New Faces of KD
Einar Hermansson becomes new KD Party Leader
Kazulmark Democrats party leader Gjöl Bengtsson is ill-prescribed for an indefinite period, alongside recent election resutlts that compelled him to resign.
"Now that the election is over, I have been given the opportunity to settle down for a while and know that it would be better if new faces could take the helm, he says. The doctor refers to the "fatigue syndrome", which is commonly referred to as "burnout". Long-time veteran within Kazulian politics, Einar Hermansson, takes over as a party leader for the Kazulmark Democrats.
Gjöl Bengtsson tells in an open letter that the Kazulmark Democrats recently announced the decision taken in consultation with doctors. Today he gives the explanation. He states that the job as a party leader has been tough. "It has been a long time, not just in the last year. Of course, the work itself is struggling - all traveling, stress, constant home life - but above all, there has been so much else around that stole energy and tended both physically and, not least, psychologically. Our opponents' persistent attempts at stopping our successes, the media's many times fierce campaign journalism and the extreme hatred of extremists are some examples. In my situation, one tries to shake off all that - unexpected order, threats, shyness. One intends to not take it personally to let it drain. That strategy must work on the surface, at least one time, but in fact it sets deep traces. Combined with the recent, disappointing election results, I feel it's time for other suitable KDers to take the helm and steer once more the party into a clearer route" he says.
It was thus recently decided in an emergency party Congress that the seasoned, old-time veteran of Kazulian politics, Einar Hermansson, 59 yrs, became the new Party Leader of this centrist party which has been struggling in the last few years of regaining its lost support and seats from the Kazulian Citizens. So, one may ask "Vem fan är Einar Hermansson?" Well…He previously served as KD Party Spokesperson for Foreign Affairs, Spokesperson for Home Affairs, and Spokesperson for Science and Innovation. Hermansson was raised in the rural community of Anselm in the county of Findar. His father was an apple farmer, though the family lived in virtual poverty throughout Einar's childhood. He first attended primary school at the age of ten after the death of his father. He went on to study Philosophy, Politics and Economics at Royal College at the University of Skalm graduating with honors. He was described as a very astute, bright and one of most capable students, by many of his professors. He went onto complete a year long post-graduate law degree at the College of Legal Studies at the Elg Creek University, becoming a clerk for the Storting Judicial Appellate Committee following his graduation. Originally a Folkepartitet member, he later changed affiliation to KD due to 'various conflicting views' according to recent interviews, and has since served as a notable spokesperson for them.
Christoph Kornhauser and wife, Marion Schuterman-Kornhauser
Another pair of new faces within the party have also shown up; Christoph Kornhauser, 41 yrs, and wife, Marion Schuterman-Kornhauser, 32 yrs. Christoph has higher Levels in History (A), Kazulian (A) and Geography (A), BA(Hons) in History and Archaelogy, MA in Kazulmark History, PhD in History and BA(Hons) in Dovani Studies. He's said to be a man who believes education is no replacement for life experience, even if he is obsessed with History and its study. He is passionate about his subject and is still as sharp as ever. His students love him and many pick to study with him because of his reputation for interesting lectures. For his 40th birthday he did all his lectures dressed as a medieval knight. Marion however has higher Levels in Biology (A) Chemistry(A) Maths(A), BSc(Hons), MSc and even PhD Marine Biology from Skalm University of Marine Science and Technology; She loves wildlife of all times but particularly Dolphins and has been heavily engaged in various charities concerning wildlife and children. The couple were already known previously in media as socialites and philanthropists due to their families' standings, as well as fashionistas who've tried to set an example to the rest of the country by dressing well, and as such gained 'cult' following on social media and cited as the 'best dressed people' in Kazulmark aside from their good looks. Mr. Kornhauser is expected to become the new Education and Culture Spokesperson whilst Mrs. Schuterman-Kornhauser will represent the Science and Technology face of the party.
Patriarch Ansgar Prestegard Plans to meet Royal Family
The Patriarch released this notable vid shortly after his election to signify that "There's a new change of leadership and order"
His Most Reverend Eminence, Patriarch Ansgar Prestegard, commonly known by his nickname as 'The Young Patriarch' due to being the youngest elected in modern Kazulian times and considered to be a 'Badass' overall, recently held mass in the Grand Cathedral, reflecting during the homily on the hypocrisy of the “just,” who treat their Hosianism “like a social habit.” They do not bring Eliyahu into their daily life, and so they cast him from their hearts. When we act like that, the Patriarch says, “we are Hosians, but we are living like pagans!”
We who are born in a Hosian society risk living out our Hosianism as “a social habit,” in a purely formal manner, with the “hypocrisy of the just,” who are afraid to allow themselves to love. And when Mass is over, we leave Eliyahu in the Church; He does come with us when we return home, or in our daily lives. Woe to us! When we do this, we cast Eliyahu from our hearts: “We are Hosians, but we live as pagans.” Patriarch Ansgar was commenting on the day’s Gospel, in which Eliyahu rebukes the people of Bethsaida, Chorazin, and Capernaum, who refused to believe in Him despite having seen the miracles He performed. In his homily at the morning Mass at the Grand cathedral, the His Most Reverend Eminence called on all of us to make an examination of conscience.
Each one of us, Patriarch Ansgar said, should ask ourselves: “Am I Chorazin? Am I Bethsaida? Am I Capernaum?” And, he said, if Eliyahu weeps, we should ask for the grace to weep with Him, with this prayer: “Lord, you have given me so much. My heart is so hard that it will not allow you to enter. I have sinned through ingratitude, I am ungrateful.” And then, the Patriarch continued, “Let us ask the Holy Spirit to throw open the doors of our hearts, so that Eliyahu is able to enter in, so that we not only hear Eliyahu,” but really listen to His message of salvation, and “give thanks for all the good things that He has done for each one of us.”
At the end of the Mass, 'The Young Patriarch' also announced his decision to meet with the Royal Family of Kazulmark, stressing the importance of maintaning the Hosian unity which exists in the country and is willing to discuss 'various methods and paths in order to rejuvenate the faith and bring back a whole load of lost sheep who've been stubborn or/and struggling to come back into the light'. Patriarch Ansgar's methods are currently in the unknown although a leaked source has possibly confirmed that it would include hosting a regional or even a 'World Youth Day' for all Young Hosians, especially those belonging to the Auroran branch.
