Plans for Genocide in Narikaton and Darnussia?

The legislature of Narikaton and Darnussia is currently voting on a bill that proposes to "annihilate the Luthorian Race in the country". The bill - which is expected to pass in July 4083 - does not specify how this is to be done. Luthorians are the largest minority in Narikaton and Darnussia making up 7% of the population.
