Victory in Dankuk, Recognition of the Great Empire of the Kyo

After years of occupation and stalemate, the Imperial Armed Forces of the Celestial Empire have won a war of attrition against the Cheng Daenists in Dankuk. Clearly, through internal dissent, lack of balance regarding domestic policy, and God’s divine will, the Taeguk Tigers swept into the capital and took the nation from evil Daenists, restoring the monarchy and bringing traditional Dankuk culture back into the public sphere. Despite the victory, Great Indrala must negotiate a withdrawal from Dankuk proper and its colonies, not to mention deal with the negative fallout with the destruction of Gongmando. No doubt, the Imperial Government plans to aid Dankuk in rebuilding the nation, attempting to right the wrongs that occurred during the war.

While the war has taken a massive toll on both nations, it appears to have inspired the Kyo into reaching for even more greatness by not only restoring the monarchy, but declaring the monarch an Emperor and the nation an Empire. By establishing itself as an empire, Dankuk will achieve the highest status in monarchial relations. With its history of colonialism and continued future of playing a role as a colonial power, Dankuk’s actions are perfectly justifiable and natural, for they were a de-facto empire. Declaring themselves officially an empire was simply recognizing reality. His Imperial Majesty’s Government will fully “New Dankuk” and supports its imperial status.

War Leads to New Age

As Indrala marched to victory, a massive coup took place for Indrala on the world stage. In direct defiance of the Treaty of the Dragon and the Phoenix, His Imperial and Most Jienist Majesty Sima Fengshan (literally “ascending the throne in a glorious ceremony”) declared himself the Supreme Divine Emperor of the Gao-Showan peoples, making him the cultural and religious head of the Gao-Showan people in Terra. This act could not have been achieved if the Indralans had not occupied the largest portions of the Great North Dovani Plain, which ensured no other Gao-Showan nation had ever achieved dominance over a majority of Gao-Showans in Terra in its long history. Governance over a majority of the Gao-Showan peoples was seen as Heaven’s Mandate for Sima Fengshan to claim the title Taishang Huangdi (“Far Above Divine Emperor” or “Supreme Divine Emperor”). Our Supreme Divine Emperor’s actions will lead Great Indrala into a period of Great Power and Regional Power status in Terra and Dovani itself.

Celestial Empire Congratulates and Reaffirms Relationship with Deltaria, Condemns Anglo-Deltarian Empire

His Imperial Highness Sima Chen, brother of the Divine Emperor of Great Indrala, was elected Czar and Autocrat of Deltaria. With this election, free from any Indralan influence, Terra has shown its appreciation and belief in the capability of the Imperial Clan of Sima, with its cadet branch of the House of Marsal, to reign and rule. This victory is a boost for the Indralan family, showing other nations interested in electing a monarch, that the Simas are viable candidates. His Imperial and Most Jienist Majesty is said to be “overjoyed” with His brother’s victory, saying that it “shows the historical fraternal relationship between Our nations, bringing Us one step closer to the reestablishment of the old alliance”.

Prince Sima Chen’s election to the throne of Deltaria has not been without difficulty. The upstart nation of the Anglo-Deltarian Empire (Vorona), have attempted to assert their dominance in Dovani in spite of Lourenne first accepting then vehemently rejecting Voronan dominance, only to lead to a revival of native power in the country. The Foreign Ministry views the Anglo-Deltarian Empire’s anti-Indralan and pro-conquest stance as laughable. They cite the nation’s lack of financial resources and recent failure as proof of a dog barking but fearful of biting. Nations understand that the Celestial Empire dominates Central and South Dovani. Failure to understand this is futile.

Tensions Rise in Central Dovani

Great Indrala is known for its push for decolonization. Unfortunately, this movement is most fervently opposed by the government of Sekowo. Sekowo has long held to its position as a colonial power, largely in part to its string of humiliating defeat to Western powers. While this stance is completely legitimate, it flies in the face of the greater good. Decolonization would substantially increase Indrala, Dankuk, Sekowo, and Hulstria and Gao-Soto’s image on the international stage, showing Terra that monarchies are hubs for freedom, opposite of those such as the Caliphate, who represent totalitarianism at its highest. However, Sekowo has simply become anti-Indralan since the decolonization movement began, even becoming more aggressive to Indrala, going so far as to suggest Medina be handed over. This stance is troubling, as it pits a Gao-Showan monarchy against another Gao-Showan monarchy, an action that threatens Dovani unity against the West. As the Armed Forces leave Dankuk, they will no doubt keep a watchful eye on Sekowo.

Even more problems appear on the horizon as the Caliphate blatantly disregards Great Indrala’s sphere of influence in South Dovani and makes a treaty based on Ahmadism with Talmoria. The Caliphate now plans to station troops in the nation, which violates Talmoria’s treaty of tribute with the Celestial Empire. This breach of protocol by the Caliphate has forced the Celestial Empire to increase its conversion of Ahmadi peoples to Jienism, as well as consider entrance into the Anti-Ahmadi Axis. Should the Caliphate relent and eliminate its roll in Dovani, the status quo will remain. Direct contact with the Caliphate has yet to occur.

The Celestial Empire Celebrates as Gaduridos and Hutori Witness Revival

Both the nations of Gaduridos and Hutori, historically Indralan friends and allies, have seen a restoration of the Union Socialism Alliance and the Conservative Party respectively. For too long have both nations been in the dark on the domestic and international fronts, however, this is soon to change. Indrala rejoices at the prospect of a return of Gaduridos to the international stage, agreeing with its desire to reassert itself and enter a new golden age. The Grand Preceptor has even called for reestablishing the old alliance and making the head of state of Gaduridos “Duke of Shan”, a promotion from the old “Marquis of Shan”, which was tied to the position of Consul.

Even more rumors concern Indrala’s relationship with Hutori, pushing them to claim Luthori and Hulstria, as the House of Orange-Hutori assumes the position of the only known senior agnatic branch of the House of Orange-Villayn and House of Rothingren-Traugott. We can only hope both nations take advantage of what God has given them and return to a state of power.

Indrala Warns Against Hosian and Daenist Terrorism

Despite humanistic support for a Lodamese proposal to “sell” Hosian “animals” (We Indralans consider them people) to nations making offers in order to reduce the Hosian population in Lodamun, ensuring nationalistic purity while eliminating the need to commit genocide, these very Hosians have begun rioting in front of Indralan embassies throughout Terra. These Hosians, completely forgetting that the Hosians in Lodamun would have been exterminated without the new law allowing acts of sale, are acting contrary to their nature and completely misunderstand the situation in Terra. Unfortunately, they have also joined up with a group the Indralans have almost eliminated from their own soil: the Daenists.

A spokesman for the Ministry of the Household and Foreign Affairs and the Directorate of Dependent States said, “The Celestial Empire was simply trying to prevent a Hosian genocide and provide moral support for an alternative solution. Hosians are people, however, Indrala has a strict policy of not interfering with internal affairs of nations, especially when they are friendly or our own interests are at stake. Regardless of our good intentions, Hosians have joined with Daenists to commit acts of terrorism on Indralan soil. Our embassies are sovereign territory. The damage being done is costing tax payers millions of Shapir. We will not tolerate terrorism of any kind against our nation.”

National and local police forces in Indrala have begun to covertly search for Daenist remnants to ship to Keymon or any other nation willing to take them in. Not only have they done that, but they have also started keeping tabs on Hosians in the Celestial Empire, especially those in the colonies.

A colonial uprising in Statrica would be hugely damaging as tensions with Sekowo are increasing. A rebellion in the North would give Sekowo a grand opportunity to invade and reassert themselves in Dovani affairs.

Retired Officials Funnel Money to Tohokai

With a new party that is inherently anti-Ishida and pro-ancient Sekowan culture, retired government officials throughout the Celestial Empire have begun providing the organization with funds. Some say that these officials have a romantic view of Sekowo and desire to see the traditional culture be resurrected, others state that they want to see the Kunihito culture pushed back into Gao-Soto where it is to remain, a few even want the Ishidas gone. However, the more likely reason is to spur this group to push for decolonization, a huge endeavor Great Indrala desires to see through. No doubt, the Imperial Court tacitly supports funding the Tohokai and will not stop it anytime soon.

Celestial Empire Grows Wary of Zardic Aggression

For decades, the relationship between Indrala and Zardugal has been cordial. Occasionally, the two nations would tense up and grow distant, but always seemed to drift back to a state of acquaintance. Recent events tend to indicate a resumption of a colder relationship.

It is widely known throughout the Celestial Empire that Zardugal, especially the members of the Populist Party, desires to regain its colonies in Vascania, Squibble, and Dovani. They still feel a sense of humiliation at their loss and couple it with a desire to stand as Terra’s lone superpower, something that is quite impossible.

No nation has ever been a superpower. Once in a long while, a Great Power would stand out amongst the rest, but that status would never last too long. However, Zardugal appears to be attempting total control of Majatra, with its network of alliances that appear to be more vassal-liege lord relationships, as Zardugal demands a military presence in each of its “allied” (vassal) nations. Thankfully, not all nations are willing to tolerate this growing aggression.

Vanuku, Jelbania, and Deltaria have taken the lead against Zardic imperialism with the creation of the Tripartite Alliance. This alliance has the grand opportunity to stop Zardugal in its tracks and maintain the old balance of power in Majatra, preventing Zardugal from breaking away and beginning its wars in the East, where it has no legitimate or rightful place.

We can only hope the nations of Terra recognize the Zardic threat, especially in their support of cultural minorities ruling Selucia and Barmenia, as well as their tendency to be ruled over by Luthorians, and support the Tripartite Alliance.

Imperial Court Condemns “Recognition of Luthori”

The Holy Luthori Empire, which is truly no longer an empire after its disastrous defeat by the rightly guided forces of Great Indrala, is attempting to reassert its claim to its old colonies in Dovani. The nations of Al’Badara, Deltaria, and Endralon have signed the treaty recognizing Luthori’s “claim”. However, these claims are completely illegitimate.

After the war, both Indrala and Luthori signed the Treaty of Port Morgan, where Luthori “renounce[d] any rights, claims, and privileges to any territory in Dovani, Squibble, Vascania, or Tropica in perpetuity.” Thus, Luthori has no claim to any colonial territory.

Recognition of such claims is completely baseless and has no legitimacy. The Celestial Empire of Great Indrala is the sole owner of the old Luthori colonies and condemns any recognition of Luthori’s claims to those colonies. Should Luthori feel so strongly about its claims, the Celestial Empire is willing to argue its case in an international court.

Internal Focus Nearly Finished

After the Indralan-Sekowan War had come to an end, the Celestial Empire of Great Indrala received, yet again, another mass of land transfers, further solidifying the Celestial Empire’s position as the largest empire in the history of Terra. However, largest empires are not without problems.

Assimilating the new colonials into the Indralan system has been far from easy. It has taken years of transition to fully integrate the new territories into the Celestial Empire. Billions of shapir have gone into reconstructing Central and South Seleya, accounting for the 90 billion INS budget deficit, an instance that has not been seen in Indrala in over a century.

While reconstruction has been mostly the rebuilding of infrastructure and key institutions, such as schools and hospitals, education and religious reforms have played an equal role. It is believed that the Jienification of old Luthori colonies in Dovani is nearly complete, with liberal estimates predicting that non-Jienist religions and “ways of life” will form a minority in 10 years. The very model used in the old Luthori colonies has been implemented in the former Sekowan colonies, not only to further enlighten the people of Dovani, but to bind them to the Celestial Empire and, most importantly, the Son of Heaven.

Decolonization Takes Front Seat in Foreign Relations

Since Indrala has acquired more colonies with its victory in the Indralan-Sekowan War, the Imperial Government has made decolonization its major foreign policy goal. In the past, Dankuk and Indrala both agreed to decolonization, so long as Hulstria and Gao-Soto joins the movement.

The Minister Herald of the Household and of Foreign Affairs and Director of Dependent States has called for the respective governments of Dankuk, Hulstria and Gao-Soto, and Indrala to come together to discuss decolonization, so as to ensure the freedom of the indigenous peoples of Dovani, Squibble, Tropica, and Vascania and prevent colonization from ever occurring in Terra.

A decolonization solution will no doubt be implemented over a period of years, possibly even a few decades at the longest. Regardless of what happens, mutual agreement and implementation must occur in order for the movement to be a success.

A Gao-Showan Alliance?

Rumors are rupturing from the Heavenly Palace that His Imperial and Most Jienist Majesty desires to meet with Gao-Showan leaders throughout Terra, which includes peoples from Kalistan, Kuzaki, Vanuku, Barmenia, Pontesi, and Jelbania, to discuss a potential diplomatic agreement or understanding between the nations. It is no surprise that the Holy Emperor desires such a council of nations, due to Indrala’s historic involvement in the Empire of Dai Gao and Commonwealth of Gao-Showan Nations. With the Son of Heaven seeing the Sovereign Prince as a natural ally regarding more “unity”, a conference of Gao-Showan nations may come to fruition.

Anti-Zardic Actions Form Other Half of Indralan Foreign Policy

Zardic intrusion into North Seleya and South Dovani, traditional areas of Indralan influence, has not been taken lightly or kindly by the Imperial Government. The actions of the Zards are seen as direct threats against the Celestial Empire and further support the Zardic revenge plan against Indrala in an attempt to restore their old colonial empire, an action that opposes the decolonization movement.

It should be noted that Zardugal should still be feeling the pains of defeat. Over the past few centuries, Zardugal has been defeated in large scale military conflicts that have seen its cities destroyed and economy ruined. Their current posturing is only creating a façade of stability and power. Internally, according to Indralan intelligence, along with Indralan experts of Zardugal, the Majatran nation is a hellhole. They barely have the funds to complete reconstruction, which is more or less patching up destroyed buildings using dangerous and cheap materials and techniques. Their scramble for oil further shows their desperation to reboot their economy. Perhaps the Celestial Empire should encourage Zardic quests for oil, so that it can develop an oil curse that will ensure its development and status as a third-rate nation in the future.

The Indralan representative to the CSCO states that he will veto Zardugal’s entrance to the Permanent Council of which Indrala is a member. He echoes the concerns of Vanuku and says that he would be more than happy to extend Vanuku an invitation to the Permanent Council, noting the historic relationship between Vanuku, Dorvik, and Indrala, making this course of actions seem a better and more reasonable fit.

One thing is for sure, the Celestial Empire will not rest until it has peacefully and diplomatically expelled Zardic imperialists from the East.

Retaliation Should Kyo Monarchy Not Be Restored

The Celestial Empire of Great Indrala condemns the Draddwyr minority government that is presently holding dictatorial powers in Dankuk. Analysts throughout Terra agree that a Draddwyr apartheid state could only come about through electoral fraud and violent revolution.

At the moment, the Celestial Empire is drafting an ultimatum to send to Dankuk, with a demand to restore the Kyo monarchy and government. Should the ultimatum not be met, the Central Government and Imperial Court will more than likely move to eliminate the Draddwyr government and restore the Kyos to power. It has been done before, politicians are quick to point out. However, they are quick to note that any Indralan intervention would have the overwhelming support of the Kyo peoples, unlike last time.

The Minister Herald of the Household and Foreign Affairs and Director of Dependent States has stated that the Commonwealth of Northern Dovani and all other colonies of Dankuk will now be considered Indralan territory until the Kyo government is restored. He has also issued a condemnation of the Draddwyr actions to eliminate colonialism, calling then "imperialist aggressors bent on domination of a continent in which their people have fled".

Our Divine Emperor will not rest until his family and friends are restored to their throne and home.

The Celestial Empire Further Condemns the Actions of Foreign States

Nations throughout Terra have been intervening in areas where they have no history or physical presence. This is a blatant example of imperialist ambitions. Zardugal has shown its incessant desire for influence in Dovani time and time again, and a more efficient and effective military. It is the hope and prayer of the peoples of Dovani to end the practice of colonialism and bring freedom to Terra.

Ailing Divine Emperor Hails Jelbic Khagan

His Imperial and Most Jienist Majesty extends a most gracious congratulations to the new Khagan of the Jelbic Peoples. It is His wish that the Gao-Showan and Jelbic peoples can reforge their ancestral ties, having at one point been one people, and become two peoples under one banner of friendship. The restoration of Jelbic dominion in Western Majatra has the full support of Indrala.

Mass Protests Against Loss of Colonies, Palace Coup

Citizens throughout Indrala have recently gathered outside of the Heavenly Palace in Tian’an to protest the independence of the Indralan colonies. With the passage of a Hulstrian and Gao-Soton Act of Decolonization, the colonial powers of Terra have jointly implemented decolonization. All colonies were given the right of self-determination and chose to declare independence. This independence from any and all nations has agreed to be perpetually maintained, hereby forever ending colonialism in Terra. While this is agreeable for the former colonials, Indralans view decolonization as a loss of prestige, thus leading to the protest in the capital.

The protestors are calling for a renewed Indralan presence in Dovanian affairs, especially regarding the leadership of the Gao-Showan peoples. With the disappearance of the Ishida and Okatori clans, no Gao-Showan noble house has disputed the right of the Indralan monarchs to use the title “Supreme Grand Divine Emperor of the Gao-Showan Peoples”, denoting the leadership of the Gao-Showans. Protestors cite this evidence as a sign from Shangdi in order to push for Indralan interventionism. At a more extreme end, a majority of the protestors have called for the abdication of the Divine Emperor, who is now relegated to royal status due to the loss of the empire, and a new Imperial Clan to be born. Already, those within the palace have begun to move quickly, surrounding themselves around the Grand Preceptor and Regent, Wu Ming, who is also a noble and member of two houses of the Indralan parliament.

Wu Ming, formally titled as His Highness and Lordship the Grand Preceptor and Regent of the Heavenly Kingdom (Formally Celestial Empire) of Great Indrala, King of Shu, Duke of Zhongshu, Marquis of Dongshu, Count of Xiaoshu, Viscount of Shaoshu, Baron of Bazhou, Knight-Errant of the Heavenly Kingdom (Formally Celestial Empire) of Great Indrala, Erudite, and Member of the House of Exemplary Persons and House of the Nation; is the descendant of recently ennobled civil servants, who climbed the ranks of the civil service and served in the utmost offices of state. His lineage is mostly modest, made up of generals, officers, and others who served in the Imperial Army. Asked to respond concerning allegations that the Divine Emperor has already abdicated, His Highness responded, “If I were the Supreme Divine Emperor of the Gao-Showan Peoples and August-Sage King of Great Indrala, I would not desire the nation to know of such an act until power has been centralized”. The remarks confirm what many already believe, a new dynasty has taken root in Indrala.

August-Sage King of Great Indrala and Grand Divine Emperor of the Gao-Showans Coronated

On the 9 of September in the year 3789 at 9:00 in the morning, His Highness the King of Shu was invested as the August-Sage King of the Heavenly Kingdom of Great Indrala and Grand Divine Emperor of the Gao-Showan Peoples. Thousands of well-wishers and supporters attended this momentous event, which saw the Sima Clan grant His Imperial and Royal Majesty the Heirloom Seal of the Realm, symbolizing the transfer of the Mandate of Heaven from the Sima Clan to the new Imperial and Royal Clan of Wu.

In attendance were numerous heads of state, including: Khagan Laurens-Wrntukai of the Jelbic Peoples, King Jongki IV of the Kyo and Dankuk, Francois III of Kanjor, Czarina Marazanna I of Deltaria, Consul Candelora of Gaduridos, Supreme Maharaja Sri Sri Rajaswamy Resmananda of Malivia, Imperator Septima Tullia of Selucia, and Emir-King Idris II of Talmoria. Prominent figures, such as members of the Karav and Chann families were also in attendance.

The Khagan of the Jelbic Peoples and the King of the Kyo played special roles in the coronation ceremony. His Grace the Khagan unveiled the Five Bronze Tripods, each representing an Indralan state, while His Virtuous Majesty the King of the Kyo played the Twelve Bells. Both actions are not only symbolic of the positive state of relations between these three monarchs, but also show the unity amongst the Gao-Showan and Jelbic peoples.

In addition to the coronation ceremonies, the engagement of Princess Wu Gong and Crown Prince Kekai of the Jelbic Peoples and Crown Prince Wu Douzheng (Courtesy Name: Jizhan) and Princess Hrne of the Jelbic Peoples was announced. Both marriages are intended to bind Indrala, and consequently the Gao-Showan people, and the Khaganate of the Jeblic Peoples together for centuries to come.

A new era of Indralan history has arisen…enter the He Dynasty.

Decolonization Brings Benefits to Indrala

As decolonization continues, the Indralan people see more and more of their wealth. The quality of the social service, medical, and education sectors have seen a huge improvement. However, one of the greatest improvements has been to defense.

With a large colonial empire, nations must spread themselves thin and inefficiently use resources. As Indrala has given up its colonial empire, it can focus on drastically improving the military, making it a more efficient and effective defensive force.

For decades, the science and technology budget has been used in addition to the defense budget to conduct military research. Now that more money has been “freed up”, plans have been put into place to upgrade the nation’s navy, with a large focus placed on non-aircraft carrier ships.

The primary focus for future defense research and improvement will be anti-access and defense technology. Through the employment of the top defensive strategies and weapons can Indrala secure its future against imperialist aggressors.

Area-Denial Weapons: The Future of Indralan Defense

With Zardugal’s recent experience of internal chaos, Malivian domestic issues, and the eagerness of foreign powers to intervene in the affairs of other countries, the defense of the Indralan subcontinent is imperative. While other countries have moved to develop weapons of aggression and imperialist expansion, the Heavenly Kingdom will follow the path of defense.

The Grand Master of Great Indrala, equivalent to a Minister of Defense in other nations, has announced investment in in anti-ship ballistic missile technology, as well as anti-satellite missile technology. Both new missiles are reported to be in the works, with an expected testing date in 5 years, with a deployment date of 10 years. These weapons will be crucial to Indrala’s defensive capabilities, especially against enemy communications and aircraft carriers.

In addition to new missile technology, there is a push from the Royal Navy to update the nation’s destroyer and submarine capabilities. Officials have stated that a revamp of the naval forces will follow the deployment of the anti-ship ballistic missiles and anti-satellite missiles, which shall then be followed by the development of more advanced fighter aircraft, especially due to the joint Zardic-Coburan efforts to develop new aircraft.

Joint development of Indrala’s military technology is certainly a possibility. Should Indrala choose to pursue this option, the most likely candidates to ask would be the Khagante of the Jelbic Peoples or Dankuk. With the joint resources of one or all of said nations, development and deployment will more than likely be sooner than expected.

Indrala Seeks Dovanian Development

After stabilizing its internal affairs and cementing the new He Dynasty, the Central Government has expressed its desire to pump aid into and help develop the nations of Talmoria and Aslistan, Vorona/Deltaria Nova, and Lourenne. All three of these nations are considered to be among the poorest in Terra.

In the past, nations throughout Terra have attempted to shamelessly exploit the third world status of these nations. Indrala will not follow that path. Instead, the Heavenly Kingdom will work within the free market and compete within the three nations, so long as their national laws allow competition of the sort.

Ideally, Indrala hopes to develop the Central Dovani nations’ agricultural, education, and defense sectors, along with general economic development that is, above all, sustainable. An “oil curse” for Central Dovani is certainly not in the best interests of the people of Dovani, let alone Terra.

New Weapons Deployed, Even More Under Development

After ten years of research and development, tests, and retooling, the Heavenly Kingdom's area-denial and anti-access weaponry has finally been deployed. These weapons, known as the Heavenly Wind and Reverse Thunder, are anti-aircraft carrier and anti-satellite weapons respectively. Their history of development has proved successful, as both weapons have been used to demolish older ships and satellites that have cost the state millions in upkeep. The demolished ships were used to create coral reefs, improving the waters around Indrala, making it a more attractive eco-tourist destination. While the weapons have been, so far, put to more economical and even humanitarian uses, their effectiveness in combat situations has yet to be seen. Hopefully, it will never come to that.

In efforts to keep up with the times, the Royal Armed Forces commissioned three new aircraft, one updated version of current aircraft, one new submarine, one new destroyer, and one new frigate. These vehicles will eventually replace current models in the Royal Armed Forces. Currently, they are being jointly developed with the Jelbic Khaganate. Current tests of the new vehicles show great promise. It is expected that they will be fully operation in another three to four years.

Royal Wedding

In a very private ceremony attended by family and close friends, the His Imperial and Royal Highness Crown Prince Wu Douzheng (Courtesy Name: Jizhan) wed Her Imperial Highness Princess Hrne of the Khaganate of the Jelbic Peoples. A procession from the Jelbic capital in Vanuku to the Heavenly Palace in Tian'an took nearly two days to complete. It was reported that the Grand Emperor of the Gao-Showans and August-Sage King of Great Indrala required the utmost respect for tradition and propriety, refusing the use of modern vehicles and other modes of transportation.

As one would expect, the procession through the Indralan capital was quite a spectacle, full of music, lion dances, fireworks, and other festive sights. However, behind the palace walls, the ceremony remains a mystery, although we can expect that it was the usual Indralan marriage ceremony, no doubt with a very simple Hosian ceremony to honor Princess Hrne and her family.

After the festivities, Her Imperial and Royal Highness Princess Wu Gong was sent back with the Imperial Family of the Jelbic Peoples to better integrate in Jelbic society before her wedding to His Imperial Highness Prince Kekai.

War!

Under the almighty guidance of Shangdi and the benevolent hands of His Imperial Majesty, the Heavenly Kingdom declares a holy war against Zardugal. For the first time in history, an overwhelming majority of two ethnically related peoples, the Jelbics and the Gao-Showans, are uniting together to defeat their common enemy, Zardugal.

We all remember how Zardugal oppressed the Gao-Showans of Dovani and forced the Jelbics of Majatra to bow before them, despite the fact that Zardugal has lost nearly every single war in the last few centuries. Great Indrala took retook the stolen lands in the East and graciously liberated them from all foreign rule. Great Indrala helped defeat Zardugal again when Holy Deltaria called for aid. Great Indrala shall help defeat Zardugal once again. The first war was a war of liberation, the second a war of defense, the third and final war shall be the nail in the coffin. Zardugal will be eliminated by the combined might of the Jelbic and Gao-Showan forces. Terra will see the true superiority of our collective civilization.

Already, the forces of the Heavenly Kingdom and Mikuni-Hulstria plan to meet, securing the future for our peoples. His Imperial Majesty has even entertained the possibility that, like His ancestors before Him, He could lead the Indralan forces in Zardugal. Rumors go as far as stating that His Imperial Majesty wishes to personally execute the Zardic leadership and high command. However, the Son of Heaven would never permit or partake in such barbarity. Those are the actions of the Zardic dogs, ever jealous and vengeful of the greatness of the Jelbic and Gao-Showan civilizations.

Let Terra tremble before our collective might! May all bow before the Khaganate and Celestial Empire!

Return of the Grand Supreme Divine Emperor of the Gao-Showans and August-Sage King of Great Indrala and the He Dynasty

After nearly a decade of self-cultivation and meditation in a modest hut near the peak of Mount Zhong, His Imperial Majesty has returned to Tian’an. In His Imperial Majesty’s absence, the Chen (Chann) family of Solentia have ruled as Regents. As thanks for their service, His Imperial Majesty has added to the Chen family title of “Duke of Chen” and changed it to the “Duke of Zhongshi”, meaning “Dutiful Duke”. Such honors are most rare and only given to those who have devoted themselves entirely to the nation.

After arriving in the capital, His Imperial Majesty immediately assembled the members of the Imperial and Royal Clan and made offerings to venerate the ancestors and worship the gods of nature and Heaven. Members of the former ruling families, which include the noble clans of Liu, Ji, Tengyuan, and Sima, were also required to participate in the ritual offerings. Such piety had not been seen from the Imperial and Royal Clan since His Imperial Majesty’s investiture ceremony.

The ceremonies were, apparently, to signal a new age for Great Indrala. The Zardic threat had been crushed. South Dovani has largely been stable. Peace has reigned in Great Indrala for decades. His Imperial Majesty addressed the loyal subjects of the Heavenly Kingdom from the Grand Central Gate of the Heavenly Palace, explaining his absence and the future of Great Indrala.

His Imperial Majesty’s holy words:

Loyal citizen-subjects of the Heavenly Kingdom, brothers and sisters of the Gao-Showa, We owe you an explanation for Our absence over the last decade. We have been rigorously studying the Jienist Classics on Mount Zhong. From dawn until the night grew quiet, We studied and meditated on the works of the greatest Gao-Showan to ever live. We often thought about Ji En Fushi’s precepts as We scavenged for food and tilled the soil around Our modest hut. For ten years We studied.

Now We come back to you as an enlightened being. Our mind has fully absorbed the Classics and their meanings. It is Our belief that our nation is destined for future greatness, especially now as the Imperial and Royal line has been restored. On Our retreat, We discovered that Our Imperial and Royal Clan of Wu is directly descended from the Sage-Kings of Gemu-Erka, the first Gao-Showan rulers of Great Indrala. They established Indralan history as we know it and allowed society to flourish in ways that inspired Ji En Fushi. Today, the descendant of those very sage-kings rule our land. Balance and harmony has finally been restored.

Since the Dukes of Zhongshi have returned to Solentia, We have instituted immense reforms. Our nation is now more Jienist than ever before. Taxes have been lowered, as well as spending. You now have more resources at your disposal to remain free and secure. We have also reformed the government so as to provide efficiency and less politics. The National Assembly has been established to serve as an advisory board to the Central Government. Political parties have been eliminated. Instead, groups of ministers, bureaucrats, government workers, and interest groups will voice their opinions and be heard. These groups will provide greater diversity of thought and opinion than political parties.

On the domestic front, our nation is getting stronger. We will continue our military advancements, of which the next round will focus on the Imperial and Royal Air Force. On the international scene, We are pursuing closer relations with Selucia, Trigunia, and Malivia. We are also pursuing a restoration of our fraternal relationships with Gaduridos and Egelion. On an equally important note, Our grandson, His Imperial and Royal Highness Prince Wu Youren, son of His Imperial and Royal Highness Grand (Crown) Prince Wu Douzheng and Her Imperial and Royal Highness Grand (Crown) Princess Hrne of the Jelbek Khaganate, will wed a Princess of the Mikuni. This shall further bring Great Indrala and Mikuni together in a formal alliance.

Despite these happy notions, our brothers and sisters in Dankuk are suffering. The Royal Clan of Ryeo is nowhere to be seen. The Kyo are being oppressed by Draddwyr terrorists and those who have fully rejected core aspects of their Gao-Showan heritage. The monarchy has been destroyed in favor of an ethnic council. While, theoretically, this council will equally represent the interests of all the ethnic groups of Dankuk, it is well known that the Kyo who sit upon that council have rejected part of their Gao-Showan identity. We sympathize with National Political Union of Dankuk and will be providing them with whatever resources they need to succeed. As a word of advice, should the Royal Clan of Ryeo be unwilling or unable to resume their position as Great Kings of Dankuk, or simply remain lost, a new royal clan should be found. This would be in accordance with the Mandate of Heaven principle and be perfectly acceptable in Kyo society. We stand united with Mikuni on the issue of Dankuk and urge those currently in charge of Dankuk to listen to the cries of countless millions desiring to see their brother nation restored to good health and to a sound mental state.

Thank you all for your unwavering support throughout the past ten years. Your efforts will not be in vain. Our nation is stronger than ever, all thanks to you, the people. You make this nation. We are indebted to you just as you are indebted to Us. Together, the Gao-Showa and Great Indrala will soar higher and farther than ever. Thank you.

It appears that His Imperial Majesty’s retreat was planned all along and for the benefit of Great Indrala. May His Majesty live forever!
