Deltarian's Mourn Zog's Death

When Zog Thaller, the hero of the most recent war was declared dead, an unofficial national day of mourning was held across the country. Former Prezident of Deltaria, Norbert Von Thaller was seen in the newly named town of Zog (formerly Eugene) at the newly erected statue of the Mad Dog Himself. He was accompanied by members of both Thallerist paramilitaries. Requests by this group to visit the burial site were declined by the Jelbanian regency council due to the still defusing tensions between the two nations. The 500 "Blue Devils" who followed Zog into Jelbania also made their return to Deltaria. Their experience on the field of battle, defeating numerous Jelbek factions will come in handy for the training of both forces. Some conspiracy theorists have already pieced together theories that the regency council simply used Zog to consolidate power and then had him murdered yet there is no credible evidence to support this conclusion as of yet. Survivors of the Kalopian Thaller line were also present in Zog. Many of whom have pledged their allegiance to the Deltarian line.

Malgus Thaller Escapes

The former Kalopian Tyrant who was imprisoned in Dorvik for over 3 decades escaped in the middle of the night. At 11:51 PM Dorvish Local time, the compound where Malgus was being held went radio silent prompting suspicions. Police arrived 15 minutes later finding five dead guards and Malgus nowhere to be found. Malgus, now 65 years old has gone missing. Unconfirmed reports state that he may be seeking shelter with the Thallers in Deltaria. Norbert Von Thaller responded to the accusations

This is absolutely ludicrous!, These conspiracy theorists saying my family got him out and are hiding him here? I'd even invite the Dorvish police to come check out all our homes personally because we're not dumb. While Malgus is family, he blackened our name through his rule. He was imprisoned for 30 years! Why would we wait so long to get him out? How could the Dorvish be so incompetent to allow him to escape in the first place?

Malgus Thaller confirmed to be in Deltaria

Deltarian Government Officials announced this morning that Malgus Von Thaller is now in Deltaria following an escape from Dorvik several years ago. It was also confirmed that he has been given permanent asylum within the country. An official statement from the Ministry for Immigration and Foreign Affairs read the following.

The actions undertaken by the Dorvish Government in kidnaping Malgus was a violation of international law. As of several months ago, Malgus officially presented himself to us several months ago. He is now living with his relatives at the Thaller Mansion. We do not know who helped him escape but given what happened to him, he requires protection by this government.

Deltaria to host Congress


The 2nd International Thaller Congress will be hosted by Norbert I Von Thaller, the former Prezident of Deltaria and currently the leader of the Blue Thallerist Alliance i. The venue will be the Thaller Mansion just 15 minutes outside the capital. Along with the hosts, the elderly Szoke Norbert Von Thaller who ruled Deltaria for 20 years will make an appearance as well the Deltarian and Kalopian branches of the family. Former Kalopian Tyrant Malgus Von Thaller who was busted out of Dorvish custody will also make a public appearance.

Invitations have been delivered to all Thallers including the main line of the family as well as other Thallers such as those currently in Saridan, Barmenia etc.

The Congress is expected to have both structured events and meetings as well as more casual events such as sporting matches and parties.

Major media organisations will also be permitted to send some representatives should they wish to cover parts of the events.

Deltarian Police Investigate Walter Von Thaller's Whereabouts

Deltarian Police have announced that Walter Von Thaller who was schedueled to fly into the capital has gone missing. Inquiries are being made about whether Walter boarded the plane or not.
