Today on the 20th of December,
At the behest of King Alfred von Fritz the National Assembly has begun looking in to joining The Gene and Seed Vault project in Oleria. King Alfred believes that such a project is important to preserve all lifeforms on Terra. In his statement to the National Assembly he said,

Life on Terra is unique and worth saving. Nowhere else is such found and if we can contribute to it's preservation then I believe that we should. If not for the sakes of those lifeforms then for the sakes of our descendants so that they may witness the biodiversity we are so lucky to see everyday. Thank you.

The Assembly will vote on this in the coming days.

Happy new year everybody. This was the message sent out by King Alfred this morning on social media. By God last year was a year to remember. The end of the Thallerist regime and of segregation in this country. The crowning of a new King and so much more. Today on the 3rd of January 4829,
The National Assembly has accepted the proposal to join The Gene and Seed Vault project. A committee was set up to oversee the collection of samples from all wildlife, plants and micro-organisms in Narikaton and Darnussia. This committee will be headed by Sam Bessewitz Minister of Environment and Tourism. He stated

I feel honored to head this committee as I have long been an activist for more to be done for our planet. We will work hard and hope to have completed the collection by 4835.

Today on the 6th of January 4829,
As part of the plan to privatize the economy and as repayment for the years of oppression. The Thaller Family Corporation is being stripped of most of it's assets in the country. This comes out after King Alfred's plans not to imprison the family or harm them in any way. The assets taken from them will be given to new companies that will operate them afterwards.

Today on the 10th of January 4829,
Otto Adler's nominations for Supreme Court Justices was accepted by the National Assembly. Hermann Meier was named the Head-Justice with the other twelve as Justices. All thirteen members swore to uphold the Constitution of Narikaton and Darnussia.

Today on the 10th of December 4829,
The Assembly is to begin a vote on whether to sign the Global Emancipation Treaty. By signing the treaty we will show Terra our dedication to ending slavery around the world.

Today on the 1st of June 4830,
A new budget was proposed. This budget will greatly cut taxes on the poor and also increase government spending by more than 50 billion DAR. This money will mostly be spent in Health and Social Services, Environment and Tourism and Foreign Affairs. Along with this new budget a third bill to further increase our economy was also introduced. This bill will eliminate tariffs on other countries while also increasing taxes on companies by a small bit. It is hoped that this new budget along with the bill our economy will greatly improve.

Today on the 1st of January 4831,
The National Assembly has agreed to sign a treaty with Telamon that will open up free trade and huge economic benefits to both Narikaton and Darnussia and the State of Telamon. It is hoped that this lead to great friendship between the two Nations.

Also on this day Narikaton and Darnussia joined the World Justice Organization. King Alfred has expressed his views on the organization stating

If we as people intend to make a difference on the world stage then it should be in showing Terra how we truly have abandoned the ways of in justice. This can only be achieved through an organization such as the JWO.

The final stage of the plan to open up the economy to foreign companies has been accepted by the National Assembly. Now money will begin to flow into our economy and hopefully boost to levels never seen before.
