala d'Oro del Palazzo, che ordinatamente in lunghe file hanno aspettato anche tre o quattro ore in fila.

Domenica mattina il feretro ha lasciato il Palazzo Presidenziale ed ha attraversato la città fino alla chiesa lungo un percorso gremito di persone, in molti punti si è dovuto sistemare transenne e cordoni di sicurezza per contenere la folla. Un drappo della Regione Sarregna è stato accostato a quello istaliano durante l'uscita dal Palazzo Presidenziale, posto sulla bara dal Governatore della Regione per presentare i rispetti della Regione che l'ex presidente tanto amò.

Quando l'autofunebre è giunta nella piazza antistante la Chiesa di Tutti gli Angeli un lungo applauso ha accompagnato il Presidente fino all'interno, trasportato da un drappello della Guardia Nazionale che ha sfilato portando anche il berretto del Presidente di quando prestò servizio nell'Arma. La cerimonia ha visto stringersi intorno alla famiglia le Istituzioni della Repubblica con tutte le forze politiche mentre all'esterno la piazza gremita ha mostrato come tutti gli Istaliani si siano uniti al dolore.
Dopo la cerimonia di stato i familiari soltanto hanno seguito il feretro al Cimitero del Serraglio ma anche lì numerose persone si sono accalcate intorno al cordone di sicurezza organizzato dalla Guardia Presidenziale per permettere alla famiglia di piangerlo durante l'inumazione in via privata.

ROMULA - Sono delle elezioni rosse per l'Istalia e per la Presidentessa Eleonora Antani che è stata riconfermata alla testa del Paese.
Sembra però che la rielezione sia passata in secondo piano di fronte al risultato di Lavoro, Democrazia, Ecologia, primo partito ed alla testa di un'ampia maggioranza in Parlamento grazie al partito del Presidente.

Popolari per l'Istalia: Giorgia Neloni, PPI: 19,977,823 - 39.49%

Partito Social Liberale Istaliano: 10,691,703 - 21.95%
(collettivamente LDE e PSLI in coalizione hanno ricevuto 30,203, 558 voti ovvero il 62% delle preferenze).

Dunque possiamo ben dire che durante queste elezioni abbiamo assistito non solo alla riconferma ed all'aumento, a questo punto per ben 4 elezioni consecutive, delle tendenze progressiste della popolazione, ma abbiamo anche e soprattutto visto come le difficoltà delle politiche economiche liberali di questi anni hanno generato una reazione della popolazione che torna a guardare al governo ed allo stato per avere risposte a necessità, richieste, esigenze, ecc...
Ma il successo di LDE è stato sicuramente anche favorito dalle spaccature interne avvenute in entrambi i partiti PSLI e PPI.
Nel PPI la virata liberale apparentemente presa dalla Neloni per pacificare il partito ha fatto fuggire molti dei più interventisti e protezionisti tra le braccia di LDE anche se ne ha un poco rinforzato le fila un consistente gruppo di fuoriusciti dal PSLI, provenienti però da due correnti diverse:
dall'ala più centrista che ha generato la spaccatura con la richiesta di abrogazione della legge sui matrimoni poligami e dall'ala più liberal e liberatariana, fuggiti a causa della sempre più marcata inclinazione della dirigenza, dopo le difficoltà economiche degli ultimi anni, ad appoggiare le proposte di LDE di matrice troppo dirigista ed interventista ed alcuni dicono che la stessa Antani sembra si stia riavvicinando alle prime istanze abbracciate durante la sua carriera politica che la fecero militare nel Partito Democratico Socialista.
Dunque, all'opposizionde dovremo vedere come come si comporteranno i Popolari e se la Neloni affettivamente lascerà spazio a politiche decisamente lontane dalle proprie ma con le quali, come annunciato, aveva deciso di scendere a compromessi. Dunque, sarà il PPI ora ad incarnare pienamente le istanze liberali e libertariane d'Istalia?
E come conviverà invece il PSLI con la politica ben più rivolta a sinistra dell'alleato LDE, primo partito con quasi il doppio dei voti conquistati?
E come si comporterà la Presidentessa Antani di fronte a quella che si sta delineando come una "convivenza forzata" (forzata non dai rapporti e dalle relazioni interne ma sicuramente tale a causa dei risultati del voto nazionale)?
Gli analisti politici quasi unanimemente concordano nel prevedere che la presidentessa manterrà quasi esclusivamente il ruolo e le funzioni di Capo dello Stato.
Si prospetta la possibilità che Antani conduca il governo come un direttorio con i compiti di dirigenza del Governo condivisi dai membri, in stragrande maggioranza di LDE.
Altri pensano che Marco Baratti agirà come un "facente funzioni" Primo Ministro, prevalendo nel dirigere le politiche del governo.
Questa situazione politica ha già condotto peraltro ad un riaccendersi del fronte da sempre contrario all'adozione di un sistema presidenziale in una nazione come l'Istalia dove ha quasi sempre prevalso una certa frammentazione politica. A loro dire gli ultimi risultati sono la dimostrazione che anche solo la presenza di tre partiti azzoppa il funzionamento della forma presidenziale.
Di seguito si sono già sentite le prime proposte di riforma costituzionale: c'è chi parla di ritorno alla netta separazione dei ruoli e competenze tra capo di stato e di governo, mentre altri propongono una forma semi-presidenziale e si vocifera che degli elementi delle file del PSLI sembrano essersi interessati a quest'ultima proposta avanzata da un professore di scienze politiche dell'Università di Nepuli.

Questa la decisione di Neloni dopo un anno di indiscrezioni e smentite; non ci saranno votazioni sulla leadership ma si andrà a toccare con mano l'escandescente divisione fra liberisti e dirigisti i quali porranno ciascuno nel dibattito le loro posizioni. A quel punto si avrà una visione più netta della forza politica di entrambe le correnti e si capiranno gli scenari possibili.
Battaglia, il portavoce della corrente "Liberal Front" in seno al PPI non ha nascosto soddisfazione all'ufficialità del Congresso: "Siamo ben lieti di presentarci al Congresso e di riaprire la partita nel PPI". Adinolsi, altro convitato di pietra, ha invece manifestato una certa preoccupazione per l'evento: "Non sarà facile uscire da questa contrapposizione. Un Congresso va gestito per il bene del partito e non si deve ridurre ad un resa dei conti. Sono certo che Neloni sia consapevole di questo". Gli adinolsiani temono più che altro uno sbilanciamento eccessivo del partito su posizioni anti-sociali e quindi anti-popolari.
Il Congresso è stato fissato per il Giugno del 4075.
