Deltarian Troops Begin Military Exercise on Kalopian Border

Following Kalopia's Refusal to allow Deltarian Investigators to pursue the Perpetrators of the Attack that killed the Deltarian Czar and Crown Prince The order has been given for Deltarian Army and Air Force to begin exercises in a show of force.









New Deltarian Minister of Defence Terézia Hodosyová explained the purpose of the Exercises in a breif statement

If The Kalopian Government thinks it can defend terrorists they are mistaken. These coming exercises will show the Might of Deltaria and showcase what will be coming their [Kalopia's] way should they continue on this course. Deltaria has been at peace since the brief War of 4290 against Jelbania where our heroic troops crushed the Jelbek Invaders. If Kalopia thinks it can defy us, they are mistaken. How quick do they forget that it was Deltaria whom negotiated an end to the Kalopian Civil War in the 4260s? They were divided for decades. The current Kalopian State owes its existence to Deltarians such as Farkas Jakab. Without us there would be no Kalopia. Deltaria calls for Further Action Against Kalopia

Deltarian Foreign Minister Andrej Jakab responded to Kalopia's rejection of the Majatran Alliance Investigative Task Force's findings.

Its become very clear to us that Kalopian Government Ministers were involved in a plot to destabilise Deltaria and planned the bombing that killed Czar Norbert I along with an unknown group. Despite this, Kalopia has refused to hand these 4 criminals over to face trial. If all these findings are fabrications, then why not come and face trial and have a speedy acquittal? I call upon our friends within the Majatran Alliance to consider the next course of action, one that will bring justice for our fallen Czar. If Deltaria is forced to act alone in this regard, we will do whatever is necessary to bring an end to the terrorist state of Kalopia.

Clashes at Deltarian-Kalopian Border

Patrols on the border between Deltaria and Kalopia have erupted into a border war of sorts. Sporadic waves of artillery fire and occasional assaults against border posts have become a common occurrence although no side has yet made an attempt to push deeper into the opposing sides territory for fear of war. While there is no declaration of war as of yet, full open warfare may only be a heartbeat away.

Deltaria to mobilise, urges rejection of Kalopian Evidence

A new military budget set to pass parliament also includes a clause for general mobilisation. While months of border conflicts have occurred, no side has yet escalated the conflict into open warfare. However with tensions rising, it may well be only a matter of time. Deltarian Foreign Minister Andrej Jakab also urged the Majatran Alliance to reject the evidence that the Kalopian Government has provided.

An investigative team from all member states of the Majatran Alliance came to the same conclusion as our intelligence and police services. These 4 Criminals some of whom are still in the Kalopian Government must be arrested and tried for their crimes. If they are indeed innocent, a swift trial should reach this verdict anyway. Whats more likely is that this Terrorist State is buying time for the criminals it harbours. We need to crush the swine!

Deltaria announces support for Narikaton


In a breif announcement, The Czar's Honorable Prime Minister Miloslaw Masur announced that Deltaria would back Narikaton in the seemingly inevitable conflict though he admitted that Deltarian involvement would be rather limited due to the current situation regarding Kalopia.

We are with Narikaton and see their cause as just. King Marlon X has been a long last friend of Deltaria for a long time. It is unfortunate that we are occupied with a terrorist state on our borders. We will help when we can but of course this government must put the crisis at home first.

The Prime Minister did not elaborate on whether this statement would lead to Deltaria declaring war on Malivia or not.
