Peace with Vanuku?
CDR Vilhelmo Vlaĥos has announced that sanctions on Vanuku would be suspended due to the willingness of Vanuku to meet. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated “Zardugal has a strong desire to work with Majatran nations around them in order to; effectively immediately CDR Vladislav has suspended the sanctions on Vanuku but has opted to leave the Federal Border and Customs Protection forces on the northern border. We are expecting to meet with Vanukuese officials to discuss issues related to the usage of nuclear weapons.” Political experts called the move smart and some believe that Zardic’s new foreign policy was aimed at making Zardugal a sort of neutral power broker in international affairs.
When questioned regarding the Zardic Canal Commission and the plans to create a canal, the Vlahos stated that the plan would go forward; it would be integral to the the economic success of the region; namely Zardugal. The Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport stated that they had every intention to continue the project and formally announced the formation of “ZarTrack” a federally owned and operated railway carrier meant to improve and provide a federally funded railway system.
