CRP Returns, Three Major Candidates Rise For Leadership

The CRP has returned grabbing 13 senate seats in the early elections called after the AWP dissolved. After Johnson Elgar didn't make it into the second round for president two more candidates rose to challenge him for party leader, Jacky Long, a libertarian canadaite, and Daniel Johnson a liberal-conservative canadaite, with Johnson Elgar being the conservative canadaite. So far the polls have Elgar ahead by just 1%, with 34%, Jacky Long at 33%, and Mr. Johnson 23%, the other 20% is split between undecided and other candidates. The CRP has come up with a new primary system that will drastically change the election system, state will vote one at a time over the course of a month, and will have 20 districts each, who ever wins the district get a delegate, the districts are the same as the Senate, they will also be using a ranked choice system.

In November 4787, LAC has issued a statement which is divded in 3 sections. In the first section they're covering the topic about their new model of LAC 200 Airplanes Family - LAC 200-5. Afterwards, LAC is more elaborating on their LAC 200-1 model which ends production this year by Christmas. In the final 3rd section which consists of 2 parts LAC has writen more about their orders from SAG and 3M, which has orderded first cargo version of any LAC plane. Here are only the most interesting parts of their statement 4787 - Golden Year of LAC.

LAC 200-5 is on the market

After being firstly planned to introduce in 4780, seven years later LAC 200-5 is finally on the market. This model is the largest in the LAC 200 Family of regional, turboprop-powered airliner. Aircraft model LAC 200-5 has maximum seating capacity of 92 passengers, which is the largest seating capacity inside these series of airliners as well as the biggest flight range of 2400 km. On top of that, this aircraft is the most environmentally-friendly from LAC 200 Airplanes Family, with index of fuel consumption of 3.6 L/pax/100 km. Market price of LAC 200-5 airplane is around 34 million LOD...

LAC 200-1 was introduced in 4765. Although it was mainly purchased by SAG and Air Likatonia, this aircraft is one of the most popular regional airliners. Sadly, since the lack of interest and purchases in this model in the last years, Likatonian Aerospace Corporation has decided that it is time to stop its production...


SAG and 3M purchase new aircrafts from LAC

...More Medicament Manufacture has ordered 20 LAC 100-6 in freighter version. This marks the first time that major purchase from LAC has been in cargo plane version from any larger airline company. According to the contract that all of the 20 aircrafts will be delivered to 3M by the end of the first half of the year 4791 at the total purchase price of 1.244 bil LOD. LAC 100-6 in freighter can carry up to 38.4 tones of payload. This aircraft is perfect for middle-range fleights reaching with one take-off all destionations within radius of 5500km...

Another order LAC has at the same time received from SAG. This group of few domestic, Likatonian airline companies, has ordered 5 aircrafts of type LAC 200-4, which is ideal for domestic fleights. Besides these regional aiplanes, Southern Airlines Group has ordered 35 aicrafts of LAC 400 Airplanes Family, of which 20 is model LAC 400-1 and 15 is model LAC 400-2. This aircrafts will help SAG to operate on long-haul and/or busy routes. Additionally, this groupation has ordered 10 LAC 500-2 which aren't as big as LAC 400s nor this airliner has that good flight range, but it's very useful bridge between medium-range and long-range type of routes which aren't too busy. The total amount that SAG has spent on this large order is 8.79 bil LOD...

Finnaly, this is the real reason why 4787 is considered to be the best year of LAC so far. The total worth of orders they've received this year is over staggering 10 billion LOD...

Large Riots and Protest Break out as Government Becomes Even More Authoritarian

Large riots have broken out in major cities across Likatonia because of several bills that the government has passed or bills in the process of being passed, these bills include limits on things like speech, and religon along with a national police force. The riots have sent the stock market into a downward spiral this week, along with an estimated 32 mill LOD is damages to government buildings, no one has been killed in the riots and no other buildings other than government ones were vandalized. Several rioters spray painted notes such as "Be afraid" "Down with you" on the senate building and other government run buildings, the riots were put down after several days, but more are expected. However the riots started as peaceful protest, until the police tried to disperse the anti government protesters, then they started rioting being careful only to vandalise government buildings, many protesters carried a liberation flag that read Don't Tread on Me", the flag was used by rebels in Likatonia hundreds of years ago.

Southern Airways Group places in large order

Likatonian Airlines have agreed to buy lots of new planes from LAC. They include 5 LAC 200-4s at 110 mil LOD, 20 LAC 400-1s at 3950 mil LOD, 15 LAC 400-2s at 3190 mil LOD
and 10 LAC 500-2s at 1540 mil LOD. The LAC 200s will be used to replace Likatonia Connects smallest planes and run to the smallest airports. The other three types of aircraft will replace an array of Likatonian airlines aircrafts from Reglair and LA Manufacturing. These planes are now ancient and are being replaced with the newest planes. The CEO of SAG says that this will modernise some of the airline groups most popular routes. He also says that it shows that Likatonian Airways is not be forgotten like it was under previous heads. Tourists have welcomed the move as it would mean that quility planes would be used on the routes they like the most often.

Interview with Trudord Peterson

LNN has got exclusive access to interview Turdord Peterson on how the new terrorist laws are affecting Likatonia. These laws were introduced as a result of the Hosian Fundamentalists attack on twelve innocent civilians. They dramatically increased the powers of the poliuce to protect the public and made it harder for terrorists to infiltrate the government.

Why did you think these new laws were a necessity?

Mr. Peterson:

Too long some terroists have gotten off the hook of the state and have been allowed to exist underground. After the recent attacks we know we cannot let that happen again as it damages lives so this laws will protected us in these dangerous times and mean we can crack down on the groups and illiminate them.

How have these new laws changed the life of an average policeman?

Mr. Peterson:

This law has changed their lives immensely. To start with all police officers can carry standard firearms now to protect them and the public from terrorists who have illegal access to guns. Also they can now search properties with expected terrorist tennants in them. This should all help to save the public and help save all of our luves

Do you think the government is trying to damage our democracy?

Mr. Peterson:

No. In our country all parties have the same rights to advertise and have the same access to the ballot. Everyone can vote for anyone they want on election day and that has always been the case and will be under this government.

LNN NEWS: The socialist Peoples Party conference in the capital

The SPP has had one of its first party conferences in the capital Clovisport today as the leader Richard Duke spoke out about how conservatism can "destroy the Life of Liktonias values". Richard Duke never called out any of the two largest conservative parties in the senate, the CRP and National party but it was almost certainly about at least one of the political parties. He also warned Liktonia people about the rise of authoritarianism in Liktonias politics and he said it was no laughing matter at all.

Him and the only cabinet minister that is in the SPP Lisa Forby claimed that thier could be a possibility that taxes could decrease in the near future but only as long as the world economy gets better which is looking unlikely. Richard Duke the man who made the peoples party socialist claimed that the risings of both the far left and right is only going to keep growing in Terra. The SPP leader spoke at the Rycon Arena and the conference went on for 2 hours.

LNN NEWS: Could Valuzia invade Liktonia!

Does Valuzia have what it takes to invade Liktonia. Many experts believe that if a war breaks out between the two nations that it would likely end in stale mate or in a rare case a valuzia victory. We all know the issues happening between Valuzia, Liktonia, Keymon and Lodamun but do people actully know why its happening? Well for some reason the Valuzian government decided to increase its military patrolling on the borders of Lodamun and Liktonia. this also includes the placing of land mines along the borders.

Liktonia Responded by not doing much but just trying to contact the Valuzian government about it. Lodamun is attempting to completely break ties with Valuzia and of course Keymon has backed the Valuzian government. The president responded to this by trying to reinstate National service. Well done on that.



Recent studies show that only 31% of Liktionan Citizens are afraid of war with either Keymon or Valuzia. But that doesn't mean anything really experts say as they believe chances of Liktonian war or conflict are about 1 in 45 with Valuzia and 1 in 30 with Keymon and a lot of people who aren't worried should be as its likely that they wont be out of the cross fire if conflict does break out either in the south or west.

LAC introduces new program which will last only 4 years - LAC400NEW

LAC 400-1 and LAC 400-2 have been top-class aircraft sold world-wide. However, 15 years after releasing on market this model of aircraft is slowly aging. Therefore, LAC has announced that by 4794 new model of LAC 400 will be released on market. This airliner would have similar seating capacity as LAC 400-1, but would have slightly better flight range and fuel consumption index according to Likatonian Aerospace Corporation. Beside this model, LAC is planning to create modernised version of LAC 400-2 as well, soon after shorter version of LAC400NEW is expected to be released on market.

Internal Affairs Minister announces increased border patrol

Likatonia's minister for internal affairs Trudord Peterson has announced that the government will higher 300 people to increase patrol of Likatonias border with Valruzia and Keymon. He says this is to "protect our country from any sort of military invation attempt from Keymon on Valruzia". However he made sure to state that he would doubt that Keymon and Valruzia would invade Likatonia saying "if they did invade we would get support from the rest of Terra which would deter anyone". Also he said "these actions are only being taken due to the attempted annexation of Pirland by Keymon and the increase of border gaurds in border counties with Valruzia. This is not an act of agression but an act of defence". The forces will be both based on land at current border force bases bordering Valruzia which will be seeing a 10 million LIK expantion. Forces will also be based in sea ports around the west coats of Pirland to protect against any agression on that front in 5 million LIK expation to the fleet. This comes after the proposal to allow for military service to take place in times of war if necessary and other protectionsist proposals being proposed in the Senate. This is now looking likly to pass with the support of the Democrats and the far left coalition of Grey Eminenece and Likatonia First. LNN will report on any updates to the esclation in Northern Seleya and whatever the government is doing about it.
