English Nikoloz Shvil, Hosian Democratic Party Chairman, submitted a new
bill in front of the Board Room for a constitutional amendment to initiate a series of naming reforms. Mr. Shvil's hope for the bill is to transition from the corporate dominated government and change it into something more culturally appropriate. The amendment would rename the Head of State, Head of Government, the Legislature, and all sub-national entities. This is a second reincarnation of the amendment as previously the bill failed even though it gained a majority, but did not meet the 2/3 support of the legislature.
The main opposition to the amendment will the Capitalist Party of Hobrazia, as they wish to uphold the current series of names that represent the influence corporations over the government. This disagreement will surely cause friction among the two ruling parties, but nothing two bad to break up the coalition.
"Today marks the first step towards returning the nation to the people and reducing the influence of banks and corporations over the government," thundered the leader from the stage after his proclamation. "We must stand together initiate these series of naming reforms so our nation can be more culturally representative. I hope fellow members of the Board Room you will support this and take the first step towards making Hobrazia more Hobrazian."
