Alduria to expand educational services; Educational reform enacted across Aldurian Schools once more as higher education receives more funding

As Alduria continues it's efforts to develop, President Isabelle D'Amboise has put forward two educational bills to the Assemblée Nationale des Travailleurs (National Assembly of Workers) with the first bill, the Special Studies Act looks to expand upon funding for Aldurian Electives in both Primary, Secondary and Higher Education with a main focus being made on increasing funding for art classes and STEM classes. Furthermore, it will also modify the Aldurian History component in Core Classes and mandate the teaching of Anti and Imiri History, with the explicit goal of preventing any possibility of racial tensions forming between Canrillaise and Native Selayans.

The second bill proposed was the New University Act, looking to expand upon existing universities in Alduria and increased funding drastically for colleges and universities, both in wages and to increase maintenance and general funding for classrooms. Achille Pascal, Minister of the Ministry of Education has also hinted towards the possibility of the construction of a state of the art university in Seimalles in the near future.

The ultimate goal of this, which D'Amboise has called, "The March Towards Utopia" is to make higher education appealing to Aldurians, and ensure the current generation of Aldurians can make life easier for the next generation of Aldurians. Believing that a well educated populace can and will elevate Alduria to new heights, D'Amboise has set out on continuing her efforts to get the Aldurian Education System where it needs to be.

Regardless of her efforts, with the War on Poverty producing results, it's likely that struggling Aldurians will move towards education due to said Aldurians no longer struggling due to poverty relief measures. This will help the nation in the long run in developing and go towards supporting the economy as well as generally raise the quality of life.

Alduria to begin investments into Medical Education; Medical Education Programs to begin en masse

As the "March to Utopia" Campaign continues on, the question of "what should Aldurian Education directly specialize in?" has been raised and for a considerable while, that question was without answer. Now however, that question has been resolved with Medicine and Healthcare being what Aldurian Higher Education will specialize in. To that end, the D'Amboise Administration has already looked towards pouring funding towards medical education, providing government subsidies for medical education, alongside introducing scholarships to encourage students to enroll into Medical Schools.

In general alignment with the Administrations ambitions to raise the quality of Aldurian Education, any existing medical schools in Alduria are expected to receive immense and generous government subsidies, to both make maintenance easier and ensure good quality.

To generally boost the quality of medical education, the "Programme de Formation Médecin-Étudiant en Médecine" (Doctor-Medical Student Training Program) has been enacted, encouraging direct on site training for students. The goal of the FMEM is to drastically expand quality of medical education and lay the groundwork for an advanced healthcare system for Alduria.

While the D'Amboise Administration has largely focused on Education, the framework for the next administration, whether it's PCA/AKP or PSdT is there for expanding healthcare. Regardless, the FMEM and introduction of scholarships for medical students is expected to attract students and make it appealing to students, with the end goal of expanding the Aldurian Healthcare System.

Whatever the case, the FMEM and other measures are gonna go a long way in evolving Aldurian Education, particularly in the Healthcare Sector. While it's a long way to go, it's still something and with education becoming available to many Aldurians due to the War on Poverty efforts, we can expect Medical Student numbers to rise.

Alduria to host next SIUL Conference, scheduled for 5421; Bayonville to host the summit

Solidarity International-United Left is a global organization for Left-Wing parties across Terra to gather and organize. While the last summit was a considerable time ago in Baltusia, Alduria has been chosen to host the summit for SIUL with Bayonville expected to be the city that will host.

The SIUL Summit is expected to cover the topic of leadership and elections for leadership in the organization. As the organization has no proper election for leadership, it has faced criticism, and the Bayonville Summit is expected to resolve that issue. The goal for electing leadership is to elect 3 officials from all across SIUL, with 3 positions expected to be up for leadership.

The first, and arguably the most important is Chairman of SIUL. Handling all executive functions of SIUL, the Chairman will be elected by all parties in SIUL, serving a term of roughly 2 summits (2 years).

The second position, the General Secretary is tasked with managing ideological affairs and ensuring unity in SIUL, preventing hostile discourse and generally ensuring a united SIUL.

The final position, General Whig is tasked with supporting new parties to SIUL, and is expected to handle relations between SIUL and new parties to SIUL.

This Politbureau is expected to make choices collectively, with a 2/3 majority needed to enact universal SIUL decisions. To that end, every party in SIUL, regardless of seat size, specific ideology or origin is expected and encouraged to offer a candidate for the Politbureau, with each party receiving 1 vote for each position.

With the Summit expected to take place in 5421, parties will have a year to organize and prepare to attend the summit.

PdST sweeps elections; PCA/AKP questions the leadership of Isabelle D'Amboise.

In a stunning display, the Parti Socialiste des Travailleur has won the Assemblée Nationale des Travailleurs(National Assembly of Workers) vote and the Presidential vote with 62% of the vote!

The PCA/AKP has been put in second place, keeping governorship of La Valleé but losing everything else, and has 94 seats in the National Assembly. To that end, while the elections were certainly fair and free, the PCA/AKP has questioned the leadership of Isabelle D'Amboise who has failed to motivate the people for another Communist Term. While it's likely she will be voted out of leadership, this is a victory for the country and Isabelle D'Amboise has congratulated the PsDT for their massive victory.

Congratulations to my opposition and to Troe Supricette for winning the office of Presidency. I am certain they will lead Alduria through the future. To that end, I am quite happy with the results of the election. These show a healthy democracy for Alduria and I'm certain the PdST will continue boosting growth of Alduria.

What the Supricette Administration will entail is yet to be seen but we can expect devolution to occur. In regards to a possible cabinet, it's unlikely to assume the PdST will rule alone and the possibility to form a coalition with the PCA/AKP is there. Whether it will occur or not is yet to be seen.

Whatever the case, the Right Wing of the PCA/AKP has taken a blow with D'Amboise losing election. Whether the Centre or Left will take reigns is yet to be seen but the party is expected to look elsewhere.

We here at the Radical are glad to see a new pair of hands in running Alduria! Democracy was exercised and Alduria can look forward under a PdST Administration. We also are glad the PCA/AKP was willing to encourage democracy and run fair elections.

Party Socialiste des Travalieurs unseats PCA/PKA after 70 years of uninterrupted rule
The socialist opposition party wins the election in a landslide despite only having won only 0.07% percent of the vote in the election of 5418 .
In the elction of 5422 the party gains 68.28% of the vote and 156/253 seats in the national assembly
The parties anthem 'le front des travalieurs' echoing througout bayonville
The party's leader and new president of Aldruia remarks;
Our message of socialism justice and democracy is now well within the hearts of the people
we have won!
The case of socialism will be furthened!
weintend to work with the PCA in our new unity cabinet and continue policies like the education reform and the war on poverty.
Our people have proven today shown that terra has its first free socialist republic . But while we might be free the working class throughout the world is not . The SIUL conference was held in bayonville last year and it has only strengthened our resolve to fight for the international socialist cause. Aldruia will do everything we can to liberate our brothers and sisters. Whatever it takes!
We shall strive for our home to become one of prosperity and justice no one will be left behind!
Onwards for a prosperus Aldruia and a socialist world !

the only thing hindering Supricette's dominance is some anger in the rank and file membership of the party for the placement of Sakura Nobuoga II one of the party's upcoming politicians only as justice minister and not in some more senior post
An ecstatic crowd cheered the new president into the presidential palace.

This is certainly a new day for aldruia

Isabelle D'Amboise voted out; Lucas Dumont voted in as leader of the PCA/AKP

Due to the massive electoral defeat the PCA/AKP faced in 5422, Isabelle D'Amboise was never anticipated to stay as leadership of the party and today, that has been affirmed. Lucas Dumont has been voted in and has offered a new direction for the party, calling for a whole new revolution, a green ecological revolution.

Representing ecological interests in the PCA/AKP, Dumont has called for massive ecological efforts to shift the nation from it's hybrid based ecological policy to a full green economy. Whether Eco-Socialism will survive in the PCA/AKP depends on if Dumont can carry the PCA/AKP to victory.

The Aldurian Revolution started started something fantastic, but it didn't go far enough. What I call for is another revolution. A ecological revolution. A green revolution. We must persue a green economy, like our comrades in Lourenne and Badara.

Whether Dumont can bring a whole new ideology to the PCA/AKP is yet to be seen but what is certain is that Dumont is a new face for the PCA/AKP, and a new direction.

We here at the Radical support this effort for the party to go Green. We've signed the BQCA but have made no efforts to change that, and well, Dumont seems to agree that we need to make efforts towards a green sustainable future.
