Years of devastating civil war has come to an end, opening the way for reconstruction on a gigantic scale. The Royal Government, still currently led by
High Chancellor Larosière, announced the full details of the Unity Project, or "Projet Unité". According to the official announcements, the project is set
to focus on restoring Lourenne's financial institutions, the energy sector, infrastructure, housing, education, and health services. Initial estimates put
the price tag at over 140 Billion Lourennais Francs, but after reviewing damages and assessing the nation's focuses, the price tag of the project sits at
over 400 billion Lourennais Francs, completely shadowing initial reports. The nation's robust finance sector will be spine of the project according to
Larosière, who said that loans, grants, and bank-led initiatives would be the nation's "saving grace".

Finding 400 billion LFR is the first part for the Royal Government to address. For this, the Royal Assembly has called for loans from Dorvik, who has
been extremely supportive since the beginning of the war. According to the Royal Ministry of Economic Development, the Royal Assembly is proposing
to take over 1 billion LFR in Loans from Dorvik to support the reconstruction effort in urban areas. The funds from these loans will be used to
rebuild complex apartment homes, multi family homes, primary care service buildings, and transportation services. These loans are crucial to the
effort and will be put into effect immediately. Similarly, the RMoED stated that a loan from Keymon's National Investment Corporation was in the
works. This loan would be used to rebuild rural access to urban areas and urban services. This loan would amount to 50 million LFR. Another loan
is also in the works that will address green energy projects in rural areas. This would be taken from Keymon's Green Fund. This will amount to 30
million LFR. The RMoED stated that reliance on these two strong, stable economies is important for the overall completion of the project.

Lourennais banks, who have funded several infrastructure projects in the past before, are funding several projects as well. Over 50 billion LFR will
be provided by Association Franc, Banque Nationale, and Moreau-Vandam combined to fund social services, according to the Royal Assembly. These
funds will be used to ensure residents have immediate access to humanitarian needs such as homes, water, food, clothing, transportation, and jobs.
These funds will be focused towards urban areas such as Eroncourt and Delaune where most of the damage exists.

The Royal Government will be working on the rest of the costs adding over 350 billion dollars to the nation's deficit. Newly elected High Chancellor
Helène Garvier stated that this investment into the future of the nation was necessary. She stated that the United Kingdom's new focus is to
ensure the nation goes 100% reliant on renewable resources by 5010 and to ensure that the people of Lourenne have 24/7 access to social services
and funds. In order to achieve this, the budget for the Royal Ministry of Sustainability and the Royal Ministry of Health and Services will be tripled.
The funds will be directly used to improve the nation's green sector and to beginning replacing old forms of energy with renewable methods. This
also includes subsidies for vehicle manufacturers. Electric vehicle production will be significantly boosted to ensure citizens have access to purchase
these vehicles at an affordable price. According to the details of the project, Kalistan will be relied on heavily to ensure that building materials and
ores are available to take on the project. What is most important from the reconstruction effort is the focus on expanding the robust and prestigious
Lourennais social welfare net. Using funds from the budget, including possible surpluses, the Royal Assembly will be increasing funding for unemployment
programs, local/regional health centers, increase in wages for first responders, teachers, and social workers. Low-income families and communities
will also have access to energy bill waivers and rent assistance programs. Low-income families and those affected directly by the war will receive a
monthly stipend from the government ranging from 250 to 600 LFR to support child care, services for children, and schooling for children.

This reconstruction project is the most ambitious plan ever introduced in the East. It addresses the major flaws that existed in the Lourennais economy
before the war and works to resolve them. The project also tears down the pillars of the ancien regime and creates new ones. Green Energy will
be 100% implemented into the energy sector, low-income families will be the center of life improvement, and the face of the nation will change to
a more modern look. The civil war has ended. Lourenne, along with the help of its neighbors, allies, and the international community will soon rise
from the ashes and return to its former glory. A new Lourenne is being created. A new Lourenne that will echo through the ages to come.
