Socialist government formed, major economic reforms to boost the economy

Libertarian Communist Party of Lodamun wins elections

The tensions resulted between the sharp divide between the LCP and the PNG grew over time as the PNG showed itself very radical, uniting the whole left and other religious groups against the ruling party. This had caused strife and protests against the reforms proposed by the nationalists, who had lost the majority following the new elections set in april 4777, when the moderate left, plus some centrists and right wingers, alongside religious groups and organizations, alongside most of the minorities located in Lodamun favored the LCP, seeing it as more "moderate" in it's proposals than the PNG, who had showed itself as "radical" and toxic for Lodamun, oppressing minorities, planning to spark another civil war and to install a monarchist oppressive regime. Furthermore, they had rejected a lot of the time series of reforms into judicial to expand democracy and stand against several workers' democratic bills to enhance the lives of our workers. These, combined with inactivity and incompetence gave in for a easy win for the LCP, who had garnered a majority in Presidium.

The win came with immediate action from LCP, who had took control of the Cabinet and started planning series of reforms to rebuild Lodamun and improve the lives of the common people. Some of the laws included secularization of the society, prohibition of discrimination based on gender, race, religion and sexuality, alongside abolition of restrictive authoritarian laws through judicial and military aimed bills and reforms. The LCP had expressed their will for a better society overall and announced that this is just the beginning of a new Lodamun. The party is proposing to socialize further the economy and put the factories in the hands of the workers with the help of the state, who would ensure that the transfer is happening and that these new factories stay strong against foreign capitalist companies waiting to stomp upon local economy and production. The LCP is discussing possible tax and budget reforms to improve the nation as well.

The reforms though did not came without criticism and speculations. Many now fear of possible socialist coup, whispering that now the socialists in power they can ensure that they will win forever through tricks. Others are criticizing how the LCP betrayed own large voting base through anti-Hosian reforms. The LCP, after them, promised that the Hosians and religions in general wont be persecuted, which was proposed under the new bill, though the discontented political commentators and religious leaders pointed out that under the new reform the ministry of religion will be deprived of an income, as well religion will be greatly restricted from government and official buildings with bans on all symbols, clothing and values that are religious and found out in public buildings. While the left is celebrating this, many see this as a gateway to oppression of religious communities the LCP promised to defend, with speculation over an anti-paganist persecution and further proofs from the bill itself that the Lodamese nationalist religion will be banned. The LCP stated that "These reforms are aiming to get us closer in peace and abolish religious influence and favoritism found in the governmental buildings, there is nothing bad about this, furthermore, the religious ban on some groups is justified as these groups were confirmed to be violent against other religions and carry fundamentalist agendas.".

Civil War in Lodamun to not happen?

It's more than clear it wont happen for the incoming years, specialists in the domain say. The media had succeeded to disclose talks between LCP and PNG from which the conflict ended with a handshake, and despite the turmoil brought up by the protests and series of injuries addressed to PNG, the antagonism between the sides was temporarily solved diplomatically, ending with the government of Lodamun ceasing military preparations for invading the Communes, retracting statements and stopping their own reforms out of fear of a civil war breaking out. The protests dissipated after the LCP won, ensuring enough votes to secure position in the government and dominance in the Presidium, which in exchange, promised workers better conditions and wages, as well further social and political reforms to establish a socialist democratic system, subsidizing the local worker councils and committees as well preparing projects to modernize Lodamun in all directions.

Thus the civil war will not happen anytime soon, as LCP reassured the international press today, declaring that "There is no real threat of civil war and that people are safe to travel in Lodamun. The nation is safer and stable as never before."

Despite the speech, some people still fear of civil strife and armed conflicts to pop out in Lodamun, claiming that the left-wing government is playing with fire with the new reforms, as well the radicalization of the working class which almost plunged the economy of Lodamun into anarchy again, making aggressive, revolutionary like movements and actions, from which the foreign investors can only expect expropriation, destruction of goods and political instability. The socialist government had taken measures to stabilize the nation and ensure that no foreign companies or investors will be harassed or deprived of their own capital, as well ensuring that all investments will be worth it and that no civil war will ruin the political stable background of the fledgling country.

Major projects to be undergone by the Lodamese government

Following the successful elections for LCP that fixed the morale of the party after 4774 disastrous elections, the government quickly formed of new specialists, intellectuals and labour leaders to start working on improving the nation's economy and workers' lives. The ministry of agriculture, Daniel Mangold, proposed the following reforms and projects regarding agriculture and farmers, expected to pass in the Presidium and be signed by the president of the GDR Lodamun, David Lindauer, who concluded the project as innovative, aspiring and achievable. The act will propose the collectivization of the farms, raising the efficiency, productivity and quality of the products via modern equipment and eco-friendly machinery and practices. The Education and Culture ministry is talking of possible reforms into the educational system, while Pessach Okin, ministry of justice declared that under his rule, the justice will be served and that the judiciary will be renewed and democratized, current laws previously passed by PNG are deemed as horrible, barbaric, disgusting and discriminatory. Other projects and reforms are waiting approval.

The main projects currently being worked upon by the officials from Providence are the modernization of the infrastructure (started few years back and including all sewers, electrical grids, power grids, internet and railways, streets and so on) and the subsidization of the local worker-owned companies, projects to aid the workers' co-ops struggling with the competitive foreign markets. The Lodamese project on improving the infrastructure includes the construction of new airports and buying new planes from Vascania as well, which the Lodamese authorities did with the purchase of additional 10 planes from Vascania and a project of 2 billion LODs to start in 4779 on building a new airports in West Beach and North Vrassa. While these are being proposed, the construction of new highways between the major cities of Lodamun started with the construction of LD-1, the highway to bind the cities of Providence and Orean via a highway formed of 3 driving lanes, featuring top quality asphalt, a tunnel and even a small bridge over a valley. The infrastructure development act gave in for modernization of the electrical power grid which long needed the renovations, as the grid was often forgotten and left to decay. People's complaints over frequent black outs and issues with the cables, in a case snapping and killing a man resulted in immediate action from authorities. The project on the grids is expected to be ended by the next three months, as the workers are doing their best to finish in time. The ministry occupying himself with the Infrastructure called the projects passed by the LCP/SUFL successful, as the ministry is looking forward to improve the sewers, gas pipes as well as the roads, especially roads through modernizing and repairing the old roads found out in the village and town areas, where in some cases, there are roads still of dirt or stones, and not modern asphalt we are all used to.

Meanwhile, the project on subsidizing the home industry had just started, targeting especially the shipping industry, the textile industry and tech companies. Other sectors and branches of the national and local industries are to be financed as well. The economists are praising the reforms as their aiming to make the Lodamese market competitive enough on the global market as well provide the workers managing the companies the resources and the wages they need to stay motivated and productive, as the cabinet is pushing for wage raises to substantially improve the working conditions of the people toiling in the factories and not only. The car industry saw growth as well under this new scheme, although painfully slow, damaged by the years of harsh anti-motorist stances of the feudalists, now disbanded. The workers, under a new survey declared that their more than contented with the new legislation and policies, often stating that the LCP did a very good job and that the workplace democracy made the people working in the companies more engaged with one another and with the work they do, being more opened to be innovative and dedicated to cause, as well with the charities and profit sharing programs pursued by the said union-managed companies that organized strong interest NGOs in helping the local communities.

Textile industry to bloom, opens new factories in Endralon

The textile industry that long emerged in Orean had showed promising growth, expanding to Saint Martin as well, being renowned for the top quality products, clothing and fibers. The success of the weaving factories as well the production of cloth, yarns and clothing attracted foreign investors and national attention, attention given by the new government, which under the new policies of helping the coops formed by workers, took great interest in the growing textile industry, which now expanded it's activity nation wide with factories in all regions of Lodamun (except Kregon), with an ever increasing output of new cloths and yarns, as well professional equipment and machinery in producing natural and synthetic textiles as well of fabrics. The textile industry got itself a name "Workers' Textile", which is producing en masse clothing as well, of renown quality. The new clothing is cheap and often distributed to the poor people as well. The company rarely produces luxurious clothing, being more focused on ensuring that all men have proper clothing.

Following the resound success as well with financial aid from the government, the new company attracted Endralonian investors who had made an agreement over opening new factories in Endralon, with help from the investors and the officials from Hugamest. The new factories, ten at number, will produce all kind of fabrics, based on wool, silk, synthetics etc, aimed at creating the best fabrics and cloth, to be used then for clothing. The company even offered a nice costume for the president of the Directorial Republic as to celebrate the new deal. The company will start, with associations, to work upon opening new centers of production, most of them being located in the Endralonese capital. The new factories are expected to govern themselves on syndicalist principles, each factory forming own distinctive trade union in which all the workers have to be part of and engage with, forming workers' councils to represent the interests of the workers. On top of this, the workers will be ensured high wages as well working and safety conditions, alongside fair taxes on their products. The products in exchange will be sold at a reasonable, low price, often without the profit added. The Endralonese investors are also invited by the Lodamese company to invest in factories that work on profit, as that will result in profit- sharing with the investors, ensuring a win-win situation for both sides.

Lodamese economic projects in action, Communes see new leadership, Deltarian state visit planned to Providence

New leadership in the Communes after Erhart Simson becomes the Prime Minister of Lodamun

The elections of 4777 brought a socialist government to power in Providence, giving in for important changes such as economic measures to boost the economy and improve the lives of the people, abolish inequality, discrimination and repair the authoritarian bills passed by the nationalists. Though this was not all, the socialists winning had swept the government as well, installing a leftist cabinet, formed of important personalities, among one being Erhart Simson, the ex-foreign representative of the Communes to the World Congress, further more proving the strong LCP-Communes link, despite the rebranding from SUFL (This is furthermore pushed by the fact that the government led by LCP proposed a bill over strengthening cooperation with the United Communes, both diplomatically and economically). The change caused a vacant slot to be needing to be occupied, the foreign representative. Despite the anarchists have many wonderful bright minds, many of them were busy with something else, resulting in shortages.

Roy Rohm was proposed, but rejected as he was more into technical and military knowledge, while Otar Bell was deemed unfit for such position, resulting in Isaac Osborne volunteering himself for such position. This came as shock as he was one of the most popular leaders of the Communes, being reelected everytime, every 4 years. With him abdicating the anarchists had given the leadership to Taguchi Taji, ex-party chairman of SUFL/LCP. Though he announced that he will prepare to further decentralize the government and abolish all national police, idea of national united militias and of the very position and cabinet his having, this coming with cheering from the fellow citizens who are seeking for such reforms for a decade. The new government is expected to pass an anarchist constitution, to be agreed via a referendum in every local constituency and commune.

State visit from Deltaria to Lodamun

Over the past few years of socialist hegemony in Lodamun the LCP had started campaigns to attract foreign investors and improve relations with other nations. Following hundreds of years of obstructive isolationism that prevented the development of Lodamun, it was time for reopening. The long march toward reopening started with bills to reopen borders and restart international trade in Lodamun and ending with the Socialists pushing for diplomatic missions and deals, starting off with Kalistan, Liore and Vascania, and now with Deltaria, who had announced their intentions of visiting Lodamun, with whom had increasingly closer relationships, as well being the first major power to recognize the United Communes.

The state visit is expected to happen in the following months and conclude new economic and possible diplomatic deals with Deltaria, an important growing power, which proved to be very opened in developing good relations with Lodamese officials. Thus Lodamun ensures to solidify it's position on the world stage as a diplomatic, military and economic power. State visit to Liore was as well planned by the Lodamese diplomats after the Deltarian arrival to strengthen the Socialist Internationale and sign mutual beneficial treaties.

Workers' Textiles to open gates to three new nations

The fast paced growing industry in the textiles domain in Lodamun announced the opening of 20 more factories across the Terran. More precisely, following agreements with Malivia, Liore and Kalopia, the giant multinational cooperativized company expanded it's production lanes and invested in the local communities. The Workers' Textiles opened several factories producing cloth, yarn and all kind of fabrics, factories that follow the Medzist and syndicalist principles, offering the workers great salaries as well workplace democracy, in return, the prices offered by these are reasonable, and their products renown for it's quality, that even the president of Endralon appreciated. The growing company stated that this success is just the beginning, as it plans to open new factories in new nations and use the money to invest in the local communities and in Lodamese populace through non-governmental organizations occupying with charity and direct action.

In Malivia, 5 factories are announced to be built, each one offering equal pay and chance, no matter the caste the worker is from.

Saint Martin Shipping industry to take leap forward, new excavation and demolition company

Over the course of years, decades almost, the Communes saw an economic boom as rarely met before, with new fledgling industries and companies all over the place. The automotive, textile, tech, food and shipping industry had grown over time, just to name a few. This led to an incredible prosperous life in the region, as well with being an important trading center, especially after the construction of the modern port in St Martin and the creation of Lodamese airways. Furthermore, the private, worker-owned company Martin's Ships saw a sharp growth, with a fleet of 30 commercial cargo ships that offered their cheap, but good services for various private and public entities in caring all kind of goods across the oceans and seas in safety. The company is looking now to transform St Martin into a world shipping center by expanding the fleet with future planned acquisitions from other nations willing to share their ships on reasonable prices.

Meanwhile in the mainland Lodamun, outside the policies of the socialists of helping rebuild the national healthcare and education, as well modernizing the villages, the worker-owned companies popped out all across after liberalization measures on self-employed and cooperativized businesses, thus allowing for capital to flow in, while the companies respect the socialist principles. This genial move allowed for greater flexibility and communal entrepreneurship without the bourgeoisie exploitation. Scheme which had paid off and resulted in the development of companies such as the E&D Lodamun (Excavation and Demolition Lodamun), an important colossus on the Lodamese market in terms of executing excavation and demolition operations of sites, mines, buildings, platforms, anything that needs to be blown or moved apart, even mountain sides. The company is set to help anyone in great projects of freeing up land either by controlled explosions or using heavy equipment.

Workers' Textiles to expand itself, releases statements over the Malivian inflammatory speeches

The past year had saw a stronger Lodamese company, propped up especially by the sharp growth of many companies, especially the Workers' Textiles which sees new opportunities opened by agreement with Trigunia in opening new factories and other related facilities, as well clothing boutiques. The exponential development as well rapid modernization and automation of this industry led to a very prosperous company which uses the socialist model when comes to doing business. Trigunian officials met with the workers' committee branch of Lodamun to agree on opening of 5 factories in Trigunia as of starters, alongside several boutiques, shops and small arable plots of land to be used to grow cotton and other various plants that can be used for making up natural fibers used for yarns and cloth. The arable land will be managed in a communal manner, based as well on socialist-syndicalist principles. With this new partnership, as well with new ones to come, the company is expected to become a leading power in the textile manufacturing sector, with top quality fabrics and ethical business practices.

Meanwhile, the Malivian officials had showed their baseless fears over the fact that our businesses are conducted via a socialist model. Under the statement of the business, there are no brainwashing or propaganda programs inside the company and that impartiality is always served. The statements also include the following sayings "It is our freedom as business to choose our model of doing that said business, since we can do that, we opted for a socialist based model that is not only more ethical, but more competitive than we think. By treating our workers well, respecting the regulations and running on a democratic platform where our workers are equally treated and have a say in how the factories are run, we conclude that there is no socialist threat in Malivia. We will not bow down to the discriminatory policies of the centralized authorities and that our business will follow it's model based on empathy and fairness.". The Workers' Textiles will keep an eye close on it's factories from Malivia, as leftist ideas are becoming more popular in Malivia in opposition with the nationalist, chauvinistic and divisive rule from the RNP.
Image
The anarchist militias to hold training exercises, socialist militias in Lodamun formed

Following years of inaction from the anarchist militias, 4th March was the day when training and recruiting was held by the anarcho-syndicalists in the Communes to improve the fighting performance of said troops. Following important reforms made by Taguchi Taji in various domains, the militia is now more decentralized. This new model needs special training and reeducation of the militiamen to fight in guerrilla style as well based on tactics that are more modern and that are proper for decentralized military forces, the militiamen doing prep and training to form valuable skills (such as improving their contingent mobility, position and hit and run tactics, as well setting up ambushes, sabotaging missions, cutting of supply lines, infiltrating in the enemy lines, espionage, etc). This, alongside new equipment brought from Vascania and Deltaria, such as Vascanian anti-air craft missiles, weapons or equipment, as well Deltarian military professional training offered to soldiers to safeguard the coasts better. There is yet a lot to be improved, though the anarchist militias, numbering 50 000 active personnel as well 40 000 reserves, seen considerable improvement and readiness in case of invasions from the sea or from mainland Lodamun, between which had built some watchtowers as well various barricades.

Inspired by the anarchist model, as well with legalization of paramilitaries by the government, the Socialist Brigade was formed in Providence. The new militia quickly expanded it's operations all across Lodamun, numbering 20 000 new members that will hold military drill operations to improve their shooting skills alongside others. The new far left militia pledged support for defending the leftist ideals and improve the lives of the common people. The militia is rumored to be linked with the LCP, rumors which did not materialized, officially the new militia declared that their not tied in any manner with the LCP officials from Providence and that this militia is highly decentralized and only exists to serve the working class interests.

It is yet to be seen how this will change the Lodamese landscape, some speculating a civil war to be possible if the leftists lose the elections, as it was seen before the socialist government. The highly radical, militant and often dangerous nature of Lodamese leftism was observed and pointed out as a gate toward civil war in case that the rightists win again.
Image
Socialist budget passed, plans for the economy

With the new government in place grand projects and budget/tax reforms passed, with the bureaucrats working hard to keep with the fast paced reforms proposed by the Libertarian Socialists. Among bills that seek to improve the people's liberties or to socialize the economy, bills to improve economy through improving people's lives also pass. With the new tax scheme emphasizing on taxing the rich and protecting the poor the government expects larger revenue for the state and a sharp decrease in poverty and wealth inequality in Lodamun. The new revenue given from increasing taxes on the corporations and on rich people are to be spent wisely. The government had cut large parts from military and law & order spending, money which were put into the people instead through social programs (education, agriculture, infrastructure, healthcare, industry). The new budget allows the government to pursue the renovation of the infrastructure but also launch programs to rebuild the educational system for example, building new schools and updating the school curricula, alongside transforming the classes to be smaller and with more teachers in them. Over 100 new elementary and primary schools are to be built, alongside renovation, modernization and construction of new highschools and universities. Grants will be given free of charge to smart students and paid tuitions.

The government of Lodamun also plans on improving healthcare through a huge boost in the domain, money to be pumped in programs to modernize the hospitals, clinics and medical centers through coordination with 3M and other organizations and specialists: over 20 new hospitals, 5 new modern regional hospitals and over 100 new clinics to be built over the course of 5 years. The new medical facilities will serve free of charge all the Lodamese citizens, with the 3M providing the medicine, which is subsidized by the state and grants for students pursuing medicine, as well raised wages for doctors. This, alongside other measures to encourage the healthcare sector to grow and revitalize the National Healthcare Service. The project is expected to improve the lives of the Lodamese people and raise the average lifespan with several years. Health campaigns were also on the menu, with government running them, encouraging with tax reliefs and advertising, as well new regulations for people to pursue healthier lifestyles and avoid fast food and other unhealthy products or actions.

Lastly, the voluntary collectivization began after the passing of LCP-7 Rural Investment act. This bill provides subsidy and subventions to the farmers and the villages in general. The bill provides enormous funds and handouts to the local governments to pursue modernization and development projects, such as better new roads, new facilities like clinics or schools, as well sewing systems and electricity. Not only that, but the collectivization of the farms give the farmers many advantages, such as tax reliefs, handouts and the equipment to till the new lands in commune. This is expected to grow the output and set Lodamun as an agricultural power. Critics weren't delayed, with rightists disliking the plans, as well feudalists in Kregon rejecting the plan. Others had insinuated that the government had taken discriminatory stances to force farmers collectivize, with crippling taxes or legal coercion and threats for those who favored to keep their lands. It is yet to be seen how the collectivization will end, with many socialist economists being fairly positive about this move.

Government to expand social programs, Workers' Textiles emerging economic bastion, elections coming close

Image
Workers' Textiles journal

Following Malivian accusations of spreading socialist propaganda, the company once against state clearly that their not spreading socialist ideals among it's members just because of the model chosen. The committees governing in the name of the workers stated that: "It is come to our attention that many people fear that we're used as a platform for leftist ideologies. This claim is baseless and completely delusional, made up by the fear mongering right wingers and bourgeoisie, fearing own profits to go away. We do not propagate ideals in our factories, we have high standards and self regulations prohibiting political propaganda of any color. We are a business, so we do not involve ourselves in politics, as any true business that respects itself and customers, unlike the bourgeoisie owned businesses who wont hesitate to collude with the state. Our business searches the welfare of our clients and workers, not the sham called profits or exploitation, monopolization or personal interests. In Workers' Textiles workers get to choose how the factories get to operate, that is our creed, fairness and compassion, putting interest on quality and equality, not profits."

The company also announced that it will continue to conduct business in the socialist way, stating that "If capitalists are using a profit based system there is no issue with ideology spread by said company, but if the company genuinely cares for it's people then it's socialist?? What? Excuse me? How we are spreading socialism? I think that is more of a poorly made up excuse as capitalists are fearing our model might be successful and turn workers to our style of doing business." In a poster made for advertising the company it says "Quality, Fairness, Ethics".

Meanwhile, the company continues it's expansion in new territories, Keymon's liberal policies allowed for the company to settle in without approval from authorities, creating new jobs for the people and establishing several new modern factories. Not only this, but the company succeeded to open 5 more factories in Hutori as well, as the company respects all the stringent laws imposed there, since the businesses are ran on a democratic socialist basis. The Workers' Textiles economic planners are putting up a project of building 30 more new factories and modernizing the old ones across Terran in the following years, around 1 billion LODs. Many rejoice this business and it's innovative business model that emphasizes on empathy, mutual respect, democracy and solidarity.

Lastly, the company made a partnership with the 3M in offering the 3M top quality products at advantageous prices, for the masks, lab coats and all the band aids and not only. The company will offer all of it's best fibers, be them natural or artificial. The contract is expected to profit the WT as it offers it's products, increasing the sales of textiles and thus the disposable income to be distributed among workers, used for charities or invested in Lodamese projects.

Keymonese cargo ships deal and Economic Trade Deal with Endralon

Over the past few years, the shipping industry had seen a surge in Lodamun, since the exports and imports of products and goods, as well of intense economic trade made route for developing better naval ports and airports to better address this flux of goods. This had created the perfect environment as well for home industry to grow in regards of shipping sector, as new Lodamese shipping company took shape with the building of several cargo ships. But this, despite leading to profitable business, did not lead to exponential growth, lacking proper tools and cargo ships to have a considerable and efficient fleet.

Luckily enough Keymon offered the solution, with their cargo ships to be bought by Lodamese and anarchist authorities for their own fleets and the Martin's Ships company revenue. The shipping sector is expected to grow, starting off with acquisition of 20 new cargo ships from Francescu company in value of 2 billion LODs. The cargo ships are to be used wisely to carry the materials and products from and to Lodamun, planning in the future to become 1st world company in transporting goods and services, with ideas of expanding into the commercial sector of transporting people as well.

The deal with 3M was just the start of something bigger, as the Lodamese officials led by David Lindauer met in Hugamest to sign a trade deal and diplomatic concordat between the two capitals. Lodamun and Endralon will increase diplomatic interaction and build consulates in each nation and ensure mutual cooperation on major projects regarding the two nations, as well relaxed travel restrictions and lessened tariffs on products sold to each other. Furthermore the deal includes decreased profit margins on the products as well other points on diplomacy and economy hoping to create a worthy long standing trading partner, Lodamun presenting a various, interesting and large opening market to the world, with products and services that offer different experience and quality from the rest of products.

Economic growth expected, elections closing in

Economic growth or stagnation asked specialists? Many are wondering whether the socialist model of doing business will pay off, with many enthusiasts supporting the system and expect large development in terms of economics which will greatly reflect into the people as well, especially after the government started working on projects worth billions of LODs, such as improving education, modernizing healthcare system, improving and enlarging the existing infrastructure, helping businesses to develop and organizing society on socialist principles such as collectivization assisted by the local authorities and directed via national laws and codes. The last one proved efficient, as collectivization brings increased output and sense of community, especially when done through incentives and on a voluntary basis, although the legal and economic constrains imposed by the Lodamese government on those who opted out are raising questions. No forced expropriation was done yet, reports says.

Why the economic growth? Specialists show that the new governance led by socialists had opened up the markets to the rest of the world, helped the industry grow as well enact laws to create a sense of belonging, community and actual usefuleness among workers, eliminating the process of alienation (issue raised by Metz which shows its a glaring issue in capitalist nations) as well eliminate the mini dictatorships from economy, changing the way people relate to the means of productions as well creating horizontal hierarchies were the power comes from the workers and not the bosses who exploited the workers till now through surplus value theft. These pro-labor union laws alongside the socialist model, and the economic boost from the government in form of subventions or from foreign investors, as well various deals are expected to make the Lodamese economy an emerging one in the region, with companies like Workers' Textiles being just the beginning.

Will this suffice though? Despite these accomplishments on foreign and internal domains, many fear the socialists will not get a second term, people in Lodamun always seeking more moderate parties. The opposition, despite unstable, its receiving ton of ammo against the libertarian socialists, especially around questionable bills which almost transformed the nation into a state atheist nation, alongside the very controversial progressive reforms like people being able to have sexual intercourse on the open streets, in public without facing prosecution. Will these laws suffice to dethrone the socialist rule from Providence? Or the reforms and projects both internally and externally will suffice and give the socialists another 3 years in the Cabinet office? Only time will tell.
