How will Royal Minister of Defense Ron Crouche and his staff face the impossible and reform the armed forces?
Image
Ron Crouche, the Royal Minister of Defense, accepted his role as defense minister knowing well that his ministerial department faces
harsh criticism from the Lourennais public. For decades, since the last conservative government held power, the people of Lourenne
became angry at the billions of dollars that were poured into the nation's armed forces. These investments in the nation's Royal Navy
of course set Lourenne as an emerging power in Dovani. Since then, however, funding for the nation's military has steadily decreased
as more attention is being put in social services. High Chancellor Arnaud did promise voters that she would reform the nation's military
during her administration. after making a few calls, the responsibility now lies in Crouche's hands.

Ron Crouche sat down with his advisors and other members of the Royal Ministry of Defense last week and devised a new route for the
Royal Armed Forces. His staff, made up of more than 40 members, all shared their ideas on the new image of the Royal Armed Forces.
In the midst of hours of conversation, there was a consensus on the future of the military. A consensus which would change the future
of the nation as well.

Crouche and his team believed that the nation should focused on strategic, but limited military build up while putting a heavy focus on
reconnaissance, data collection, and aerial supremacy. The RMD labelled this new policy as "Crouche's Doctrine". According to members
of his team, Crouche heavily emphasized that Lourenne needed to turn away from imperialist methods of military policy and instead
lean on more diplomatic and peaceful methods of strengthening the armed forces. Crouche explained to his team that strategic build
up had to be a part of the new doctrine. Specifically, the Royal Armed Forces, certain parts of the Royal Ground Component, and
domestic air defenses will be the main focus.

Image

Image
Within the next few years, funding will be allocated to the budget of the Royal Ministry of Defense to ensure that Crouche's Doctrine is
implemented. Funding will be allocated to limited build-up in the nation's Royal Armed Forces. This includes funding for new weapons,
planes, but also the mental and physical help of the branch's members. Funding will also be provided for new satellites to be designed
by the Lourennais Royal Space Agency (LRSA) which will relay information with new data centers and reconnaissance facilities to be built
in Eroncourt and in undisclosed locations.

High Chancellor Arnaud approved these new changes and expects them to go into effect soon. Arnaud applauded Crouche's efforts to
redesign Lourenne's military image. an image that has been tainted by decades of neo-imperialism, aggressiveness, and human ignorance.
Crouche's Doctrine, which has been read over by independent sources at the Collège of Politics and International Relations at Oldunez
University in Thiers, was preferred over Lourenne's older military policy which focused on massive buildup without a second thought.

While the public in Lourenne may be skeptical about the billions being poured into the military, Arnaud hopes that it makes people
realize that this military doctrine will increase the United Kingdom's chances for diplomacy and peaceful negotiations before any guns
or bombs are used. Crouche and Arnaud have faced Lourenne's largest hurdle: its military. Is it a hurdle that leads to a political win? Or
instead a massive fall?

ImageIndependence is a scary word in Lourenne. For decades, the nation has been recovering from the financial and social disaster of the
Lourennais revolution, which ultimately destroyed public faith in the government and in the nation's armed forces. However, for the past
thirty years, the United Kingdom has once again prospered under the new legislation and policies of leftists governments. The Royal
Assembly has done an incredible job of protecting and maintaining Lourennais democracy and improving the quality of life in Lourenne,
however, since the death of Queen Catherine III years ago, tensions are rising. And they are rising in the most popular vacation spot in
the nation: Beaumont-sur-Mer.

ImageBeaumont-sur Mer is a small city and province in the region of Bellemont, which is located in the state of Carolleux.
Beaumont-sur-Mer is home to hundreds of millionaires, billionaires, Lourennais celebrities, 5-star hotels, casinos
and restaurants. However, Beaumont is a highly diverse city, with most of its population being of Orinco-Canrillaise status. In Lourennais
history, Beaumont-sur-Mer was a small province ruled by a wealthy duke, which was good friends with King Philippe I of Lourenne. The
Duke of Beaumont, however, passed away along with his regional influence and titles. The King of Lourenne removed the duke's title
and wiped him away from history books.

ImageToday, and individual named Georges de Berabonne revealed himself to the public and claimed that he was from the line of the
Duke of Beumont. While this sparked much speculation and questions, Berabonne was able to provide medical records and birth records
which tie him back to the Duke of Beaumont. This revelation has dominated Lourennais media for the past weeks. Berabonne, according
to those monitoring the event unfold, is widely popular in the Beaumont province and has done his fair share of spreading anti-Lourenne
propaganda throughout the city.

ImageResidents of Beaumont-sur-Mer have begun to rise up against local governments in the past few weeks. Members of Berabonne's political
organization have started weekly protests outside of the Beaumont city council. They have been demanding the High Chancellor and the
Queen of Lourenne, Isabelle IV, to guarantee Beaumont's independence and name Georges de Berabonne as the head of state. This of
course was not taken lightly by the Monarch of Lourenne.

Image
ImageOnce the news of Georges de Berabonne's rise in Beaumont reached Lac des Lumieres, royal correspondents noted that Queen Isabelle
was "outraged". According to sources, Queen Isabelle IV met with High Chancellor Arnaud last week to ensure that these claims were in
fact false. However, Arnaud confirmed to the queen that Berabonne was in fact a decedent of the Duke of Beaumont and that his sudden
and sharp rise to fame in Beaumont-sur-Mer was deeply alarming
.

Image
ImageReporters began to flock to the Palace of Lights this morning to see if the Crown Representative would release a statement on
behalf of the Queen on the subject of Beaumont's independence. To everyone's surprise, the queen herself met with reporters and spoke
on the matter. Queen Isabelle IV said that "Berabonne was a treasonous, poisonous person for the people of Lourenne. Berabonne's claims
to any title are no longer granted and will not be granted on my part or any other member of my family. Beaumont will not be split. The
United Kingdom will remain united."

ImageAccording to High Chancellor Arnaud, there will be an increased security presence in Beaumont-sur-Mer for the next three months.
According to Arnaud, a recommendation for increased security was given to her by Queen Isabelle. Arnaud agreed and noted that the
nation's police and home guard would be on alert should any large, violent manifestations occur in Beaumont-sur-Mer, especially after
the Queen's direct, insulting response to Berabonne. Some fear that the Queen's words could have already ignited anger in Beaumont

ImageFor centuries, the United Kingdom has been in a long-lasting identity crisis. Millions in the nation today believe that Lourenne is in
a better position than it has ever been. The nation has been a leading economic center throughout its recent history and arguably a
leading military influence. Yet, the Lourenne we see today cannot be compared to the one just one hundred years ago. The United Kingdom
today has been a leader in democracy, sustainability and humanitarianism. Just in the past fifty years, the United Kingdom has guaranteed
democratic institutions, healthcare, humanitarian and environmental ideas, and have even self-denounced neo-imperialism.

ImageToday, High Chancellor held a press conference at the government complex in Eroncourt where she explained her administration's
next moves before election season. High Chancellor announced that the liberals, humanitarians, and centrists in the Royal Assembly have
agreed to slash the military budget and use its surplus funds to fund more social programs and open more development funds to help those
in need throughout the world. Arnaud noted that the United Kingdom would change its military focus to reconnaissance and aerial elements
but most of the military will see cuts.

Image
ImageArnaud confirmed that the United Kingdom would be using surplus budgetary funds to enter a new era of Lourennais innovation.
This new era of innovation would focus on making Lourenne up to 80% reliant on green energy (currently sitting at 64%), expand the use
of technology in the workplace and in education institutions, and ensure that the government is maintaining an accepting and just society.
Arnaud did understand that this move would require several hours of planning and bureaucratic processes, but the effort and resources put
into the well-being of the nation's citizens is always worth it.

ImageLourenne's status as the most "green" country on Terra has only helped Arnaud gain support for her new policies. Recent projects with
Saridan and Hobrazia have allowed the public in Lourenne to learn about the government's new ideas and commitments to a brighter,
cleaner future. Arnaud expects these changes to be enacted by the Royal Assembly next week. The money will instantly be injected into
different ministries and local governments to ensure that projects associated with technology, diversity, and sustainability are funded and
maintained. A new era has begun for Lourenne. This new era of humanitarianism, understanding, justice, and diversity may finally give
Lourenne its identity that the nation has struggled to find for centuries.

LIA ANNOUNCES FOMAT XVII | FESTIVAL TO BE HELD IN BEAUFORT

Lourennais pop star Andelie delivered an amazing performance at FOMAT XVI in Kalistan and was able to bring home the victory. Andelie
performed her latest hit Parler, which caught the attention of the FOMAT judges in Kalistan as well as the international attendance. As
per FOMAT tradition, the winner of the last FOMAT gets the right to host and set distinct rules for the next edition. The Lourennais
Institute of Arts, who always plans FOMAT events when they occur in Lourenne, concluded that the seventeenth edition of FOMAT is
taking place in the beautiful city of Beaufort (OOC: Nice, France) in the Bellemont province of Carolleux. This is the second time a
FOMAT is held in the province of Bellemont, the first being FOMAT VII in Beaumont-sur-Mer.

The LIA announced that Andelie, the previous FOMAT winner, Marc Ensuite, a popular music critic in Lourenne, and Isabelle Devoit, a
distant cousin of famous actor Danni Devoit, will be the three judges at FOMAT XVII. Nations are encouraged to send songs of all sorts.
Judges will be looking for songs which are representative of their nations and non-political. However, this will not be enforced. Songs
that are creative, catchy, and colorful can attain more points at the event, but why will not be enforced. The LIA announced that a
language and culture rule will not be enforced, compared to past FOMATS, however songs which match the judges criteria could place
higher than others. As per usual, international voting will be allowed and will account for 50 percent of the final placement. Nations
throughout the world are encouraged to begin sending artists and songs!

OOC: FOMAT submissions are now open and will close on Friday 4/2 at 11:59 PM EST. FOMAT will be held on the PT Discord on Saturday
4/3 at 3PM EST.

FOMAT XVII has been sponsored by Les Empeureurs' Historic Estate, who has allowed the LIA to use one of their songs at FOMAT XVII (BELOW)

ImageFor centuries, the minority groups of Lourenne have been silent. Millions of Orinco, Orun, and Dalehi citizens have suffered
under the brutal post-colonial society in Lourenne. In the past 400 years, the United Kingdom has seen different peoples rise to power,
including two High Chancellors of Orinco decent, and only one of Orun decent. High Chancellor Arnaud expressed her concern over
Lourenne's main minority groups, which are still for the most part indigenous to Lourenne. Arnaud explained that minorities in Lourenne
were oppressed by its own government and country for far too long. So, the leftist coalition in the Royal Assembly decided to act.

ImageMembers of the Royal Assembly have been working on the Lourennais Imperialism and Colonialism Correction Act or LICCA, for
months. The main purpose of the bill, according to the liberal faction, was to correct Lourenne's longstanding and disastrous effects of
imperialism and colonialism that was initiated by Canrillaise Colonizers thousands of years ago. The Canrillaise colonizers enslaved and
set up Lourennais society against the indigenous peoples of the nation. Arnaud, without hesitation, sought to set things right. Arnaud
that the nation needed to denounce its colonial and imperialist past and provide an equal and prosperous society for all of its citizens
not only those of Canrillaise decent.
Image
ImageThe LICCA Bill, according to members of the Royal Assembly, is mainly an economic bill that will address the needs and equity
of all minority groups in Lourenne. The bill will allow the Royal Ministry of Education and Culture to inject billions of dollars in small
and large minority communities and neighborhoods. Funding would go towards equal and affordable housing, better resources in schools
with large minority populations, rent assistance, small business loans, full unrestricted access to voting in elections, and poverty
assistance to those without a job or house.

ImageHigh Chancellor Arnaud noted that the proposal would of course add to the nation's national deficit; however, post-colonial
reparations were absolutely necessary for the nation to "move forward and accept its new place in the world as a nation who respects
and helps all of its citizens despite the color of their skin". Millions of Orinco, Orun, and Dalehi citizens hit the streets today to celebrate
the singing of the LICCA bill into law. Many were seen crying and dancing in the streets after LICCA became the law of the land. Arnaud's
approval rating has shot up to an impressive 74%. Millions believe that Arnaud is taking the rights steps to not only address and terminate
the United Kingdom's imperial past, but to also create a better future for all Lourennais citizen

"IT'S TIME", HIGH CHANCELLOR ARNAUD PULLS LOURENNE OUT OF THE NORTHERN COUNCIL
How Arnaud's decision to pull Lourenne out of the Northern Council will shift global geopolitics
Image
Eroncourt: Joviant: After months of debate in the Royal Assembly, 345 of the 538 deputies in the Royal Assembly voted on a resolution
proposed by the High Chancellor's faction, which would by the end of the month, officially withdraw Lourenne from the Northern Council
Treaty Organization. The move shocked political analysts and historians throughout the nation as well as millions of residents in the nation,
mainly conservatives. High Chancellor Arnaud told the media today that the move to withdraw the United Kingdom from the Northern
Council was based on policy and morality.

Years ago, Arnaud announced a new future for Lourenne. The nation, which for decades has been defined by militarism and neo-imperialism,
would enter a new era that would be defined by humanitarianism, innovation, and equity. Arnaud stated that the Northern Council, and its
current ideology, could not fit into Arnaud's vision for the nation. With plenty of advice from her closest friends and policy advisors, Arnaud
made the decision today and went through with it.

Members of the Conservative faction are angry at Arnaud's move to withdraw Lourenne from the Northern Council. Conservative legislators
complained that leaving the Northern Council would strain relationships with nations like Dorvik, Dolgava, and Hutori. Arnaud stated that
this concern was fair. The United Kingdom's relationship could weaken with the nation's former allies, however, Lourenne's "future and new
reputation cannot survive within the Northern Council"
.
Image
As said before, political scientists, analysts and historians are noting that this move will have major implication on the current geopolitics
in the North and in the East. Lourenne is now a "free-nation with agency", according to Robert Delabord, a professor of political scientist
at the University of Delaune. According to Delabord, Lourenne now has "several options to continue defining itself". Leaving the Northern
Council gives Lourenne the opportunity to "better its relations with nations in Dovani, Seleya, and Artania", explained Delabord.

As the leader in humanitarian and environmental issues on Terra, Lourenne is in a special, rare position. It has the opportunity to repair
relations with nations in other regions and make new relationships as well. It is already apparent that High Chancellor Arnaud is willing to
take necessary steps to ensure her vision for Lourenne is fulfilled; however, Arnaud is entering unchartered territory. Lourenne's new
commitment to find new relationships and cement itself as a leader on Terra can end in success and cooperation or in despair and isolation.

ImageLast month, High Chancellor Arnaud announced her surprise decision to remove Lourenne from the Northern Council, which
surprised millions in the nation and out. This move of course was to complete her vision of Lourenne before she left office. Now, just
two years before she steps down, High Chancellor Arnaud announced that she, along with the Royal Ministry of International Affairs
(RMIA), have planned the Grand International Diplomatic Tour or GIDT.

ImageAccording to the RMIA, the High Chancellor and the RMIA team will be travelling to multiple nations and will be part of official
state visits meant to restore Lourenne's lost or broken relations with several nations of the international community. The GIDT will focus
on nations who have previously held diplomatic relations with Lourenne and on nations who are diplomatically unknown to Lourenne.
High Chancellor Arnaud and the Royal Ministry of International Affairs explained that this diplomatic tour was meant to establish and
cement Lourenne's newfound ideology based on diplomacy, democracy, environmentalism, humanitarianism, and innovation.

Image
ImageThis morning, the Royal Ministry of International Affairs held a small press conference with Royal Minister Jesurat Tlateco
which informed Lourennais media of the trip that the RMIA and the High Chancellor would take in the GIDT. According to the Royal
Minister, High Chancellor Arnaud and the RMIA will be visiting Kalistan, Lodamun, Dolgava, Endralon, Aldegar, Mordusia, Kanjor,
Yingdala, Vascania, and Liore in order.

ImageRoyal Minister Tlateco also stated that the High Chancellor had specific ideas for cooperation for each nation. For example,
Royal Minister Tlateco revealed that the High Chancellor will be in Endralon to talk about increased economic relations and green energy,
while in Vascania, she will discuss agricultural trades, green energy, and maritime cooperation. High Chancellor Arnaud stated that this
global trip will not only complete her vision of Lourenne, but it will also be the last thing she does while in office, leaving a huge hole
to fill in the Chancellery Palace. Arnaud's vision of Lourenne is nearing its completion with the GIDT. More information on the GIDT will
be released soon.

A NEW GLOBAL POSITION: A RECAP OF THE GRAND INTERNATIONAL DIPLOMATIC TOUR
The GIDT has redefined Lourenne's position in the world. Here is an overview on every nation visited.
Image
Eroncourt: Joviant: Weeks ago, High Chancellor Arnaud and the Royal Ministry of International Affairs announced a large diplomatic tour
around Terra that would cement Lourenne's newfound position on the global stage and better relations with nations in Artania, Seleya,
and Dovani. the Royal Ministry of International Affairs released a list of the nations that would be part of the international tour. The
nations on that list are Kalistan, Lodamun, Dolgava, Endralon, Aldegar, Mordusia, Kanjor, Yingdala, Vascania, and Liore, in order.

KALISTAN
First, the High Chancellor and the RMIA travelled to Kaliburg to meet with President Mark Small and the Kalistani Foreign Ministry. The
Lourennais delegation visited many locations in Kaliburg including the National Assembly building, the imperial gardens, and a small
lecture on international relations at Kaliburg Republican University. On the second day of the two-day visit, H.C. Arnaud met with
members of the Kalistani government to discuss the future between Kalistan and Lourenne. There was a clear consensus that both
nations have a special relationship due to the proximity of Ananto to Lourenne. A mutual feeling of respect, cooperation, and friendship
was acknowledged at the meeting. Increased trade rights and details were also discussed at the meeting, specifically on the tranfer
of Kalistani oil to Lourenne's smaller markets.

LODAMUN
From Kalistan, H.C Arnaud and the RMIA travelled to Lodamun. After landing of the capital city of Providence, H.C. Arnaud was taken
to the Presidium where she met with President Justin Baar and other members of the Presidium. The High Chancellor was then taken
to various different sites in Providence, such as vast gardens and small community businesses. After experiencing fatigue, Arnaud was
taken to an official state residency where she rested for the second day of the state visit. After an official state lunch the next day,
the Lodamese and Lourennais delegations sat down and spoke of the economic relationship between both nation. High Chancellor
Arnaud stated that Lodamun and Lourenne were the greenest nations on Terra with a high responsibility as caretakers of the world
environment. She believes that cooperation and friendship based on this responsibility would connect Lourenne to Lodamun and
ensure the future of environmentalism on Dovani and Seleya.

DOLGAVA
Straight from Providence, the Lourennais delegation traveled to Aikums, Dolgava to meet with one of the nation's previous allies
since leaving the Northern Council. In Dolgava, Aranud and her team met with Kasper Braun immediately after arriving. Arnaud noted
that her priority was to visit nations more diplomatically unknown to Lourenne, so she cut the state visit to one day. Arnaud had the
high privilege to meet the Dolgavan Royal Family of the House of House of Rothingren-Ludwig, who of course are great friends with
the Lourennais Royal Family. While Arnaud met with the Royal Family, the RMIA delegation met with the Dolgavan cabinet and spoke
about new ways the countries could continue good relations despite leaving the Northern Council. Continued economic cooperation
and military exercises is on the table for Dolgava and Lourenne in the future.

ENDRALON
The most anticipated trip of the week for the High Chancellor and her team was the trip to Endralon. Early in the morning, the
Lourennais delegation landed in Hugamest, eager to begin a three day visit in Endralon. The first day, H.C Arnaud and her team met
with President of the Directorial Republic Mezei Dénes at his official residency. They were then escorted to their temporary resting
place at a prestigious hotel chain in the third district of Hugamest. There, the Lourennais delegation rested until the next day. The
following morning, the Lourennais delegation met with the Endralonese cabinet and members of the Directoire. Talks were held
between Grand Director of Ministry of Trade and Industry Ms. Virág Regina and President Mezei Dénes. Green energy, as expected,
was the main talking point between both delegations. Endralon specifically asked for assistance on the expansion of green energy
the Artanian nation as well as increased trade relations. The RMIA of Lourenne noted that Endralon could tap into Lourenne's Green
Energy Grant Fund to supply the nation with resources and funding for green enrgy. On the final day, Arnaud and the RMIA were given
an extensive tour of Hugamest's main attractions and landmarks.

ALDEGAR
Two weeks into the GIDT, High Chancellor Arnaud and the delegation of the RMIA traveled to Aldegar to complete half of the GIDT.
President Payam Zarqan of Aldegar greeted the Lourennais delegation at Ramsāhreza International Airport. Shoprtly after, they were
given time to prepare for a large state dinner. On the second day, after visiting many landmarks, the RMIA and Arnaud entered extensive
economic talks with trade minister Sina Nasirian and her ministry. It was noted that after Malivia and Kalistan's increasing tensions, there
was an increased flow of good and trade vessels through the Aldegar Canal, which has needed repair for quite some time. Arnaud confirmed
that Lourenne could provide supplies and loans for the repair and possible expansion of the canal as a sign of commitment for cooperation
between both nations. Arnaud did note that Aldegar was wary of foreign interference outside of Seleya in Seleyan countries, however, the
Aldegarian government was convinced that Lourenne and Arnaud's intentions were good and happily agreed for further cooperation in the
future.

Image
Image
MORDUSIA
In Mordusia, High Chancellor Arnaud met with Foreign Secretary Amber Whitford and the RMIA met with the Ministry of Economic Affairs and
Communications. Arnaud visited some of the small Canrillaise communities in southern Mordusia to remind the country of the small cultural
ties Lourenne and Mordusia have. The RMIA concluded that Mordusia is a great partner for Lourenne in the future, especially when it comes
to expanding green energy and economic grants.

KANJOR
The next stop for the Lourennais delegation was Kanjor, Lourenne's sister nation. In Atyr, Arnaud met with Prime Minister Alexandra Delisle
and her cabinet. For decades, Lourenne has been absent from South Seleya, especially after former High Chancellor Ngozi denounced
Lourenne's former imperialist tendencies, which of course included Kanjor. The Lourennais trip to Kanjor was more symbolic than it was
political. H.C Arnaud's goal was to reaffirm Lourenne's commitment to cooperation with its sister nations rather than spread Lourenne's
politics to the nation. Although, she did reaffirm that there is an open window for Kanjor to tap into Lourenne's massive economic grants
in the future.

YINGDALA
After resting in Kanjor for a few days, the Hiugh Chancellor and the RMIA delegation traveled to Tian'an, Yingdala. Before departing Lourenne
weeks ago, Arnaud stated that her visits in Dovani would be the most important in her eyes. The Lourennais delegation spent four days in
Yingdala. H.C. Arnaud met with Prime Minister Adiah Okadigbo at the National Congress building on the first day. On the second day, economic
and diplomatic talks began in Tian'an. The RMIA and the Imperial Cabinet were at odds when discussing the future of the Anantonese Ocean
Region and Dovani. The RMIA suggested that an anti-imperialist and pacifist approach must be taken, yet the Yingdalan Foreign Ministry noted
that a military presence should be kept at all times. On the third day, High Chancellor Arnaud visited Lourenne's Avienne Resorts in the southern
part of the island. On the final day, there was a grand ceremony outside of the Imperial Palace and the Lourennais delegation was invited to
a massive state dinner, where final economic talks and small chit-chat took place.

VASCANIA
After leaving Yingdala, the Lourennais Delegation traveled to Kamalata in Vascania for a well-awaited trip. Two days were spent in Vascania.
High chancellor Arnaud met with a group of women legislators at the Vascanian Parliament Building, mainly members of the nation's Green
Party. They cited that Arnaud was an inspiration for women in green politics, especially in Vascania. Arnaud then met with the Vascanian Prime
Minister T. Thayakan and spoke about Vascania and Lourenne's fresh relationship. As a major power in the East, High Chancellor Arnaud noted
that a strong and friendly relationship between Lourenne and Vascania was necessary for stability in the East. Following a conversation, Arnaud
visited the Imperial Palace and had a special meeting with Emperor Kritagni although the details are unknown. Arnaud then visited tea farms in
the south of Kamalata, acknowledging that tea was a future possibility for Lourenne. On the second day, economic talks took place in Kamalata.
There were increased talks about agricultural trade, green energy specifically offshore wind turbines, and expanded maritime cooperation
between both countries such as ship and port building.

LIORE
Finally, the most important meeting according to the High Chancellor took place in Yamabiro, Liore. A three day visit took place in Liore. On the
first day, High Chancellor Arnaud and the entire delegation was personally met by Liori officials at a private airport in Liore. This marked the first
time Lourennais officials set foot in Liore for thousands of years. On that same day, High Chancellor Arnaud met with President Afolayan at the
Liori legislature building. Here, extensive talks were held about the future of Dovani. High Chancellor Arnaud personally congratulated and
admired Liore's job in creating a unified Dovani. Arnaud noted that Lourenne was willing to work with all members of the Dovani Pact, including
Liore and that economic imperialism was no longer and issue that Liore and its allies had to worry about from Lourenne. As a sign of friendship
and commitment to a pacifist, democratic Dovani, High Chancellor Arnaud signed an agreement that would give Liore over 200 Million Lourennais
Franc grant so that Liore could begin venturing into sustainability and renewable energy resources. The grant came directly form the Green
Investment and Cooperation Fund, opened years ago by Arnaud's government. The following few days were full of visits to historic landmarks and
attending festivals. It was a successful trip according to Arnaud that will only help both countries in the future.

After leaving Liore, the Lourennais delegation, fatigued and wanting to return to home, landed in Lourenne. Political analysts and members of the
Royal Assembly praised Arnaud for all of her work with the RMIA. As soon as the team landed in Eroncourt, they were celebrated and given time to
rest before the next Royal Assembly questions period. It is safe to say, Arnaud has completed her vision for Lourenne and will leave the country in
a better position. Lourenne is a humanitarian, democratic, sustainable, innovative, peaceful nation, just as Arnaud envisioned it.
