ThallerCola reveals massive terrawide expansion-plans

The CEO of ThallerCola Peter Thaller, a famous soft-drink producer in the dual-republic and subsidiary of Thaller Industries, the corporate conglomerate of the former royal family, announced a press-conference in which it planned to reveal its expansion plans. Once on the podium, they showed pictures of modern and state of the art cola plants to be built in Dolgava, Kundrati and Lourenne where they are also supposed to provide the local markets with the famous soft-drink. The CEO did concede that Dolgava is going to be a tough market to conquer due to fierce competition of other producers, Thaller was confident that their brand would surely peak the interest of consumers. While the plans for Dolgava and Kundrati still wait for the exact construction site to be determined, the future plant for Lourenne has already been set to be built in Beaumont-sur-Mer along with a Casino and Resort, namely the "ThallerCola Casino and Resort." According to the CEO, the expansion of the company is going to mark Narikaton & Darnussia as a leading producer in soft-drinks.

Equifund strategic meeting set to boost Military-industrial complex

Executives of the weapon-procurement and military-indsturial complex network Equifund arranged a meeting after confirmation that the government of the Dual-republic of Narikaton & Darnussia is going to hand out massive contracts for military vessels for both green and blue waters as well as for modernization of the ground forces. Officials of Passschiffe Bau AG, Narikan and Feuer & Teichmann Industrievereinigung as well as other less prominent companies attended the meeting with the famous network. Schipkate brokers investment fund deal for Tech companies

Minister (Trade & Industry) Albert Schipkate (VVP), recently met with representatives of the two economic titans Passschiffe AG (shipping) and Minenhandwerks GmbH (mining) to broker a deal in which the private sector is supposed to participate in a semi-public investment fund to finance a boost in dual-republican tech companies. Schipkate painted a picture of a long-term plan, the so called "Kanzleifabrik" (named after former Chancellor Ferdinand Kanzlei), to gain cheap access to markets in which the necessary natural ressources are available which offers profitable opportunities for companies such as "Narikvidia" and "TMK" (Technologie Manufaktur Konglomerat). These two produce consumer electronics and semiconductors. The private sector officials were impressed by the facts laid out to them and agreed to invest 250 million DAR each into the Techfund with additional 500 million coming from the government. In the following press statement of the ministry of trade & industry they called the deal a "resounding success" and ensured the continued growth of various industries in the dual-republic.

Bannerhafen, May 5449: With his deltarian partner starting with critiquing the until now, not very public, JASA formation, Foreign Minister Ulrich auf Pappen (VVP) announced a press-conference. Many suspected and he delivered; the dual-republic is not keen on the Kundrati and Luthori-led security regime.

Who knows? They really should hire a PR-manager if this is the way they expect us to become excited about this. So, we're wondering, is this some weird sort of power-projection from Luthori? Kundrati? Do they feel responsible for our safety? If so, why? Personally this unhonest style of diplomacy and misplaced paternalism is an affront against the dual-republic and its people. JASA is born out of a misplaced feeling of responsibility and nothing else.

Narikvidia announces major-breakthrough in AI-technology

Bannerhafen, August 5449:

The dual-republican up-and-coming tech company Narikvidia, which until now has dabbled mainly in producing consumer electronics or parts for it, announced major breakthroughs in their priorly secret AI-research-division. They have announced that they have already shared an AI-language model with select business partners including Thaller Industries and its subsidiaries as well as Passschiffe AG.
While they did not reveal if, and when, they would release this new product to the general public Narikvidia seemed confident that it won't be long, they state that the model, according to their industry partners "has been received with fanatic enthusiasm."

VVP Party Conference program finalized

The VVP now publish its official program which outlines the process of the party conference. In the beginning there will be symbolic acts and honorations of old party functionaries as well as obligatory resignation, some that are expected are for example: Albert Schipkate the decade-long on and off trade minister of the dual-republic, he is also a rock for the rather small pragmatic market-liberal wing of the party. After the first phase the conference will move on towards voting for or against policy proposals of the different party factions, a total of 182 proposals have been submitted and the officials expect that this part of the conference is going to take multiple days. Finally, once the party concludes its new policy-profile, the personell-debates are going to commence. All top positions of the party are up for grabs such as the chairmanship, secretariat and parliamentary leadership. Not only internal functions such as the priorly named also nominations for ministerial candidacies are going to be voted upon. Experts appear to be cautious in speculating about likely winners or candidates, so it seems that only january is going to tell us the outcome.

VVP Party Conference: Corporate Assumes Direct Control

After long ardous debates about policies, political proposals of all sorts and foreign affairs entanglements, which all have been kept in secret and were not allowed to be heard by the press. The media representatives were invited back into the event-hall for the third and final act of this play. The election of the functions and officials. Eyes and mouths wide open was the norm after seeing the results. Current Chancellor Wilhelm Paul Zweihänder has been relegated to the presidential candidacy after loosing the chairmanship and his faction endorsing the corporate-wing aligned, current foreign minister Ulrich auf Pappen to become the next HoG candidate. Another surprising turn of events was the seperation of HoG candidacy and party chairmanship: the eccentric CEO of ThallerCola, Peter Thaller has been voted into the office of Party chairman and filled the remaining functions (Secretariat and Parliamentary leader) with his lackeys, Johanna Fink and Thomas Spritzphantom. Thaller also gained the candidacy for the ministry of foreign affairs. Some names stayed the same or were reshuffeld, Siebenstein gained both the Defence ministry and Interior if the VVP forms the next government. This marks the loss of influence for all factions except for the corporates and authoritarians, which apparently have maneuvered together through the conference and managed to stay on top of the game. A rather angry W.P.Z said "This is the end of the VVP as you know it, decisions have been made which you are going to... well nevermind. Trust me, this isnt going to be the VVP for much longer."
