Valois, Carolleux: Millions of Valoyenne residents showed up to Place de la Revolution today to celebrate the election
results from February that gave several seats to the newly re-established National Royalist Party. For centuries, the
NRP has held large government majorities which heped Lourenne reach a great spot in world affairs. After the
inactivity of the current government, the NRP reassembled its party members and took part in the national elections
of 4614. Taking over 67 seats, especially in Parmentier and Valois, the NRP declared victory. As usual, the NRP ran a
heavy campaign focused on reviving Lourenne's influential tech sector, re-opening and establishing the shipbuilding
yards and sectors, and most importantly organizing, training, and revamping the nation's armed forces. The NRP has
also pledged to keep the monarchy as the head of state in Lourenne as its as been for over 300 years. The NRP and
the Action Nationale have already begun negotiations to form a coalition and sources say that a proposal is being
voted on in the Royal Assembly. Years under the NRP and the AN's governance will lead to Lourenne's ultimate power
and influence growth. Having already pledged internationalism, the NRP is fixed on returning Lourenne to a global power.

Thiers, Louives: After the re-emergence of the NRP, many businessmen and investors began looking to Lourenne for new
opportunities for growth now that the nation appears to begin economic policies that would let businesses flourish in the
nation without much regulations. Most notably, Manon-Maison Communications and Technologie Asteria re-opened their
manufacturing centers and administrative locations after investors showed promising signs of moving to the Kingdom.
Director of International Services from Manon-Masion Communications stated that the company will "re-open many of
its stores in Valois, Eroncourt, and Parmentier to quickly begin creating jobs in the tech sector." The company stated
that once a stable economic status is set in Lourenne, the company will begin to invest heavily to ensure that Lourenne's
tech sector return to its previous, successful state. Both companies have not released any news yet on their latest

Lac des Lumieres, Joviant:After years of political uncertainty in Lourenne, last weekend, the
Lourennais Royal Family of Orléans-Vasser-DeChambeau returned to the Palace of Lights in Lac
des Lumieres to reclaim the throne that they had left over 100 years ago. The royal family, which
left to Kanjor during the 100 year period, kept the lineage alive through the descendants of King
Philippe I er and his son Philippe II who never ascended the throne. While in Kanjor, Catherine II
granddaughter of Philippe II, married Jean Paul Fernand Duke of Silliers and gave birth to their
son and the next heir to the Lourennais throne Louis Philippe Orléans-Vasser-DeChambeau, or
Louis III. The family, which has sister branches in Kazulia and Kanjor, have continued to live on
despite the Lourennais monarchy being absent. Catherine II has pledged, in a televised statement
throughout the country, that she will be working constantly with members of the Royal Cabinet and
the Royal Assembly to "re-establish Lourenne as a world power and re-unite Lourenne and its old
allies through economic cooperation and military cooperation". The Queen stated that she would be in
contact with the other Canrillaise nations in the coming days and invite them to Eroncourt to begin
cooperation negotiations that haven't been seen since the days of the Canrille Federation. It is said
that Catherine is trying to establish her second cousin George D'Orléans-Vasser-Deux-Rivières as the
monarch of Kanjor, who has a valid claim to the throne. While the monarchy has just been restored
the future looks promising for the United Kingdom now that secure domestic and international
policies are set for the next 10 years.

Parmentier, Outannais:Yesterday, the Royal Ministry of Defence announced that every branch of the
Royal Armed Forces will be overhauled and upgraded to modern technology after years of decaying
equipment, strategies, and discipline of troops. The Minister of Defense Georges LeBlanc met with
several officers of the Ground Component, the Air Force, and the Royal Navy at the National Cabinet
Building to establish necessary protocols for the overhaul. LeBlanc first laid out a dynamic plan for
the structure of the Royal Ground Component. The structure of the Royal Ground Forces would be
nearly similar to the structure in 4570, however, new units and regiments will be created to give
the armed forces a fresh start. Along with the re-organization of regiments, the Royal Ground Forces
will receive new equipment from many of Lourenne's weapons manufacturers such as Entreprise des
Defenseurs.

The Royal Ground Forces will also undergo heavy training in the mountains and deserted
jungles of western Louives. The Ground Force's main strategy, decided and crafted by the officer of
the Ground Forces will focus on being able to deploy, mount offenses, suppoert other regiments and
successfully defend locations with different weather and biomes. The ground forces will be trained
in Lourenne's diverse lands to prepare for any assault and defense in a jungle, in an arctic setting, in
a rugged mountain setting, and in a desert setting. The Ground Forces, despite focusing on many
strategies, will focus most of their attention on supporting other regiments in battles through the
parachute division and large counter attacks by units nearby. Troops, during the first week will
undergo regular health examination and training and will take part in small strategy class during
basic training to begin implementing the changes.

For the Royal Navy and the Air Force, the Ministry of Defense will completely renovate and upgrade
most of the ships of the Royal Navy. This includes the three Queen-Isabelle Class Aircraft Carriers as
well as the Royal Navy's Parmentier-Class destroyers and the Delaune-Class Frigates. The upgrades
will be carried out by Capet-Fouquet Industries and Entreprise des Defenseures at Orleans Naval
Station Base in Parmentier and at Le Port D'Artaine in Valois. The Royal Navy, according to the Ministry
of Defense will see an increase in men by 4630 as well as the Royal Air Force. In terms of the Royal
Air Force, the Ministry of Defense has announced that Systemes Aeronol will be constructing and mass
producing new fighter jets for the air force, however, those plans have not been released. The Air
Force will also be learning similar strategies to the ground component, however, the air force will
mainly focus on stealth, reconnaissance, and quick damaging attacks. By the end of all basic training
the Lourennais Army will have a combined force of over 345,000 troops. Within 6 years, the Lourennais
Royal Navy will have most of its ships upgraded and tested in national waters. It is expecteded that the
Armed Forces' old strength can be achieved by 4630.

Image
Eroncourt, Joviant: /After months of silence from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the nation's capital, Minister of
Foreign Affairs antoine Sainte called for a media press to announce the Ministry's plans for Lourenne after several years of
uncertainty under the previous government. This week, Minister Sainte revealed that delegations from Alduria and Kanjor
would meet with queen Catherine II at the Palace of Lights before traveling to Eroncourt to meet with the Royal Assembly,
the Chancellor, and the Royal Cabinet. The Minister stated that Lourenne will try to form a strong, special bond with the
Canrillaise in Seleya through economic agreements and, by confirmation of the Ministry of Defense, military exercises. During
the conference, Minister Sainte declared that "the special relationship Lourenne has with the rest of the Canrillaise nations
must be preserved as all 4 nations share the same culture, language, and ambitions".
Minister Sainte then revealed that he
will be pursuing new allies and old allies in the following days. Next week, Minister Sainte and members of the Ministry of
Trade and Finance will be traveling to Skalm to renegotiate economic treaties with Kazulia. This move could foster a hardened
economic friendship with Kazulia that has existed for many decades. The two Dovani nations, according to Minister Sainte will
"be the strongest effort to nurture peace and economic development worldwide". A few months ago, a Trigunian delegation
arrived in Eroncourt to speak with members of the Royal Assembly and Minister Sainte to develop new relations between both
nations through economic means. Minister Sainte also declared that Lourenne will be "staying away from many poisonous
nations that riddle Artania and Seleya that try to stay relevant through their aggressive and imprudent ways."
At the end
of the vriefing, Sainte stated that Lourenne will return to its old position as a global power in the coming years
through progressive economic development, a solid military presence, and international influence.

Eroncourt,Joviant :The Royal Assembly months go revealed a major plan to modernize and redevelop Lourenne's
infrastructure, which after 30 years, needed to be done. The NRP presented a bill in the Royal Assembly that would
completely focus on destabilizing and rebuilding Lourenne's infrastructure inducing homes, airports, transportation
systems, and public buildings. The NIRMI (National Infrastructure Redevelopment and Modernization Initiative) bill
called for a total of 60 billion Francs to be invested into the initiative as well as an option for the private sector to
become involved. According to the bill, the initiatives five main goals will be:

A major part in the NIRMI will be to expand the nation's largest airports. By far, the most important airport expansion
of the Project would be the expansion of Valois' LaVille International Airport (VLV) and the expansion of Eroncourt's
International Airport (EXA). Government buildings and housing buildings including, schools, and medical centers will
be the priority focus of the redevelopment initiative, where as national transportation hubs will be secondary, however
,both WILL be modernized regardless. Funding for the (NIRMI) will be provided by the National Government (Ministry of
Infrastructure & Ministry of Finance), private contractors, banks, and investors. A total of 60 Billion Lourennais Francs

completed. Work on all major national roads has already begun in the Valois Metropolitan area as well as schools and

Government collapses after AN revolt

The four-and-a-half year old coalition government of the PRA and the AN has collabated in dramatic fashion. Dissatisfaction with the coalition, which had already been brewing in AN ranks for some time, reached boiling point this evening at a hastily arranged meeting of backbenchers, at which a vote was taken to order the party's ministers to resign with immediate effect. The spark for this extraordinary turn of events seems to have been the proposal of the PRN to pass ratification of the Charter of Independent States, a policy at which the typically isolationist AN membership recoiled. For the first two rounds of voting, the AN leadership was able to convince its MPs to simply abstain, but this attempt at preserving the coalition failed at the third vote, where the leadership, fearing a split in the party, finally acquiesced to demands for active opposition. The triumphant backbenchers then gathered for the aforementioned meeting to deliver the coup de grâce to any hopes for reconciliation with the PRN.

Although dramatic, commentators were not entirely surprised by this turn of events, pointing out that the coalition was an awkward match to begin with, with the liberal and internationalist PRN finding little common ground with the conservative AN except for the preservation of the monarchy.

Image
Henri de Lambord-Montpelier after having
tendered his resignation to the Queen

The hitherto High Chancellor, Henri de Lambord-Montpelier, was taciturn and stone-faced when confronted by the press after the meeting. Political analysts are in agreement that the failure of the government represents a severe blow to the party leader's authority, and that his nearly three-decade long stint at the helm may soon be at an end.

Lourennais Tech Firms plan joint effort to create a "technological haven "
through NIRMI Project

Image
Valois, Carolleux:Months ago, the Royal Assembly voted on the NRP's proposal to reshape Lourenne's infrastructure
through funding from the national government and through private firms. The NIRMI proposal, which is already in action
called for solutions to the many infrastructure issues the nation is facing, however, one section of the NIRMI project had
a focus to make Lourenne's top cities international hubs fro innovation and technology. Lourenne's top technological
companies located in the Golden Valley in the city of Thiers have announced this morning that they would be moving
all of their planned manufacturing centers, stores, and research facilities to the city of Valois on the northern coast
of the country. Manon-Maison Communications, by far Lourenne's biggest tech company released a statement the same
day that their new company headquarters will be built in Valois' high tech downtown area. The new building which will
be located on Rue Duvin, will have its own plaza, access to the city's metro system, and access to local amenities such
as restaurants and nearby stores. along with moving its headquarters to Valois, Manon-Maison will be closely working
with contractors working on the NIRMI project to re-design the lobbies of all the buildings located on Rue Duvin. The
re-design will include new tech equipment provided by Manon-Maison including their signature business software for
computers, new computers, new security camera software and links to main security frame ware, and new company
telephones with new landlines connected to Manon-Maison's international networks. Along with redesigning buildings
nearby, they have also planned to open five new stores in areas that have been classified as "growing" communities
within the Centre-Ville district. According to city regional planners, Manon-Maison Rue Duvin plan will be in Valois'
Zone 105. Its stores will be dispersed throughout the Centre-Ville district in the west and near the center.

Image
    Manon-Maison Projects =Red/Yellow
    Mobile Aurore Projects = Green
    Technologie Asteria = Blue
Technologie Asteria, which falls behind Manon-Maison in customers, plans to work on its own projects in Zones 106-109
of downtown Valois. Their plan, according to the company spokesman, will be to move it attention to the city of Valois
by allowing companies, large banks, and local businesses use their popular Coult-Air software which allows company
managers and leaders control transactions and company assets through an online option that can be accessed by multiple
people. Association Franc, Lourenne's top bank, is said to have made a deal with Technologie Asteria to use their software
in its branches located within downtown Valois, which have direct connections to notable markets on Terra in Bekenial,
Tian'an, Haldor, Wiel, and Skalm. Technologie Asteria will give companies in Zones 106-109 an option to buy Technologie
Asterias companies POS systems for ease of purchases in their stores however, their primary focus is to revitalize the
technology for banks and corporations to facilitate international trade with the world's biggest markets. The last company
which decided to move its attention to Valois is Mobile Aurore, however, their projects are on a much smaller scale than
those of Manon-Maison and Technologie Asteria. Mobile Aurore pans to add new cellular towers in Zones 99-14, 110, and
123 to ensure that its customers have access to high speed internet, calls, and WiFi in areas of congestion in the city and
in areas of low cellular signal. Mobile Aurore will be installing public WiFi areas and information kiosks in Zones 99-104
and in Zone 110 for tourists and or businessmen/women who are in the city for a short period of time. Mobile Aurore
have already begun to work on their project in establishing a better signal presence in Valois compared to Manon-Maison
and Technologie Asteria who will begin their projects next month. The combined efforts of the Lourennais tech sector will
make the city of Valois a technological sector full of innovation and the latest technology. Hundreds of jobs and business
opportunities are set to be created during and after the process. By the end of 4620, Valois is set to be one the most
technologically/innovative cities on Terra, if not, the most.
