FVN surrenders

After deltarian troops intervened in the narikatonite civil war, the FVN forces occupying Clenon have not been able to hold on to a lot of their captured territory.
This is the reason why the MMP leadership of the FVN forces has agreed to a surrender, which allows the leaders and most of the militants to retreat to their homes without prosecution.

Trauerstein concedes defeat

Leader of the Liga and the last Reichskanzlerin of the Eternal Thallerist Realm Melissa von Trauerstein has officially conceded defeat. After the uprising of the TPP on the island of Narikaton and the deltarian forces closing in on Merenbürg she has not been left with any option than surrendering. "The Trauerstein Liga officially surrenders, we are going to obey the will of the winners. Manosindus has won, this nation is going to be doomed, heed my words."
These were her last words before she has ordered her troops to stand down and given herself over to deltarian soldiers. A lot of nariks had to die to achieve this victory for the coalition. Through the art of diplomacy and warfare Narikaton is at peace once again, but how deep are the scars of the civil war, is Manosindus politically adapt enough to reign over Narikaton this time? What is the Merenbürg conference going to hold for the future of this nation?

Merenbürg Vertrag signed

After the last rebellious elements of the nation surrendered, the Merenbürg Treaty has been drafted end signed, marking the end of the Narik Civil war.
The results are clear, the coalition around Deltaria and the Justice Party have won the war. Following the treaty Narikaton has been turned into a narik presidential republic, meaning that the president is directly elected by the people but has to be a member of the von Thaller dynasty. Additionally to keep extremists out of the political discourse two big-tent parties have been created the Patriotic Alliance of Narikaton and the Great Reform Party. The former justice party is now known as the Liberal Wing of the Great Reform Party and the old NVP as well as the MMP are now wings of the Patriotic Alliance. Hopefully this will secure the stability of Narikaton and lead to prosperity for its people. A lot of rebuilding has to be done and scars have to heal.

Reformparty wins first election

Bruderkrieg, Narikaton, the votes have been counted and Narikaton is yellow. Or rather orange, the social democrats inside the party have been the victors of the election. Even though the Große Reformpartei has won the election the Patriotic Alliance still won the regional elections in Narikaton and Clenon. After the first election in which many mistakes were made, the Reformparty still controls the house as well as the president. Before, the president has been held by the Patriotic Alliance due to a mistake of the elecion commission. The new president is Peter Konstantin Alexander von Thaller, a rumored homosexual and a family member that has been in public education, yes public. A lot of conservatives and royalists all over narikaton are in uproar, the next government should expect a lot of resistance. Not only that but they also have to decide the fate of rebellious elements during the civil war and have to investigate what lead to it, many challenges await the Reformparty.

New Government commences Civil War investigations and ATAIB trials

Shortly after the new cabinet was inaugarated, Minister of Internal Affairs, Arnold Bitterberg announced the formal dissolution of the ATAIB. The new national police will run investigations against each member of the ATAIB to punish crimes supposedly commited by them during the civil war. He also ordered to further investigate the circumstances under which the civil war started. While the Trauerstein Regime stated it was FAUST who started the aggression, they were clearly not an objective source and their statements therefore have to questioned. However former members of FAUST remain suspects in this case.
While the investigations against minor ATAIB members are still going on the highest ATAIB officials are already arrested and enough evidence has been collected to make the face trial.
The trial will be held in Bruderkrieg. According to rumors death penalty awaits the former officials. According to Minister of Justice Pauline Samt this would be the last death sentence. She plans to abolish the death penalty.

Landeshauptmann Shukanov demands oppositional participation in trials

Bruderkrieg, Narikaton, Office of the Landeshauptmann, after the government announced its plans regarding the trial against ATAIB members the Landeshauptmann of Narikaton Friedrich Shukanov stated that he demands that the Patriotic Alliance participates in the investigations and information regarding the current status of each individual member to ensure a most objective outcome. Additionally he criticized the future plans of Pauline Samt, he argues that the death sentence is an important tool to keep people from committing violent crimes.

Bitterberg denies access to ATAIB files

In a recent interview Arnold Bitterberg stated that he does not plan to give PAN access to the ATAIB files. "Their demand is ridiculous. We are talking about confidential data. It is crucial that this data remains secret. Involving more people than necessary would only threaten the investigation. In addition this trial and the officials involved in it are not political. They are in no way linked to the current government, therefore the demand for inclusion of the opposition makes no sense."



2 Death Sentences, 3 life imprisonments: ATAIB leader trials concluded

Today the fate of the highest ATAIB officials was sealed. Adam Kronberg President of ATAIB was sentenced to death for treason and murder in thousands of cases. His colleague Karl Stoll received the same sentence for treason, threatening of the public peace and for murder in 470 cases. Ernst Lecher, Gesine Werthers and Fridolin Buschmann were sentenced to life imprisonment for treason and threatening of the public peace.

The executions will be held in a week. They will be filmed for documentation purposes but they will not be broadcasted

PAN suspects GP hiding things

The Patriotic Alliance of Narikaton accuses the Great Reformparty especially the justice ministry under Bitterberg to hide things regarding the investigation. They say that it is highly undemocratic to leave the opposition out of such trials because each and every narik was affected by their crimes, the confidential data that they try to hide probably includes some facts that would make the GP look bad. Friedrich Shukanov has announced that the PAN would start additional investigations once they are able to form a government in which they are excessively investigating the past of the GP and the roles of their personell in the civil war as well as that of the FAUST remnants which the GP is rumored to have ties with.

Acquittal for FAUST remnants

During the investigations members of the former party FAUST and especially their leaders were arrested as suspects. They were now released and will only serve as witnesses. Former Chancellor and last leader of FAUST, Desiderius Siebenstein was interviewed shortly after being released

I am very happy to stand before you as an innocent and free man. My hopes are that FAUST will finally be rehabilitated and that its true role in the civil war will be acknowledged

Siebenstein and many others members of FAUST were suspected of having commited high treason. However the investigations uncovered the fact that the attack that triggered the civil war was staged and that FAUST was not involved in it in any way. The real perpetrators are not known yet but investigators suspect members of the Trauerstein Regime and their sympathizers behind this. While members of FAUST commited war crimes as most factions did during the civil war they are not responsible for the start of the civil war like the Trauerstein Regime told us.


When asked about his plans for the future former Chancellor Siebenstein stated that he plans to return to politics. In which way he will be involved without FAUST remains unclear for now.

Patriots declare Victory, or not?



Bruderkrieg, Narikaton, the recent elections have designated Thomas Reinhard von Thaller as the president-to-be, still the Reformparty holds a legislative majority. Political experts explain this by the inactivity and absence from public life of the last president Gerhard Ludwig von Thaller. The voters have punished the missed opportunity of the Reformparty by sacking their pesident. This marks the first chance of the Patriotic Alliance to use some of their power in politics. Thomas Reinhard has been called a pragmatic and to be diplomatic. He stated that he already negotiated with some parts of the Reform Leadership to be able to form a minority government. His words were "Seems like a good old conservative government is going to be formed."
