Abstract - In a rare show of collaboration between the two ministeries, the Foreign Secretary and the Defence Secretary, accompagnied by their respective junior ministers within the Foreign Office, have made an press conference outlining Luthori's point of view on what is now called by Luthorian newspaper "the Kirlawan Crisis", the two have announced that Luthori "will always stay prepared to protect" its Artanian allies and will "do everything in its power to end this foe". The Foreign Office has also called on JASA to "stay united" after that was mentionned by the Luthorian Special Representative to the Joint Artanian Security Alliance.

Artania, home of so many nations, and home to Luthori's most effort into foreign policy, even though the Foreign Office wants to "decrease Luthori's involvement into continental affairs", yet, like always with Luthori, it's seems that this time isn't going to be now, as a new crisis back north have developed. The northern part of the Artanian continent was once considered as "Dorvik's backyard", yet with the collapse of the influence of the nation within Artania and within the world in general. Now the mantle of "Protector of the Artanian Continent" that the Dorvish once claimed to have is now passed to three new influential nations, Kundrati, Dundorf and Luthori, obviously. Yet in general, while Dundorf and Kundrati were always the first to react to any Artanian crisis, Luthori was more patient, always waiting for an opportunity to intervene. This was shown during the Ikradonian Civil War, where Luthori waited before sending a force of 14,000 men, the whole Luthorian occupation corps to help the RPHUA to end the EB, while Dundorf and Kundrati had already intervened.

Yet again, it was not Luthori which was at the helm of the condenmation series against the military coup in Kirlawa, it was Dundorf, Kundrati - and most surprisingly, Deltaria, which is shown to want to build its influence into Artania, using this crisis as an opportunity to shine. Yet, Luthori was patient and waited, until they decided to act. For the first time, in a long while, in a show of collaboration between the two most important foreign ministeries, the Defence Office and the Foreign Office scheduled a joint press conference about the "Kirlawan Question" and everyone knew that this press conference would be important in the Luthorian policy about that "rogue" country. The Foreign Secretary, Mr. Orville Horgan has announced that Luthori "strongly condemns the military coup and have decided to evacuate its embassy staff" from Éagsúila. The Foreign Secretary has also announced standing with "all Artanian partners" in the response against this foe. The Defence Secretary have for his part, announced that the new Carrier Strike Group, united by the new aircraft carrier of the Imperial Navy, the HMS Unbreakable, one of the first Emperor Edward's aircraft carrier-class. The Carrier Strike Group "Red", would be sent in the north to help Kundrati's enforcement of the "quarantine" placed upon all weapons towards Kirlawa.

The Luthorian Prime Minister have, for his part, commentated on the "necessity of JASA working together to find a common strategy to end this menace to the stability of continent". The ILA have announced "waiting for orders" to be made by Crown Street or Blackhall to begun "partial mobilization" of the Luthorian war effort. Luthorian defence industries have also announced "waiting for more orders" to begin mass production of weapons or war materials. Luthori is heading, possibly, for the second time in 50 years, to war.

In a remarkable display of unity and vision, the Socialists-Ecologists 5448 laid out their campaign strategy, "Propel Luthori Forward," during an extraordinary party convention held on November 7, 5451. The event, attended by 890 delegates, marked a significant milestone for the party as they prepare for the upcoming October 5452 Diet election. The convention concluded with the unanimous selection of Co-Leader Ethan Bartley, a local council member and founding party member, as the candidate for Prime Minister.

At the heart of the campaign is the "Propositions for Propelling Change," an abridged version of the party's manifesto titled "Progressive Propositions for a Prosperous Luthori." Luthorian ministers to visit Beiteynu with promised fleet deployment in the Yeudi home. Alliance rekindled?

Fort William, Luthori – The Cabinet has yesterday announced that two ministers who flew to Malivia will join the 6th flotilla of the Southern Fleet to be stationed in Beiteynu. The move comes as the Imperial government decided to fast track the rekindling of the relations with the Yeudi nation. With rising strategic threats and global security on the line, Luthori seeks to rekindle a warm partnership. The two ministers are meant to do this.

Today Harrold Churchill, the Minister of State of the Imperial Navy and Madalin Truss, Minister of State for Majatra Affairs were send by the Cabinet to Beiteynu to discuss mutual military commitments, regional and global challenges for both partners. The two ministers went with the flotilla as a sign of respect to the service men who will depart for a year long mission in Beiteynu and Majatra after which they will go back home and be replaced by another flotilla of the Southern Navy. Minister Churchill stated that as a former naval soldier he was thrilled to be onboard of one of His Imperial Majesty’s ships once more. The ministers took their time to speak with various people on board and see operations and capabilities of the ships and crew with their own eyes.

The move to send the fleet came after the Beiteynu government spoke out its wish to station a fleet once more in the Yeudi homeland. A commitment taken on by Luthori years ago after the tensions with Vanuku. They have since left but now the Luthorian government has taken up this chance to fully show the world that the relations of Beiteynu and Luthori are at their best once more. The fleet will remain there as said for a year after which they will be rotated out. The fleet will join the Yeudi fleet and train with them as well as taken on missions in Majatra. The staff officers and the ministry stated that besides showing commitment it will give valuable experience to the naval staff and the navy as a whole. Operating in different waters and different areas will allow the Luthorian Imperial Navy to be more familiar with all the regions and work better. The ships will be stationing in the northwest of the country at the city of Himmelshtern.

The travel to Beiteynu will not only be about the military. The recent rise in conflict in Artania and a new rising alliance which seems to involve itself in said crisis in Artania has been noticed with disapproval by the Imperial Government, something they wish to discuss with the dominant power in Majatra. The Luthorians will probably seek to make sure that the Southern Ocean remains safe. Both sides have stated that a topic of discussion will be mutual advisory help on regional challenges, with Beiteynu giving Luthori valuable experience from the MSCO and keeping regional stability. Not only will they discuss foreign affairs but also commitments. Luthori will be reafirming its commitment to joining JASA and JAMS.

A sour point which the minister also has to bring to their Yeudi friends is the recent naval activities in Norhern Seleya. These naval activities are close by the Commonwealth countries and Luthori’s friend and ally Dolgava. Luthori wishes that Beiteynu guarantee no harm or pressure the Dolgavan government nor any Commonwealth nation in the area. The Imperial Navy has announced that a great portion of the Northern fleet will be deployed to Lodamun and then unto Dolgava to show Luthorian presence in the North Seleyan and Keris regions to showcase Luthori's involvement and commitment to its security.

It is estimated that the ships will reach their destination tomorrow, with a full day after that taken for resting before the official visit will take place and the discussion to fully start. It is however the estimate of the Imperial Government that the entire affairs will be fruitfull.

Luthori breaks silence: Kirlawa warned with ultimatum and Empire to stand with Kundrati

Fort William, Luthori - It has escaped no ones notice that the situation on our continent are far from stable and far from united. A policy failure on the side of our own nation and that of its Artanian ally Kundrati. The two headed leadership on the continent failed to bring the stability it so craved. And whilst the internal political troubles in Luthori and the demands of the Commonwealth took all the attention of the nation away from Artanian affairs the situation only got worse. Kirlawa, a nation once filled with promise fell to a fascist military junta that knows not the word civil rights and human decency. Today the cabinet in the form of the prime-minister responded to the situation.

The Prime-Minister George McClair stated in a press conference that the situation in Kirlawa was serious and quite shocking. ‘’We are seeing yet another Artanian nation gripped by the shadow of darkness, military violence and dictatorial behaviours. In our long quest for stability on our continent we have fought in Malivia and Ikradon. Now we will have to stand shoulder to shoulder with the fine Artanian nations against this new evil’’. The Imperial Government expressed their appologies for their late reaction ‘’that is not what Artania can expect from us, we strive to do better’’. Prime-Minister McClair announced that the Imperial Government will immediately sanction Kirlawa and freeze any assests held by Luthorian institutions and companies. Additionally the Home Fleet will be send to the coast to aid the Kundrati fleet in establishing a quarantine zone. The Holy Luthori Empire has declared that no weapons may be transported to Kirlawa. Additionally the Empire issued a warning to Kirlawa with an ultimatum: Stop the production of chemical weapons or face the consequences.

Earlier this year Kundrati and Dundorf already announced their moving to military readiness. Now the State Secretary for Defence has announced alongside the Prime-Minister that the nation will go to high alert and will mobilise its standing armed forces and be ready to defend Artanian stability and democracy. The Foreign Office has send out word to their Kundrati allies that the Empire will honour its alliance and guarentee its independence, border security and offers to move troops to Kundrati for a joint defence posture on the border to pressure the Kirlawan junta to stand down from its illegal activities and its inhumane practises. A long side that the Imperial Government has made it clear that any attack on any Artanian nation by Kirlawa will result in retaliation from the Empire. The Defense Secretary stated in the press conference: ‘’No Artanian nation will stand alone, least of all our Kundrati allies. They can count on the Empire to stand by them. These warmongers will not be allowed to destabilise our continent’’.

The Imperial Navy sent the carrier fleet of the Home Fleet with the helicopter carrier to the Kirlawan coast to assist the Kundrati carrier fleet. The task they were given as explained by the press statement from the Defence office states that the fleets will patrol the sea and ocean nearby and stop any and all ships that will enter the region with a heading to Kirlawa. The helicopters will be used to resupply the fleet from the carrier and search over water for various small craft trying to pass the fleet by. To compensate the departure of the Northern Fleet to Northern Seleya and the Home Fleet towards the north of Artania, the Southern fleet will be moving home to Luthori, with only a few ships remaining in Malivia. The Luthorian Imperial Navy said that it will rely more on JAMS and Beiteynu to keep the region around Malivia steady as Luthori pivots north to protect its strategic interests, stability and democracy.

Addititionally a small extra statement was made by the Defence ministry, to bolster the armed forces even more the Imperial Armed forces ordered two more aircraft carriers from the Reynalds Corporation, the biggest Luthorian naval military company. A side from that the Luthorian government is going to purchase some naval vassals from Hutori and Lourenne to bolster its fleet faster.

The Empire joins the war against Kirlawan junta ‘’We stand with Kundrati and Dundorf!’’

Fort William, Luthori - His Imperial Majesty the Emperor, Edward V, has declared on national television in an address to the Imperial Diet and the nation, on advise of His cabinet, that the Empire will join the war against the fascist regime in Kirlawa. The Emperor announced the declaration of war and that ‘’we stand in solidarity with all of Artania and especially Kundrati and Dundorf who have been hit with a terrible attack’’. Prime-Minister George McClair followed up by saying that the Imperial Armed Forces have been called up and that action will be taken.

After the declaration of war the largest parties in the Diet announced the formation of a special cabinet. Our nation is known for its political turmoil and its differing parties which make it hard to form a coalition. However today George McClair declared he would continue as Prime-Minister of his second cabinet after having negotiated a warcabinet with the socialists and Labour. Together the three parties will form the warcabinet, joined by other parties in the outer-cabinet with ministers-without-portfolio.

A new surprise is the post of Foreign Secretary falling to the new party, the Socialist-Ecologists. They have been vocal on giving a new face to the Tory-Whig coalition led foreign department. However both parties are in agreement that action had to be taken against the junta. The Prime-Minister has stated that the first order of business for the Foreign Secretary will be to coordinate the action and the post war settlement with the allies. As such the Foreign Secretary and the junior ministers will travel to the Kundrati Union to discuss the situation and how the Empire may assist the Union.

After the announcements of the Prime-Minister George McClair and His Imperial Majesty the Emperor, his loyal servant, the Secretary of Defence announced that the 5th Helicopter Carrier Flotilla of the Home Fleet had been ordered to mobilise, with men and material (weapons, tanks, helicopters, troop transports, landingcraft) being loaded on the carrier flotilla to transport it to the north of Artania to join up with the 1st Aircraft Carrier Flotilla blockading the Kirlawan ports. Additionally the Aircraft Carrier Flotilla has been ordered to attack the coastal ports, harbours, airports and cities for possible threats against any possible landing or any danger to the Imperial Navy. The Admiralty has assured the media that it will try its utmost best to avoid any civilian casualty, stating: ‘’We are there to liberate them, not hurt them’’. Two hours ago the first shelling, rockets and air attacks were launched against Kirlawa from the Aircraft Carrier Flotilla. It is unknown what the results are as of yet.

The Imperial Luthorian Airforce has been tasked to stand by and move to Kundrati after the coordination between the two forces has been completed. The Imperial Army has stated in a press release that its goal is to force through air raids to soften Kirlawan defences up around the coast to minimise the danger to the Imperial Navy and to defend the Kundrati borders. Any engagements from Kundrati soil will first be checked with the Kundrati Union if it is at all possible.

Abstract - The apparent heir to the crowns of Luthori and Rutania began his royal life today by visiting the Imperial Academy at Fort William where he expressed his "deep honor" to be Luthorian and to be able to serve his country to the best of his abilities. He then addressed the deputies of the ducal legislature of Orange, during the opening ceremony of the Parliament.

His Imperial Highness, the Prince of Orange today took his first steps as a member of the "active" imperial family, having visited the Imperial Academy in Fort William, where he gave a speech, and immediately afterwards, officially opened the Diet of the Principality of Orange, where as representative of the monarch in the duchy, he assumed responsibility for the opening of the sub-national Parliament. His Imperial Highness, during his visit to the Imperial Academy, was able to visit several wings of the prestigious university - where it is likely that his sister, Princess Eldith, will go to study - and was commented by his guides on the history of the university, on its relationship with the imperial family, being an institution that has formed several Emperors and Empresses in their favorite discpline before they take the throne and finally on the efforts of the university to best develop the "individual talents of each" in the words of the Headmaster. The Prince was even able to attend a very special course given by an artificial intelligence, developed by Blackmoth Industries, a very nice performance from the Luthorian technological industry! His Imperial Highness then, after the visit, gave a half-hour long speech to the university students gathered in the Pierce Regan Auditorium, an audience reserved for major events, like the visit of a politician or the visit of a member of the Imperial Family, as is this visit. In that speech, the Prince said:

As I am in this illustrial educational institution on behalf of His and Her Majesties, I would like to thanks many people who made, by their dedication, their strength, their behavior, this visit one of the most instructive visit that I have received in all my small life. I am thinking the Headmaster, the 9th Earl of Langbury, Sir Ferning Scraton for his dedication to make this respected establishment thrive through his policies and strong leadership to bring the Imperial Academy into the future of education. I am also thanking the teachers' corps, who, by their dedication to the education of their respective students, their respect towards this institution and towards their student, and their work ethics are the main backbone of why this university is still known around the world.

HIM and the audience gives a standing ovation to the teachers and the headmaster...before the Prince continues his speech.

There are more people to thanks for this amazing journey into this sanctuary of learning and understanding the world, the students themselves, who proved all of them, all of the students that I had the chance to meet or speak to, all of them, proved that they are worthy of being in this prestigious school. I'm personally thanking all the students who has taken part in the visit, making me tour most of the infrastructures that their school had to offer, enlightened me about their school projects, some who may be important for the future, not of the school itself, but for the nation as well. I can now safely announce that the Orange Wealth Fund, the personal funding organization of the Imperial family is going to make a contest in which the 5 most distingushable projects, made by the students, would receive funding and help from experts.

The whole audience erupts into cheering and a stading ovation is given to His Imperial Highness. After 1 minute of continuing clapping during which the Prince bowed in respect to the crowd.

Now, I need to thanks the "invisibles", people whom are working every single day, everyone is seeing them, let me take an example, the janitors, everyone is seeing them, yet, there isn't much appreciation for their jobs into society. I am here to thanks all these people who are working in the shadows, and have worked in the shadows to make this visit a resounding success. Thanks to them and their participation into society and into that great house of litterature, politics, science, mathematics and so many more, this visit has been one of the greatest in my life.

I cannot remain here for much that I've wanted to, yet, I thank the Imperial Academy's teachers, students, personal, bureaucrats for their warming welcome and Long live the Empire.

After this successful speech to the Imperial Academy, His Imperial Highness went to the Hebrige House, the home of the Ducal Diet of the Principality of Orange. As Prince of Orange since 18, the Prince had now the duty to open the subnational legislature. In his speech he declared that "the loyalty of the people of Orange to the Imperial institutions and to the Crown is worth noting, I am deeply thankful for the affection of this ducal diet and of the people of Orange to the Imperial institution and the governmental institutions...", it's worth noting that this speech was written was Orange's deeply conservative government led by the OCA-OCU. He also announced the priorities of the ducal governement and then left for the Martwick House, the official residence of the Prince of Orange in Fort William. Martwick House who also confirmed that the Prince and his sister, the newly-appointed Grand Duchess of Erneshire, Princess Eldith would be representating her parents to the 1000 years celebration of the Orléans-Vasser rule in Lourenne.

Abstract - Three news gathered in a single headliner, so the rammifcation of it is massive for the ocean freight industry. It seems that the Churchill Investment Fund, owned by the Churchill family, one of the richest families in Luthori and the world, has now taken control of the North Ocean Maritime Company, in a takeover that has already been denounced as "hostile" by competitors and opponents of the family and their firms. The new CEO of NOMC, who turns out to be Lord Archibald Churchill, 4th Margrave of Kensdale, the patriarch and known figure of the family refuted the accusations by stating that they were "meaningless" and "put forward by jealous of the success of the CIF".

Many people did not foresee this turnaround in the ocean freight industry at Luthori, a statement from the now formerly named "North Oceans Maritime Company" or "NOMC" In short, announced that the shipping company would now be bought by the Churchill Investment Fund, an investment fund that itself holds shares in this industry, having already founded the Churchill Shipping Corporation (CSC), company still present at the industry level to date. The statement from the NOMC also decreed that the NOMC would not be so named except for this day, but would be called "Luthori Shipping", to signify a "new age for the company", this "new age" should, according to the new owners, be an age of expansion of the roads and trade routes used by the HL to continue to provide the needs necessary for Luthorian economic expansion. This expansion has slowed down considerably in recent decades, according to the figures of the Wandam Financial Report. A new Chief Executive Officer was appointed by the Board of Directors now dominated by the Churchills, who bought the Middenhall Port Association’s 15% stake in exchange for aid from the investment fund for a port extension. Supporting this 15% and adding to the 36% he already owned within the company. The CIF had, in a single transaction, the control of 61% of the company’s shares in the market, from main shareholder to majority shareholder and this "takeover", led to the fall of the previous Chief Executive, who was forced to resign by the Legislative Council and the Legislative Council appointed Archibald Churchill as the new CEO.
