The Patriotische Arbeiterpartei arrives at Dundorf.

Dundorf has been known for their progressive and libertarian way of socialism. Being under a strong and well raised red banner, the reaches of socialism have reached every corner of the nation… or so it seemed.

Word has been going around about a new organization. Their members are few but loud, some wearing silver armbands to recognize themselves. Newspapers and pamphlets have started showing up in Dundorf, claiming the current order is a corrupt mess, urging the Dundorfian people to pick themselves up from the regressive place they find themselves in.

Disgruntled conservatives and ultranationalist have been flocking towards the Patriotische Arbeiterpartei, an organization led by a triangle between Hansjörg Weiß, Elsa Böhm and Klaus-Peter Graf.

While most party members refused to even speak to mainstream media, Elsa Böhm gave a few words to a few union sponsored tabloids. “Nationalism has made a mistake in the past, building yourself as an ideology of hate has only allowed it to gain many enemies, and very few allies. I wish to change that, and my fellow party members too. A change that will make Dundorf and her people as strong as ever.”

Responses from the international community and the “ Libertäre Kommunistische Partei” are being awaited by the newly formed organization.

PAP creates the “For our people” healthcare association.

In a rather, weird turn of events. The PAP in an attempt to “Better relate to its people, and help those who need help in our nation” as said by Hansjörg Weiß, decided to create the
“For our people”. Multiple members of the PAP and union workers have voluntarily contributed to the monetary efforts of the organization. A large amount of products, rumored to be in the 4 thousands, were purchased from the 3M corporation. Economists expect for the 3M to make a seizable profit from the recent purchase.

PAP takes control of the government, national borders reinforced, army reformed and economy liberalized
After the recent elections, PAP party members have managed to gain control of Dundorf. Hansjörg Weiß has been declared president and various party officials celebrated all over the country. Weiß promised that “The sleeping eagle that is Dundorf will extend its wings once again, ready to go higher than ever”. The first few reforms were announced in a speech by head of government Elsa Böhm. The restoration and closing of Dundorfian borders, the rising of a new profesional army and a rapid liberalization of the economy. Nationality is going to be more closely enforced by the government, foreigners no longer being able to freely obtain nationality, and Dundorfian nationals being benefited over the migrant population of the country. Though on an interesting note, Dundorf has opened their arms to Dundorfians of other nations and any closely related group. The army is going to be reformed, the old paramilitary system destroyed and in place a professional standing army is to be formed, most of the process has been left to the newly appointed officers by the minister of defense. Finally the economy is to face a rapid liberalization, companies will be once again allowed to flourish in Dundorf and the tax rate of luxury goods and corporations has been lowered to a 15% from the previous 85%.




Recession hits Dundorf
Even though the economic state of Dundorf was poor, the situation recently worsened with the current economic collapse. Employment figures dropped as low as 77% and the low productivity of national industry has meant a shortage of jobs, products and overall money.

Government officials of the PAP have promised to fix the current climate with a 2 step plan. The first is going to be a massive, government backed, investment in heavy industry and infrastructure. That should allow the population to get jobs and for industrial/infrastructural needs of a modern economy to be covered. Talks have begun with the Alorian government for the possibility of a new railroad network that will connect Dundorf, Aloria and Dorvik.

The second step of the economic relief program consists of inviting foreign capital into the country, through the use of lowered taxes and subsidies.



PAP party media remembers Tom Drescher

Tom Drescher, a rather condecorated member within the PAP. Was reported dead in his residence in Ragensburg. President Hansjörg Weiß sent a letter to the widow of Drescher, Marta Uberlink, announcing his condolences for the incident. Media has been unable to contact Marta, but her friend circle spoke up for her, believing that a strong woman like Marta would be able to muster the courage to face the tragedy.

Within Tom Drescher’s apartment, a threatening note was left by the cowardly communist who assassinated Drescher. Police officers have vowed to search far and wide for his murderer, promising that justice would be delivered, for Drescher and for Marta.

Dundorf marches on!

Recently, the parliament of Dundorf passed several laws concerning the lowering of taxation, the reformation of the state and the renewal of the army. Although this newly formed armed force is severely under equipped, the Dundorfian need for weaponry has presented an opportunity both for rising nationals and international armament companies.

However, no amount of celebration will fix the economic misery left over the recent economic crisis and the economic stain that the previous regime left.

Thanks to international support from Dorvik, and the newly started economic initiatives, the reconstruction of the Dundorfian economy has begun taking its first steps. A huge infrastructural project meant to connect the entire nation through rail began work this month, the first cities to be included in the network being Neukirchstadt, Unterschloss and Dunburg. However, every network requires vehicles, the government has planned to solve this issue through native labour and government subsidies aiming to help the formation of Dundorfian truck, locomotive and railwork manufacturing plants.

In order to attract further international investment, government backed conferences were held in Dunburg, with words on the multiple open markets that international companies could fill. Record attendance of Dorvik CEOs was reported within the conference.

The Dundorfian government releases new economic and military report

The economy

Recent reports show that Dundorf is going through a heavy revitalization period. Heavy investments were made by Dorvik, who’s heavy investments have allowed their companies to thrive within the newly formed Dundorfian market. Dundorf also saw another wave of heavy investments, 3M has opened pharmacies and factories in the nation. The Lievenian Trade Group (LTG) has become a well known entertainment provider within the nation. Buy and Use has propped a new supermarket chain in the country and eight content airlines built an airport near the capital of Dundorf.

Unemployment in the country has dropped rapidly, and the government of Dundorf has found itself with new resources to further spend in the rearmament of the nation and the improvement of the infrastructure . Economists also expect for Dorvik companies to make a seizable profit, alongside others who invested into the previously untapped market in Dundorf.

Some of the new found profits will be diverted by the government towards the “Trans-Artanian” railway, the ministry of infrastructure, headed by Patrick Piltz, has announced they would make heavy investments towards the railways of Dundorf, to prepare it for the incoming trans national effort.

The army

For the first time in forever, the military of Dundorf organized. Not in the spirit of conquest or military aggression, but to celebrate. The defense package from Dorvik has meant the renewal of the nation’s once dead military pride. Tanks rolled down the streets as pedestrians looked in awe. Armored cars patrolled newly assigned military posts and many men trained in the newly built military camp and bases. The air force newly acquired jet, the ever so popular Unionfighter was received by the newly built air bases across the country.

The military also headed what has been informally known as the “Burning of the red” Multiple Dundorfian Democratic Republic flags across the country were defaced, burned or torn apart by units in celebration. The government has painted the old regime as archaic, tyrannical and a destruction of the nation.

A new flag is expected to be unveiled by government officials within the next few months.
