It would seem reactionaries cannot let the Proletariat island live in peace. They must clamour and strike. This time is no different. Luthori, a nation notorious for reaction has taken to allowing no decency in literature and has allowed the publishing of pure counterrevolutionary propaganda. This so called book, "Greatest Disease" is nothing but a farce. Following a revisionist traitor who sold out our proletarian haven to a backwards dysfunctional empire, this book paints nothing but pure propaganda. The traitor in question claims to have been hurt and abused within the re-education camps, and that could not be further from the truth.

Nothing in the book is evidently fact checked or even true in the slightest way and it is sickly that Luthori allows such literature to exist. It remains very clear that Luthori lacking any regulations for public safety in the literature sphere is something the nation needs. Perhaps the author was misinformed and it is not the liberation of communism that is the greatest disease, but perhaps it is Luthori?

Whatever the case, as is usual with works from Luthori, the People's Committee of Information has unanimously voted to ban this book from ever entering Xsampan soil. Such counterrevolutionary ideals are a threat to the very societal fabric of Xsampa and the fact Luthori lets such societal perversion occur speaks volumes of this supposedly "right and just" empire. While this is by no means officially endorsed by the government, and so Xsampa cannot do much, it is upsetting to know that even with a supposed Labour government, it does nothing to enact even basic regulations on literature. It is safe to say that should any person read this book and enjoy it, they must not be alright. Propaganda holds no place in Xsampa. Especially from imperialist states.

War against Ignorance to continue on; Educational Assistant Plan to begin.

Comrade Ladakh was the first to begin a major education reform, with the help of our comrades from Lourenne and Comrade Tsemo has looked to continue the War against Ignorance and continue major reforms to Xsampan Education. Thus, Comrade Tsemo has proposed the "Educational Assistant Plan", which is expected to heavily support the classroom, and made teaching easier for both educators and students alike. The vision for a golden future lies in education, and a strong educational base can accelerate the Xsampan economy to entirely new heights. Being only ranked 9th by the IEA, great progress has been made for Xsampan education, however, the world, especially hotbeds of reactionary capitalists must be shown what the Proletariat can do.

Educational Assistants.

Sometimes when a job is too big, it is best to call for help and with teaching, that is no different. Teachers should not be expected to manage classes with 30+ students and keep all at their best. This is where the first part of the EAP comes in. Educational Assistants, or EAs. Equal to teachers in every way, they shall be assigned to a classroom to assist students one-on-one and ensure that no student is left behind. Whether it be helping a student catch up, or simply help a student understand the topic at hand, EAs are expected to be a viable solution to ensure proper learning. Should the need arise, and a student start failing, an additional EA can be dispatched at the request of the teacher or school administrator. These EAs will be employed from the local population to ensure adequate teachings and combat any unemployment.

Reduction of Classroom Sizes.

It is atrocious that classrooms are expected to contain nearly 30 students and adequately thrive. The second part of the EAP is slashing that in half. At the very most, it is expected that classrooms will only have 25 students, at the very most. While less is ideal, it is understood that some districts cannot afford such a luxury and while that must be combatted, this is a must-have for Xsampan education. Not only does it lower the stress for educators and make it easier for them to teach, it reduces the burden on students with special needs who may be neglected or ignored due to other students. Small classrooms are more effective for teachers and creates a more calming environment for students compared to a loud chaotic filled environment.

Cooperation, not Competition.

As is the case in most capitalist countries, education is like the workforce. A competitive struggle where only the best survive. That cannot be tolerated in Xsampa. One of the biggest aspects is testing. A universal way to track progress yet also another way to promote competition, not just between schools for best scores but amongst peers. Standardized testing is the epitome of this and holds zero place in Xsampa. As such, the EAP will see the removal of standardized testing, and encourage cooperation between schools. Comptetion holds no place in our education system.

The Health of the Student.

So often we see the neglect of mental health across various nations, and it has led to poor health amongst many in society. Xsampa will not make this mistake. Mental Health is vital to any society, and it must be a core pillar of the Proletarian Ideal. Empathy and support are what's needed. Not shunning. Psychological counselors will be invaluable in helping combat mental woes. Students must live life, not just survive another day. Furthermore, health does not only entail mental health, but phyiscal. It is a great shame that this has managed to persist for so long but no more. Lunches and breakfasts in Xsampan schools must not be another form of wealth inequality. The poorest amongst us must not starve. The EAP will see Xsampa finally join the ranks of sanity by removing any and all fees on school food. A student should never starve.

With all this in mind, the EAS is as ambitious as Ladakh's reforms were, and the EAS will see Xsampa push forward in terms of education. The War against Ignorance must be won. Not only will this raise the quality of life for the next generation, receiving an education like no other, it will allow more qualified experts to assist the Xsampan economy in growing and developing. Regardless, great strides are being made towards an eternal golden future.

President of New Verham visits Xsampa to discuss Dovanian Council, sign diplomatic and economic deals

Xsampa begins judicial reforms; Independence to Xsampan courts.

With our comrades from New Verham recently visiting, Comrade Tsemo has looked to the Dovani Council with interest and has looked to "renovate" the nation. While our proletarian haven is truly great, Comrade Tsemo has looked to cut off ineffencies in Xsampa and continue moving towards an eternal golden future. Comrade Tsemo has looked at the court system of Xsampa and believing it to be the first step of needed reforms, has looked to remove what he has dubbed "corrosive nepotism and corruption".

To that end, the first step of reforming Xsampan courts has come in with the questions of where the courts true allegiance is. While the Party is ultimately the vanguard of the proletarian revolution, it does not go without saying that the Party's influence over the nation is wide and abundant. While not a bad thing in any way, this has led to a court unable to do anything beyond the Party's wishes. While the Party is undoubtedly right in what it does, many can remember the purge that was enacted by Comrade Ladakh, in her vision for progress and many certainly remember how ineffective the courts were. Comrade Tsemo has looked to challenge this notion, believing that empowering the courts will allow them to properly tackle reactionaries and revisionists, wherever they lurk.

Comrade Tsemo has begun efforts to give the courts the necessary independence to properly safeguard the Xsampan Revolution, should revisionists attempt to hijack the Party or infiltrate it in mass numbers as had happened prior ago with Ladakhs Purge. By ensuring the independence of the courts and judges, this will not only ensure that the courts will act as a secondary vanguard for the Revolution, but ultimately ensure it can combat revisionists via more modern methods and ensure that those that have been wrongly accused are given a chance.

Comrade Tsemo has highlighted that this is only one of many reforms needed to ensure that the Xsampan Revolution never dies out. Without these reforms, many comrades are at risk of being wrongfully imprisoned, and allows the Revolution to be perverted by revisionists. No more shall this be the case. Comrade Tsemo has looked to care for all comrades, and will ensure the ushering in of a new age for Xsampa. A modern age.

Mega-Infrastructure Project to begin to link the "Forgotten" South to the North.

One of the key aspects of the Great Leap Forward is a mega infrastructure project, with the goal of increasing development in the South. However, this was unable to occur due to the lack of trains. Yet this has changed. Ever since Comrade Tsemo moved Xsampa towards Anti-Imperialism, our glorious workers haven has been able to negotiate with other countries that promote humanitarian ideals and anti-imperialism. One of those countries is Dundorf, a strong producer for trains. With a trade deal having been reached a while ago, Xsampa came into possession of trains and this has allowed the Mega-Infrastructure Project to begin.

Already, the Xsampan Job Corp has been deployed to begin construction of the rail line, looking to establish a direct rail line from the Southern city of Unadertowan to Metz-Leonid. The ultimate goal is to ensure Unadertowan and communities around the rail line and Unadertowan itself will receive economic growth and support from the North. Whilst also directly connecting to Metz-Leonid will allow economic development for the North to continue. While there have been calls already for the rail line, dubbed the "Unader-Metz" Line, to connect to other cities such as Bajoum to ensure more open development across the region. However, these calls have gotten little ground as the focus is on ensuring the Unader-Metz Line isn't overwhelmed and the state itself isn't overwhelmed.

Regardless, the construction of the Unader-Metz Line is expected to heavily benefit the South and ensure Northern goods can come into the South much more easily. With the promise of economic development in the South, and locals being employed, there is a sense of optimism and hope for the South to recover, and the Xsampan Economy to thrive.
