Minister of Foreign Affairs Phil Chapman promises to return Beluzia to the Global Stage
[Fort Thorne, Parlos Decina] In a statement released by Foreign Affaris Minister Phil Chapman he called for more involvement of the Beluzian nation in the global stage, stating: "Depsite having no formal policy of isolation, our Republic has had little to no communication with any nation in hundreds of years, excluding attempts to arrest criminals fleeing to Likatonia. I intend to change that and get Beluzia to be influential in the greater world." The Minister detailed plans to attempt to establish embassies in nations, and maintain international dialouge. He acknoledged it would be difficult as nations haven't communicated with the republic recently at all. The Minister also stated he intends to contact Beluzia's neighbors as a start.

High Rectress Samantha Jackson Brings Faith Into Politics

Image

Beluzia is lucky to have had successive governments who have respected the freedom of religion that is so deeply enjoyed by her citizens. In this way, Beluzia has been blessed by the Lord. No place, therefore, could give Children of the Spirit High Rectress Samantha Jackson more joy to be from. The Children of the Spirit are a small, but thought-provoking minority within the faith community that this newspaper seeks to represent. In order to further the objectives of religious tolerance, religious freedom and a just and fair society, High Rectress Jackson has united with other faith leaders from across the Hosian community to found the Sororal Holy Order of Beluzia. The objectives of the group are three-fold: ensure decent care and support for all of the citizens of the nation; advance the need for faith in the halls of public office; unite Beluzia under a strong and unified message of oneness under the Lord.

Jackson has been outspoken in the past on several hot-button, controversial issues of the day. With the issue of the environment dominant in the sphere of politics, Jackson has openly called for strong regulations on businesses to protect the environment. "Stewardship is a goal the Lord has given us," says Jackson, "and so to damage the earth we were given by Him is an affront to justice and fairness in the eyes of the faithful". We the faithful and our community are lucky to have a woman now working with priests, vicars and pastors from all forms of the Hosian religion to start a party devoid of the sinful and ulterior motives of the other parties. "We are not a party with any ulterior motives, or any motivations other than the institution of the word of the lord and the care of the denizens of this world", says Jackson. Jackson has also been a supporter of high international aid and abolishing euthanasia.

How well this faith-based and faith-driven platform can do in the political scene of Beluzia is yet to be seen. The diverse and intricate political landscape may be shaken by the sudden entrance of a party of religious roots and motives, and the alliances and problems that the new party will form and attempt to solve respectively are not 100% clear as of yet. However, the truly faithful and blessed can rest assured that the High Rectress Jackson - head of her denomination in Beluzia - will stand for a policy of integrity in the name and the word of the Lord. How the Lord sees this well-intentioned effort shall be uncovered by the will of the voters and the willingness of the other parties in Beluzia to accept into their hearts the tolerance and willingness to work with the faithful and the sons and daughters of the Almighty. Will it be possible? Let us wait patiently for divine judgement. The Lord's blessings be upon you, and also the Sister's.

Wonderful Results For SHO-Beluzia

Image

The Lord has clearly shined upon the Sororal Holy Order of Beluzia, as their electoral results have exceeded all expectations from commentators, pundits, other politicians and even their own strategists! The SHO-Beluzia won 90 seats with over 11.2 million votes, taking 18% of the electorate and the seats both. This left them the third biggest party in the Congress, behind only the Liberty Party and the Beluzian Communist Party in terms of seats and votes. The party's strongest performance came in the great region of Iliathar, which provided 4.2 million votes and 34 seats to the cause of High Rectress Samantha Jackson - coming second in the region to the Liberty Party. While the party didn't appear on the ballot in Iker Ado due to financial constraints, the party also came second in Bailon with 21 seats, third in Negunia with 19 seats and third in Parlos Decina with 16 seats. It seems the west has been most receiving of the holy word.

Samantha Jackson, the leader of SHO-Beluzia and its presidential candidate this election, narrowly came third in the presidential election. 11.8 million votes (19%) were cast for her, only 4 points away from advancing to the second round. Jackie Richmond of the Liberty Party went on to defeat communist candidate Richard Teller in the second round of the presidential election, though the faithful's party did no say officially which party it would prefer to win. It is perceived, however, that SHO-Beluzia's similarities to the Beluzian Communist Party and Workers Revolutionary Front on a number of economic and social services related issues was enough to mean that the faithful seemed to mainly stay home or voted narrowly more so for Teller. These similarities between SHO-Beluzia and the rest of the left are fertile ground indeed for future good works.

The Governments of the Federal Republic of Likatonia and the Republic of Beluzia are set to formalise closer relations with the announcement that ambassadors will be appointed within each others nations. Likatonia have appointed Arthur White to be the new Ambassador to Beluzia and will take up his post in the capital Fort Thorne in the coming days. While Barry Calder is set to be appointed to represent Beluzia's interest in Likatonia.

Beluzian Prime Minister Graham Deacon has said "the Beluzian government strives to have good relations with all of our neighbours. We seek mutual prosperity through peace and trade and we thank our friends in Likatonia for the opportunity to move forward toward that objective." In a separate statement in Clovisport President Stanburg of Likatonia said "In the name of international cooperation and friendship, particularly with the good people and government of Beluzia, we welcome Barry Calder to our nation. May our shared peace and prosperity serve as a shining beacon to a warring world."

Foundation of the Radical Action

A number of youth movements, socialist and libertarian groups and progressive organizations united to form the Radical Action, a political party committed to the defense of freedom and democracy by all means possible. It supports radical libertarianism, market socialism and pacifism.

The Monthly Radical
The official newspaper of the Radical Action
September 4505 edition

Astounding win for the Radical Action
Despite the crowded context of the 4505 election (10 parties were competing!) and despite it being a relatively new party; the Radical Action ended up first by a landslide, securing 191 seats out of 500, and getting Ruby Lalonde elected as President due to the support of Alliance Beluzia. Results were particularly impressive in the Region of Negunia, where the Radicals obtained over 51% of the votes. Analysts mostly attribute this victory to the complete crumble of the previous two giants of Beluzian politics, the Stanton House and the Unsubmissive Beluzian Workers' Party.

Lalonde announces support for Progressive cabinet, starts putting reforms to vote in parliament
Newly-elected President Ruby Lalonde announced she would try to form a progressive cabinet, including all members of the Beluzian Liberal Union, and the Alliance Beluzia party. She also started pushing forth key progressive reforms, such as the abolition of death penalty and the disestablishment of a state religion in Beluzia. She would try to push forth more reforms in 4506, once a new cabinet is formed.

Chit Chat with Alexia

Postby Leo Basu » Sun Feb 17, 2019 11:34 am

i cant tell how honored i am right now meeting the president of Beluzia
Image

Professor Emily Dalgard
welcome sir

Thanks for calling me on show

Not only you are the president but also the leader of the Largest party
Beluzian Justice League how does it feel ?

Great it feels good i mean its people”s decision they chose us because
BJL believes in a system where government oversees the development of the people and the market. However, the public and the private sector must work together in a constructive environment. Also, BJL promotes transfer of power to the institutions and the provincial governments.

now that you have been chose by people what do you think is the biggest issues in your country right now ?

Beluzia needs to maintain a balance between its affairs at all fronts. Whether it be nationalist or international affairs, market regulation or power residing in federal and provincial authorities. Beluzia has seen some extreme government stance in the past that has damaged its economy and standing. Its time we create a balanced system with inclusiveness at the base of it.

and what do you say to opponents ?

BJL does not have any opponents. We support all parties, treaties and bills that are in favour of Beluzia. And we oppose every party, treaty or bill that threatens Beluzia and its progress.

thats a big statement and that is what makes you special

Thanks

so you recently singed a treaty with Rutania what is your felling ?

Beluzia and Rutania has begun a new journey now. We wish Rutania lots of progress. But, this is only the beginning of a long and healthy relation. Together we progress
In the end i would like to thank you for giving us time for the interview and i wish you and Beluzia good luck for future

Thanks for the interview

so this was
Professor Emily Dalgard the president of Beluzia and leader of BJL we will come back next time with another Chit Chat until then good bye and love you and
