With the war being finally over after the capitulation of the Esinsundu Brotherhood following the fall of Cumberwood and the start of the National Harmonious Convention meant that the start of the International Conference for Ikradon, an international conference that has been in making for the past 4 years with the first talks about the conference starting when all factions leaders aligned against the Brotherhood gathered in Magrathea to sign and ratify the Magrathea Treaty, a national Treaty declaring the formation of the Ikradonian People's Harmonious United Front which eventually led to the proclamation of the Ikradonian People's Interim Government, a unified big tent government that engulfed the Royal People's Harmonist Unitary Authority, Enlightened Liberation Front, Ikradonian Salvation Movement, Children of Nature and Life, People's Reclamation Navy, Free Aviators Protection Brigade, and the previously newly created Esinsundu Movement for Prosperity. The newly established government allowed for their forces to succefully breakthrough EB defenses in Cumberwood and capture the city, following the collapse of their defense line, the Esinsundu Provisional Liberation Authority announced the capitulation of the Brotherhood and their adhesion to the National Harmonious Convention. In addition, Joris Heegemans, the interim PM has declared, "The National Harmonious Convention has unanimously agreed on declaring January 25th also known as Victory Day a national holiday alongside officializing the start of the International Conference for Ikradon that will be held at Royal People's Hall. We would like to note that every nation is allowed to partake in the conference and foster an atmosphere of cooperation."

Ikradon adopts socialist economics by nationalizing all natural resources, negotiations continue concerning the fate of Parliament: Ikradon now red

Magrathea, Ikradon. The National Harmonious Convention, to the suprise of everyone, approved of article 3 of the future Ikradonian Constitution. The article, proposed by representatives of the Flower Bouquet Society, Ikradonian Socialist Unity Party, and Civil Radical Union, which promptly states the prohibition of the use of capitalistic economics within the territorial borders of Ikradon and the total nationalization of all ressources located within Ikradon. It's also incorporates executions for small and medium-sized companies by stating, "Every Ikradonian's right to independence from capitalistic greed from outside foreign corporations aiming to exploit the population in a mere attempt at achieving never ending profit while disregarding the quality of their services, products, or creations." Parties such as the Ikradonian Democrats have denounced the move, but apparently, their complaints were in vain as article 3 passed with an 85% of the Harmonious Gathering of Representatives approving of it. Now, with the question of which economic system would fit best Ikradon out of the way, the NHC has started debating what will be the fate of Parliament and whether or not to adopt a bicameral legislature with multiple parties proposing their ideas but the one that stood out the most was the proposition of the representatives of CRU who stated, "In order to have a perfect bicameral legislature we must ensure that both chambers share equal power without the one chamber overriding the other alongside placing a big enough mutual destruction threat that if one chamber collapses or tries to trigger early elections on their colleagues, they will be dragged alongside the others. Said system would be dangerous if Ikradon falls to extreme forces, but if it's for the cost of ensuring equal division of legislative power, risks must be taken." Both FBS and EMP backed the proposition of CRU and added, "If we want to ensure a harmonious political atmosphere, we must establish a federal executive council indépendant from Parliament as its members will be one representative from each party that's currently in Parliament with a rotative co-head postion that is shared with the Head of State. Of course, said system would be a first in the history of Artania as no nation has had rotative head of government postions that is shared between representatives of parties in the legislature that also share equal power and mutual destruction safeguard system."

Ikradon officially adopts bicameralism alongside a "Dictatorship of the electorate and people" alongside Magrathea decalred a FANHCD: a new kind of democracy?

Magrathea, Ikradon. The NHC has approved of the system proposed by CRU representatives including the "assured mutual destruction" clause, they had proposed a perfect bicameral legislature alongside a close ensuring that in any scenario in which either of the chambers tries to outpower the other, it would lead to the dissolution of both chambers and call for legislative election. Surprisingly, the NHC went even further and abolished the first post the limit wins system that was previously present in Ikradon in favor of a proportional direct voting system which would allow voters to personally chose which MP gets to have a seat in Parliament in candidates list thst will be handed over to them at voting centers but it will be mandatory to choose at least 5 candidates from each list to ensure fair and open elections. Furthermore, when it came to handling the issue of how the upper chamber would be appointed, the representatives agreed on making two thirds of the seats appointed by parliament with the remaining third being appointed by federal regional assemblies as well as both speakers position going to the eldest members of each chamber, some have described the system as a dictatorship of the electorate but said criticism was quietly silenced by the convention describing the system as a "True dictatorship of the people and electorate over politicians and parliament". The old Federal Congress was renamed to the Federal People's Assembly alongside the establishment of the Harmonious Union of Representatives as the lower chamber and the House of Humanists and Poets as the upper chamber with the newly created Harmonious Federal Cabinet being composed of one representative from every political group within parliament and a rotative co-head position that will be shared with the Head of State while being independent from Parliament as if both chambers would end up dissolved the cabinet will remain intact unless new political groups emerge which would mean new members joining or old members leaving. In addition, the federal capital Magrathea has been declared a "Federal Autonomous National Harmonist Capital District" with its own newly created province and assemblies, effectively cutting the capital from the Gorvaland province which it used to be part of. Discussions are still ongoing concerning the fate of the Royal system that was created by the now defunct Royal People's Harmonist Unitary Authority amidst the Ikradonian Catastrophe and whether or not make Ikradon a beacon of non-alignement by making it adopt hard-line neutrality in its constitution or make Ikradon open to miliatry alliances.

Article 9 amended into the constitution as referundums concerning the constitution and monarchy will be held: finally peace in our times

Magrathea, Ikradon. With the topics of economics, administrative, social, and political reforms now finally handled by the convention, the time has come for the question of Ikradon's permanent diplomatic strategy. Debates were heated between the members of the convention as their ideas clashed violently with each other such as representatives of FBS, whose paty firmly supports internationalism, openly insulting the representatives of CRU, whose party calls for pragmatic and non aligned diplomacy, but angry bantering left place to quiet whispers as everyone remembered the diplomatic hellhole that appeared in Malivia following the defeat of MPA/MPE with most notably the drama happening between Malivia, Dolgava, and Luthori concerning a military port following the dissolution of the non-alignement which made Malivia a playground for foreign forces to bite each other for the Migrant's Passage. They agreed that no such incident should ever happen in Ikradon and voted on a unified but rather extremely harsh non-alignement article to be added to the constitution, known as Article 9, it prohibts the government from ever ratifying or joining any security treaty or alliance, with its most notable clause being the "Assured Neutrality Ordonnance" which promptly allows the military to topple the government and declare martial law alongside an automatic dissolution of both chambers of Parliament of any proposal of moving away from Ikradon's newly gained non-alignement. The article also prohibits the construction of any foreign military base in the nation as if any plans are approved, the military will have the right to topple the government and the assured mutual destruction clause fro parliament will be triggered, a new non-governmental postion known as the "Neutrality Peace Judges" has been created and granting it the power to triggere Article 9 and its clauses. Furthermore, the NHC has annouced that a double referundum will be held to both approve the newly created constitution and the wether or not to keep the monarchy, general elections will be held afterward with the potential monarch or presidential positions being elected too through direct universal voting with a term length of 10 years renewable once.

The People's United Kingdom of Ikradon proclaimed as elections for the monarch and parliament are set to take place: Ikradon back under its first every system

Magrathea, Ikradon. Later this day, the Provisional Commision for Electoral Fairness released the official numbers of the double referundum held on the 18th of February of this year following the end of the National Harmonious Convention, which served it purpose in writing Ikradon's new constitution by allowing for it to be freely accessible to the people of Ikradon through an official website known as "Constitutionalobservation.ikr". The people of Ikradon needed to choose between going back to the Federal Republic or switching to the People's United Kingdom of Ikradon, unsurprisingly, with a turnout rate of 92%, the newly created constitution was approved by 98% of the voters as they also approved of switching to an elective monarchical system with a 78% approval percentage. Following the release of the results, Interim Queen Carolien Saksoure held a speech at the balcony of the People's Royal Hall in which she stated,

It's with a joyful and greatful heart that i want to thank you all for lending me your trust and remain united through highs and lows, through happy and sad moments, through sorrows and cheers, and as your interim queen and official candidate for the house of Saksoure for the postion of Elected People's Monarch i would like you to first and foremost enjoy this moment of celebration and unity we are currently experiencing but also prepare for the most important elections in the history of Ikradon. The system you have approved signifies that Ikradon is remembering its ancestral roots with the first ever system adopted by Ikradon was an elective constitutional monarchy and it seems we have gone back to square one and with it entering a new era for both Ikradon and its people.

Her speech was met with a sea of applause as the United Kingdom of Ikradon has been finally proclaimed and the Federal Republic of Ikradon ended alongside the Interim People's Government dissolved. This historic moment is set to deeply shape Ikradon's long term future and political atmosphere but only time will tell if this socialist elective monarchist government will suceed or go down in flames.

Massive victory of the CRU and their partners as Ikradon witnesses its most diverse election in history: A Socio-Radical and Pan-Artanian victory

Magrathea, Ikradon. The Federal capital Magrathea, alongside the entire nation of Ikadon, experienced its busiest election in its history today, the elections featured up to 14 diffrent parties runing for seats in both the national legislature in the capital and local regional legislatures. The election was described by many as historic as 5 new political parties entered the Ikradonian politcal theater alongside them rather intresting ideologies such as Pan-Artianism, Utopianism, and Aristocratic Republicanism, the latter being a rather bold name given by one of the newly established parties known as Voices of the Federation who advocates for the restoration of the republic under oligarchic rule. Furthermore, the election season started on a massive magenta tied with the formation of the Social Democratic Part of Ikradon, a center left social democratic party that advocates for socialized capitalism, and the creation of both the Pan-Artanian Congress for Freedom and the Artanian Socialist Congress, with the former being a center right and the latter being socialist, both parties advocate for Pan-Artanian politics within Ikradon and even formed a political group known as the Pan-Artanian Front in Ikradon. In addition, the leader of the Civil Radical Union openly admitted that he is a Utopianist alongside his party adopting Utopianism and Socio-Utopianism in their official party manifesto, this allowed them to gain an incredible momentum as the population views utopianism as a real breeze of change in ikradon with its Pan-Artanianist policies also introduced within CRU cemented even more their popularity within the nation. On the other side of the political spectrum, two new parties emerged, and those are the Hosian Democrats Party, who describes itself as "a harmonist hosian party that solely seek the betterment of the life of the commonman", and the Union of Liberals for Change, who are officially known as the Liberals, it's a luthorian conservative party that views itself as "a platform for the people of ikradon to voice their concerns and idea freely in a harmonic free country. The creation of 5 new parties and their active participation in the electoral season has allowed a variety of choices for Ikradonians to pick from but surprisingly, even tho FBS was set to be the win of the election, the Civil Radical Union snatched 25% of the votes with them securing 25% due to the proportional voting system, closely followed by Ikradon Forward! who secured 16% of the votes, the Flower Bouquet Society with 12%, the Ikradorian Socialist Unity Party with 8%, EMP with 14%, PACF with 9%, ASC with 5%, HDP with 4%, ULC with 3%, ID with 3%, and VF with 1%. Three politcal groups were formed quickly after the election results were finalized and those are the Ikradorian Alternative Future Alliance composed of FBS, EMP, CRU, IF!, ISUP, the Ikradorian Preservationist Pact composed of ULC, HDP, ID, and the already established block known as the Pan-Artanian Front in Ikradon with PACF, ASC, and surprisingly SDP. Botb PAK and IAFA agreed on appointed the head of CRU as rhe head of government alongside forming a coalition government which would control 92% of Parliament and have a supermajority in the Federal Harmonious Cabinet as it is composed of the leaders of every politcal party within parliament. The future looks bright for Ikradon but many are left to wonder if its brightness will not blind the people of ikradon and lead them down a dommful road, only time will tell of such things happen or will Ikradon truly achieve an Utopia.

Ikradon witnesses a surge in the number of corporations as the economy slowly recovers from the war: Will they stick to their princples when money whispers?

Magrathea, Ikradon. Even though Ikradon's constitution classifies it as a socialist economy on paper only, the country has actually adopted a mix of socialism known as Market Socialism. The official reforms passed by the CRU led government has led to a boom in the number of corporations and companies being created within Ikradon, with big companies being automatically which allowed for middle and small sized businesses to florish in sectors of the economy previously dominated by the private sectors such as the agricultural and manufacturing sector previously dominated by the join Conglomerate known as Huntingson Farming and Manufacturing Company that collapsed during the first wave of nationalization 19 years ago. Now, with a clear plate and a massive cake to be divided between the newly created state-owned companies known as Bread Basket of Artania United and Smoking Lungs of Ikradon Affiliated which are set to start their operations with BBAU controlling the flatlands which are known for their extremely high fertility, and SLIA controlling former factories and extraction mines of raw materials with the other state-owned company known as National Riches of the Earth Groupe which was formed after the forceful merge of former big companies into a single entity under the supervision of the Ministry for Energy, Natural Ressemble, and Manufacturing. In addition, the former Magrathea Stockmarket Institute has been reformed into the Ikradonian National Economic Institute with its main goal being reporting on the annual development of the economy to the government while also supervising sotckexchange but banning the sudden selling or buying of shares which the government considers as "gambling for the rich and powerful" alongside the succeful political reconstruction of Ikradonian politics showing during the last elections, the economy of Ikradon is expected to continue on its momentum of rapid growth as the agricultural sector is expected to be the dominant one in the upcoming 10 years.

Start of the "Green and Satiated Ikradon Plan", the agricultural industry experiences a boom: Will they really become the breadbasket of Artania?

Magrathea, Ikradon. As the Ministry for Trade, Economic Fairness, and Customers Well-being is constantly reporting about the surge in the numbers of small and medium sized companies following the end of the war and the opening of major sectors of the economy, even though most if not all sectors are dominated by state-owned companies that follow the planned economic socialist system agreed upon during the drafting of the now Constitution of the United People's Kingdom of Ikradon. This surge in economic activity seems to be coming from the Industrial and Agricultural, but mainly the latter one, two sectors that have always played a major role in the Ikradonian economy since its foundation to even before the Catastrophe as they were the first sectors to collapse and then drag alongside them the others which led to the utter dismemberment of the economy and ban of sotckexchange in a failed attempt to prevent the total fallout of the economy. But now with the country finally at peace and the newly elected government and appointed Federal Harmonious Cabinet now inaugurated, the government has started focusing on handling the issue of food insecurity which has risen to record high numbers ever since the start and eventual end of the crisis has, according to latests reports from the Ministry of Health, Psychiatric Institution, and National Well-being, has reported the current food insecurity to be around if not greater than 45% meaning that nearly half of the population is facing issues in term of nutrition. This forced the government to annouce the start of the "Green and Satiated Ikradon", an ambitious economic and social plan aiming to boost the current momentum the agticural sector is experiencing by channeling said momentum to the productions of cereals and more being considered as necessary for the eradication of insecurity. The Ministry for Agriculture, Farm Management, and Agricultural Development released a press statement in which they stated that BBAU will be the main and sole partner in this plan while also being in coexistence with small sized companies, the Ministry also released an official list of Agricultural products banned from being exported and those are wheat, tomatoes, rice, sugar, flour, agricultural seeds for the purpose of planting, and any product widely used in baking basic pastries such as bread, and pasta, those products production will be prioritized as to make Ikradon feed its population and eradicate dependence on foreing markets.

Carolien Saksoure official elected People's Elected Monarch, the House of Saksoure back in charge: are the Orléans-Vassers behind all of this?

Magrathea, Ikradon. Great news have came from Ikradon has the official results of the long-awaited election of the monarch of the People's United Kingdom of Ikradon has seen Carolien Saksoure, the previously proclaimed Interim Queen, win the election with a landslide victory in the second turn. Ikradon is the very first modern state in Artania to adopt a federal elective direct monarchy as its politcal system with its cabinet being composed of two parts known as the Federal Harmonious Cabinet, a council of sole representatives from parties present in Parliament that managed to secure more than 5 seats as they also equally divide power between all members and its co-head postion being rotative unlike the other co-head position being controlled by the elected monarch. This has made Ikradon a beacon of direct democracy mixed with socialist, utopian, and liberals believes that helped shape post-war Ikradon for the foreseeable future to come. Now with both chambers of Parliament being elected and the government already appointed and acting on ambitious reconstruction projects aiming for the economic and social recovery of Ikradon as th main priority, the election of the future monarch was repeatedly delayed as the Ikradonian Commision for Electoral Fairness was flooded with files of people wanting to run for the postion with them being forced to go through every file to ensure that said persons were qualified. After months of purification and talks, only 18 candidates were allowed to run with foreign nationals, also being authorized to partake in the election as Princess Charlotte from the Holy Luthorian Empire declared her candidacy for the postion. The election went smoothly as all eyes were mainly focused on Carolien and Charlotte, both women were extremely influential with Charlotte leveraging her luthorian nature to attract the votes of the luthorian minority in Ikradon, and Carolien running on a campaign of her royal house being the ancestral rulers of Ikradon ever since its foundation, their tactics seemed to work very well as they both managed to make it to the third round every eliminating 9 candidates during the first round then took down 4 other candidates during the second turn. Suspense was at an all-time high as both princesses debated publicly in a televised speech on Channel 7, the special Channel of the Ikradonian National Broadcasting Services dedicated to political matters. Unsurprisingly, when it came to the results of the third round, Carolien secured 67% of the votes while Charlotte secured 33%, but both candidates remained cordial to each other as many noted that the mere fact that Charlotte managed to get to the third round and secure 33% of the votes has made her potential future election an inevitable future for the nation.

Start of the Hearts of Steel Plan , raw material industryset to be a priority, rumors of 4 highways being planned are officiallized: the breadbasket is also a heart of steel and transportation?

Litchgate, Ikradon. Now with Carolien keeping her position as the monarch of ikradon for the upcoming 10 years, both the Federal Harmonious Cabinet and Federal Royal Government in coordination with both chambers of the Federal People's Assembly have put forward the "Hearts of Steel Plan". An intensive industrialization project focused on exploiting the natural mineral ressources found within Ikradon, mainly located in the south of the Grafsend province and the North West of the Sudwe province those ressources historically always played in ensuring a prosperous economy for Ikradon, their impact over the economy was mainly seen after the collapse of extracting companies such as Norman Extraction Groupe which declared bankruptcy before getting eventually nationalized by the government during the economic crisis, but now with almost 13 years since the end of the Ikradonian Catastrophe and the economy recovering at a steady but rather fast pace, it was deemed more than necessary go bring back industrialization in the nation especially since its land is rich in raw materials that could easily making the raw material provider of Artania if used correctly alongside the ongoing modernization of the agricultural coupled with the government recent radical to ban the export of certain products considered as "necessary for the struggle against food insecurity". Those policies and the current peaceful cohabitation of both chambers of Parliament has allowed for a far greater range of action for both the government and FBC as regional government were also handed over detailed plans for reconstruction with the most notable ones being the preparations for the construction of 4 Highways connecting the nation from the coastal city of Portsdwell to the isolated lumberjack city of Grozijl, the Highways are set to improve transportation between the diffrent parts of Ikradon alongside helping achieve the future partial opening of the economy toward the world and the Artanian single market as even tho yes Ikradon is member of the Artanian and even the commision as they have sent Clarisse Van Der Voorde as the Commisioner for External Trades, the country doesn't follow some aspects of the Artanian single market and this was especially seen after the ban on agricultural products and the total closing of the economy before and after war, many are left to wonder on whether or not will Ikradon finally open its economy while also maintaining its unique socialist system.
