Following a rising tension within the unstable DLA, the party leaders informed us yesterday that the ultra-rightwing party would cease to exist by popular vote in their yearly convention. Vice-chairman Jean-Marie Af Ehjnhelm informed the public that due to political differences among the supporting factions, DLA can no longer continue as a single unit in Darnussian politics.

“Our ability to work for the people of Darnussia has been endangered by certain socialist factions rising within our ranks, and effective immediately, DLA is now officially dissolved”, she told the members of press this Thursday.

While many believed the representatives of the party would scatter into smaller factions, an even bigger surprise followed today with the foundation of Narikatonite Royalist Army, a new political entity, backed by the Narikaton Imperial Front. Martin St.Antonius, current president of Darnussia and a nariki native, was elected as the chairman of the new party with unanimous support.

NRA immediately distanced themselves from past and present racist factions, such as the Narik National Army and the National-Socialist Party of Darnussia, claiming that they aim to reach their goals peacefully.

“The NRA does not endorse violence against any group of people. We merely work to rebuild our national identity, to strengthen the use of Narik as the majority language and for the rights of the Nariki people. For too long we, the Nariki people, the founders of Darnussia, have been sidelined from the national politics, and you all have seen the consequences of that 30 years ago. We narikatonites are a proud people with rich linguistic and cultural heritage, and we are the largest ethnic and linguistic group in Darnussia, and we will take what is ours by right!” (quoted from the NRA Foundation Platform)

NRA lists their goals as following:

* To secure the rights of Narik language, and to work to strengthen it’s use in every corner of the nation.
* To secure the religious rights of the Nariki Protestants, Orthodox Catholics and Jews.
* To secure the Nariki cultures existence, and to direct government funding and education to improve general knowledge of the Nariki cultures superiority to others.
* To strengthen the army to defend the Darnussian populations freedom from foreign power, including a new nuclear weapons program.
* To secure the people’s right to free enterprises and protect the nation from communist and socialist threats.
* To throne a descendant of the great Narikatonite King, Darntus I, as King of Darnussia and Narikaton.

Bronstein Signs off on Effort to Establish Darnussian Multicultural Day

Simone Bronstein in a public event today and in reaction to the growth of nationalist or cultural supremacist parties has signed a petition that she promises will be moved into legislation to make an official holiday in Darnussia to celebrate multiculturalism.

"This nation is pluralistic in nature, and I don't just mean Darnussians and Nariks. Our party founder was a Keymon immigrant and we have many cultures, languages and demographics that make Darnussia the mosaic of people it is. This holiday will be a celebration of the many different people we have and maybe change our nation's image from one of constant pointless bickering over ethnicities and be known as the place where anyone is allowed to come here and be who they are without oppression."

Darnussian Football League match between visiting Lokomotiv Red Stad and hosting FC Royale was suspended mid-game by the referees as the violent Royale fans attacked the field following a red card shown to Royale midfielder Dirk von Harschlefen. Royale fans started to throw flags and bottles at the officials, including the referees, and the game was eventually suspended with 1-1 score.

Royale Hardcore, ultra-fan club of FC Royale had acted inappropriately from the very start, with racial slurs directed to non-Nariki players of both teams. However, the violence began among the traditional fans, which came as a complete surprise for the police force set to guard the Royale Hardcore seats.

Despite the best attempts of the police, violence among the fans erupted outside the arena and several people were injured in fights between the Lokomotiv and Royale fans. Most of the Lokomotive Fans were escorted out of the arena by the police, and driven straight to the airport.

Few Royale Fans were seen waving the old Imperial Flags during the game, and according to few sources, some even used the Deimore salute to taunt the jewish Lokomotiv defenseman Abraham Rosenberg. Racial insults were also directed to players with Lusitânian heritage, as well as foreigners.

”These people do not represent the fans of FC Royale. We are just normal people who enjoy football and love our team. This low-class scum is out there just to pick up a fight and to channel their bottled up social and cultural disappointment through violence”, said the head of official Royale Fanclub, The Merenbürg FC Royalists.

Mayor of Merenbürg, Joakim Af Ehjnhelm, member of the Narikatonite Royalist Army, said that such violence in a family event is not acceptable. He proclaimed that those responsible would be caught and brought to justice, as well as banned for life from football games.

The police detained over 200 people who took part in the hooliganism, but most of them have already been released from captivity.

Today we have seen the true side of the People Revolutionary Army, "a party of the people"!!! (laughter from the INM & NRA Benches) These traitors, have taken over not just one of the largest cities in our nation, but have declared that the people of this nation are not intelligent enough to run their nation. They have declared that the people of this nation should not be able to elect their government and have a democracy run by the people. No instead they have boycotted the Parliament, declared an end to their political activities, and openly declared open rebellion against the government and the people of Darnussia. They have stated:

"In response to the implementation of fascist and anti-democratic laws into Darnussia, the People's Revolutionary Army are boycotting parliament, and preparing for armed struggle against the dictatorial and totalitarian regime that has strangled Darnussia of its freedom.

With riots already breaking out in Red Stad, the PRA's first objective is to provide protection to the rioters at all costs, and protect the people of Red Stad from the regime. Bomb attack in Red Stad?

Our sources in communist-occupied Red Stad have informed DBS on a bomb attack earlier this day in Robervou Square, which has reportedly killed at least 90 people and injured hundreds. The main target was most likely a group of PRA-militants guarding the square.

A group known as Provisional Darnussian Liberation Army, or PDLA, has claimed they were behind the attack. They see themselves as a continuation of the old DLA, a influential paramilitary group that dedicated itself for fighting communism and socialism in Darnussia in earlier centuries. PDLA was formed after the failure to recreate DLA as a political party, and the PDLA members have cut all ties to their DLA comrades who joined the Pro-Narikaton NRA.

“What has that scum St. Antonius done for us in Red Stad? Nothing. He allows the communists to rape our glorious city once more, the same communists he swore to protect us from when he was once elected as DLA leader. Once again the real DLA white shirts are left alone to defend our families and homes in the mainland while the Nariki cowards tend to themselves, like they did the last time. Long live the white shirts, long live Darnussia, and may god protect us from socialism and communism!”

President St. Antonius of NRA refuses to comment on Red Stad situation at the moment, as his assistant put it: “We are currently going through a serious threat to public and national safety, and the president is busy holding an emergency session with the leading members of the cabinet. The public will be informed on this soon.”

A group of protesters have gathered outside of the parliament, requesting the government to act quickly to return peace to the mainland.

The I.N.P.F. Strike Back Hard


I.N.P.F. battle criminals in Holdana.
The Internal National Police Force, has struck back hard against the protesters and paramilitary forces that have occupied several cities across the nation. These riots include:
Communist uprisings in Holdana and Sarbo, Kozaria, and in Szczen, Alkavon.
Anti-government, right-wing uprisings in Kraw, Alkavon and in Eris, Clenon.

The I.N.P.F. has reported that the cities of Holdana and Szczen have been completely subdued, with a total of 500 criminal arrested. As for the riots in Eris and Sarbo, the police claim that they have regained control over most of the cities areas, with only little resistance remaining. They have reported a total of 478 arrest so far, with only minor damage to the cities themselves. As for the city of Kraw, the police claim they have regain about half of the city, but due a bomb detonation at a local high school, killing 30 students and 6 faculty members, they have fallen back to guard the main infrastructure of the city and wait for reinforcements from other battalions of the I.N.P.F.

As for the uprising in Red Stad, the PRA had earlier broken out from Red Stad to occupy the surrounding towns of Doke, Grasch, Schell and Thule in Kozaria, and Grel, Humel and Forst in Alkavon, breaking the stalemate, and bringing full-scale warfare to Darnussian soil the first time since the Second Civil War. The PRA are also striking at government positions along the Red River.
The government after much planning and debate, have finally moved with a joint action between the I.N.P.F. and the military to bring order back to the city of Red Stad. Currently there is little details other than the following:
- Tanks have entered the northern sections of the city with fighting starting to take place in areas around the breach in the PRA lines.
- Military and Police Forces have retaken the towns of Doke, Schell, Greal and Forst completely, with little to no damage to the towns themselves.
- Fighting has erupted between the military/police forces and the PRA in Grasch, Thule, and Humel.
- The military/police forces are having particular hard time in the town of Thule, where it seems most of the PRA forces have fallen back too, after falling back from the other towns.

The Government has not released why several reports are coming in as to why several Ministires have begun to move from their Ministry Complexes to their old offices in Merenbürg, but rumors are circulating the government is preparing to establish a provisional government in the classic and old capital of the nation to better protect the government as the mainland plunges into fighting. While these rumors have not been confirmed by all sources, the movements of tanks into the current capital of Doressa, and the declaration of Martial Law on the mainland have all given signs that the government is beginning to take counter measures to ensure that the government will remain intact for the coming battles.

Darnussian Parliament destroyed in arson!

The riots and protests in Doressa reached their tip tonight in Doressa when the Parliament Building was set on fire by some of the protesters. The police, soldiers and fire department all tried to save the building from flames, but the destruction caused by the fire is tragic. 19 people, all employees of the parliament, were killed in the fire and all interiors of the parliament building were completely destroyed. The roof of the building also collapsed in the southern wing.

The cabinet has announced plans to move the parliament and government temporarily to Merenbürg, the old capital of Darnussia that has been under rebuilding for the past century.

President St. Antonius condemned the burning of the parliament while holding a speech in Merenbürg, and while it is not yet known who set the fire, he seemed to know who to blame.

“The communists have once again proven that they hate everything a free Darnussian Man, Kozari or Nariki, represents. They hate our people’s elected government so much that they would rather watch it burn instead of trying to change things through civilized means. These communist and socialist hordes must be destroyed! This attack against democracy, against the very institution of our free government, must not be tolerated!”

The police has not published any proof that the parliament building was actually set on fire by the communists, as there were several riots and protest going on in the city. Some socialists have claimed it was pro-Nariki protesters who set the fire.

The islands of the Empire were filled with celebrations as the young and handsome couple married today at the Imperial Cathedral in Merenbürg, Narikaton. The Crown Prince, who just turned 25 a few months ago, met the Countess of Altrae, who is the daughter of the Duke of Clenon, at the Imperial New Year's Ball two years ago. With the approval of his parents, their Imperial Majesties Emperor Anton II & Empress Adèle I of Imperia Narikaton, the couple were allowed to begin seeing each other and have since been seen on many occasions together while the Crown Prince performed his duties. It is hoped that this new couple, who many see as a bright future for the Empire, will produce a child to be the future monarch of the Empire.

Her Imperial Majesty Empress Adèle has been diagnosed with Brest Cancer the Imperial Palace has released. The aging Co-monarch of the Empire has been leaving more and more matters to who husband, His Imperial Majesty Emperor Anton II. The Imperial Palace stated that the Empress has begun treatment and that the Household Doctors hope she will make a full recovery.

The Crown Couple have given birth to a beautiful baby boy, Prince Alexander. The birth of the young prince has secured the line to the Imperial Throne, for the reborn Imperial House. With Empress Adèle diagnosed with Brest Cancer a few months ago, the birth of the new prince has brought hope and happiness to a sad time. The Crown Couple have also announced that they plan to keep to their plans to visit Areas 1 and 2 later this month. Prince Alexnander will be stay at the Imperial Palace with his grandparents Emperor Anton II & Empress Adèle I. The trip is plan is seen as a step towards the drawing down of Narikaton management of the Areas, and a step to the possible annexation of the mainland into the Empire with full citizenship.

Area Viceroy's Declare Marital Law and Suspension of Rights with Chancellor's Approval

An hour after the brutal assassination of the Crown Prince and Princess the Imperial Chancellor, Octavius de Augustin, has ordered the Viceroys of Area 1 and Area 2 to declare Martial Law and disband the Area Councils while the State of Emergency is in effect for the Mainland. The Military has move in quickly along with the Imperial Internal Police to establish complete control over the Areas and the Imperial Settlement of White Stad. While the Homeland has not been placed in a State of Emergency, the Imperial Government has been placed on Red Alert and the Government has gone underground for protection. When asked many of the people stated how they fear a return to the days of the Dirty War and the Civil War. As one person stated "The killing of the Crown Prince and Princess was a horrible attack that has done nothing but move us closer to a return to the days we have made so much progress to move away from."

A week after the assassination of the Crown Prince and Princess on their tour of the Areas the Imperial Funeral for the couple was held today in the Cathedral of Merenbürg. Their Imperial Majesties Emperor Anton II and Empress Adèle I along with key Imperial Officials and Nobles attended the funeral. Accompanying his Grandparents the infant child Prince of the former Crown Couple, Prince Alexander, was present to say farewell to his parents that he hardly got to know. The Prince as the only child of the form Crown Couple is now by default the new Crown Prince of Imperia Narikaton. With his Grandmother becoming ever more ill from her fight against Brest Cancer, and his Grandfather growing in age, the infant Crown Prince is most likely going to become Emperor at a very young age.

After a long and brave fight against Brest Cancer the Co-Monarch of Imperia Narikaton, Her Imperial Majesty Empress Adèle I, has passed away. Leaving her husband the Emperor Anton II the only monarch of the Empire. Coming just over a year since the death of her son, this has sent another shock wave through the Empire. The Emperor has rumored to have locked himself in his study over the lose and the now 1 and a half year old Crown Prince has been spending the fall with hi other grandparents, Duke of Clenon and his wife.

His Imperial Majesty Emperor Anton II of Imperia Narikaton has passed away at the age of 77 from a heart attack after attending a party at the Grand Duke of Narikaton's residence, Octavius de Augustin. The sudden death of the 77 year old has placed the young child Crown Prince Alexander as the new Emperor of the Empire. Being crowned as Emperor Alexander I, his coronation is scheduled to be next week after his grandfather's funeral later this week. However the young age of the Emperor has resulted in a Regency being declared during the reign of his minority, with the Regent being the Grand Duke of Narikaton, Imperial Chancellor Octavius de Augustin.

This transfer to the highest ranked noble in the Empire has been called a victory for the Conservatives of the INM and the Imperial Government who have grown in power, especially in the Areas where the Nobles have ruled the Mainland directly through military fiefdoms. Over the past 7 years the Nobles have come to rule the Mainland by using the Military while the position of Viceroy for each of the Areas has come to be dominated by the Grand Marshal Af Klempt and High General Lamontagne, with the White Stad Settlement being a bastion of Narikaton Nobility stronghold. With the Imperial throne now under the control of the Nobles and the Imperial Parliament dominated with Conservative INM members the situation looks like a complete victory for the Conservatives in the Government.

In other news, the Military and the Imperial Internal Police have reported that the situation in the Areas is still well under control. Even though raids and riots have been reported over the last few years.
