The DBSM has won 46 seats in the Legislature,becoming the third largest party in Deltaria,behind The Deltarian Conservative Party and Patricij Záujem Pohyb.Mark Bryja spoke at DBSM election headquarters in Red Bison Arena™ in Imerco."Our nation has come out in a huge show of support for us,considering that 10 political parties were vying for seats in this election.As of now,our work to bring Deltaria back into the shining light of Conservative Prosperity begins.We will work with our partners to form a coalition government,but our sole purpose of this legislative term will be to work on what the people of Deltaria chose us to do,to regenerate Deltaria and finally put her on the world stage.It is a hard job,but the DBSM is definitely up for the challenge,it's what we're about here."

This election term is expected to be a make or break for the DBSM,with the Movement expected to deliver on key Economic and Social issues that garnered Deltarian support for them during the election campaign.DBSM Parliamentary Representatives have already begun proposing major changes to Justice,the Economy,and Morality that have gained support from the electorate and are showing that the DBSM intends to deliver on what it has stated are it's major fields of concern.

Early Elections could upset division of power in Deltaria


The departure of the Deltarian Patriotic Party and the Deltarian Left have left nearly 100 seats up for grabs causing a call for early election. How these seats will be distributed is pretty much up in the air with no recent precedent for how things might play out. The Whig Party has announced that given the nature of this election they will field their own canidate, the first time since Henry Poteat was defeated by Schnultz. George Milton the libertarian Premier will run on behalf of the Whig Party. The Party however will back President Townsend should Milton not make it to the second round of voting. These elections will determine whether or not the Conservative Rule will continue for another 4 years.

Blue Shirt Youth Publishes Broad Ranging Nationwide Opinion Poll


For the past month,Blue Shirt Youth have been going door-to-door,organizing pollster calls,and setting up online and cell phone polling in the biggest project taken up by the Blue Shirt Youth to date.The project,a nationwide opinion poll ranging from hot button issues to performance reviews of politicians,was the first project new DBSM head Marek Bryja had in mind to bring the voice to the people.Beginning on July 31,3436,the nationwide polling lasted until August 30,3436,with the official number of polled standing at about 3,680,000 Deltarians ranging in the political spectrum from Conservative to Liberal and Progressive to Socialist.The poll has been certified by the National Polling and Statistics Bureau and was overseen by 140 Bureau Polling Certifiers and 140 Independent Certifiers.Results from the wide ranging national poll are as follows:

SHOCKER Whig Minister of Defense calls for Defense Cuts

Minister of Defense Timothy Tote after a 6 month evaluation of his departments spending has reccommended cuts to the Defense budget, this is a highly unexpected move coming from a Whig especially since despite Conservative Governments slashing of the budget in last few years Defense has remained relatively untouched. Minister Tote made this statement:

I know there will be some in my party who will question my patriotism because of my decison to support budget cuts to the Defense Dept but these people must understand that to be a true fiscal conservative you musnt needlessly waste the public's funds on unneccessary things and I can tell you that some of the purchases made by the Defense Dept to Arms Dealers and contractors are unneccessary yet have gone on far to long all in the name of security. I hope the country can be sensible and pass meaningful cuts.

Executive Reform Amendment of 3438 set to pass the National Forum

The Whigs proposed Executive Reform Amendment is now set to pass the National Forum with 3 votes higher than the required 253 votes to amend the nations constitution. The Whig Party has touted this reform as positive stride toward government efficiency and consolidating the powers of what should be one office. The Deltarian Central Alliance mainly being the INDC has condemened this amendment and questioned whether the move will in any way end partisanship in the nation. Former President and Whig Party Chairman George Milton had this to say:

We elect the President to lead our nation and to be the Head of Government here yet the actual leader of the government is decided through political deals; now I will say that in Deltaria we have been lucky to have our offices held by highly capable individuals however this is not the most effective system. If when the people elected me to lead the nation I was also given the power to head the government then believe you me I could have done alot more during my breif time in office. While the vanguard of the socialist the INDC may believe this reform is wrong-headed the people have clearly made their voice clear, they have rejected statism for small government for nearly a full decade now, the people want a small efficient government that doesnt waste tax dollars on unneccessary spending and salaries. I am very proud to be a part of this historic change in Deltaria, what we are doing in this bill will go down in the history books.

Rolniki-The People and Their Values

The Rolniki (Peasants) of Deltaria are among the oldest and most cherished groups of people in Deltaria.They represent the iron fist of Deltaria,holding the Motherland together with wheat in one hand and a sickle in the other.They value an honest day of labor,Boh,or God,and the almighty Czar,who always protected his people in the fields.Their roots and honest labor for the empowerment of the Empire lead them to starve for the Czar and for a Golden Socialist Deltaria,where the Rolnik plays a pivotal part in the State.The greatest extent of their power and hard-working Socialist ideals was always during the reign of the Czar,and for that,they are truly greaful and always indebted to his shining greatness,Czar of Deltaria.

In recent years however,the Rolnik of Deltaria has been constantly trampled on and overlooked,and his contribution to the stability and brightness of Deltaria overshadowed by the Capitalist elite,who favor a Federal republic and big Corporations over the Rolnik.To the Rolnik,this represents a regression to the ways of greed and corruption,and most Rolniks call this Satanov Spôsob,or the way of Satan.They see the way of light as a Czarist Socialist Empire,which is what all Rolniks pledge to when they turn 16,known as Vek Zlaté Urody,the Year of the Golden Harvest.The oath is said during a special mass,called Svätá Omša za Spásu Cára,the Sacred Mass for the Salvation of the Czar.The oath,taken by all 16 year olds within the Rolnik community,is spoken with one hand on the Sacred Patriarchal Bible,and goes as follows:
