New state-agency to be formed, with three new automobile manufacturing companies founded under itThe Ministry of Trade and Industry formed the State Automobile Agency in order to gain control over the expansion of the automobile market. In the agency's establishment, a law was passed, requiring all domestic and foreign automobile companies to be approved and supervised by the agency. Together with the agency, the Ministry signed contracts to various private actors in the formation of three state-affiliated automobile manufacturing companies. These three companies have now presented their first cars, with an intensive competition, highly encouraged by the Ministry.________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________

It serves under the direct oversight of the Ministry of Trade and Industry, and was given a fund of 40 billion Davosti. The Ministry presented the agency as the future of the next prosperous and enriching market for Davostan. The
Act formally establishing its creation outlines the legal requirements for all domestic automobile companies to be approved and under the oversight of STAM; the Act also details that any foreign automobile manufacturing company seeking to operate on Davostani soil needs the approval of STAM and be put under their oversight. Critics of the Act has called the government as "extreme authoritarian" to monopolize this market. However, in response, the spokeswoman of the Minister of Industry, Karin Söder said that the so-called "monopolization" of the market is a safety measure against eager individuals and corporations seeking to take it over; she continues stating that the Government hopes to take small steps if necessary towards future privatization. The Ministry also took contact with the
MEB – the largest private bank in the country – and the
Fortuna Group – one of the largest and influential corporate groups in Davostan – to sign contracts to help found and finance three "publicly ambiguous state-affiliated" – as the Ministry put it – automobile manufacturing companies. The three companies will be founded as "Dovauto AB" and "Riksvagn AB" and "Fortuna Automobile AB". According to the Act presented to the National Convention they will "have the sole purpose of manufacturing quality automobiles for the public usage of both private and public individuals". The Ministry has stated that the founding of specifically three automobile companies would create competition on the market between the three, which would increase the profits. STAM and its private partners began by giving 15 billion Davosti to each of the three companies as a starting capital.
Wasting no time, the appointed board members of the three companies began organizing their respective enterprises, and now after a month of their founding, all three has presented their first automobiles. Dovauto AB presented the "
Dovauto R-19", Riksvagn AB presented their "
Riksvagn Folk", while the Fortuna Automobile AB presented – unlike the other two – the only electric car, hoping to give a more viable and environmental friendly car "
Fortuna Renhård", the name "Renhård" being a Kivonianized version of "Reinhardt". At the moment, Fortuna Renhård and Riksvagn Folk stands as the most popular. However, the Fortuna Renhård stands as the most beautiful, however the reason for being second-placed is mostly due to being the most expensive of the three cars. It is also believed that the style of Fortuna Renhård is based on the designs of Dovauto R-19, which raises the question whether the Fortuna Group someone got hold of the designs of Dovauto AB, or if they are secretly cooperating against Riksvagn AB, whith the latter actually standing at the top with the popularity. No numbers have been given yet over how many of the presented cars will be produced per year, though, one source claims that the State Automobile Agency has given a demand for the numbers to be presented in a month to them and after a approval of the number, that the companies are to make them public and will be given free rein on the production numbers thereafter.
