The Queen of Hanzen has announced that the Royal Palace will be hosting a first ever "Gala for World Peace"(กาล่าเพื่อสันติภาพโลก) at the Grand Palace of Hanzen. The event is to foster world peace and cooperation between countries across the globe and give chances for countries who rarely interact to have an event to do so on neutral ground. The Queen made a statement to Terra calling for countries to "come together" and for international issues to be resolved using diplomacy and talks instead of warfare and weapons.

The decision was made by Her Royal Majesty following worrying diplomatic breakdowns between several states as of late as well as growing tensions in several continents. With this in mind the Queen has sent invitations to all World Congress member states along with all reigning monarchs. The proceeds to the event will go to the different charities across Terra that will help feed starving children across Terra. The Queen has given plenty of notice for the gala as it will take place in February 5375.

The Government of Hanzen along with the glorious People of Hanzen along with Her Royal Highness the Fair Queen of Hanzen Kohsoom Udomprecha invite all nations to come to the "Gala for World Peace". All Heads of State and Government along with Foreign Ministers are invited for all nations of Terra recognized by the World Congress as well as all existing Monarchs in the many monarchies across Terra. This will be a forum for international peace and diplomacy where we ask all members to leave your disagreements behind and to come take some time to connect with the many good nations across Terra. All proceeds to the event will benefit charity, this will be voted on by all present members at the event with the Top 5 charities receiving the proceeds. May this event kindle renewed friendship, peace and a hopeful future for all of Terra.

This is apart of the Queen's plan for more forums where peace can be achieved and where nations differences can be resolved peacefully and diplomatically. Queen Kohsoom spent her schooling in Yingdala learning about diplomacy and she majored in Negotiating and Diplomacy. This is here way of ensuring that Hanzen is not only a neutral nation but one that will be seen as a nation that strives for the end of conflicts in Terra and the expansion of diplomacy and cooperation across borders and continents.

Her Royal Highness opened up the Royal Palace to guests from far and wide to come for the Grand Palace for the first ever. The event was organized and lead by the Queen of Hanzen with the purpose of benefit the cause of world peace and diplomacy across Terra. The event was a success with countries and heads of states and heads of aide organizations from all over Terra attending.

The benefit began with several hours of meetings and giving ample time for leaders to mingle and meet with each other before a 3 course dinner was served to attendants. Presentations from organization such as the International Red Cross, the Verruckt Project and other humanitarian groups across Terra. No conflicts or any active fighting was mentioned as a way of making sure no arguments ensued but open discussions were made both in small groups and seminar type programs. The Queen and Hanzen Foreign Minister Karn Sathianthai met with most officials there and according to the foreign minister's office with several countries making "good impressions" according to the Foreign Office.

The event ended with a dance and continued chatting with diplomats till the early hours of the morning. The event lasted nearly the entire day stating in the morning and ending at nearly 2 am the next day. The event has been seen as a success for international diplomacy and for the Kingdom of Hanzen. Reports from the Royal Palace say the the Queen is "extremely pleased" by the event and the diplomacy it created.

Hanzen Military Upgrade Weapons for Armed Forces and Boost Army Size



Udon Nakhon- The Hanzenese Government has finalized purchases of weapons from the Beiteynu based company, Keshet Systems . The Royal Armed Forces of Hanzen has identified the need for upgrades in equipment for some time and with the Government's plan on boosting the capabilities of the Royal Armed Forces of Hanzen.

The weapons include the 941 officer pistol, the Asaf sub machine gun, the Tavor assault rifle along with the M203 grenade launcher, the Baum heavy assault rifle, the Negev light machine gun, and the world renown M89SR sniper rifle. These weapons are more commonly used by the Armed Forces of Beiteynu and are considered by many to be some of the best small arms in all of Terra. Anti-tank weapons were also purchased to help bolster the capabilities of the Armed Forces to combat tank attacks.

General of the Home Guard Kahoku Thepsenavong made time to give an interview on his reaction to the modernization of the Armed Forces and this was his statement.

Hanzen has taken seriously the need that I and my colleagues requested in the complete modernization of our armed forces. I along with the rest of Hanzen's citizens want to retain neutrality but at the same time that a strong Hanzen is a safe Hanzen. If we cannot defend ourselves then we provide no deterrent to rouge states an adversaries that might want to do harm to our Kingdom. To this end I cannot wait to be able to train the Royal Hanzen Armed Forces on how to use these weapons as it will be a learning curve for all of our men in the armed forces.

He also mentioned the new patrol boats and riverine boats that are being sent to army river patrols inside of the Kingdom and he said this

These new Riverine boats are very capable. We only have a few right now as they are still in their infancy for development but this is an exciting opportunity for Hanzen to be able to better defend the many canals and waterways that crisscross our lands. This along with the many reforms we are conducting to the Home Guard are to ensure that we are one of the most capable defensive forces in all of Terra. Everyday we are experimenting with new and innovative ways to defend and with the new tools at our disposal we will be even more effective.

The total amount of weapons purchased by the Hanzen government has not disclosed along with where they will be stored for security reasons but a vast majority of the now at 400,000 active personnel with 100,000 reservists. It has been also reported that Hanzen will continue to look at more options for boosting the capabilities of it's military and looking for a larger arsenal of weapons for its disposal.

Hanzen Orders Troops to Secure and Close Border with Bazgaristan



January 15th 5377

Ha Bái- The Royal Hanzenese Army has been mobilized to protect the Hanzen Border with the State of Bazgaristan where a UAV crashed in a suicide attack near to the border and near to the border village of Ha Bái. Residents of Ha Bái reported to authorities a loud "boom" from the Bazgaristan side of the border prompting the border checkpoint in Ha Bái to close immediately.

The Royal Army of Hanzen soon took up positions along the border with Bazgaristan and closed all border checkpoints with the unstable country. Armored Vehicles were spotted at several larger border towns along with heavy contingencies of mobile forces and infantry. This is apart of Hanzen's rapid response force and being ready for any sort of instability from foreign nations that could affect Hanzenese citizens.

Spokesperson for the Royal Army and General of the Home Guard Kahoku Thepsenavong made a statement to the Press about the movement of the Home Guard to the border saying

The Recent unrest on the border between Hanzen and Bazgaristan has meant that the Home Guard will be called for sovereignty patrols along the border as well as defense against any conflict that may come to our sovereign territory. The Home Guard out of an abundance of caution has closed all border checkpoints with Medina and Bazgaristan and it will remain until these two nations cease hostilities. We ask that these nations do not conduct military activity around the border with Hanzen.

The Government of Hanzen is reportedly "furious" at Bazgaristan for this close call and the strike so near to the border with Hanzen.

BREAKING: Nation on Lockdown After Armed Militants Attempted to Kill Queen Kohsoom

The Kingdom of Hanzen is holding its breath after armed Terrorists were stopped by the Queen's personal army detachment and shot dead on scene. The Queen has been moved to a safe location along with Governmental Ministers.

In incident happened outside the Royal Palace as 3 vans full of "lawn workers" were stopped by Royal Guards outside the palace. After a confrontation the guards at the front gate were shot dead by masked Terrorists that screamed "to the Death of Hanzen and the Death of Phra people!" They attempted to take down the gate but were quickly surrounded by forces from the Royal Garrison before most Terrorists were shot with 4 suffering injuries. These four will be beheaded according to Hanzen law for treason.

The Hanzen Secret Service (HSS) is interrogating the men who have been identified as radical Ahmedists from a border town near Medina. They had maps and plans written down to capture the Queen of Hanzen, doing unspeakable things to her and her guards and killing them while recording the entire scenario. This attack is shocking and a clear deliberate strike on the heart of the Kingdom of Hanzen.

The Queen of Hanzen who last night had a fundraiser for a Hanzen children charity has been reportedly "shaken" by this attack and has doubled security around the Royal Palace and Governmental buildings along with the entirety of the capital of Udon Nakhon. Her kids and husbands and concubines have been moved to a unspecified location as the Hanzen Military has deemed the Royal Palace unsafe.

Chief of Police in Udon Nakhon, Xaisomboun Khotpanya has made statements saying that "Ahmedism has declared Holy War on the Kingdom of Hanzen", citing regional instability and threats from Hanzen's neighbors in Medina and Bazgaristan which to many analysts in Hanzen have become failed terrorist states. Khotpanya also said that "any attempt to kill our Queen will see you be wiped out molecule by molecule, atom by atom". He is heavily implying that the states of Medina or Bazgaristan to be behind this attack but not saying so specifically.

The Kingdom is still on lock down with the Head of the Home Guard Kahoku Thepsenavong saying that

The security of the Hanzen State is in the hands of the Royal Hanzen Armed Forces and the Home Guard. We are a united country of peace and freedom and we have seen violence being spilled into our own borders. We will maintain our neutrality but any foreign states that wish to capitalize on this will see them defeated! We are banded together under the true faith of Daenism and we will not let anyone take that from us!

Government Forms Royal Bank of Hanzen Along with Government Financial Reform

Financial Reform:

The Government of Hanzen amidst growing concern of instability from neighboring states. The Government has conducted business as usual over the past few months with massive financial reform taking place this past week. A new set of guidelines brought forward from the Interior Ministry has made a framework for a new tax code which will be one of the lowest in Dovani and Terra as a result. Income tax rates were reduced middle and working class while anyone making over 3 million Baht (HZB) will have to pay a special taxes. However for corporations and businesses abroad several reforms have taken place to protect Hanzenese bankers identities from foreign governments or anyone who may be interested, as well as slashing tax rates across the country to stimulate growth. Capital Gains tax has been slashed to 0% for assets held 5 years or sooner and a 2% capital gains tax has been implemented on all assets held longer than 5 years. Personal Income Tax rates have been slashed to 17% and a corporate tax rate of 12.5%. These changes will not only benefit Hanzense companies but also will more than likely attract foreign companies and individuals to do business in Hanzen. The hope with these changes is to spur capitalism inside of Hanzen and open the country to the rest of Terra and to end isolationism.

The Royal Family has announced that a new Royal Bank of Hanzen. This bank will be owned by the Udomprecha Royal Family and will provide many services to domestic and international clients. The bank will provide several divisions such as Private Banking (providing wealth management to private clients), an Asset Manager providing alternative assets management for clients and Humanitarian and Philanthropy investments. The bank has already announced that it will not disclose information of clients to any foreign government to follow the new mandates and at the same time they will focus on. Already the bank has announced many clients from inside The Kingdom of Hanzen and other places have joined on the first days of the bank's existence. The bank will provide a secure place for people to invest their money with the full security of Hanzen and the Neutrality and Prestige of the Monarchy as their assurance. A disclaimer to our readers, please do not confuse this bank with the National Bank of Hanzen as that is run by the Hanzenese Government and is unlike the Royal Hanzen Bank is not a private bank. The bank will also be creating a multi-story high rise in Udon Nakhon that will serve as the headquarters of the bank.

The clear intent of these reforms are meant to diversify Hanzen's economy and make potential economic opportunities for Hanzen which will help the still very volatile economy of the Kingdom develop and grow. By encouraging outside companies to come to Hanzen as well as lowering restrictions on Hanzenese individuals and businesses it will help to boost the Hanzen economy and give more people better jobs, better pay and more money in the pockets of Hanzen's population.

Heavenly King in Exile of Xsampa Given Estate by Royal Family in the Kingdom of Hanzen, Border Security Increased Along Xsampa Border!

The Royal Family has given one of their many royal estates to the former King of Xsampa in the countryside of Phra located east of the City of Nepar. The estate was repurposed from a museum into the a residence for the Xzampa monarch who primarily lives in exile in Yingdala. The royal family was dethroned by a questionable revolution called the "banner revolution" and replaced with what many are calling a Terrorist state in the now renamed the Republic of Bazgaristan however this implies that this state has democracy something that it lacks. This state has repeatedly infringed upon the Kingdom of Hanzen's sovereignty and is now attempting to create Separatism in the State of Suman by supporting small groups of rebels that want to continue the chaos and destruction of the Bazgaristan state into other sovereign countries. The Hanzen Government has been silent about this and Bazgaristan criticism due to the Kingdom of Hanzen's policy of neutrality however a statement by the Director of the Armed Forces has made clear additional resources have made their way to the Bazgaristan border to keep the Kingdom of Hanzen safe.

The situation that Hanzen now finds itself is perilous with two states that hate both the ideals of Monarchy and Daenism encroaching on their borders and now threats of separatism being broadcast by foreign nations. If these nations enact such policies they it will be considered an act of war, and will be dealt with accordingly!
