Zardugal "peacekeepers" will get out of Doron Akigo or else...

In a firm statement this morning the Minister of Defense,Lord Vaclav Ferelic, has announced his intention to give the Zardugal peacekeeping operation forces in Doron Akigo an ultimatum to evacuate the region due to reported harassment of local authorities by the peacekeeping forces.
Lord Ferelic stated "if they don't evacuate the region,Deltaria is obviously obliged to answer this offense."

It's well known though that,Deltaria is severely weakened by the recent events that led to the reinstatement of Milos II.

Political Intrigue ends in Deltaria,The Czar is looking for a spouse.
The Revolutionist movement of 3571,a mix of lower lords army officers and commoners,
at first aiming to reinstatement of what turned out to be a false Czar Milos II.After the end of this reign, the true mastermind behind the movement,Tomislav Cestibir, member of a cadet branch of the great House of Cestibor, revealed himself and took power as regent. After that he consolidated power by replacing the old Chancellor Bogdan Saderovic with himself. His plot was revealed when the Czar Ivan IV came to age and Cestibir's right hand confessed that regent Tomislav had been planning this all along.
After Tomislav Cestibir's imprisonment and the end of the regency for Czar Ivan IV,the New Age Party(as it was renamed) remains in power with a mixture of lords and commoners.

In other news, his Royal Excellency,Czar Ivan IV has released a statement saying that he is looking for a spouse of noble birth.
Not much challenge is expected as no foreign noble families have shown any interest in the young Czar.

Prezident Rezník hold a speech at Chann University in Solentia

Prezident Rezník yestarday morning delivered a speech in front of 750 students and professors at Chann University in capital of Solentia.
He said:

I am deeply honoured at this invitation to speak at the Chann University. I am conscious of the unique place that this University holds in the governance system of contemporary Solentia and its contribution to the remarkable transformation of Solentian society. Many of you will play a decisive role in shaping Solenitian future development, which will be of great significance for the Terra. I can think of no better place than this University to speak about Deltaria and Solentia in the new era. Relations between Deltaria and Solentia are unique in the terra. We are two continuous ancient civilizations. We are one state between neighbours with a long history of cultural, spiritual and economic ties. We both embarked on a new phase of our political histories around the same time.

Solentian early economic reforms and impressive achievements are a source of inspiration across the developing terra. After Solentia, Deltaria has been the fastest growing major economy in the Majatra, averaging a growth rate of 7% per year. As a result, both our economies have expanded several times. We have achieved a high degree of economic modernization and have lifted thousands of people out of poverty. In our own ways, we have also had an impact in shaping the majatran economy. Over the past three years, the process of economic reforms in Deltaria has gone through the rigour of democratic debate, and met the test of political consensus and public support. Deltarian policies have focused not only on accelerating growth, but also on making it sustainable and regionally balanced. We have emphasized not only modernization, but also addressing the challenges of opportunities, capacity and equity for our vast and diverse population. This is the path on which we will continue to move forward. In structural terms, Deltarian growth is propelled by domestic demand and financed largely by our own resources. But we are also increasingly integrated into the terran economy. In recent months, we have taken measures to enhance foreign investment flows, speed up implementation of major projects, boost infrastructure development, strengthen our financial markets, reform our tax systems and make our business environment more attractive. Our effort is to return the Deltarian economy to a sustained growth rate of 7-8% per annum. We believe that the underlying fundamentals of our economy, particularly investment and savings rates, are strong and consistent with this projection.

Deltarian critical challenges in the days ahead are precisely in areas where I see opportunities for cooperation between Deltaria and Solentia and I would like to highlight eight specific areas in this regard.
One, we need to pay much greater attention to the expansion and modernization of our infrastructure. Deltaria plans to invest one trillion DTE in infrastructure in the next five years and we would welcome Solentian expertise and investment in this sector.

Two, we need to increase our agricultural productivity in order to reduce rural-urban disparities in income and manage efficiently the process of mass urbanization, which is a phenomenon common to both our countries. This will mean paying particular attention to the issues of water and waste management. Solentia has significant experience of urbanization and our national planners, city administrators and entrepreneurs should share experiences and seek solutions in dealing with the physical, social, environmental and human challenges of mobility and urbanization.

Three, we want to draw upon Solentian strength in the manufacturing sector, which is vital for providing mass employment. Deltaria, for its part, has strength in services, innovation and certain manufacturing sectors, which can benefit Solentia. A linked challenge for Deltaria is in skill development, where we can learn from each other’s experience.

Four, as large and growing consumers of energy, we should intensify cooperation on the shared challenges of energy security, including joint development of renewable energy resources, as well as working jointly with other majatran countries.

Five, growing population, shrinking land, improving consumption levels and price volatility make food security a key policy priority for us. Deltaria has launched a major legislation-based food security programme. Our two countries should pool our resources and expertise in this area.
More broadly, in an uncertain global environment, Deltaria and Solentia can work together to impart stability to the global economy and sustain growth in our two economies by leveraging our resources, large unsaturated demand, economies of scale and our growing income levels.

Six, in an integrated terra, economic success requires a favourable external environment. In recent decades, Deltaria and Solentia have been among the greatest beneficiaries of an open global economy; a rule-based and open international trade regime; and free flow of finance, information and technology.

Seven, while we welcome and celebrate the rapid economic growth of our economies, we must also confront the challenges of climate change and focus greater attention on the safeguarding of our fragile environment. Both Deltaria and Solentia are heirs to civilizations that value Nature and have practiced sustainability through the ages. However, as we meet the basic needs of our people, we also face the danger of unfair burdens being imposed on us for mitigating climate change. We should ensure that the international response to climate change does not constrain our growth and that it continues to be based on the principle of common but differentiated responsibilities.

Eight, Deltaria and Solentia have also benefited from a largely stable global order and peaceful periphery. But we cannot take a stable political and security environment in our region and beyond for granted. If we look carefully, many of our challenges are common. Terrorism, extremism and radicalism emanating from our neighbourhood affect both of us directly and can create instability across Majatra.

Above all, Deltaria and Solentia need a stable, secure and prosperous Majatran region. The centre of gravity of global opportunities and challenges are shifting to this region. In the coming decades, Deltaria and Solentia, together with other Terran countries, will be among the largest economies in the Terra. While this region embodies unparalleled dynamism and hope, it is also one with unsettled questions and unresolved disputes. It will be in our mutual interest to work for a cooperative, inclusive and rule-based security architecture that enhances our collective security and regional and global stability. While both Deltaria and Solentia are large and confident enough to manage their security challenges on their own, we can be more effective if we work together. Regional stability and prosperity will also gain from stronger connectivity in the Majatran region. This should be a shared enterprise of Deltaria and Solentia.

Ladies and Gentlemen,

I have said on several occasions that Deltaria welcomes Solentian emergence. Frankly, old theories of alliances and containment are no longer relevant. Deltaria and Solentia cannot be contained and our recent history is testimony to this. Nor should we seek to contain others.
We both know that the benefits of cooperation far outweigh any presumed gains from containment. Therefore, we should engage with each other in a spirit of equality and friendship and with the confidence that neither country is a threat to the other. This is the essential premise of Deltarian external engagement. Our strategic partnerships with other countries are defined by our own economic interests, needs and aspirations. They are not directed against Solentia or anyone else. We expect a similar approach from Solentia.

Friends,

I am pleased that the agreements that we have signed yesterday will help to advance many of these shared goals. As officials who will determine public policy, I hope you will do everything to advance our cooperation and promote Deltaria-Solentia relations from your positions of responsibility.

Before I conclude, let me recall what I have often said, namely, that the terra is large enough to accommodate the development aspirations of both Deltaria and Solentia. In my meeting with Grande Millenaria Doge of Solentia Reed yesterday, he echoed this thought when he said that the Solentian and Deltarian dreams for becoming strong, developed and prosperous nations are inter-connected and mutually compatible. My meetings with Grande Millenaria Doge of Solentia Jack Reed and Millenaria de Consigliere Catan give me great confidence that we can fulfill this vision. More than ever before, the terra needs both countries to prosper together. We were not destined to be rivals, and we should show determination to become partners. Our future should be defined by cooperation and not confrontation. It will not be easy, but we must spare no effort. What is at stake is the future of Deltaria and Solentia; indeed, what may be at stake is the future of our region.

I thank you for your attention.

Today both presidents will attend a concert and an after show cocktails party in Metapontum, Fuwan, with entertainment by Light Years, Solentian Jazz sensation.

DELTARIA FORMALLY RECOGNIZES ITSELF AS FAMILY NATION OF DELTARIA

Image
Janosz Dabaryi - the first national Kum Deltarsko (Deltarian Godfather)

Business Party of Deltaria has nothing to hide. "Let's face it, this land is ruled by organizations. Such organizations as one of Janosz Dabaryi, the most respected Kum in Deltaria. So why hide it, why pretend. Deltaria is a family nation and will be ruled as one family. Kum Janosz accepted the challenge and together with Sovetnik Almos (Consigliere) will lead Deltaria towards future, present or past, wherever the road shall lead."
With this change Deltarian government is moved to the Grey House, the property of Kum Janosz. One of the first challenges of newly formally accepted administration is relations with Augustan Empire. "I respect Emperor Theodosio IV, and I respect the peace forces Zardugal has in Doron Akigo. We will join the Empire as despotate under one request - Zardic forces must leave Deltarian lands," this is the position of Deltarian dictator.

GREY HOUSE TAKES CONTROL OVER DORON AKIGO, JOINS AUGUSTAN EMPIRE

Image
Doron Akigo. Most popular hobby of opposition to unified Deltaria is fishing, some men are helping Matvei Slobanek in his sports.

As soon as last Zardic soldier left the land, Doron Akigo was taken over by Deltarian organizations. Doron Akigo transfer to Deltaria was peaceful thanks to sane local leaders who are now living in nice houses and have nice aquariums with lovely fishes. Insane leaders of Doron Akigo have no such nice houses. They also have not enough fish, so they went fishing.
Kum Janosz joined the celebration of Doron Akigo, as he said: "Doron Akigo are more Deltarsko than Deltaria itself!".

Deltaria signed Augustan Empire treaty. Kum Janosz expressed his gratitude and respect to Emperor Theodosio IV. He also fully supports upcoming monetary reform.

DELTARIA JOINS NUMA ZONE

Grey House has confirmed that Deltaria would join Augustan Empire's common currency zone. Augustan Numa (AGN) shall replace Deltarian money.
Numa coins minted in Deltaria will have common reverse side, but Deltarian national abverse.

Numa coins (1 Numa and 2 Numas) feature Deltarian Knight as image, it shows the power of Medieval Deltarsko.
Image

Solid coins (1, 2, 5, 10, 20, 50 solids) feature Deltarian Turul as ancient Deltarian bird, that shows Deltarian heritage.

THEY CAN GO

Image
"...they are unwilling to adapt to the spirit of our nation. We don't want them, we don't need them"

Grey House confirmed they would let opposition leaders from Doron Akigo to "return" to their homeland in Dorvik. About 2,500 political activists, their families and supporters of Dun ancestry would be transfered to Dorvik subject to possible agreement with Dorvik to provide the means and cover the costs for such a transfer.

"...they are unwilling to adapt to the spirit of our nation. We don't want them, we don't need them" Kum Janosz Dabaryi.

CHANGES IN GREY HOUSE - NEW MINISTER OF WAR APPOINTED

Image
Mr Jrnikai during his official meeting with Kum. Čachtice, Grey House

Veliko Boglarsz, 67, now former Minister of War, resigned due to reasons of health. It was no surprise to many that he was replaced by Sivra Jrnikai, informal right hand of Kum Janosz. It might seem strange to neutral observer why Deltaria has chosen ethnic Jelbek to become Minister of War during crysis in international relationships, but this is no strange for Deltarian leadership: "He knows Jelbek dogs, he knows how they bark, where they hide their bones." Grey House believes this is a huge benefit for Deltaria to have Jelbik expert lead their army in turbulent times we live in.
Sivra Jrnikai born Jelbanian left this country to study in Deltarian Nations University, there he met young Janosz and both became friends, more than friends - they became Family. Jrnikai was instrumental in success of Daboriy's organization, becoming the largest and most influential in Deltaria, which ultimately lead to Janosz elected as National Kum.
Latest achievement of Mr Jrnikai was peaceful reunion of Doron Akigo and Deltaria, he had chosen right methods to deal with Doron leaders who were pro-Deltarian and those unfortunates who were not. He used his connections within Jelbania to help dealing with Doron seperatists.
The main task of Sivra Jrnikai will be reforms in air force, creation of fast & invisible air cavalry strike units similar to Jelbanians.

PROTESTS FUEL UNREST IN DELTARIA
Image
Protesters marching in central Dolinka
Jan 28th, 3625'

After a slow start, the centre-left National People's Union (NPU) is now moving at lightening speed in overhauling the nation of Deltaria. Many insiders say that conflicts with the old establishment and remnants of the old regime had slowed down progress as the new officials struggled to gain control of the central government. Now it appears the reactionary threat has been pacified and that the NPU is coming out swinging. A sweeping liberalization program has taken hold to open up the economy and "to force open the windows of the state." The health care system is being partially privatized and full privatization of train system has caused stirring in among the people and fraught reaction. Protesters on the left are angry at the privatization moves despite government statements about trying to modernize a fossilized state while reactionary elements complain and protest over government plans to completely overhaul the administration and begin modernizing the military and security services. All in all the times are changing rapidly for Deltaria.
