Bartomeu Delacroix, one of the honorees of 4815The following is a communiqué from His Most Excellent Royal Majesty, King Jean-Noël IV:Dear countrymen, allies and friends.
Today is the day in which we honor people who have achieved achievements in various fields, such as science, education, culture, health, politics, social, among others. The laureates are national and international.
Those we honor today have had an excellent career in different fields, achieving remarkable feats in these fields. Today, there will be laureates in three categories, the 1st is the Order of the Kingdom of Rildanor (Ordre du Royaume de Rildanor), the 2nd is the appointment of Commanders of the Order of Rildanor (Commandants de l'Ordre de Rildanor) and the 3rd is the Order of His Majesty of Rildanor (Ordre de Sa Majesté). The following is the list of laureates
Order of the Kingdom of Rildanor/Ordre du Royaume de Rildanor (ORR)This order is given to people who have achieved excellence in the political, social and economic fields. The laureates are as follows:
• Pavlo Tymoshenko Nicollier, former President of the Government, for his efforts in human and civil rights.
• Craig Delsarte, Vice President of the Government, for his efforts in national politics and an outstanding career in the same field.
• Tim Vermaelen, Royal Senator for Sirdour, for his fight for justice for everybody.
• Roxane Mallet Glass, former Minister of Culture and Education, for her outstanding career as an educator and her influence in the National Education Program.
• Bijoux Deschamps, former President of the Government, for the technological advances made during her government.
Commanders of the Order of Rildanor/Commandants de l'Ordre de Rildanor (COR)The Commanders of the Order of Rildanor are those people who have had a distinguished career in various fields, whether political, scientific, educational, sports, among others. The laureates are
• Bartomeu Delacroix, award-winning musician, his extraordinary career in the music industry.
• Mickaël Lavigne Bourseiller, astronaut, for his missions in the aerospace field.
• Joël Stuart, astronaut and former Director of the Rildanorian Space Agency, for promoting the RSAT-89 satellite.
• The crew of the Majesté Endeavour mission to Luna, for the successful lunar mission of 4808:

• Alicia Thibodeaux
• Gilles Demaret
• Finn Montpellier, former Minister of Defence and former Captain of the Royal National Guard, for carrying out the Search for Jean-Noël Bellegarde.
• Max Blondeau, Minister of Defence and Admiral of the Royal Navy, for carrying out the Search for Jean-Noël Bellegarde.
• Jean-Phillipe Champagne, former Commander of the Royal National Guard, for carrying out the Search for Jean-Noël Bellegarde.
• Wilfried Ponce, Commander of the Royal National Guard, for carrying out the Search for Jean-Noël Bellegarde.
• Gisèle Lalande, former Director of the SI3, for carrying out the Search for Jean-Noël Bellegarde.
• Benji Gavreau, Director of the SI3, for carrying out the Search for Jean-Noël Bellegarde.
• Alex De Martino, former Prime Minister of Istalia, for helping to strengthen the friendship between Rildanor and Istalia and for their excellent governance in Istalia.
• Joaco Villalba Robillard, television reporter and primary anchor of Rildanor+ News, his renowned career as a journalist.
Order of His Majesty/Ordre de Sa Majesté (OSM)The Order of His Majesty of Rildanor is awarded to those remarkable people who managed to modernize various fields, including political, social, economic, etc. The laureates are:
• Joaco Villalba Sr. (posthumously), for his renowned career as a journalist and for founding Vague Rildanorienne.
• Renaud Delacroix (posthumously), for his career as a renowned film director and actor.
• Gaël Josep Beaulieu, President of the Andre Charpentier Association for Inclusion (AACI), for his human rights activism and for promoting Rildanor's neutrality.
• Rose Lafaille, President of the Volodymyr Tymoshenko Association for Education (AVTE), for promoting education, both nationally and internationally.
