Likatonian Firms Start Investing in Mines
Companies all over Likatonia have started to invest in mines and caves recently discovered to contain an abundance of minerals including, silver, tin, copper, nickel, quartz, pyrite, coal, fluorite, phosphate, rubies, amethyst, alexandrite, black opals, emeralds, and citrine were also discovered.
One of the companies to invest was Bolton Minerals which is a mining company that operates all around East and West Bolton, it is also the oldest mining company in Likatonia. Bolton Minerals bought the most of any company buying 100 square miles of promising caves and caverns Bolton Minerals spokesmen Ron Dolton said "we are hopping to find precious metals and valuable gems in the space we bought, we do not expect many minerals because most of the minerals where found miles to the east but a-lot of the valuable gems and metals were found near this area". Bolton Minerals spent fifty-thousand LIK per square mile coming to a total of 2.5 mill. LIK. The company has started to mine the area and said that it looks promising.
Among other companies to invest were,
Likatonian Gems: Bought 90 square miles in the more gem-promising section at 55,000 LIK a square mile, coming to the total of 4.95 mill. LIK.
East Bolton Mining Company: Bought 50 square miles in the precious metal section at 45,000 LIK a square mile spending 2.25 mill. LIK.
