The National Press is a national newspaper that focuses on Lourennais politics, foreign affairs, and local newsThe Royal Provinces, with the support of the Royal Assembly, are beginning to set up their own economies and are seeing growth Since the passage of the Local Development Act (LDA) of 4775 just months ago, the Royal Provinces have already set
their budgets for this year and are already seeing massive amounts of growth within local economies. In the entire
nation, unemployment rate has steadily dropped from 3.7% in 4770 to 2.5 just last month. According to
economists, the growth seen in the Royal Provinces just within the last few months is "record-breaking". Since the
economic slump of 4772, the Lourennais economy took a hit in several of its sectors, mainly impacting local economies.
However, the economic prospect for the next decade has changed. Barely managing to rescue the national economy
the Royal Assembly is just months away from stabilizing and overcoming the 200 billion Lourennais Franc deficit.
However, the Royal Provinces are seeing a different story. The Royal Provinces are seeing a massive increase in jobs
and incomes. Residents of Lourenne are starting to see a boom of business and investments from the nation's private
financial institutions.
The LDA set up and gave the Royal Provinces large amounts of money to restart their economies. Two states, Carolleux
and Louives, have invested this money into several cultural and entertainment institutions as well as the strongest
sectors of their provinces. Carolleux's General Assembly invested in the nation's tourism, entertainment, and technology
sectors with their 20 billion franc fund. The technology sector investment was "crucial to restart the province's main
sector", said a member of Orinco Liberation Party in Carolleux. Several of the nation's tech startups are set up in
Carolleux and usually thrive in the province. Carolleux, specifically the city Valois, is seen as the technological haven of
the East, and will continue to be once funds of the LDA are distributed and invested in more startups. With the added
funds, economists predict that technology will overtake Carolleux's main economy along with tourism that has taken
over Valois and the Beaumont region.
In Louives, similar to Carolleux, tourist attractions and and the entertainment sector were going to see massive funds
from the LDA. Orinco historical locations and monuments received the most funding from the General Assembly of Louives
which has turned these areas into massive tourist hotspots. Luckily, these locations are located near the city of Thiers
the province's largest city and Lourenne's main agricultural hub. According to the details of Louives' budget for the year,
funding is going to be put into establishing Louives as Lourenne's main agricultural and green energy hub. Already, Thiers
is considered a "green city" according to the Lourennais Authority of Renewable Energy along with Valois, Meridia,
Iztapalata, and Delaune. Members of the General Assembly of Louives want to expand the use of Renewable resources in
conjunction with improving the agricultural sector of Louives. Members also noted that Louives will take advantage of
Lourenne's role as the "Champion of Green Energy" and use the nation's knowledge and professional experience on green
energy to advance the province's goal.
Luçande, Outannais, and Jôviant all decided to create a development fund for the joint development of all the provinces.
Specifically, the province of Outannais is set to focus on developing the province's education system and it's manufacturing
base, taking note that most of Lourenne's heavy industry and innovation practices take place in Outannais. Jôviant, the
location of the nation's capital, will be focusing on the restoration and preservation of historic monuments and sites
specifically, Orun and Dalehi sites located in the southwest corner of the province. Actions taken to preserve these historic
locations will be similar to those taken by Carolleux and Louives. The most important factor of Jôviant's development is the
development of the financial institutions in the province. Mainly located in Eroncourt, Lourenne's mainly financial institutions
and local banks received a big hit from the sudden economic drop. The development fund in Jôviant will be to transform
Jôviant into the nation's financial hub by promoting jobs in the financial sector and by supporting local financial firms.
Finally, Luçande which was the last impacted province of the economic downturn, will be investing its funds in improving
the nation's retail and service sectors, like all the other provinces, also becoming the hub of the aforementioned sectors.
Several private retail institutions, such as Manger Lourenne!, have already begun a process to nice their regional locations
to Montpelier to begin the process of bettering the retail and service sectors.
High Chancellor Oldunez enjoyed the news coming out of the Provinces over the use of funding. Oldunez realized that her
plan to separate the royal provinces and giving them authority over their own land was crucial in improving the nation's
economy but it also gives the Royal Assembly space to breathe and iron out the final details that are set to launch the
nation into a new position it hasn't been in before.

The Green Journal is an independent newspaper focusing on Lourenne's Green Energy SectorTLG Ecologie realized the full potential of green energy in the nation and acted with hasteMaking more Green CitiesFollowing a seemingly positive report on the budgets of the Royal Provinces yesterday, TLG Écologie
Lourenne's first and just successful, renewable energy company announced that their Green City
Project was being restarted finding a 100 year to since the last Green City Project. According to the
company, the Green City Project was created to begin making Lourenne 100% reliant on green energy
and renewable resources. The company had managed to make over four Lourennais cities completely
reliant on green energy for immediate power sources, however the company is looking to create
several new Green Cities in the Province of Louives. According to a report by TLG Écologie, the Green
City Project 3.0 would focus on making the cities of Porte Orléans, Colcomaté, and Bellevue at least
70% reliant on Green Energy, while more rural towns such as Delandier, Ausy-sur-Vin, and
Yokutla-de-Chalatla and their surrounding areas would be made at least 50% reliant on green energy.
This would be achieved through an increased use of solar energy, wind energy, underground geothermal
projects, green hydrogen, and more importantly, ocean current energy. Financial advisors at the
company noted the scale of the project and directed their attention to the Lourennais financial sector
which could easily fund and maintain the financial integrity of the project. TLG Écologie, while being
the oldest green energy firm in Lourenne, does have some necessary funds to provide for most of the
project, however, financial investments from other institutions is necessary to completely pull it off
successfully. Members of the TLG Écologie board of executives realized that this project would
significantly boost Louives's standing as the green energy hub of Lourenne and continue Lourenne's
ambitions of becoming completely reliant on renewable resources.

The Globe is an independent newspaper based in Eroncourt reporting on Lourennais foreign affairs and foreign policyThe Lourennais High Chancellor assured that Keymon would see massive investments from Lourenne following the Civil War Assisting Keymon in a time of needAfter long disastrous years engulfed in bloody conflict, the Keymon Civil War has finally been ended and peace
agreements have been signed by all of its major sides, including Lourenne. Following the end of the Civil War, the
Lourennais Second Response Fleet and the Lourennais Royal Special Forces returned home to the United Kingdom.
The question remains on how Keymon will recover back from the war and become a major economic center in the
west. Members of the Royal Assembly, who realized that the project in Keymon would be massive and call for large
amounts of grants and loans, created three plans to address reconstruction in Keymon. After discussion and long
debate, one specific plan was chosen called the "Alvium Plan", named after a region in Lourenne that saw a similar
reconstruction plan over 500 years ago. The Alvium Plan will focus on opening up Keymonite markets to investments
and innovation, repair the state of the country's banks, provide material and equipment to rebuild the country's
inflicted energy system, and help reshape the new government in power. Most of the project's focus as stated by the
plan will be to transform the nation's energy and technological infrastructure.
The Alvium Project will introduce massive reconstruction efforts on the coasts of Keymon where most of the heavy
fighting commenced. The project will provide construction materials and engineering assistance to help build up
homes, city buildings and medical centers for those severely affected by the conflict. Basic human resources such
as electricity, running water, medical services, and agricultural provisions will be provided during the first year of
the project. Soon after basic needs are met, construction efforts will begin on the nation's energy grid.
Reconstructing Keymon's homes, technology, and energy services will take up most of the estimated time that the
project is expected to last. While construction firms and individuals work to internally repair Keymon, Lourennais
banks and financial experts will be helping open up Keymon to investments from international corporations and
trade. Lourennais Investment firms and banks will be working with the Keymonite economy to ensure that Keymonite
citizens and firms have equal access to the large Lourennais markets. Financial advisers from Lourenne will set up
economic and technical courses for economists in Keymon. These courses will heavily focus on developing Keymon's
financial and technical expertise which will allow the nation to create and fund different projects in the nation.
The final budget in the Alvium Project is expected to reach sums between 120 and 150 billion Lourennian Francs.
Some of the funds being used include the one billion dollars received from Endralon following the joint force deal
that was created during the civil war.
The funds for the Alvium Project will come fromseveral sources including many of Lourenne's top banks,
developmental humanitarian aid organizations, Lourenne's' Sovereign Wealth Fund, and from loans provided by the
Royal Ministry of the Treasury. Most of the funding will be put towards the development of affected communities
and the development of agriculture, technology and energy in the nation. The Alvium Project, now approved by the
Royal Assembly, is underway. Materials, funds, and volunteers are now being gathered in Lourenne for the
commencement of the first phase of the project. The reconstruction in Keymon will open doors to future investment
an increased quality of life, and overall a successful nation.

Inside the Monarchy is an Independent Newspaper reporting on the Lourennais MonarchyThe Marriage between Herbert and Marie gives hope on the continuation of the House of Orléans-Vasser-DeChambeauSecuring the Future of the Lourennais Royal FamilyThe bells at the Église de Sainte Hélène rang today in the afternoon. The bells were heard all
throughout Eroncourt giving all of the city's residents a loud reminder of what has just occurred. King
Herbert II, the last remaining royal of the House of Orléans-Vasser-DeChambeau following the death
of his brother and his mother years ago, married Marie Thérèse d'Auriane, the head of the House of
Auriane, an older Lourennais noble house dating back to 3457. According to members of other news
firms, Herbert and Marie Thérèse met in Porte Orléans two years ago while the king visited his family's
estate in the city. Marie Thérèse d'Auriane, whose family owns several vineyards in Louives near the
town of Auriane, was in Porte Orléans, tending the family's business in the city when she was
summoned by King Herbert. The two were seen together several times in the Royal Estates and in
Beaumont-sur-Mer prior to the announcement of their engagement last October. After years of being
together, the couple finally married in Lourenne's most historic church. The marriage secured the
future of Lourennais royal house which hat existed for almost 600 years. King Herbert II, which has
already proved to be one of Lourenne's most important monarchs, informed the Crown
Representative that Marie Thérèse accepted to change her surname to Orléans-Vasser-DeChambeau
noting that the "Orléans-Vasser" family, which is over 2000 years old, must be persevered.
