The National Bank of Dolgava is the central bank of Dolgava. It is one of the key public institutions and carries out economic functions as prescribed by law. The principal objective of the Bank of Dolgava is to regulate currency in circulation by implementing monetary policy to maintain price stability in Dolgava. It is responsible for issuing coins and banknotes in the Dolgavas's currency the Dalderis.

The Bank of Dolgava administration is located in Karzonpils. The fiscal year for the bank begins on January 1 and ends on December 31.

Dolgavas National Library, covers 25600 square meters, looks like the shape of X by a bird’s-eye view. Its main body has 6 floors and its accessorial body has 5 floors, and it has 2 cloisters on the 4th floor. Besides, it has grand appearance, reasonable structure, novel design, good lighting and nice ventilation. The new library has 15 reading rooms and about 3000 reading seats. Lending and reading have been combined into one area with an open-shelf management system. There are 460 computers in its 3 computer rooms on the 4th floor provided for the readers to search web resources. There are also more than 20 research rooms in the cloisters on the 4th floor, which provide good researching environment for the researchers of our university who hold important researching tasks. Dolgavas National Library, has top network layout, design and equipment, top storage construct mode and memory equipment, and its equipment of server, software and hardware etc. are all among the best ones in domestic institutions of higher learning and lead the list in the institutions of higher learning of Karzon province.

Elections were held in the Kingdom of Dolgaria. The enigmatic Aryan Socialist Party (Āriešu Sociālistiskā Partija), which had run its own majority government since 2934, celebrates its crushing victory over its only competer, the monarchistic Social Feudalist Party. The ASP gained 75.13% of the votes, and 147 out of 199 seats in the Crown Privy Council, the parliament of Dolgaria. Having won more than two thirds of the seats, the ASP now has the power to change the constition of the kingdom. This will allow the ASP to remake Dolgaria into a republic, like they have wanted since the party was founded. The ASP government has also expressed the wish to strengthen what they call "the traditional cultural identity of Dolgavas". Among other things, they want the native Dolgarian language to replace English as the official language of Dolgaria and the flag to be changed.

Voter turnout in this election was higher than in the previous one but low - 36.75%. Many political commentators have theorized that the low rate of participation in Dolgarian politics might explain why such a radical movement like the Aryan Socialists could have taken power.
