ARNAULT AND GREEN PRIVATE SECTOR GENERATE MASSIVE ECONOMIC RECOVERY AS ECONOMIC
ENVIRONMENTALISM SPREADS THROUGHOUT TERRA

How is Arnault and Lourenne's green energy sector causing a huge roar in international and domestic markets?
Image
Economists throughout Lourenne are raising questions at the country's unexpected economic boom after the passage of legislation that
would ban the creation and use of petroleum based vehicles. After the announcement was made in 4985, the economy took a moderate
dip after petrol prices fluctuated and trade with petroleum exporting countries such as Dorvik, Hutori, Kalistan, and Kazulia took a
dive. For the past months, trad has slowly been recovering although stagnation remains in certain industries. However, with the fall
of petrol related economic activity, the United Kingdom's green energy sector has exploded with profits, increased production, and a
huge offering of domestic and international employment.

Car manufacture Arnault, the leading company worldwide on electric and clean vehicles of all types, has seen more growth in the
past fiscal year than any other Lourennais company. Arnault immediately began selling thousands of electric and clean vehicles to
ordinary Lourennais citizens as the petrol ban was made into law. Millions of charging station were renovated and car sales soared in
just 4 weeks. Arnault also recently announced that their work in electric cars and clean transportation has not gone unnoticed. Arnault
has made a deal with the Kazulian government to begin exporting electric vehicles and parts to the region of Hent in Kazulia. Also
within Hent, Arnault is planning to build a massive 1.4 billion franc manufacturing center to kickstart Kazulia's own ventures into green
energy, specifically, electric vehicles and green transportation. Arnault CEO, Madeline Arnault, stated that the company believed that
Kazulia was a great "opening to begin the spread of economic environmentalism throughout the globe". Kazulia, a longtime Lourennais
ally would serve as a great country to see the benefits of electric vehicles and the expansion of focusing on green transportation.

As the transportation sector, led by Arnault, leads the country's economic boom, other nations on Terra are beginning to explore green
transportation and economic initiatives as well. Royal Minister of Sustainability Berenice Abiodun stated that the United Kingdom is glad
and hopeful to see other nation's turn towards sustainability and green energy as Lourenne has done for centuries. Competition is growing
in certain parts of the world. Abiodun stated that increased competition and cooperation in the green energy markets can only benefit
the United Kingdom's economy as it has been perfected throughout several centuries and remains the largest sector by size and profits.
Abiodun also stated that Eroncourt is welcoming and encouraging other nations to begin investing in green transportation and economic
environmentalism while receiving help from Lourenne in areas such as green engineering and other areas of expertise. The Royal
Governments expects to release more information on green infrastructure and other investments in the near future.

Yesterday, in a glamorous televised event at the Eglise de Sainte Helene in Eroncourt, the Prince of Alvium, heir to the Lourennais
throne, Maximilien, the first of his name, was crowned Monarch of Lourenne after the death of his father the late King Herbert IV.
Maximilien was crowned by the Patriarch of Canrille, who traveled from Ville-des-Saints in Kanjor for the occasion. Maximilien at the
age of 33, is set to be one of the most important Lourennais monarchs as the nation is in the midst of a major transformation. The
monarch of the highly prestigious house of Orléans-Vasser-DeChambeau has already announced his vision for the United Kingdom
under the current conservative government. King Maximilien I stated in his coronation speech that he would be supporting the
current conservative majority to ensure that Lourenne is in a strong and stable position for the next coming years. He expects the
majority, in his name, to work closely with the minority parties to ensure that cooperation and respect is maintained within the
Royal Government, especially as the nation shifts into a new image.

Dipping his nose into international affairs, Maximilien also noted that the House of Steuart-Kenai the legitimate House of Luthori
and Hutori, Would remain in Lourenne until the Hutorian throne was secured for the royals. Maximilien stated that his royal court
as well as His Royal Majesty's Majority supported the restoration of the Hutorian Monarchy under the Monarchist Party of Hutori.
The King also gave comments on the state of security in the world and noted that he expects his government to ensure security in
Lourenne and help the United Kingdom's allies in preserving security throughout the world. The new Prince of Alvium, Louis VIII is
set to begin Royal Protocol at the age of 8, now that his father is at the helm of the Canrillaise world.

ImageFor centuries, Lourenne has been the sole champion of green energy, sustainability, and environmentalism. The nation has invested
trillions in the green economy and for a greener future despite the overly increasing petrol-based states on Terra. This morning, Robert
D’Aleville, the nation’s High Chancellor, despite being a conservative, announced the next steps of Lourenne’s green transformation.
Green politics have been an important issue for all Lourennians, despite political ideology. Today, after celebrating his re-election,
D’Aleville revealed the future of the Lourennais industry which continues to be the most successful in the world. D’Aleville stated that
the nation would be taking more in-depth steps to completely transform the nation’s transportation system and public buildings from
polluting to completely green. D’Aleville believed that the petrol-based car ban was not enough to secure environmentalism for the
future. Therefore, despite being criticized for his move to ban petrol-based vehicles, D’Aleville released a 2.3 trillion Franc plan,
spread over 10 years, to transform Lourenne’s transportation sector including new hydrogen-electric metro systems and stations,
green hydrogen-based power stations, green airports including upgrades to airliner engines, an upgrade to the nation’s massive
green bus system, new bicycle riding stations, and an increase in power stations for electric vehicles. D’Aleville stated that the
huge transformation planned for Lourenne’s green economy are “sustainable and achievable”. Lourenne has a massive green
energy sector that is stable and modern to sustain huge transformations and projects, said D’Aleville. Lourenne has also
developed a highly detailed and sophisticated energy backup system which is always in place for any failures in the grid system,
should they ever happen. D’Aleville has received praise form the Lourennais Left after several leftists believed he would abandon
all environmentalist issues; yet, D’Aleville has decided to be aggressive with his green policy. Millions in the nation are preparing
for the next wave of extreme economic environmentalism which is set to continue the United Kingdom’s robust economic period.

ERONCOURT, JOVIANT | Robert D'Aleville, the nation's previous High Chancellor was ousted by Vivienne Le Claire, a green entrepreneur
from Valois. Vivienne's win comes from an extremely successful and well coordinated campaign by the Humanitarian/Green faction of the
PRN. The Humanitarians were able to make gains in rural areas, away from their usual metropolitan support and achieve a majority in the
Royal Assembly. HRM King Maximilien I met with Le Claire three days after her win to allow her to create a government in his name. Le
Claire did just so. She assembled the most progressive government since the days of High Chancellor Valence. Le Claire built her Royal
Ministries Department to ensure her vision for Lourenne as the new century begins. After weeks of planning, Le Claire and the Ministerial
Departments announced the 5000 Initiative or "La Nouvelle Lourenne (LNL)". The LNL Initiative will seek to promote environmentalism,
humanitarianism, innovation, and technology in Lourenne and abroad as it has for the past centuries. However, what is new with LNL is
that Le Claire plans to kick into full gear the full might of the green sector and minimize the petrol industry as much as the economy could
feasibly handle. Le Claire noted that this was do-able as the nation's economy has been well off since the ban of petrol cars in 4995. The
LNL Initiative would keep in mind green infrastructure, green housing, green travel, green trade, and a robust green economy. Le Claire
also noted that she would host a global environmental conference in Eroncourt to ensure that the world was committed to green energy
and the green economy for the next millennia. Apart from continuing to expand environmentalism, Le Claire's focus is to support lower
income families and communities after a decade of being in conservative denial. These families have not been able to thrive from the
robust economy due to income and wealth disparities. Le Claire's goal is to bring these people into the economy and ensure that innovation
and technology are right behind their reintroduction into the economy. The LNL Initiative is daring, innovative, and expensive. However, Le
Claire believes that this multi-generational investment into the future of the country based on the nation's strongest sectors (technology,
green energy, healthcare) can only boost Lourenne into a new position in the world. A position focused on an improved life style and as
a global leader.

ERONCOURT, JOVIANT | After her recent election following the turn of the new millennia, Vivienne Le Claire, the nation's High Chancellor
confirmed to the national press that she was in the midst of creating a new military, economic, and diplomatic treaty with Kanjor who
just recently became politically united with Lourenne after the House of Orléans-Vasser-DeChambeau was once again reinstated on the
throne of Kanjor. Le Claire stated that Kanjor was finally growing to become a major player in the Canrillaise world and she realized that
Lourenne had to work together with Kanjor in the future, especially since both nations have been united through the Canrillaise monarchy.
According to the High Chancellor's information at the press conference, Kanjor and Lourenne will soon both sign a treaty based on mutual
defense, cooperation, and trade. A basic, yet comprehensive treaty well known throughout Terra. However, Kanjor are hoping to sign the
Canrillaise Economic Community Treaty, which will boost Kanjor's trade with Lourenne giving the country access to exclusive materials
manufactured in Lourenne. The CEC treaty would be the second step in Le Claire's process in becoming closer to Kanjor. The third step
which has not been through many discussions yet, is the exchange of military information and armaments between both nations. Le Claire
stated that this step, including the mutual defense treaty, would bring the nations closer more so than the CEC treaty. The Royal Minister
of Defense did say that a strengthened Kanjorien military alongside the might of the Lourennais Royal Armed Forces would make a powerful
force to reckon with in the Anantonese Ocean region. While the press conference was focused on recent talks with Kanjor, High Chancellor
also began to talk about her shift in policy with the Canrillaise world. She has stated that the future of the Canrilliase world can be mutual
and shared between all four nations in the future. The Canrillaise world, largely dominated by Lourenne in the past millennia, could change
with cooperation with Kanjor increasing meaning that leadership could be split between Kanjor and Lourenne. However, Le Claire is poised
to keep Lourenne in its leadership position and use it to better the prestige and cooperation of the Canrillaise world with Terra.

Abeline de Loudre, leader of the Liberal faction, praised High Chancellor Le Claire's faction in passing Proposal A-3 (PA-3) which
increased funding for the Royal Ministry of Education and Culture and the Royal Ministry of Health and Human Services. The vote
which passed easily in the Royal Assembly is in its final stages and will be sent to High Chancellor Le Claire by next week. The
proposal will increase funding for primary schools, community colleges, universities, hospitals, urgent care centers, the nation's
universal health care system, teacher pay, and a new progressive curriculum. The Royal Minister of Education and Culture who
was present at the vote stated that the passage of PA-3 was a "huge victory for the millions of students, parents, teachers,
and healthcare workers in the country, who have desired a better future for years".
The proposal will allocate almost 1.3
trillion Lourennais francs toward both ministries to resolve funding issues from last year. Alestair Claremont, majority leader
of the Green Faction hailed this as a major victory for Lourenne's schools and health system. Claremont stated that the nation's
education system is "already one of the best and prestigious in the world. The additional funding would only support this notion
and help every family and individual receive a worthy education".

While the funding would be used to expand several services within the realm of healthcare and education, certain scholars and
analysts believe that funding for a new national curriculum would better the nation more. The current curriculum, while hailed
as the best in Dovani, would be more progressive and focus more on Lourenne's values such as democracy, technology, equity,
environmentalism, and humanitarianism. The new curriculum is set to be created by an independent committee representing
all sides and sectors of the education system. High chancellor Le Claire however was more focused on the healthcare side of
the proposal. she noted that having a prestigious healthcare system in the nation was crucial. The bill includes funding for the
most important parts of the healthcare system including the quality of healthcare received and funding for technologies to
help fight multiple diseases with no cure. On one part, the High Chancellor is looking forward to the boost in the healthcare
system, while legislators are optimistic about the education system. Yet, both systems of the Lourennais government will
prove to enhance Lourenne's future and keep its prestige in these sectors.

DELAUNE, CAROLLEUX | As the United Kingdom continues to maximize its potential with a green economy and environmentalism, policy
directors and education boards throughout the kingdom have begun to grapple with serious questions regarding school curriculum: How
can students understand the intensity of the Lourennais Green Model and how will they be prepared to inherit it in the future? To further
analyze and answer these questions, a series of professors, doctors, teachers, education professionals, economists, and politicians sat
down in Delaune three years ago and created a new model to guide Lourenne, and other nations, to a future of environmentalism and
STEM. The key in these talks? How to introduce students to environmental STEM, environmental politics, and most importantly, how to
achieve environmental goals using government funding. This meeting was held and led by the University of Delaune after the Royal
Assembly passed proposal PA-3, which expanded funding on education and health services. The Delaune Model, created to ensure
environmentalism and the green economy are self-sufficient , successful, and reliable, is divided into five main points which have
been summarized by The University of Delaune.

  • General Education Understandings and Pathways

-As is understood in the Delaune Model, students that are beginning a community college or university experience, should be able
to identify their education pathway in the first two years of their education. This pathway can be determined in students' earlier
education experiences such as at the LYCEE (high school). Schools and universities should be encouraged to fund a variety of
programs and pathways for students that highlight environmentalism and its connection to other studies.

  • STEM and Environmentalism

-It is necessary to understand that STEM goes hand-in-hand with environmentalism and both subjects need to be fostered in order
for the green economy to function. STEM programs must be heavily relied on before students enter into more rigorous, advanced
environmentalist courses. In early education it is essential that there are enough resources for students to enter the world of STEM.
Access to technology, access to simulations, access to high-quality educational resources, efficient educator's with sufficient
knowledge on several subjects, and hand-on-experiences for students in STEM fields, mainly green energy and engineering. A
focus should be added to technology and engineering as these are the most crucial fields for the expansion of green infrastructure
and economics. Funding should be put on hand-on instruction and in-field experiences for STEM students.

  • Political Science and Environmentalism

-Environmentalism, while it is mirrored to STEM, has roots in political science and liberal arts. Students who decide to pursue in
liberal arts and politics, can still be heavily involved with environmentalism and the green economy. Lourenne's past political
geniuses were able to create the Lourenne of today due to an increased knowledge of the economic and political implications
of the green economy. Without knowledge in environmental progressive liberal arts, the green economy cannot function and
cannot have structure. Students must have access to honest, progressive courses within their education pathway. As per the
nation's laws, a basic political education is already required by the Royal Government. However, more courses on the green
economy, sustainability, and environmentalism should be part of required courses for students. Government funding should be
used to open more courses, pay teachers fair wages, and have an array of resources to engage students and expand research
    into progressive theories.

  • Implementation and Experience

-While education is the most important factor in the future of Lourenne's environmentalist economy, it is important that
students are able to experience the inner threads and stiches of what makes the green sector the most prestigious and
most successful in the world. Students should see power stations, power location, experience the environment, engage in
sustainable practices, understand law procedures and committees in the Royal Assembly, understand the micro and macro
economic implications and taxes hands on, and be able to connect these experiences to students' lives.

  • Lasting Effect and Funding

-The importance of these steps, necessary to implement environmentalism in a country and be able to improve it, are crucial.
The green economy cannot survive if its people are uninformed about its inner workings and its several implications on society.
Ensuring that the nation's youth and secondary education students are involved in the realm of the green economy is necessary
for its survival. Ensuring that students have access to information, resources, and experiences relating to environmentalism is
necessary for continued green growth. Government funding is extremely crucial for these processes to occur. Billions, if not
trillions of dollars must be put into several different ministries to ensure the success of the Delaune Model. According to a
professor of Microeconomic Theory at the University of Delaune, Dr. Ferdinand Milliard, stated that "governments must be
willing to spend these considerable amounts of funds into their nation's future, especially if a green economy's desired. The
fruits of spending into education and environmentalism are better than the temporary deficits created by it."

The University of Delaune has released a 300 page document detailing more specifics about the Delaune Model and how it can be
implemented in economies of different sizes. Those individuals who participated in the Delaune meeting are in the process of creating a
new book for professionals to use in government or in the classroom.

In 4996, ex-High Chancellor Robert D'Aleville announced a massive 2.3 trillion franc bill, passed in the Royal Assembly, that would
include investments into new "hydrogen-electric metro systems and stations, green hydrogen-based power stations, green airports
including upgrades to airliner engines, an upgrade to the nation’s massive green bus system, new bicycle riding stations, and an
increase in power stations for electric vehicles". after years of work by both public and private industries, High Chancellor Vivienne
Le Claire announced that most of the 2.3 trillion francs have been successfully invested into the transportation and proudly stated
that Lourenne now had the greenest transportation system in modern Terran history. Le Claire highlighted the achievement during
a national televised statement. She noted that three of Lourenne's biggest airports, located in Valois, Thiers, and Eroncourt were
now sustainable and promoted the use of different biofuels, logged lower carbon emissions, and promoted the use of renewable
resources to power each massive airport. Besides the nation's airports, Le Claire announced that the nation's public transportation
systems, now free of charge, received a well-needed modernization. Public and private firms, old and new throughout Lourenne
have received millions to promote the use of electric and green hydrogen energy in the sector. A new start-up in Valois called
Voiture Vert released a new line of green hydrogen and electric vehicles to be used by the nation's largest metro areas. The brand
new buses, readily available to serve the public, all have central refueling station throughout the country and are set to go into
service this week. Le Claire praised the nation's centuries-old green infrastructure for allowing the expansion of the use of green
buses. High speed rail trains were also a focus of the project. Trains provided by Oui-Delaseine were put into service last month.
these trains are in service in the Eroncourt metro and are primarily powered by green hydrogen and backup electric generators.
Millions of citizens have enjoyed the reliability of these trains, their speed, and their minimal environmental impact. Lastly,
several thousands of government buildings, parks, and communities were provided with new community bicycles, safe walking
paths, and access to different forms of funding for home energy transitions. Billions were poured into making low-income
communities accustomed to renewable energy and included several community sustainability projects. Le Claire believed that
this was one of the most crucial aspects of the bill. Not only did it focus on enhancing and modernizing the nations transportation
infrastructure, but it also addressed these issues in low-income and diverse communities, who are so often rejected by modernity
and higher living standards.

Eroncourt, Joviant | Today, High Chancellor Le Claire spoke at the annual Royal Ministries Council of Debate to discuss
her new direction and goals for the Royal Ministry of International Affairs. After nearly two decades of being silent on
the international stage and focusing on domestic issues, Le Claire announced to the Royal Ministers that a change was
imminent. In the past two decades, the past three previous administrations, including Le Claire's, have focused on
building up Lourenne's somewhat neglected energy, education, and healthcare sectors. After establishing the United
Kingdom as one of Terra's greater economies, Le Claire believes that its time to look overseas.

Her first order of change was to facilitate Lourenne's funding and investments overseas. Le Claire noted that after
years of funding projects at home, Lourenne's major financial institutions must be able to access new and traditional
markets. Banks, firms, and funds must be "easily accessible by nations who seek to tap into our vast amounts of capital
and different investment funds,"
said Le Claire. She hopes that the Royal Assembly will lower tax rates for some
institutions and increase the funding for Lourenne's multiple international cooperation funds.

The second order of Le Claire's policy changes is to seek cooperation with other nations in the international community
to once again revive trade routes and commercial activity. Specifically, Le Claire announced that future cooperation with
regional neighbors and overseas allies would be the United Kingdom's best option. Le Claire stated that Lourenne must
follow Keymon's digital approach and seek to further ties with Keymon. Previously, the government of Keymon opened
new data storage centers in Lourenne and even some of their private corporations have begun operation in Lourenne's
markets. Le Claire stated that this relationship was crucial. "Lourenne needs Keymon, and Keymon needs Lourenne.
Our "expertise in diverse sectors can help our nations grow and fill in economic gaps we may experience."

Additionally, Le Claire spoke about older relationships the United Kingdom has with Dorvik and Kanjor. These "traditional
alliances and friendships give the world a sense of stability and order"
, said Le Claire. She stressed that economic and
military partnerships with these nations was crucial to setting the foundation for a renewed world economy. Finally, Le
Claire spoke about new economies that would be a great addition for Lourenne to engage with. Recently, the new
Yingdalan government held talks with the Royal Ministry of International Affairs about its new government economic plan.
R.M Louis Errard de Croissance noted that the United Kingdom is sure to engage with Yingdala, a regional neighbor, to
revive the Anantonese Ocean trade routes and economies.

Liore, the backbone of modern Dovani, also communicated with the Royal Government in hopes for further cooperation.
Private green energy firms in the nation have begun to plan expansions to Liore. Lourennais green energy is not unknown
to Liore. There have been minor expansion to Liore in the past, but economists predict that a more modest expansion
and cooperation with Liore is in the future with talks of solar energy cooperation in the works. Le Claire's ambitious
foreign policy changes are ambitious and are set to guide the United Kingdom towards a more tradition global position.
A beacon for cooperation, democracy, and environmentalism.
