Gongmangdo: Following the Dankuk-Kazuli war the nation of Dankuk was left on its own. As its government effectively loses control over the south-east of the country and its military is almost entirely in shambles the imperial government of Dankuk is naturally looking for possible allies willing to help it during these troubling times. This resulted in talks between both the Imperial Government of Deltaria and that of Dankuk. With both nations being imperial powers it was only a matter of time before the two would start helping eachother.

After prolonged talks between the Imperial Ministry of Foreign affairs with the consent of the Czar and the Dankukan counterparts a new treaty was agreed upon. Granting Deltaria docking rights for a new naval base in Valdor. This naval base, formerly owned by Dankuk itself, will be adjusted for use by the Imperial Navy of Deltaria. A deltarian Yegorovich carrier strike group will permanently be docked at this naval base consisting of one Yegorovich carriers 4 destroyers, 2 cruisers and 2 attack submarine. A Attack fleet will also routinely be stationed there but not permanently. The base will also be used as a supply base by the Imperial Navy in case of deltarian operations in the area or close to the area. In addition to this deltaria pledges to send around 200 military advisors to Dankuk to help with the reorganization and rebuilding of the Dankuk military.

Deltaria also pledges minor economic support, sending around 200 million LOD in interest free economic aid to the country to provide some form of aid in reconstructing the crippled country.

This treaty and the opening of the deltarian naval base in the dovani nation marks a new beginning for Deltaria as it once again looks further then majatra alone and many speculate that this may well be the official beginning of expanding imperial ambitions of the Deltarian Czar.

Auroria: The Ushalande Engineering Group has gained permission from Czarist authorities to accept a order of 10 Gorshkov class frigates by the majatran nation of Selucia. According to the Imperial Ministry of War allowing this purchase to go ahead enables the deltarian state to "improve relations with Selucia" following a rocky history between the two. The UEG will start construction on 10 Gorshkov class frigates immediately and is expected to finish 3 of them per year. Making the delivery date for all ships determined at 3.5 years from now. The Gorshkov class frigate originally comes from Trigunia. But, as with many equipment originating from Trigunia, Deltaria has been producing its own variant of the ship class for several years now.

According to spokesman from both governments this deal is in no way a path towards a alliance however. As the selucian government has made clear that it wants to be a beacon of neutrality within majatra and Terra as a whole and sees "no interest" in alligning with any nation, this deal does however help the normalization of relations between the two nations after relations turned cold after the Malivi dispute.
Selucia has ordered the firgates to protect its territorial waters from anyone threatening its neutrality. As it seeks to follow a policy of "armed neutrality"

Dissuwa: After dozens of citizens confirmed massive tremors in certain parts of the Grand Duchy of Doron Akigo the Imperial Ministry of War has confirmed suspicions. The ministry stated it had conducted another underground nuclear test in cooperation with the Imperial Ministry of Scientific research. The test was conducted in the plains of Doron Akigo where previous nuclear tests have also been conducted by the military. The bomb tested was reportedly capable to, in the future, be mounted on a missile using a nuclear warhead but could also be used as a regular hydrogen bomb. Deltaria has always, on purpose, fully focussed on the development of Termonuclear weapons rather then first developing regular nuclear weapons and has both a bomb and warhead program being developed side by side. However, as the recent test shows as well, the development of normal Thermonuclear (Hydrogen) bombs has been progressing much faster then thermonuclear warheads and the new Czarist government has made available more funds to fasten the process of developing regular thermonuclear bombs with the czarist regime recently ordering the repair of the previously aquired TU-160 supersonic bombers, capable of carrying and dropping such hydrogen bombs. The recent test was also, according to experts, more powerfull then any test conducted by Deltaria until this point with the power of the bomb tested being estimated at around 1,600 terrajoules. Many accross Majatra are concerned that Deltaria is coming increasingly closer to aquiring its own nuclear device.

While the development of its "normal" hydrogen bombs progresses better then the development on its nuclear warheads capable to be mounted on a missile Deltaria does not sit still in regards to the development of these weapons. The deltarian imperial airforce, in cooperation with the Imperial Ministry of Scientific Research recently launched several missile tests into the majatran sea, confirming that Deltaria is still working on medium ranged continental missiles and possible even Intercontinental missiles capable of carrying nuclear warheads. The tests where small in scale, and many predict Deltaria is still a long way from developing intercontinental missiles and capable nuclear warheads, but the Deltarian government is clearly set on its development and actively supporting the military and involved ministries in the development of these missiles and warheads.

Cahtice: After a near decade of ruling Deltaria as Czar Miroslav I the tsar, being 72 years old, is reportedly experiencing worsening health conditions and has not been seen outside the Imperial Palace for over 2 weeks. Now, in a official government report, the Imperial Inner Agency, responsible for managing the affairs of the royal family, has announced that crown prince Vêroslav will assume the duties of state in his fathers stead. Czar Miroslav will keep his official title of Czar until his death but his son will take over any active state duties until his father either recovers or he himself will take up the throne.

Miroslav was also confirmed to be in a passive coma within the Imperial Palace, confirming earlier reports of his worsening health condition. Vêroslav, who will now take over state responsibilities, is seen by many as a pragmatic young man. He is classified as center-right in his political believes and has received top education since his father assumed the Throne. Many expect that Vêroslav will continue his fathers path and that he will "try to bring deltaria to the top of the world through cunning and strength"
Vêroslav, currently 20, is one of the youngest ruler's in terra and, if he takes the throne, one of the youngest monarchs. Many doubt his abilities to lead the newly emerging empire. It remains to be seen what will come of his regency and eventual personal reign.

Cahtice: The Imperial Ministry of War has ordered 8 new Yasen Class submarines from the state owned naval construction company named Ushalande Engineering Group. The new submarines where requested by the Naval Commander of the Imperial Fleet, Admiral Igor Brotz, due to him believing that submarines could play a more vital role in the future of naval combat due to their ability for stealth operations and the possibility to weaponize them with nuclear weaponry. The Yasen Class submarines have the possibility of carrying nuclear warheads however none of Deltaria's submarines have yet to be equipped with these warheads nor are there any plans public about them wanting to mount warheads on the newly ordered submarines.

The 8 new submarines will be added to the different Attack Fleets as well as some being kept in port for possible escort or intelligence operations. The Attack fleets created by Naval command proved to be highly effective in the recent naval exercises on the majatran sea as a carrier strike group was forced to withdraw following continious attacks from these attack fleets. Despite this renewed effort to increase the size of the submersible fleet of the deltarian navy Naval Command and Imperial Military Strategic Command have suggested on several occasions that the possible construction of a new and possibly improved Nemec class carrier is also in the air with many within the navy suggesting that having 6 carriers in the fleet (3 Yegorovich and 3 Nemec class) could be a enormous advantage during any naval engagement or naval invasion. No clear plans on the possible construction of another Nemec carrier have been released though and it remains to be seen if these plans will ever come to fruition.

The submarines will be constructed 2 by two. with the first two expected to be finished mid next year and the others all taking one year per 2 to construct. Putting total construction time for all 8 at 4 years.

Gadur: In his first act as the new leading figure within the Deltarian state Crown Prince Vêroslav today, during a press conference, revealed the first work thanks to his doing. He, together with representatives of the Imperial Foreign Office, has worked on a treaty between the Seleyan nation of Gaduridos and Deltaria. In this treaty Gaduridos will allow Deltarian military vessels to repair, resupply, refuell and dock in any gaduridos port for the maximum duration of 365 days.
The treaty also enforces that either nation does not impose tarrifs on eachothers exports, allowing for better trade between the nations. Deltaria also pledges to protect Gaduridos shipping whenever it can and if its vessels are in the area. Last but not least a backdoor channel will be opened between the two governments in order to quickly communicate during times of crisis or to arrange diplomatic meetings between the two governments.

Many see this treaty as the first action by Crown Prince Vêroslav. He is clearly continuing his fathers path by expanding deltarian influence and relations abroad and focussing on removing the Deltarian isolation that had crippled the nation in previous centuries. By signing this treaty Deltaria now has another refuelling, repair and resupply base for its vessels to make stops which now allows its navy to operate globally without the fear of overstretching itself to much. With resupply capablities in Seleya, Majatra and Dovani the goal of making the Imperial Navy a global, and powerfull navy once more, has mostly succeeded.

Majatran Sea: In the majatran sea a major nuclear test was conducted by Deltaria. Early this week the test was conducted in utmost secrecy, using their regular patrols as a cover the Deltarian navy managed to secure a large section of the majatran sea, shielding it from commercial shipping. After this the Deltarian Navy in cooperation with the Imperial Ministry of War and Imperial Ministry of Scientific Development detonated a major nuclear device. This device was reportedly of even greater strength then the device tested earlier underground with this detonation being estimated to be as strong as 2.000 terrajoules, 400 more then the previous detonation. According to the Imperial Ministry of War deltaria is "close" to obtaining a functioning nuclear bomb which will, at first, only be able to be dropped by plane which will likely be the recently modernized TU-160 supersonic heavy bomber of the Imperial Airforce. The Imperial Navy reported that the area in which the test was conducted was not being sailed upon and that any ship in the vicinity had been diverted away from the side. But this test reminds many of the test conducted in the majatran sea around 100 years ago by the socialist regime which caused big environmental issues and disrupted trade routes for more then 3 years due to high levels of radiation following the test. As this bomb is stronger then any bomb previously tested by Deltaria it is likely to cause even more problems for the environment and trade situation. Many majatran officials have already responded with major anger to the test and many experts believe that Deltaria will face great opposition to its nuclear developments in the months to come.

Deltaria has also released reports suggesting that its program is in such a advanced state that the creation of a actual bomb "is within a years reach". The deltarian nuclear program has been going on officially for over 100 years now but major interruptions mean that its program has only been actively worked on for around 40 of those years. However, in the recent 10 years the new Czarist regime has actively pursued deltaria's nuclear program again and has put significant resources and time in the project which has let to the situation today.

With the deltarian nuclear program seemingly nearing completion it remains to be seen how other world powers will react to this imminent nuclear threat.

Cahtice: The Deltarian nuclear test in the majatran sea has seen outrage from all accross Terra. With a environmental disaster occuring following the test and entire sectors within majatran nations their economies rendered useless. Now, many majatran and terran nations are preparing sanctions and embargos on Deltaria to try and cripple its economy and have its regime torn from the inside. However, the deltarian government had anticipated the reaction of many nations and is now actively working to minimize the damage of upcoming embargos and sanctions.

The Imperial Ministry of Economic Affairs has implemented a grand shift in exports, cancelling former deals with nations like Dorvik, Kazulia and Lourenne and instead making new trade deals and treaties with neutral nations like Rildanor, Dankuk and Indrala. The goal of this new strategy is to reduce exports to any nation imposing a embargo upon Deltaria early so that the Deltarian economy will not collapse under the embargos of nations like Dorvik. Trade with Dorvik, Kazulia and Lourenne has already been reduced by 70% in the last 3 months with most trade being redirected towards Dankuk, Rildanor and Indrala. In addition to simply redirecting existing trade the Imperial Ministry of Economic Affairs is also busy drafting a free trade agreement with the nation of Rildanor which would allow significantly more trade to flow between the two nations.

Experts predict that while Deltaria wont be severely affected by the embargos as its current strategy will likely pay off it will still feel some minor effects in its budget due to Deltaria not being able to stop all trade between itself and those nations imposing embargos upon it.
