His Imperial Majesty Praises “Great King” Jongki IV for Benevolence

Within the last month, His Most Virtuous Majesty “Great” King Jongki IV of the Kyo and Dankuk’s loyal follower, Yoo Donghyun, proposed a counter proposal to the previously proposed Dankuk monarchy referendum. In Yoo’s counter proposal, Jongki IV would assume the position of “Great King of Dankuk”, denoting His Most Virtuous Majesty’s position as the highest constitutional title in Dankuk. Directly below His Most Virtuous Majesty would be the Kings or Princes of the Dranianos and Draddwyr (or whatever title and territorial/ethnic designation they so choose). Together, the three monarchs would work together for the benefit of Dankuk and its entire people. No doubt, such a proposal must have been approved by Jongki IV himself.

In the Heavenly Palace, His Imperial Majesty issued an edict replacing the title “Duke of Ryeo” with the higher title of “Duke of Tuoxie”, meaning the “Duke of Compromise”. His Imperial Majesty has indicated that those politicians in Dankuk who support Yoo’s proposal will be made marquises upon the passage of the proposal. Regardless of what happens, Mr. Yoo is expected to be invited to Great Indrala and invested as the Marquis of Liu (Indralan version of the surname “Yoo”).

His Imperial Majesty is said to be quite pleased with the recent turn of events in Dankuk and prays for the compromise proposal to be a success, going to far as to promise a granddaughter to the future Dranianos monarch. Relations between Dankuk and Great Indrala are bound to improve.

August-Sage King and Supreme Grand Divine Emperor’s Ascension to Heaven Overshadowed by Massive Infrastructure and Defense Campaign

Nearly ten years ago, His Majesty Wu Ming ascended upon a golden chariot to the Jade Palace of Shangdi. The enthronement of His Majesty’s son, the now August-Sage King Wu Douzheng, was a quiet affair. August Sage-King Wu Douzheng appears to be less ostentatious than His father, preferring to lead a very quiet and simple life. Rumor has it that He has shunned the Heavenly Palace and prefers to live amongst the average Indralan in the outskirts of Tian’an where He may manage and partake in the 1,000 sq. mi. farm that belongs to the Imperial and Royal Clan. Despite His Majesty’s rural life, He continues to govern the nation through His ministers.

After the death of August-Sage King Wu Ming, August-Sage King Wu Douzheng has focused on implementing a massive public works spending spree, focusing the entirety of the funds allocated to infrastructure into building new ports, airports, highways, and railroads, as well as upgrading what facilities that were not in a state of disrepair. Some analysts believe that the massive buildup of infrastructure will lead to yet another Indralan quest for a Dovanian highway and rail system that would connect every country together and set the proper foundation for a common market, facilitating economic growth and prosperity. The offer made years ago still stands, Indrala is willing to conduct the same level of investment in Talmoria and Aslistan, Lourenne, and Deltaria Nova.

Defense upgrades, in addition to the infrastructure expansion and improvement, have also been succeeding according to schedule. Three new fighters, an updated version of existing aircraft are set to debut within the coming year, while a new submarine, a new destroyer, and a new frigate will be coming up after the next election. Plans for an additional aircraft carrier have been in the works, but funding has been largely devoted to the development of new technology, so any expansion of current ships will have to wait until the new naval units are deployed.

Dovani also appears to be heating up. Lourenne and Saridan have been in a war of words over domestic policy in Lourenne. This, folks, is nothing more than blatant Western imperialism from a nation that has not been relevant for centuries. Saridan is seeking to emulate former powers, such as Luthori, by culturally imperializing Lourenne. Sure, Lourenne’s policy on race is something Indrala does not agree with. However, we also do not agree with many nations on their respective domestic policies. That does not give Indrala the right and authority to intervene in their affairs. Saridan should remain in Seleya and concern itself with their domestic situation. They have absolutely not legitimacy in Dovani, especially when it comes to anything regarding military matters. Warmongering is detestable and even more immoral than the current Lourennais racial policies. Threatening to kill thousands, even millions with war…shame on you Saridan! Dovani is for the Dovanians and the Heavenly Kingdom will stand in the way of those who desire to illegally exert themselves on other nations!

Officials Skeptical of Gao-Showan Union, Central Government Denounces Saridan as Warmongers

After recent calls by the Government of Mikuni to reestablish a Gao-Showan Union, numerous Indralan officials have voiced their skepticism. Most have pointed to the abject failure of previous attempts at unification, as well as the conflicting historical narratives that have taken place in the Gao-Showan nations. Indrala and Dankuk adopted the Martin Divergence theory of Gao-Showan civilization that states the Empire of Mikuni was a breakaway state from the larger Gao-Showan civilization that disagreed with Jienism and those ruling the empire. Others have noted Mikuni's rampant militarism and pseudo-Gao-Showan culture, believing that a union is simply the first step in Mikuni domination of Dankuk, Sekowo, Indrala, and the rest of Dovani, as well as the destruction of traditional Gao-Showan civilization.

Despite the critics, the Central Government appears to be set on joining the proposed union, as it is more or less a common market and defensive pact, something Indrala has been calling for for years. The union will have its problems, the Central Government has agreed. Infrastructure will need to be linked for a common market to be effective, not to mention the potential market intrusion by the Mikuni government's state owned enterprises that have the potential to destabilize the economy of Dovani.

In addition to agreeing to a union, the Central Government has issued a warning to Saridan and denounced its government. According to Chief Minister Shen Faming,
Saridan is a warmongering state that desires to conduct imperialism in Lourenne. While Great Indrala does not agree with Lourenne's racial policies, no nation has the right to interfere in the matters of Dovanian countries. The Saridani delegation refused to compromise and only desired their own ways and values to succeed, despite the nations of Dovani uniting together to defend state sovereignty. All nations should beware Saridan. They simply want Terran domination.

Fleet Sent to International Waters, Government Condemns Populist Party and Other Warmongers

After the vote in the Gao-Showan Union, Indrala and Dankuk were among the first nations to send a fleet of ships to the international waters outside of Lourenne. Within the larger Gao-Showan contingent is the Indralan Black Tortoise Fleet, famed for its naval battles against Zardugal and Luthori. Within the fleet is Indrala's only aircraft carrier, HIRMS Xuan Wu. In addition, Indrala's newest submarines, frigates, and destroyers have joined, seeking a possible test run to display their worth.

So far, patrols have not found anything suspicious, largely allowing trade vessels to continue on their paths. This, however, is no indication that the Indralan fleet is keeping a close eye on all ships nearing Dovani.

In other news, the Government of Saridan, led by the Populist Party, has continued to on the path to warfare, despite the liberalizing reforms in Lourenne. Luthori has also joined Saridan in its warmongering, no doubt desiring to reestablish its "Terran Empire". The fact that Luthori is keen on pushing Saridan to war shows that any intervention in Lourenne would be for imperialist reasons.

Officially, the Central Government of the Heavenly Kingdom of Great Indrala and the He Dynasty condemns the Saridan Populist Party and pro-war parties of Luthori for desiring to intervene in Dovanian affairs. They should look to Saridani President Vienna for guidance, as his statesmanship is unmatched in Seleya.

All would do well to remember that Indrala destroyed the Holy Luthori Empire, now merely an insular kingdom on a faraway continent, and helped defeat Zardugal on numerous occasions. Keep out of Dovani!

Fleet Returns Home, Heavenly Kingdom Joins Kazulia in Mass Infrastructure Reform in Dovani Nations, Sadness Over Sekowo

The Saridani threat is over! Despite the claims of the infamous warmonger and narcissist Thomas Van Locklan, the Lourennais people have chosen, for themselves and by themselves, to reform their nation. These reforms are warmly applauded in Indrala, where colonialism and its after effects are widely understood and despised. The Lourennais own this accomplishment and should congratulate themselves on a job well done.

With the threat of foreign intervention in Dovani over, the Black Tortoise Fleet has been recalled to Indrala where it can continue to be upgraded and partake in military drills.

Called for by Indrala and proposed by Kazulia, the Gao-Showan Union is moving towards a common market and implementing massive infrastructure reforms throughout Central Dovani. With Kazulia providing power grid improvements, Indrala has called on Northern Dovani to join together in an effort to focus on infrastructure support, like energy, while Indrala take on the role of building hard infrastructure, like roads and ports.

Targeted infrastructure improvements are meant to speed up the economic development of the nations of Lourenne, Talmoria and Aslistan, and Vorona/Deltaria Nova. By improving the poorest nations of Dovani, the entire continent will benefit and will move one step closer to economic dominance and complete defense from foreign imperialists.

In more depressing news, the nation of Sekowo has dropped the Shaman-Queen and moved towards a president. His Imperial and Royal Majesty is said to be saddened by these events and urges for the people of Sekowo to restore their traditions and the Kamist religion to Sekowan society.

Many government officials believe the movement in Sekowo to be funded by old guard Septembrists, wishing to expand their awful ideology to every nation in Dovani, simply moving from one nation to the next once the native peoples expel them from their country.

Rumors are circulating that Crown Prince Wu Youren will argue for his wife's claim as Shaman-Queen of Sekowo and Sovereign of Gao-Soto as the last known (OOC: As CS is inactive) member of the Royal Clan of Yukio-Labsburg, as well as deport any Hosian and other religious leaders should they seek to drastically change Indralan society or refuse to allow Indralans to syncretically practice multiple religions.

Lodamun Needs a History Lesson

Recently, the Republic of Lodamun, which has not been involved in a military conflict in close to one thousand years, has decided throw mud and insults at the Principality of Vanuku, the shining star of the West and one of Great Indrala's staunchest allies and brother in arms. The August-Sage Queen of Great Indrala is the sister of the ruling Prince of Vanuku and has contributed to the closeness of the ruling families of both nations.

As a leader in in CSCO and the leader of the IML, Indrala assures its ally Vanuku that it will intervene should Lodamun continue to act irrationally. Not to mention, the Gao-Showan Union would be most prepared to defend its fellow Gao-Showan related nation in Majatra.

Chief Minister Shen Faming states:
Thousands of years ago, parts of Lodamun were under the authority of the Anantese Empire, which was founded by Indralan colonists. Once, the Indralan Monarch maintained the title of Heavenly Khagan of the Empire of Ananto, which included the title Sovereign of Lodamun.

I am sure the National Assembly would be more than happy, with the endorsement of the Central Government, to grant His Imperial and Royal Majesty the old titles and press them on the world stage. Better yet, Indrala could press the claims of the Karav Family to the throne of Lodamun as princes.

Lodamun must mind its own business, or else it could find itself under new management or a new government.

Bid Made for KFS in Wake of Lodamun Crisis, Jien Faction Welcomes the Generals, August-Sage King Promises Revitalization of Foreign Relations and Promotion of Jienism

In recent news, the Grand Democratic Republic of Lodamun, in a moment of totalitarianism has seized the assets of the Karav Financial Services (KFS). The KFS was in the process of moving to another nation, of which Indrala participated in the bidding process. Grand Preceptor Wu Chao made a bid based more on the business friendly climate and close association with the Karav Family over budgetary issues. It is hoped that the Karav Family will move to Indrala in the wake of the Lodamun Financial Crisis, no doubt to be further ennobled as a means to speed up the bidding process. Regardless, KFS' move to Indrala would create jobs and bring even more prestige to the Heavenly Kingdom.

A new political faction has emerged from the upper echelons of the nation's armed forces. The new faction is, like the Jien Faction, using simplicity to describe themselves as the Generals' Faction. Their primary focus is on military matters, seeking to strengthen Indrala's defense and military capabilities. Already, as a sign of good will, the Jien Faction proposed a compromise bill in the National Assembly that meets the Generals' Faction halfway, allowing them a victory before even having seats. Should the Jien Faction win the next election, they are expected to hand military related government offices to the Generals' Faction.

Despite numerous tragedies around the world, the hardest is at home. August-Sage King Wu Youren has assumed the Dragon Throne after the death of His father. While widely expected for years, His Imperial and Royal Majesty's ascension is still a time to mourn another monarch who rode the chariot to Heaven. In the wake of His ascension, August-Sage King Wu Youren has promised a greater opening in diplomatic relations. Treaties are already in the works with Aldegar and Valruzia, while there have been talks about a summit including Trigunia.

Most importantly, His Imperial and Royal Majesty has promised to increase the promotion of Jienism. Dankuk and Mikuni-Hulstria have both fallen to Western conceptions of religion, making it far too powerful an organization than its native counterparts. Syncretism is good, but when Shangdi/Tian is replaced by Elyon it has gone too far. Jienism will remain a permanent fixture of Indralan society.

Minister of Education Pushes for the Martin Divergence to Become Mainstream

After a few centuries of Indralan and Dankuk adoption, the Heavenly Kingdom finally announced to the world a treaty denoting the acceptance and implementation of the Martin Divergence. The treaty was written by His Grace Minister of Education Song Lin and promoted to every active political party in Terra. Already, four nations have proposed bills to adopt or debate the treaty, with response from numerous parties being positive.

Why, all of a sudden, is the Martin Divergence now being promoted? Experts believe that the political changes in Dankuk and Mikuni-Hulstria are partially responsible. While those changes may have had some influence, other more rightly believe that the current trend in displays of hard power deserve to be met with peaceful diplomacy and debate.

Regardless of the reason, the Martin Divergence appears to be on track to be accepted by most of the nations in Terra.

Council of Military Affairs Unanimously Decides to Aid the Royal House of Thomas in Cildania

Towards the end of the Cildanian Civil War, the Heavenly Kingdom of Great Indrala was asked to intervene by Dorvik. Intense debate occurred between the Jien Faction and the Generals' Faction. With their influence over military affairs, the Generals' Faction convinced the Jienists that Indrala should intervene in Cildania, as members of the Apostolic Army requested Indrala's support and recognition of the House of Thomas as monarchs of Cildania.

Debate concluded, a bill is being drafted in the National Assembly to commit troops, supplies, money, and advisors to the royal Cildanian government and to join up with Indrala's Mikuni-Hulstrian allies.

Already, with so much support for the House of Thomas, it is doubtful that any other faction can win out during this dark time of Cildanian unrest.

Generals' Faction promises Indralan supremacy

The Generals Faction the newest party on the scene of Indralan politics has made a bold claim. "Indrala will reign supreme in Dovani and the world." The faction, loyal to the August-Sage King promises to spread the word of Indralan peace and prosperity throughout the world. The Council of Military Affairs, known to the Generals Faction as the Central Military Commission (they run a parallel structure inside the party) consists of many military officers who are members of the Generals Faction itself. Senior General Chao Jing who sits as the head of the Generals Factions (CMC) and a member of the Council of Military Affairs has called upon the Indralan government to allow them to take over the positions that can be afforded to them to ensure Indrala takes it position over the world.
