ROMULA - This moorning the Minister of Foreign Affairs announced that Romula demanded to whole its diplomatic staff in Solentia to leave the nation and also that until new order the relations between Istalia and Solentia have been fully severed.

The new socialist government of Solentia, actually, after the Foreign Minister Terenzi simply asked to them to honor the treaty linking Romula and Metapontum, so to allow to our troops to pass through their territory to reach the Kalopian border, he received a refusal and without any sort of warning the Government of Solentia is now voting to withdraw from the treaty.

First strikes hit Deltarian Forces while Istalia is fully committed to rebuild its Naval Forces

ROMULA - Istalia is raising its head: great industrial effort launched by the State to rebuild the fleet and the first air strikes are hitting Deltarian objectives in Jakania and Deltaria.

The Air Force jets can enjoy now Kalopian and Kazulian bases in Kalopia to start their rides. Soon the Imperial Air Forces will offer air coverage to the ground forces of the international coalition organized to free Jakania but for the moment primary objectives of Istalian Air Force are the supply lines between Deltaria and Jakania.
Higher up, on the other hand, the reconnaissance drones are collecting tactical and strategic information of the theater of war which the Inter-Forces Supreme Command is already obviously sharing with the allied forces.

The anti-aircraft defenses deployed by the Deltarian forces are proving to be rather aggressive and the General Staff reports two AF-43 "Falco" seriously damaged and one only miraculously returned to the base. Despite this, the limited capabilities of the Deltarian Air Force, focused on defending the most strategic objectives, are leaving a lot of freedom to the Istalian and coalition air forces and it is expected that in a short time the airspace will be totally under control while the anti-aircraft stations will soon be swept away.

The General Staff of Defense made the announcement this morning at 8 am from the headquarters of the Inter-Forces Supreme Command: a mission organized in the utmost secrecy in recent weeks, was successfully completed in the night.
A group of 5 fast attack submarines of the Imperial Navy, last night at 9.15 pm Romula hours, detached themselves from the Submarine Interception Group sent at the beginning of the conflict in the Majatran Sea with the task of intercepting deltarian refurbishment ships; the 5 submarines approached the eastern Deltarian coasts aiming at an important industrial installation in Kéjencvár, Dissuwa, one of the major refineries of the country; undertaking an extraordinary operation to evade enemy vessels and surveillance systems, the navy units managed to get close enough to be able to launch nearly five dozen Land Attack Missiles against the industrial facilities.

Thanks to a contemporary air raid carried out in the area by the international coalition, which is gradually taking control of the airspace, the Deltarian defenses have been taken totally off guard by the attack coming from the sea.

Romula: A new political force has emerged in the Majatran nation of Istalia. The new National Liberal Democratic Party (Partito Democratico Liberale Nationale) has, last week, registered at the national electoral commision to contest in the next national elections. The PDLN under leadership of Malco Bernardino is a center-right to right wing liberal conservative party in favour of a small government, low regulations, low taxes and several conservative social policies.

During a press conference announcing the creation of the PDLN the leader of the party, Malco, expressed his desire to "dramatically reform the system"

Istalia has not worked for the istalian people. We must admit it, the current structure of both the government, parliament and economy simply hasnt been in the benefit of the Istalian people. It is time for drastic change. It is time for strong leadership and a clear vision forward. It is time for reform! A prima example of the failure of our system is the destruction of our naval fleet by deltaria nearly a decade ago and the continued poverty of our people. We, the PDLN, will not only deliver clear policies to the country but will also fight for its complete reform! So that not one citizen has to be frustrated about government policy every again

When reporters asked Malco whether this reform of state would include a abolishment of the monarchy he did not answer and stated that "it is clear reform is needed, how this reform is shaped has to be determined on a later date"
