Supply rocket explodes! FKA requests desperate help from SEED
After the supply rocket for the manned mission into orbit exploded earlier today the FKA looks desperately to SEED for help

After the first year of the manned mission into Terra's orbit expired the big task of ressuplying a spacecraft for the first time came upon the FKA. In a tense 6 hour operation the supply rocket succesfully entered orbit, but after initial success it exploded just miles from the manned craft causing the supplies to not only be destroyed but the manned spacecraft also went off course. Immediately after the major incident occured the FKA control center in Dissuwa pannicked, trying to simultaniously get the manned spacecraft back on course and get supplies to the craft which only has supplies left for another 2 to 3 months.

In a move that could be described as humiliating the FKA leadership has appealed to the Kazulian SEED agency to send a supply mission to the FIO-2 in an attempt to save the starving crew of 4.
The Deltarian government has allowed the FKA to request for the help but rumours within government circles already predict that heads will roll at the organization following this debacle, no response has been delivered by Kazulia and SEED as time ticks for the crew to get their necessary supplies.

Deltarian artist Anna Čermáková launches international carreer with hit song
After small peformances in Deltaria itself the pop artist Anna Čermáková has achieved her breakthrough internationally

Anna Čermáková was barely a household name in Deltaria itself, with only minor success and a few peformances a year in the country, but in a attempt to skyrocket her career Anna has released a new song that has suprisingly become a hit internationally with over 75 million streams on several services accross the globe. The song named "Electric" is the first song of the young Anna in Luthorian which is clearly a massive success already. With this newfound fame Anna has announced a new album which will be in total Luthorian, after the album is released she will tour several nations to be determined.

For decades artists like Anna were barely able to express their artistic freedoms, but after the recent relaxation of the previous "cultural hegemony" laws aimed at making Deltaria a "civilized" nation Anna and many others were allowed to make music, paintings and other arts rather freely unless it directly challenges the regime. Anna is set to gain even more of a following and with a videoclip recently released the singer is set on the path of a succesfull career.

First R-37 testflights a partial success
While the first unnofficial testflight of the new R-37 encountered some problems the first official testflight went smoothly

When the first R-37 prototype was flying towards a airbase in Doron Akigo for a official testflight it encountered problems in its flaps as well as several issues with its tracking and other software systems. But when the problems were encountered and the jet landed in Doron Akigo they were quickly solved and the parts that caused problems quickly replaced. A few weeks later the ministry of defense issued invitations to press from around the globe and deltaria itself to witness the first official testflight of the VALCRY made R-37 multirole fighter. As the jet took off many were suprised by the speed with which it got into the air as it was significantly faster then any other Deltarian jet up until this point.
After a test flight of around 15 minutes and several demonstrations of the maneuverability of the aircraft the R-37 landed on the runway again finishing a very succesfull official testflight.

Over the upcoming 4 months the designated crew for the jet will be testing its weaponry, software and targeting systems thoroughly for any faults or errors. If the jet is fully checked and eventually accepted by FPA inspectors VALCRY will be able to mass produce the R-37 for both the Cildanian and Deltarian airforces as well as some modified models of the new jet for the Deltarian navy so they can fit on the new aircraft carriers of the surface fleet.
After over 8 years of development and construction and more then 169 billion CDC pumped into the project by both VALCRY itself the cildanian government and the Deltarian government this will be one of the most expensive projects of both VALCRY and the two governments. VALCRY hopes it will be able to sell different parts like the new engine seperately from the aircraft as well as the software design for its systems so that they can wider the market and make back more money then they anticipated before. the CEO of VALCRY and its subsidiary VALCRY Dynamics also stated that this project is a great "pool of knowledge" for the company as he thinks that its first jet will bring VALCRY the expertise needed to expand the company and develop better equipment and weaponry in the future.

Economic plan working, growth reported, budget expected to be increased nexy year
The new economic reforms of the finance ministry are working as the economy is once again growing and the budget is expected to increase next year

After several years of financial difficulty and a negative in economic growth the Deltarian economy is once again growing and its budget will likely increase significantly next year. After the comprehensive economic reforms plan of nationalizing succesfull sectors and privatizing less succesfull ones and finishing several infrastructural programs has worked. The economy has gone from -1.2% growth to +1.4% growth in the last year and is expected to grow to a +2.7% in the upcoming years. This increase in economic growth also means that the Deltarian state budget will significantly increase by the billions next years, something that would possibly pave the way for a slow but steady increase in military development once more. Many companies, especially in the automobile and weapon manufacturing sectors have also reported record sales in the last year with PRIME International even announcing its intention of expanding to more markets across Terra and a possible entry in the military vehicle sector. The company is now worth over 600 billion LOD (12 trillion DTE) making it the most succesfull Deltarian company by far.

As economic growth and opportunity spurs in the FDSR many newly found companies are also preparing to expand and cities like Cahtice in Darali and Ştefăneşti in Ushalande are experiencing their own expansions with new financial and residential centers popping up in both cities at a rapid pace. In the center of all of this economic development is the largest bank in Deltaria the Federal Creditors Bank or Federální Věřitelská Banka (FVB). The FVB recently got the status of largest bank in Deltaria and has distributed record loans to both individuals and companies alike making a lot of money itself. It is estimated that the bank is now worth over 900 billion LOD with over 42% of the deltarian people having their savings stored at the bank. While some think the bank is state owned it is in fact not, after the recent reforms most banks became privately owned with only government inspectors checking in from time to time. Only the Central bank (The FR) is partially in the hands of the state.

With the economy seemingly starting to roar many at both the ministry of finance as the presidential office can be very satisfied with the decision to temporarily halt major military development for the sake of getting the economy back on track as it is clearly working.

Ministry of defense announces construction of Yasen class submarines
As Deltaria has gained the blueprints to construct the Yasen class submarines the ministry of defense has announced the creation of 4 of them

After exceeding the "breathing period" by a year and the economy roaring as a result the ministry of defense has released the next fase in making the Deltarian navy amongst the most prestigious on Terra.
After negotiations between Trigunia and Deltaria were concluded the Deltarian government came out rather satisfied, presenting a deal in which Deltaria obtains the blueprints for the modern Yasen class submarines in exchange for 1.5 billion DTE. This deal allows the ministry of defense and the state owned defense company DOF to construct the submarines.
As the ministry does not want to slow down the economy to quickly it has only ordered the construction of 4 new Yasen class submarines as a start, they will most likely be paired in 2 to make them strike group ready and protect the new aircraft carriers of the navy.

The 4 submarines will be ready for sea trials within 3 years as the bluepritns have been proven to be very reliable and many Yasen class subs are peforming well in the Trigunian navy. The ministry of Defense also announced their intention of sending extra funds to the ground forces in an effort to upgrade and modernized any outdated equipment. No concrete plans on this have been released yet.

First R-37 multirole fighters enter service, 50 jets arrive at the main military airbase in Darali
After intense testing and mass production starting the first 50 R-37 jets of a total 234 planned R-37's have arrived

It was a lengthy, costly and heavy process. The development of the R-37 multirole fighter. Over 292 billion CDC was spend on the joint project between Cildania, Deltaria and the private company VALCRY Dynamics. The jet is now fully tested and mass production has already started for the multirole fighters. According to the ministry of defense of Deltaria the country has ordered around 234 R-37 jets initially. Today was the day that 50 jets of that order arrived in Darali to officially join the ranks of the airforce. While the airforce is receiving 234 R-37's in total the navy is also receiving around 50 R-37 jets to board on their carriers, these models will specifically modified to fit and launch on an aircraft carrier.

When the R-37 order has been completed and the jet is succesfull the airforce will consider buying an additional set depending on what the budget allows. The first 50 have now started their new training routines and pilots are already being teached how to fly the aircraft.

Yasen class subs completed, entering service in 2 months, massive combined expansion planned for the navy and groundforce
After 2 years of construction the Yasen class submarines have been completed and the ministry of defense announces a massive expansion plan to span 8 years

Its the first time in decades that the Deltarian navy can welcome a new modern submarine into its ranks, the 4 Yasen class submarines that were ordered by the ministry of defense have been completed a few days ago and will be entering service within the next 2 months. The 4 submarines are not the only vessels that will be added to the deltarian fleet. The ministry of defense, with the new budget and the economy not slowing down, has announced a combined effort for both the navy and the groundforces. The navy had already seen a unprecedented expansion in the past decade with several destroyers, 2 aircraft carriers and 4 new Yasen class submarines added to its ranks. But this is not enough, the ministry of defense released the "Plan for Strategic Combined Expansion of Deltarian Forces" or "PSCEDF" in this plan the ministry announced its intention of constructing an additional 4 destroyers, 8 frigates, 7 corvettes, 5 submarines and 1 new aircraft carrier. This massive expansion would span the next 8 years and will cost the state around 120 billion DTE, the DOF state company has already been ordered to start the construction on part of this massive order which will begin with the construction of 4 Admiral Gorshkov-class frigates, the blueprints of these frigates were aquired in the military dictatorship period of Deltaria and this class is seen as a very modern and capable class commonly used in Trigunia while not yet being in the Deltarian navy. The navy also plans to replace the current 5 frigates in its ranks with the new Admiral Gorshkov-class frigates which will result in a total of 13 modern frigates.

After the first frigates are completed the navy will request the DOF to start full construction on both another Yegorovich-class aircraft carrier and all 7 corvettes. Once this is done fase 3 will commence which will include the construction of all 4 new destroyers, the remaining 4 frigates and the 5 extra planned Yasen class submarines. All three fases will span the total of the planned 8 years and if the DOF manages to finish the job on time it would mean the Deltarian Navy entering a new chapter in its history as one of the strongest and most capable navies on Terra, matching the strength of other great powers at sea.

In addition to this massive naval expansion the ministry of defense has also heard the calls for more funds to the ground force, in a project that will cost more then 110 billion DTE the army will receive major modernizations to its tankforce, general vehicle force (transports, armoured transports etc) as well as likely getting modernized infantry equipment and a newly developed rifle as a new standard rifle for the infantry. The groundforce will also work together with the DOF and state advisors in possibly developing a new artillery gun that would replace the current older models but this is still unconfirmed and the plans are still raw.

This total combined project will cost the state around 230 billion DTE and these costs will be spread over the duration of 8 years, the ministry of defense has learned from the large expansions of several years ago where excessive spending caused the economy to reach an all time low and caused the state to acumalate a large amount of debt, these days the economy is roaring with over 3.1% growth and a reported budget surplus of 2 billion DTE last year the ministry hopes that by spreading the costs of this massive plan they can maintain economic stability while reaching its military ambitions.

PRIME launches military construction subsidiary "PRIME Limited"
As PRIME has expanded accross the globe with its consumer vehicle's the company has launched a military component called PRIME Limited

As PRIME breaks record after record as Deltaria's biggest and strongest companies and brands with recently hitting 20 billion more in sales then initially expected the company thinks it is time to start its venture in military vehicle construction by launching the new subsidiary PRIME Limited that will fully focus on military vehicle construction. The management of PRIME International immediately set up a board of directors for the new subsidiary and was quick to catch on the new plans of the ministry of defense for modernizing the ground forces. PRIME Limited has reportedly send a request to the ministry for the contract of constructing the new transport vehicles of the army since the company is already developing its own new transports.

If PRIME Limited manages to gain the contract for the construction of the trucks it will be the first test of the newly found company and will be proof of the capabilities that PRIME has in this new sector.

President Hošek orders increased military presence in southern protectorate as Jelbanian unity government tries to kick out Deltarian forces
Federal President Hošek has authorized the ministry of defense to send an additional 20.000 deltarian soldiers into southern Jelbania with tensions rising

Before the new unity government of jelbania took office Deltaria had moved into the south of the country to establish a southern protectorate and create a stable environment for the people of Jelbania. But with the unity government now in power and actively arming its own population the situation on the ground for Deltarian soldiers has become increasingly difficult and dangerous. With the new southern protectorate government seemingly slowly losing its grip over its proclaimed territory and the few deltarian troops in the country suddenly attacked at several occasions the Federal President of Deltaria Igor Hošek has ordered the ministry of defense to send in a additional 20.000 deltarian soldiers into southern Jelbania to actively aid the southern protectorate in policing its "rightfull territory" The president also officially withdrew Deltarian recognition for Jelbania as a state and instead recognizes the southern and northern protectorate as the only legitimate governments in the region. This makes deltaria one of the first nations to withdraw recognition of Jelbania officially making the situation even more tense.

The general in charge of the anti insurgency and policing operations in Jelbania general Jakub Bednář also announced a increase in patrols around Deltarian bases in the south as well as several additional bases being set up for the newly ariving deltarian troops. As the situation in Jelbania intensifies it seems as if Vanuku is also about to establish the northern protectorate, something that neither Vanukan officials as several warlords in the north want to comment on.

Ministries of Internal and Foreign Affairs announce the creation of the Oddělení Zahraniční Obrany (Foreign Defense Division)
The OZO will be tasked with covert operations abroad and will operate a new special forces division tasked with operations of all kinds

While upon the creation of the Federation the new government had already established the IBS tasked with protecting the state domestically on home territory the ministries of foreign and internal affairs today released a formerly classified document announcing the creation of the Oddělení Zahraniční Obrany or Foreign Defense Division. This new organization that will be a totally independent agency of government with its own director of operation is tasked with gathering information abroad that is vital for the security and protection of the deltarian state. The OZO already has around 2.000 employees in total since it was secretly created 2 years ago, many of these employees work at the organizations cyber department to monitor cyber threats or launch preemptive cyber attacks themselves but others work as agents on the field as well as administrative personel. The OZO will work directly with the IBS when necessary and relay any vital information on which the IBS can act internally.

The Foreign Defense Division also has around 100 men within their ranks who are classified as "special forces" tasked with going behind enemy lines during wartime operations to gather battlefield or highly valued intel or to prepare for or assist in battlefield operations like sabotage and VIP extractions.
The ministries did state that this will be the only report released on the organizations numbers and responsibilities as they are required to do by law. No other reports will be released in the future as the OZO, in contrast to the IBS, will operate mostly covertly accross the globe while the IBS works closely with local police and government officials in eliminating internal threats. The current director of the organization as listed by the report is former soldier and diplomat Dobroslav Volf.
