SAMARA BASHES THALLERISTS, GIVES UPDATE ON COALITION TALKS

It has been over a year and a half since the election of Rania Samara as president of Istalia, and there still has not been a government formed to lead Istalia. Today, the President held her first major press conference since taking office, and took questions from reporters concerning the biggest political issues of the day. The first question concerned the Thallerists. "Yes," she said, "They have been most uncooperative. Hopefully the people of Istalia will realize how unprepared they are to govern. They just haven't done anything. You'd think that I would have been asked to include them in coalition, but I haven't." When asked about the coalition, she said that a deal was close to being reached. The President also answered questions about terrorism, foreign affairs, and the budget of the government.

In an interview president Samara stated the Thallerists had denied an inclusion in the government. We asked Giulio II von Thaller about his view on the situation.

These claims are ridiculous. After the PT stated it would be ready to contribute to the work of the government absolutely nothing happened. No party ever approached us. The statement of President Samara is a plain lie. This fact shows the shortcomings about the current establishment in Istalia. I am really sorry that we continue to disappoint our voters, but thanks to the constitution we have no impact on the composition of the government. But we assure you: A modifcation of this constitution in a democratic way is already on our agenda

La Magistro-Leonardi punta l'attenzione sul nuovo sottomarino convenzionale AIP del quale propone le versioni per l'esportazione

ROMULA - Con una cerimonia che si è tenuta simbolicamente nel ricostruito porto militare di Angona, il Capo di Stato Maggiore della Marina, l'Ammiraglio Bontempi, ha ufficialmente concluso il passaggio di consegne con la Magistro-Leonardi delle prime due nuove unità della Marina previste dal Nuovo Programma Navale 4381. Si tratta del cacciatorpediniere lanciamissili "Alessandro Senna" e del sottomarino multi-ruolo AIP "Nautilo".

Acclamata anni orsono come l'unità che sarebbe divenuta una seconda spina dorsale della Marina, accanto alle sue portaerei, la Marina ha costruito solo 10 vascelli della Classe Imperator, fermata da tagli nel budget e dalle mutate condizioni geopolitiche, che avevano spinto la Marina, piuttosto, a procedere con un rinnovamento di diverse unità già esistenti.
Con il ritiro definitivo di buona parte delle fregate classe Intrepido e soprattutto dei cacciatorpedinieri classe Orizzonte, oggi la Marina ha rilanciato nuovi ordini per la classe Imperator, ma ovviamente queste saranno unità migliorate e sulla quale saranno installate le più mederne tecnologie.
Come già annunciato da tempo queste nuove unità, che ricordiamo vantano una delle maggiori potenze di fuoco tra i vascelli di questa categoria, è stata battezzata con il nome di colui che è considerato unanimamente come il fondatore della marina militare istaliana contemporanea. La seconda unità, che sarà invece intitolata al Presidente Francesco Toso, sarà consegnata il prossimo anno.

Accanto all'Alessandro Senna, però, la vera star di questa cerimonia è stato invece il "Nautilo", il nuovo sottomarino multiruolo convenzionale che andrà a sostituire le unità della classe "Ombra", altro riuscita realizzazione della tecnica istaliana esportato in vari paesi, tra questi ricordiamo la potenza emergente in Seleya, Valruzia.
Come l'Ombra, anche la classe nautilus utilizzerà un motore diesel affiancato da una unità AIP (Air-Indipendent Propulsion, Propulsione anaerobica in Istalia) basata su celle a combustibile che utilizzano idrogeno ed ossigeno per generare elettricità.
La classe Nautilo sarà più grande (al momento della sua entrata in servizio è il più grande sottomarino convenzionale al mondo) ma come per il suo predecessore sono state adottate avanzate tecnologie stealth, come i materiali amagnetici ed a bassa tracciatura utilizzati per lo scafo.
La classe Nautilo, dalle intenzioni della Marina, diverrà il principale sistema sottomarino di difesa del territorio nazionale, con capacità di proiezione a corto e medio raggio. D'altronde, a ricoprire il ruolo di sottomarino d'attaco primario all'interno della marina sarà il vascello nucleare attualmente in costruzione classe Predatore, anch'esso tra i più avanzati al mondo e che ricoprirà anche il ruolo di sottomarino missilistico (non balistico intercontinentale).
Ma riguardo al Nautilo, la compagnia costruttrice, la Magistro-Leonardi, si è particolarmente impegnata per la sua pubblicizzazione, con una presentazione del progetto al quale erano stati invitate le marine di mezzo mondo mentre alle fiere dedicate alle tecnologie difensive nello stand M-L il Nautilo è sempre stato posto al centro dell'attenzione.
Chiaramente la Magistro-Leonardi ha intenzione di non limitarsi alla produzione per la difesa nazionale ed aspira invece a poter esportare il progetto anche all'estero, offrendo addirittura una versione che prevede al posto delle celle a combustibile un sistema basato su un motore sterling ed avanzate batterie agli ioni di litio.

La Magistro-Leonardi ha indicato la classe Nautilo come un'ottima soluzione per tutte quelle Marine che non hanno intenzione o le capacità di costruire sistemi con propulsione nucleari, anche se la compagnia sta soprattutto facendo notare come i sistemi AIP proposti possano garantire una silenziosità senza precedenti nonché tempi di immersione che ormai raggiungono quasi le quattro settimane, tutto ciò grazie all'evoluzione dei sistemi di propulsione di questo tipo che, secondo alcuni analisti, nel prossimo secolo potrebbero raggiungere le prestazioni della propulsione nucleare. Per il momento comunque il Nautilo può risultare una efficace soluzione che, con ulteriori sviluppi o modifiche, dice la M-L, potrebbe garantire ottime prestazioni anche nella lunga navigazione oceanica.
I sistemi d'arma e di difesa, comunque, garantisce la Magistro-Leonardi, sono tra i più avanzati nel campo (comprendente siluri, missili di crociera anti-nave, mine navali, nonché camere d'equilibrio per poter inviare squadre di incursori sub) e dunque il sottomarino può offrire soluzioni per i più disparati scenari.

New Navy units enter service
Magistro-Leonardi point the attention on the new AIP conventional submarine of which it proposes the export versions

ROMULA - With a ceremony that was held symbolically in the reconstructed military port of Angona, the Chief of Naval Staff, Admiral Bontempi, officially concluded the delivering procedures with the Magistro-Leonardi of the first two new units of the Navy provided by the 4381 New Naval Program. They are the guided-missile destroyer/cruiser "Alessandro Senna" and the AIP multi-role submarine "Nautilo".

Acclaimed years ago as the unit that would become a second backbone of the Navy, next to its aircraft carriers, the Navy built only 10 vessels of the Imperator Class, halted by budget cuts and changements on the geopolitical conditions, which had pushed the Navy, rather, to proceed with a renewal of several existing units.
With the definitive retirement of most of the Intrepido class frigates and especially of the Orizzonte class destroyers, today the Navy has relaunched new orders for the Imperator class, but obviously these will be improved units and on which the most advanced technologies will be installed.
As already announced for some time these new units, which, we remember you, boast one of the major powers of fire among the vessels of this category, has been baptized with the name of the one who is considered unanimously as the founder of the contemporary istalian navy. The second unit, which will be named after President Francesco Toso, will be delivered next year.

Next to the Alessandro Senna, however, the real star of this ceremony was instead the "Nautilo", the new conventional multirole submarine that will replace the units of the "Ombra" class, another successful realization of the istalian technique exported to various countries, among these we remember the emerging power in Seleya, Valruzia.
Like the Ombra, also the Nautilo class will use a diesel engine flanked by an AIP unit (Air-Independent Propulsion) based on fuel cells that use hydrogen and oxygen to generate electricity.
The Nautilo class will be larger (at the time of its entry into service is the largest conventional submarine in the world) but as for its predecessor have been adopted advanced stealth technologies, such as the amagnetic and low-tracking materials used for the hull.
The Nautilo class, from the intentions of the Navy, will become the main submarine for the defense of the national territory, with short and medium-range projection capabilities. On the other hand, the role of primary attack submarine into the navy will be fulfilled by the nuclear vessel currently under construction Predatore class, also among the most advanced in the world and which will also play the role of missile submarine (non-ballistic).

For the moment, however, the Nautilo can be an effective solution that, with further developments or changes, says M-L, could guarantee excellent performance even in long ocean navigation.
The weapons and defense systems, however, guarantees the Magistro-Leonardi, are among the most advanced in the field (including torpedoes, anti-ship cruise missiles, naval mines, as well as airlock to send teams of sub-raiders' commandos) and therefore the submarine can offer solutions for the most disparate scenarios.

Stallo politico in Istalia: consultazioni per un Governo anti-Thallerista prendono più tempo del previsto
La Presidentessa Samara sembra in difficoltà di fronte alle richieste di ULD e LdC riguardo ai ministeri ma il Governo uscente è costretto a gestire importanti situazioni internazionali

ROMULA - Già da tempo la Presidentessa Samara ha proposto la Grande Coalizione per fronteggiare la maggioranza relativa Thallerista in Parlamento, affidando l'incarico di Primo Ministro a Genile Orizzonte (ULD), ma le consultazioni tra i partiti coinvolti stanno prendendo più tempo del previsto, soprattutto viste le richieste che arrivano dai Liberal Democratici e dalla Lega.

Fin dall'indomani delle elezioni praticamente ogni altro partito politico ha espresso la sua diffidenza nel lavorare a fianco del Partito Thallerista, nonostante diversi appelli al dialogo da parte del leader di partito, Giulio II von Thaller.
Buona parte degli analisti ed esperti politici sottolineano come un simile atteggiamento era più che prevedibile alla luce dell'impegno Istaliano nel fronteggiare da più di un secolo la famiglia di origine narikaton che, ricordiamo, durante il 43th secolo sono riusciti ad assurgere al potere in diverse nazioni in Majatra, divenendo una minaccia forse ancor più grave della precedente Federazione Socialista Rivoluzionaria Majatrana per l'Istalia e per le altre nazioni dell'Alleanza.
Ad oggi, dopo anni di sforzi, solo in Deltaria i Thaller continuano a mantenere posizioni di potere (tra l'altro cariche non elettive), ma oggi questa "minaccia", come sotto la presidenza del Presidente Rosso, è riapparsa ancora una volta in Istalia, ma stavolta con un atteggiamento decisamente differente, apparentemente disponibile a lavorare all'interno del framework democratico della Nazione. La Devastazione di Palerno sembra però ancora vivida nella memoria collettiva, come anche il fatto che l'Istalia da tempo è divenuta uno degli acerrimi nemici dei Thaller e dunque in molti si domandano se, nonostante le dichiarazioni conciliatorie, il Partito Thallerista voglia lavorare per il bene del paese o per quello della famiglia Thaller.

Quel che è certo, però, è che lo stallo politico generatosi e dunque l'incertezza generale stanno preoccupando l'intera nazione, scossa in questi giorni da proteste provenienti dai vari campi: anti-Thalleristi che protestano chiedendo un cordone sanitario contro il PT, tra questi i più attivi sono sicuramente i Comunisti di Rizzo, che già da tempo ha dichiarato che il PCI farà di tutto per contrastare i Thaller, persino mettere fuori legge partito ed ideologia; quindi vi sono molti cittadini che protestano in generale contro il mondo politico, la "politica degli accordi e degli inciuci", e bandiere grigie-nere Thalleriste come anche bandiere del dissolto partito Alternativa Istaliana sono state viste tra questi manifestanti.

Dunque, il Governo uscente Revara II, la cui guida, dopo le dimissioni di Revara e dei Ministri comunisti, è stata presa ad interim dal Ministro delle Finanze Simone Calenda (secondo l'ordine di precedenza stabilito dalla legge) sotto l'attenta supervisione del Presidente Samara, si trova costretto ad affrontare senza una maggioranza e come Governo di Transizione numerose questioni, soprattutto a livello internazionale.
Tra queste i dialoghi all'interno dell'Alleanza Majatrana riguardo il Fondo Comune per i Disastri Naturali, il Selexit, la reintegrazione di Kafuristan nell'AM e dunque la situazione in Dovani riguardante le tensioni tra Kazulia e Dankuk.
Proprio su quest'ultimo punto, il Ministro Calenda, nonostante non si sia esposto eccessivamente, ha rilasciato dei brevi commenti con i quali è entrato in attrito con il Presidente della Repubblica:

Nonostante non si possa negare che l'attitudine militarista di Kazulia abbia indispettito ed allarmato diverse nazioni in Dovani, e da tempo l'Istalia aveva già condannato ciò, personalmente avrei consigliato al Presidente un approccio più diplomatico e dunque sarebbe stato più che doveroso anche informare il Governo della sua presa di posizione.
L'Istalia per anni, anche durante il conflitto armato tra Dankuk e Kazulia, ha tenuto una posizione neutrale alla luce delle criticità riscontrate sia in Kazulia che in Dankuk e che erano già state sottolineate dalla nostra delegazione al Congresso Mondiale.
Per concludere, penso che piani che mirino a distruggere, isolare o colpire puntando al collasso economico una nazione, come quanto proposto da Dankuk e da Hulstria-Mikuni, non dovrebbero essere sostenuti con tanta leggerezza ed anzi si dovrebbe cercare di lavorare per una soluzione condivisa che non spiani la strada per future vendette e rivincite.

Political stalemate in Istalia: consultations for an anti-Thallerist government take longer than expected
President Samara seems in difficulty in the face of the demands of ULD and LdC regarding the ministries but the outgoing Government is forced to manage important international situations

ROMULA - For a long time the President Samara has already proposed the Grand Coalition to face the Thallerist relative majority in Parliament, entrusting the task of Prime Minister at Genile Orizzonte (ULD), but consultations between the parties involved are taking longer than expected, especially given the demands coming from the Liberal Democrats and the League.

Since the day after the elections, virtually every other political party has expressed its mistrust in working alongside the Thallerist Party, despite several calls for dialogue by the party leader, Giulio II von Thaller.
Most analysts and political experts point out that such an attitude was more than predictable in light of the Istalian commitment to contrast the family of Narik origin, which, we remember, during the 43th century managed to rise to power in several nations in Majatra, becoming a threat perhaps even more serious than the previous Majatran Revolutionary Socialist Federation for Istalia and for the other nations of the Alliance.
To date, after years of efforts, only in Deltaria the Thaller continue to hold positions of power (among other things, not elective offices), but today this "threat", as under the presidency of President Rosso, has once again reappeared in Istalia, but this time with a decidedly different attitude, apparently willing to work within the democratic framework of the nation. The Devastation of Palerno, however, seems still vivid in the collective memory, as well as the fact that Istalia has long become one of the bitter enemies of the Thallers and therefore many wonder if, despite the conciliatory declarations, the Thallerist Party wants to work for the well of the country or for that of the Thaller family.

What is certain, however, is that the political stalemate generated and therefore the general uncertainty are worrying the entire nation, shaken in recent days by protests from the various camps: anti-Thallerists who protest asking for a health cordon against the PT, among these the most active are the Rizzo's Communists, who alreqdy declared that the PCI will do everything to counter the Thaller, even trying to outlaw party and ideology; therefore there are many citizens who protest in general against the political world, the "politics of the agreements and the mess-ups", and Thalleriste gray-black flags as well as flags of the dissolved Istalian Alternative party were seen among these protesters.

Therefore, the outgoing government Revara II, whose leadership, after the resignation of Revara and the Communist Ministers, was taken interim by the Minister of Finance Simone Calenda (according to the order of precedence established by law) under the careful supervision of the President Samara, it is forced to face a number of issues without a majority and as a Transitional Government, especially at the international level.
Among these the dialogues within the Majatran Alliance about the Common Fund for Natural Disasters, the Selexit, the reintegration of Kafuristan in the MA and therefore the situation in Dovani concerning the tensions between Kazulia and Dankuk.
Precisely on this last point, Minister Calenda, despite not being exposed too much, has issued brief comments with which he has friction with the President of the Republic:

Although it can not be denied that Kazulia's militaristic attitude has concerned and alarmed several nations in Dovani, and since some time Istalia had already condemned this, I personally would have recommended the President a more diplomatic approach and therefore it would have been overdue having to inform the Government of her position.
For years, Istalia, even during the armed conflict between Dankuk and Kazulia, held a neutral position in the light of the criticalities found both in Kazulia and in Dankuk and which had already been underlined by our delegation to the World Congress.
To conclude, I think that plans that aim to destroy, isolate or promote a nation's economic collapse, as proposed by Dankuk and Hulstria-Mikuni, should not be so lightly supported and indeed we should try to work for a shared solution that do not pave the way for future revenge and resentements.

And so, in a very non-surprising congress, the ULD elected their presidential candidate, and PM, and PM candidate in one person, Gentile Horizonte, the ULD chairperson. But first, the presidential pre-race; it was, expectedly, won by Antonio Massa. He faced no minor opponent and won 80% of the vote in the second round, against Gregorio Anetta.

The minister of justice will, obviously, find a replacement in Horizonte's pre-cabinet. And, that cabinet is:

Grande Esercitazione per la Marina Militare nel Mare delle Anime Perdute
Lo Stato Maggiore ha coinvolto oltre 50 vascelli e decine e decine di mezzi aerei ed anfibi, sia presso le coste nazionali che in mare aperto; particolare enfasi è stata data alle operazioni svolte a pochi chilometri dalle acque territoriali Saridanesi


Le nuove unità della Marina Militare sono state messe alla prova durante una delle più grandi esercitazioni navali organizzate negli ultimi decenni dallo Stato Maggiore delle Forze Armate. Al centro dell'attenzione le performance del nuovo sottomarino polivalente della Marina classe Nautilo: in campo il primo della classe ed il secondo entrato in servizio quest'anno, l'Anemone. I due sottomarini hanno avuto risultati eccellenti, anche in navigazione oceanica ed in operazione in alto mare, nonostante questi mezzi in Istalia siano stati dedicati puramente alla difesa del territorio nazionale. Ovviamente la Marina sta andando incontro alla Magistro-Leonardi per mettere adeguatamente in mostra le capacità del sottomarino.

Le operazioni, come accennato, hanno avuto luogo sia presso le coste nazionali, con la simulazione di un massiccio sbarco di uomini e mezzi supportati dall'aviazione navale, e quindi in acque internazionali in diverse zone del Mare delle Anime Perdute. Sicuramente il principale teatro di queste esercitazioni è stato quello a meno di dieci chilometri dalle acque territoriali Saridanesi e che ha visto coinvolte le superportaerei Diligenza e l'ammiraglia della flotta, la Fortezza, una decina tra cacciatorpedinieri, fregate e quindi i già menzionati sottomarini classe Nautilo accanto alle unità nucleari classe Matteo Madei.
L'aver organizzato proprio qui queste esercitazioni ha chiaramente una importante valenza, soprattutto a seguito della condanna da parte della Presidentessa Samara contro Saridan, il suo regime di Apartheid e quindi, chiaramente, lo sfruttamento della schiavitù. Inoltre, alcune pattuglie dell'aeronautica navale sembra si siano spinte in pieno spazio aereo Saridanese arrivando a sorvolare una unità della locale marina mentre si avvicinava, probabilmente per sorvegliare le esercitazioni non lontane dai confini Saridanesi.

Great Exercise for the Navy in the Sea of Lost Souls

The new Navy units were put to the test during one of the largest naval exercises organized in recent decades by the Armed Forces General Staff. At the center of attention the performances of the new multi-purpose submarine of the Navy Nautilo class: in the field the first of the class and the second entered service this year, the Anemone. The two submarines have had excellent results, even in ocean navigation and in operation on the high seas, despite these equipement in Istalia have been devoted purely to the defense of the national territory. Obviously the Navy is going to meet the Magistro-Leonardi to adequately show off the submarine's capabilities.

The operations, as mentioned, took place both on the national coasts, with the simulation of a massive landing of men and vehicles supported by the naval aviation, and then in international waters in different areas of the Sea of ​​Lost Souls. MASSA INVITES SPENCER TO TALKS, LEADS CABINET NEGOTIATIONS AT HOME


The newly-elected President, Antonio Massa, blieves that, for now, peaceful talks are the best solution for the conflict with Saridan

The Head of State of Istalia, President Massa, announced that he contacted his Saridanese counterpart, Staatspresident Spencer to talk about the conflict between the two nations, hoping to find a peaceful solution that would lessen the tensions. He is apparently still waiting for a response, however he also said that he has a good feeling about it, and hopes for the best. The short message was released to the Istalian public, as, in the president's word, the public should not be kept at its toes.

I would like to invite the honourable Staatspresident Spencer to talks about the current situation between our two nations; it would be ideal if they could take place on neutral ground.
We wish no political conflict between our nations, and even less so a war, however, I hope that we both understand what is at the base of our complicated relations, and that is also something that I wish to talk about if the conflict will take place. I propose for it to be held on neutral grounds, I propose Badara.

The president is also leading talks regarding the future cabinet of Istalia, most likely led by Gentile Horizonte of the ULD, to replace the current placeholder government, also led by Prime Minister Horizonte. He has contacted the ULD's obvious allies, the League and the Republicans, and also the party of his predecessor, Istalia for All, deeming it as the most compatible with the centre-right bloc, Popular Initiative. He already issued parts of the beta proposal, marked by him and the heads of the coalition members.

Il lungo lavoro degli storici per ricostruire uno dei periodi più enigmatici della storia Istaliana è finalmente giunto al termine

The people stand in line to visit the new exhibition

ROMULA - È stata inaugurata questa mattina una nuova sezione permanente al Museo Nazionale di Storia Istaliana: si tratta di una mostra dedicata all'enigmatica Terza Repubblica.
Situandosi tra la seconda e la terza Restaurazione Quanzariana e durata pochi più di un secolo, la Terza Repubblica e la sua storia è rimasta per anni decisamente oscura e alquanto sconosciuta. L'opera di deistalianizzazione che ha caratterizzato tutte le Restaurazioni Quanzariane fu particolarmente meticolosa sotto l'ultima avvicendatasi, tra il 3291 ed il 3363.
A facilitare l'opera dei Quanzariani sicuramente la fragilità insita della Terza Repubblica ed il mqncato sviluppo all'epoca di una piena maturità sociale e culturale democratica ed istaliana sotto il Terzo regime repubblicano.

Fondata nel 3164, in una società istaliana indebolita dalla Quanzarizzazione e dalle consistenti minoranze Solentiane e Luthorizate, una piena democrazia non fu mai raggiunta. Solo tre Presidenti conobbe questa Repubblica, e quindi due Sovrani d'Istalia e quindi un lungo regime monopartitico.
A determinare le sorti della Terza Republica fu il potente partito nazionalista Fiamma Bianca (FB) guidato dal carismatico leader Alessandra della Fiamma. Sfruttando le debolezze insiste di questa repubblica, FB fu in grado di estendere la sua egemonia ed il suo controllo su tutto l'apparato statale, pubblica amministrazione ed esercito. Venne chiamato il Regime Silenzioso o anche la Dittatura Discreta, che riuscì nei suoi intenti senza nemmeno cambiare una legge ed una discreta ma fine propaganda.
Tratto distintivo degli ultimi 60 anni della Repubblica fu l'elevazione della trapassata Alessandra della Fiamma a "Beneamato Presidente Eterno", simulacro che corse per ogni elezione presidenziale dopo la morte di della Fiamma dietro al quale si nascosero le Giunte di Partito che guidarono in effetti la nazione.

Apatia politica, paura per le sorti della nazione che gettarono il popolo tra le braccia di un movimento nazionalista, la veloce conquista dell'egemonia suprema di questo singolo partito e di un solo intelligente e moderato leader, il mancato sviluppo di una nuova cultura politica istaliana, questi sono gli elementi che decretarono la caduta della Terza Repubblica, la più breve e la più facile da conquistare per i Quanzariani.
Un'Istalia assai diversa rispetto alla nostra Repubblica, che da pochi decenni ha festeggiato i suoi 1000 anni risultando uno dei regimi democratici più longevi dell'epoca contemporanea, con solo una breve parentesi di un paio di anni che vide Antonio Battisti instaurare la sua dittatura. Ma proprio la fede per la democrazia ormai ben radicata negli animi degli istaliani ha decretato la breve vita della Dittatura Battistiana e dunque la stabilità e longevità della Quarta Repubblica, per alcuni divenuta già Quinta, dopo Battisti ma soprattutto con l'emergere del paese a Grande Potenza.

Il Direttore Generale del Museo Nazionale della Storia Istaliana ha ringraziato durante la cerimonia di innaugurazione i tanti esperti che si somo adoperati per fare luce su questo periodo d'Istalia e quindi quelle che sono state le istituzioni che hanno sovvenzionato questo progetto, come la Fondazione Enrico Bergson, il Ministero dell'Educazione e della Cultura, numerose istituzioni bancarie e fondi d'investimento.
Molte persone sono subito state attirate dalla mostra e lunghe file si sono generate fuori il Museo, oapitato nell'opulente e neo-barocco Ex Palazzo Reale di Haxons, costruito proprio dalla Dinastia Hessexiana che assurse al potere con la prima Restaurazione Quanzariana.

New exhibition on the Third Republic at the National History Museum
The long work of historians to reconstruct one of the most enigmatic periods of Istalian history has finally come to an end

ROMULA - This morning a new permanent section was inaugurated at the National Museum of Istalian History: it's an exhibition dedicated to the enigmatic Third Republic.
Standing between the second and third Quanzarian Restoration and lasting a few more than a century, the Third Republic and its history has remained for years decidedly obscure and somewhat unknown. The de-Istalianization work that characterized all the Quanzarian Restorations was particularly meticulous under the last one between 3291 and 3363.
To facilitate the work of the Quanzarians certainly the inherent fragility of the Third Republic and the lack of development at the time of full social and cultural democratic and Istalian maturity under the Third Republican regime.

Founded in 3164, in an istalian society weakened by the Quanzarization and by the substantial Solentian and Luthorizate minorities, full democracy was never achieved. Only three Presidents knew this Republic, even two "Sovereigns of Istalia" and therefore a long single-party regime.
To determine the fate of the Third Republic was the powerful nationalist party Fiamma Bianca (White Flame - FB) led by the charismatic leader Alessandra della Fiamma. Taking advantage of the weaknesses of this republic, FB was able to extend its hegemony and its control over the whole state apparatus, public administration and army. It was called the Silent Regime or even the Discrete Dictatorship, which succeeded in its intent without even changing a single law and thanks tl a discrete but fine propaganda.
A distinctive trait of the last 60 years of the Republic was the elevation of Alessandra della Fiamma to "Beloved Eternal President", a simulacrum that ran for every presidential election after the della Fiamma's death behind which the Party Juntas which actually led the nation were hiding.

Political apathy, fear for the fate of the nation that threw the people into the arms of a nationalist movement, the rapid conquest of the supreme hegemony of this single party and of one intelligent and moderate leader, the failure to develop a new histalian political culture, these are the elements that decreed the fall of the Third Republic, the shortest and the easiest to conquer for the Quanzarians.
A very different Istalia compared to our Republic, which a few decades ago celebrated its 1000th anniversary, turning out to be one of the most long-lived democratic regimes of the contemporary era, with only a brief break of a couple of years that saw Antonio Battisti establish his dictatorship . But the faith for democracy now well rooted in the minds and the culture of the istalians has decreed the short life of the Battistian dictatorship and therefore the stability and longevity of the Fourth Republic, for some already became Quinta, after Battisti but especially with the emergence of the country as Great Power.

The Director General of the National Museum of Istalian History thanked during the inauguration ceremony the many experts who have worked to shed light on this period of Istalia and then those that have been the institutions that have funded this project, such as the Enrico Foundation Bergson, the Ministry of Education and Culture, numerous banking institutions and investment funds.
Many people were immediately attracted by the exhibition and long lines were generated outside the Museum, which was opened in the opulent and neo-baroque Former Royal Palace of Haxons, built precisely by the Hessexian dynasty which took power with the first Quanzarian Restoration.
