Sultan Reacts to Solentia's Decision to Join the Anti-Augustan League

A Member of the Council of Representatives Burns a Solentia Flag

Solentia sent a letter this week to the Sultan stating that they have decided to join the Anti-Augustan League. The sultan criticized Solentia's move and stated that Solentia's move was "stupid". He added that Solentia has no allies nearby and would be easily crushed by the Augustan army. The sultan also accused Solentia of "making trouble" and "disturbing the peace in Majatra." The Sultan warns Solentia that if they don't change their stance, Jakania will take action.

Meanwhile, a royalist supporter was kicked out of parliament by the military after disturbing proceedings.

Royal Family Ousted


A few months ago, the Armed Forces of Jakania and the Jakania Solution For All Party besieged the royal palace. The lack of support from the general population forced the royal family to surrender. Today, after tense negotiations with the nobility and royal family, the newly appointed government announced that the people of Jakania have voted to abolish Jakania's monarchy in favour of a republic. After the announcement, thousands of Jakanians were seen outside the Phoenix Palace celebrating the declaration of the Republic. As for the royal family they were hastily shot one by one by the army outside the palace. After the hastened executions, the House of Jakania became extinct thus ending the 223 year old dynasty.

Members of the nobility who have long served Jakania await the decision of the court to end their rights and privileges with unease. The government of the new Jakanian republic is expected to be led by former Augustan politcians from Zardugal.

The Nation rejoice as the new President (His Excellency) gain control of his late father position. John Won was Jakania most powerful politician since when his father died of heart attack. Won is optimistic about the new form of government and he is in the position to make new laws and having strong foreign relationship. Won love to travel and his planning on visiting different country during his term in office.

I have come to follow his footsteps towards leading this nation to become the most powerful nation. As you can see, what my father contribute to this nation has been diminish and forgotten. Yet, I am here to lift up his name and celebrating his ideal views and culture.

My people today leads another milestone of the new government and I hope to form strong government to last a long time. Now history has now been made and the next step is to be written in Jakania Historian book. I want to thank all who helped me in the election and my supportive wife Linda Won, who helped me in the election. I also want to thank my son David Won who gave me advise on what steps I should take. As you can know David Won is Jakania most smartest student and he is the leader of tommorrow when I am not alive. Heated Debate Erupts in Parliament Over Adopting a New Name For Jakania

A Jakanian furious over the ruling party's decision to use the Luthorian language as Jakania's official name

A heated debate broke out in the Jakanian Parliament as members of parliament debated the bill which would use the Luthorian language to officially name Jakania as United States of Jakania instead of using the Majatran version Al-Ǧumhūriyyah al-Jakaniayun al-Muttaḥidah.

Most lawmakers in Jakania were furious when the ruling party insisted on using Luthorian to officially name the nation despite it not being Jakania's official language. Many MPs view this bill as a blatant attack on Jakania's cultural heritage. Many see this as an attempt by the ruling party to divide the country by protecting people of foreign descent. It is said that people of foreign descent control nearly 30% of Jakania's economy.

After watching the news about the debate to change the nation name, President (His excellency) John won decided to take a break. During is break, John Won invited one of Jakania's famous celebrity to his Palace. Both Won and the celebrity decided to try out a new dance which was broadcast in one of Jakania live television channel and all around Terra. After the dancing with the celebrity, The nation young adults were seen on the streets doing the same moves.

Borenu and Sonhata Erupts in Revolt After Ruling Party Adopt Reforms Considered to Be Too Radical !

Jakanians Waving the Old Flag!

The ruling party's rapid liberal reforms, repressive measures and the creation of a cult of personality around President John Won and his family, has sparked a full scale reactionary revolt in Borenu and Sonhata.

Soldiers stationed in Borenu and Sonhata were reported to have defected to General Hasman Abdullah. The General, also known as the "Bringer of Light", promised to the people that he will bring back the "good old days". With the support of General Hasman Abdullah it has allowed the people in Sonhata and Borenu to revolt against the liberal-minded government. As a result, the Armed Forces of Jakania has refused to suppress the rebellion, believing that deep division might form within the army if they fought with the General, and has instead left law enforcements to bring back law and order to these Governorates.

Many reputable people in Jakania such as historian Ziyad El-Mofty blame the growing instability on the ruling party. He said that the ruling party are nothing but pathetic idealists unwilling to accept the political realities. He warned that if the governmnet does not adopt a more moderate approach, they will soon see themselves beheaded or lose in the next general election.

Army of Akim, Aiming to Establish a Queranzist Republic, Claims They Are In Control of Borenu!

Soldiers who defected to the Bringer of Light swear their allegiance to Akim!

General Hasman Abdullah, also known as the Bringer of Light, has claimed to have seized Borenu from "the corrupt and decaying liberal-minded government". The General amassed an army of 120,000 with the intent of overthrowing the "immoral and sinful government" and replacing it with a Queranzist Republic. His promise of establishing a republic ruled by god has won him many adherents from former nobles, and the deeply conservative people from the underdeveloped and oil rich Governorates of Sonhata and Borenu. The Army of Akim, led by the Bringer of Light, is currently spreading like wildfire and with great violence throughout the country.

The Armed Forces of Jakania reportedly made no attempts to quell the insurrection when reports arrived that law enforcements were forced to leave Borenu, after protesters used live ammunitions to seize Nayazah's administrative building. Fortunately, none were harmed during the intense confrontation between protesters and police. However, the army released a statement, after police left Borenu, stating that they will not intervene for "it will divide a nation and lead to a civil war." Despite their reluctance to intervene, deep divisions has started to form within the army. Many Generals and Economists fear that if Borenu and Sonhata fell under rebel hands oil ports will be closed. If the army remains idle, this could cause great harm to Jakania's already fragile economy. Others insist that the Army do nothing and wait for the government to collapse and surrender to the Queranariah extremist General.

General Abd-al-Qadir Muhammad Criticizes the Government

The Ruling Party quickly losing their grip on power as politicians raise old flags in support of a traditional and god-fearing nation!

General Abd-al-Qadir Muhammad criticized the government for their slow response and irresponsible behaviour. The well respected general is now calling for President John Won and his party to step down from power in order to save his country from utter chaos and the return to the Warring States Period. In a statement, he said:

The people of Jakania can no longer tolerate the behaviour of this pathetic government. They issue unneeded reforms and force us to adopt national symbols that do not represent the people of Jakania. All this has led to the suffering of our people. The rebellion, destruction of our infrastructure and a divided government should be enough for Jakanians to call for President John Won and his party to step down from power.

Listen you Zardic pig! You can issue laws to turn this country into your utopia, but you can never change the minds of the people overnight! The army's and the people's priority now should be to regain the unity of the people which we enjoyed for centuries, and this can only be achieved by calling for the ruling party to step down from power. We do not want to return to the warring states period that caused great pain and humiliation for nearly a thousand years!

General Hasman Abdullah Establishes the Queranzarist Republic of West Jakania After Conquering Borenu and Sonhata

The Bringer of Light Ceremoniously Inaugurated as President of the Queranzarist Republic.

Months after the Army of Akim took control of Borenu, the Army of Akim launched a massive assault on Sonhata in which tens of thousands of rebels routed and defeated law enforcements defending the Governorate of Sonhata. The police poorly equipped and suffering from low morale surrendered Sonhata after three days of fighting. Out of the 20,000 police defending Borenu only 120 died and out of the 200,000 strong rebel army only 10 were injured. Police stationed in Sonhata subsequently disbanded after the army refused to offer support.

After the glorious victory, the Bringer of Light declared himself president in the ancient city of Meden in Sonhata. The city that was once the seat of power of the Turjak state during the Warring States Period. The Bringer of Light was religiously inaugurated as president in an elaborate ritual befitting a monarch.

President Won's failure to pacify west Jakania and restore order is largely blamed on the deep division in his governmnet and his failure to establish civilian control over the army. People working for President Won have noticed his lack of interest in politics and has instead become more interested in purchasing luxury items and redecorating the Phoenix Palace.

Tension are rising across Jakania over the new proposal on the economy reform. Different leaders are seen across Jakania debating on whether the new bill will help the economy of Jakania. The new bill is meant to help with the financial crisis in which Won's administrative accuses the previous administrative of corruptions and overspending. According to the new proposal the head of government Steve Law is been propose 2 billion in salary to investigate on the previous administrative budget and who was involved in this corruption charges for the term of 3 years. The rest of Wons Ministers are provided with 2 million equally to help with the stability of the economic budget for a fixed term of 5 to 10 years.

In the News conference with the Minister of Finance John Smile today He says,

My fellow friends and citizens,

I was looking through our National budget and I could see that everyday we are loosing almost 2-5 millions even billions each day due to the proposal of the previous administrative. Our nation deficit is at -776,244,920 JAK, and if it continues will could end up in financial crisis. This morning I had to take this issue to President John Won's office to take a look at it. I was order by His excellency John Won to draft a new Proposal which will help the economy. I believe this proposal should be fruitful.

The time has come in which we need to move forward with a positive economy, as you can see our nation economy is going downward we are not making any money, and each day tons of millions are missing. My fellow friends are making tons of money and their national budget is higher than ours. They are making huge profit everyday, and why can't we learn from them? I am so depress on the numbers I am currently seeing now. Yet, the opposition party is seen trying to gain control of power while we deal with this crisis. It is coming close to election and after the election we should be able to see a growth in our economy. I am giving an executive order to organize a state of emergency in every state to create law and order and to decrease the numbers of rebels fighting to gain control of power. My fellow soldiers, today I give the order to arrest any rebels who violate any of Jakania's laws. My administration will not step down and we will continue to gain control of power until we can bring law and order to this nation in which my father did not finish completing. I ask every citizens to start questioning the opposition parties and the leaders of the previous administrative on corruption charges held against them and their previous government spending. If the opposition party should win this election, we will see huge crisis if not tons of money been lost. This opposition party don't even know how to handle our economy and yet they are trying to gain control of power. If we work together we can have a positive economy. We can do it with just your vote in the upcoming election. We have long way to go and it is not yet time to back down.

It is said John Wons has been facing tremendous crisis with his administrative as well on the issues of dealing with the rebels and the riots going on in Jakania but less action have been taking in Wons side. After President Wons Speech the Nations leaders are seen holding conference on the president speech and the impacts his speech will have on the upcoming election.
