PARMENTIER, OUTANNAIS | The United Kingdom is at war with itself. Today, High Chancellor Larosière, in conjunction with the Royal
Ministry of Defense, declared a blockade of the City of Valois and other small ports in bordering the Kankawaran Bay to reduce the aid
the dictatorial FRN can receive to further their cause. High Chancellor Larosière stated that "Lourennais citizens are not the targets of
the civil war, rather the usurper government that has taken this country and established a dictatorial regimes by force."

Larosière met with the Royal Ministries in Parmentier for the final time before taking off to Eveari, Kalistan. Eveari will be the temporary
location of the government-in-exile while the nation is secure and stabilized. Larosière stated that she did not want to take this route, but
the FRN and the dictatorial regime have her no choice. She noted that the "FRN is no longer giving Lourennais citizens proper rights.
Innocent citizens are being persecuted, arrested, and even terminated under the FRN and its faux military. The FRN do not understand how
our country works. They don't understand our infrastructure. They don't understand our economy. We will prevail. We will not allow this
dictatorial regime to transform our nation into a desperate wasteland. If this is what the republic has come to, persecuting its own people
and engaging in crimes against the Kingdom, then we will not comprise. We want nothing of it."

The Royal Ministry of International Affairs has called upon the international community for humanitarian aid from several nations. Kalistan has
answered the call from Larosière's Administration. She stated that the "people of Lourenne, and Her Royal Majesty, were indebted to Kalistan."
And that she "greatly appreciates the efforts from [Lourenne's] brothers in the West."Larosière also greatly thanked Dorvik, who has sent a
Carrier Strike Group to the Anantonese to support the United Kingdom's actions, but most importantly to send aid. She stated that Dorvish
Forces will be called upon in the case of a necessary offensive or defensive measure. She also thanked the nations who have supported Her
Royal Majesty's Government such as Aloria. Larosière quoted Prime Minisyer Elma Scheer who stated that "What we are seeing in Lourenne
is not democracy in action but the failure of democracy."

Larosière stated that the Royal Ground Forces are protecting citizens, regardless of ideology, and opening public buildings in major metro
areas to accommodating them accordingly. Citizens are confused and in denial that the nation has gone a dark route. Millions urge that the
FRN abandon their dictatorial policies and support the return of the monarchy to end conflict. However, Larosière and her government
agreed that a party who persecutes their own people and abolish their rights have no place in the United Kingdom or any political sphere.

Despite pleas from the PRN to cease their dictatorial policies, Géroux and the FRN have already plotted their course simply too far to budge. It must be reiterated the FRN has a strong conviction towards democratic principles, as they even stated before the Civil War they would accept a PRN majority if the people willed it. However, in times like these, parliamentary procedure only leads to indecision and incoherency. Reluctantly, the FRN has adopted such authoritarian measures in the economy and domestic sectors out of necessity rather than want. The Monarchists simply due to not understand that the FRN is quite literally fighting for its life.

With these dictatorial measures taking root, the FRN in Delaune can now direct their war effort with a steady, iron hand. Already, "volunteer" units march to the front under the symphony of Republican music and crowds of patriots for the Cause. To further ensure loyalty and fervent patriotism for the Republic, political officers are to be dispatched to units in the field. The goals of these men are to instruct and educate their men on the "righteousness" of their cause, distribute patriotic publications to the troops, and ensure there are no "wolves in sheep's clothing." Despite all of the authoritarian trappings of the Republican regime, the FRN knows that measures like these offer the best hope of success.

As the Republican economy and military begin to slowly materialize, the cities of Lucande and Carolleux (the strongholds of the FRN), take on a "citadel-like" appearance. The common pedestrian might find barricades, anti-tank ditches, trenches, gun emplacements, and other defenses strewn about the urban centers of the Republic. The FRN has made it very clear to their Monarchist rivals that if they wish to reclaim the nation they will have to flatten their own cities to do so. This will be a war of wills, and the FRN is hoping that their dictatorial policies are a show of just how much they are willing to stomach in this war. Regardless of who wins, the victor will most likely feel as much pain as the vanquished.

With freshly trained units of the RAL slowly trickling to the front week by week, the defenses of the cities would see their ranks bolstered. So much so, the RAL has ordered the manning of the planned defensive line in Lucande mentioned last issue. Meanwhile, in Carolleux, Republican forces can now slowly fan out and establish defensive lines outside of the cities, hopefully linking up with units from neighboring urban areas. Of course, like the training of the very men being deployed, this will take time. Furthermore, if any section of the line is to be pierced or placed under great strain, the orders of RAL units are to immediately fall back to the nearest city and prepare for urban warfare or melt away into the countryside as insurrectionary units. To ensure these directives see fruition, the fledgling RAL high-command has issued orders to their ranking officers in the field, detailing proper means of action when attacked and methods of conduct for irregular or urban warfare. On the topic of supply, the FRN has ordered the creation of "flying companies" to detach and begin scrounging and foraging in nearby areas when supply is low. Furthermore, these flying companies sometimes mount incursions in non-Republican departments to seize supplies, as the RAL has yet to see a strong presence of Monarchist troops along their frontiers. Although, that will probably change. In all, the FRN hopes that once their nation's war economy and military are fully up and running, the might of a "nation in arms" can fully be brought to bear.

The FRN's defensive positions around the city of Delaune, Aguatepec, and Valois were well set up and administered by the FRN's forces. However
each of these Defensive positions involved different climates and environments. The FRN needed to fight highly trained troops in swampy,
tropical, and cold regions within the nation. This proved to be fatal for the FRN and their forces. Troops in jungle environments and humid
climates did not stand a chance to the highly trained Royal Armed Forces, who are known in the world as a force who can adapt and combat
in different environments with ease. Beyond the environment of the country, the RFN troops, who mainly consist of paramilitaries, have stood
no chance to the RAF. The Royal Ministry of Defense in Eveari reported that paramilitaries simply do not have the firepower, structure, and
organization to take on the RAF and defend large sections of the country. Citizens in the nation are also helping the Loyalist cause, noting that
Republicans have done nothing other than bring destruction to the nation. Meanwhile, a lack of manpower is also affecting the capabilities of
the RFN. The RFN, according to a map released by Le National, shows that Valois, Delaune, and St. Madeleine are ready to be sieged. According
to intel provided by IRSA, FRN leaders and chains of communication stem out from these cities. Once they fall, FRN communication will be
severed and command will be seized. High Chancellor Larosière said that the government of th United Kingdom gladly appreciates the support
from the international community over the war. She stated that the United Kingdom would not forget the nations who backed the true
government and rejected tyranny. As a new offensive is prepared for the FRN's three main cities, Larosière remind the world that those who
helped the kingdom will be repaid tenfold.

After 5 years of intense conflict, tyranny, and death, the Lourennais Civil War is finally over. This morning, the representative of Her Royal Majesty's
Government-in-Exile, Jacques Arnault, stated that a proposal was sent to the leaders of the FRN to end the civil war and seek compromise despite the
increasingly obvious Royalist gains. Arnault told the nation's free press in Eveari, Kalistan that the FRN agreed to restore the Monarchy so long as it
meant the end of tyranny and dictatorship in the nation. To the surprise of Arnault, and the royal government, the FRN agreed and a ceasefire was
immediately declared by the Royal Ministry of Defense.

Upon the announcement of a ceasefire, Royalist troops, who were preparing to siege the city of Delaune, the FRN's base of command, entered the
city unopposed and were cheered on by residents of the city. Troops waiting to siege the city of Valois also did the same. Troops entered Valois and
the city of St. Madeleine after the ceasefire and concluded peace processes with FRN command. High Chancellor Larosière heard of the news in
Eveari and immediately planned to rebuild the nation and hold valid elections to restore the democratic process of the nation.

Her Royal Majesty, Catherine V, and the Royal Family who traveled to Hutori a few months after their departure from Rildanor, announced that they
would return to the Palace of Lights in the Royal Estates as soon as the Royal Government made sure that the nation was secure and free from any
domestic violence. Yet after 5 years of violence, leaders doubt the want for any more war.

Millions in the nation are now wondering how the nation will recover from the war. Housing is in critical condition, the energy sector took major hits,
the capital is in flames, and the economy in ruins. High Chancellor Larosière stated that she is planning a major infrastructure plan to rebuild the
United Kingdom within the next decade and restore the economic might of the nation. She stated that "[Lourenne] has persevered through war and
peace. Together, we will build a new Lourenne. We will build a new era and leave behind the ancien regime. This is our time." More information

AVIENNE-LES-BAINES, OUTANNAIS | After the formal announcement of the end of the Lourennais civil war, the Royal Government, which
was situated in Eveari, Kalistan, returned to Lourenne and immediately began work on the largest reconstruction project the Eastern
hemisphere has ever seen. The first part of the reconstruction included changing the nation's flag, changing the structure of the Royal
Assembly, and moving the nation's capital. Many residents were shocked to hear that the seat of power is moving rom Eroncourt to
Avienne-les-Baines in the province of Outannais. Avienne has hosted several international peace conferences in the past before and
is located in a peaceful, serene location tucked within the Rasten Mountains in the north part of the nation. The city has multiple
buildings that can accommodate the several elements of the Royal Government. The city also has a palace for the Royal Family,
should they choose to relocate to Avienne. A port exists in the city and the city remains one of the most popular tourist attractions
in the east because of its world renowned resorts.

High Chancellor Larosière, who will be stepping down next year, announced that the reconstruction process will be aided by Aloria,
Dorvik, and Kalistan. These three nations showed their support for the government in exile since the beginning of the war and will
hold a special position in the reconstruction process. Larosière also showed her gratitude to the nations of New Alduria, Hutori,
New Verham, Rildanor, and Kanjor for showing support for the Kingdom and facilitating the massive humanitarian crisis during
the war.

The reconstruction plan, according to preliminary reports, will be modeled very closely to the reconstructions of Keymon and Vorona
that Lourenne was highly involved in. The reconstruction process, according to the main report, teeters on the edge of over 134 Billion
Lourennais Francs. Schools, universities, homes, and the nation's energy sector were badly damaged during the war, therefore, they will
