The conflict has finally ended
The war with the KLA has now come to an official end, despite no the fighting for several years

The war has costed many lives on both sides and finally every citizen in the September Union can rest assure that no more fighting will occur promises the President. Former Governor of Kuratha, Egon Kurei, was arrested this morning after years of searching, he is scheduled to be tried by the September Tribunal of the Union next week. Commentators states that he will most likely not be able to escape the death penalty. The government is later this evening going to report on the coming plans of the Crownland of Kuratha, sources claims that a state of emergency will be declared until all those who had fought for the KLA have been arrested. The government has not commented on the claims, but it looks like that would be the most likely way for them to go.

Gerwald Staebler declares himself independent

Before the recent national elections, the President of the September Union announced that he would step down as leader of the Citizens' Party and run as an independent. His reason is to unite the people of the September Union and to do that he believes that every man, woman and child will inhibit different opinions and values no matter how much someone tries to persuade them. The acting leader of the Citizens' Party, Secretary-General Kristin Hecke have said that the party no matter what together with the Fatherland Bloc will support Gerwald Staebler in his decisions and in future elections.

Government and Congress killed in terrorist attack
A horrific attack has been carried out against the Government and the Congress of Honorable Citizens

This evening during a Speech of the Union held by President Gerwald Staebler, with the presence of the whole government, the regional governors and the Presidium, several bombs exploded resulting in the entire destruction of the Congress building and reported has killed every single man and woman inside it, including President Staebler and his wife, Premier Naru Asami. This attack has effectively crippled the ruling Citizens' Party and the entire state of Hulstria. The suspects are the rebel group known as the Kurathan Liberation Army, which carried out a "War of Liberation" which resulted in the deaths of thousands, since the end of the conflict, members of the KLA has been in hiding from the Union State Security Committee (the Secret Police). No information has been given out concerning who will step in as temporary head of government and state. This is a black day of Hulstria.

The Septemberist Flag Being Lowered From the Roof of the Royal Palace

The end of the Septembist Union is here. The monarchist party Partei Des Kaierreich has emerged victorious and a new Emperor of Hulstria Karl Vl will take the throne as Hulstria becomes the Hulstrian Empire. For the first time in over 100 years the Hulstrian Monarchy take the throne in Kien as a new Head of Government called the Governor-General will lead the cabinet. The new leader of the Kaiserreich party Cecilie Rosenzweig will become the Head of Government in Hulstria. In her speech before the Reichstag this morning she announced the end of the Septembist Union.

It is time for a change in government. For too long we have suffered under a totalitarian regime. Our place in the world stage has collapsed. We will as of now be ending the Septemberist Union and it will be restructured and reorganized in favor of the First Hulstrian Empire!!!! This will create a safe and secure society for many generations to come. Tyranny is over, the evil Septemberist Cult is gone. The Communist State is done for. The Empty Reichstag After Discussions

After many hours of debate the Reichstag has announced that they will be keeping a single monarch system. The Govenor-General lead discussions which lasted for over 3 days and included the recent studies from many Donvanian Researchers. Her speech this morning wrapped up the talks. She said

Hello Everyone,

This topic has no clear winning solution, no matter what I say some part of Hulstria and Gao-Soto will suffer and anger will come out. Before this was brought up by the international community this topic was not an issue. We were simply reinstating the monarchy. Sadly, now our country is on the brink of conflict... With all respect to the many researchers who have worked hard to find the next heir to Gao-Soto. We as a sovereign country have the right to do as we please and it is the Reichstag's decision to only have a single Emperor. As much as many people are passionate about this subject it is not a countries job to make decisions for another country. The Reichstag's main decision came because instead of two states and two monarchs we want a single Hulstrian State! Two states leads to segregation, disunity and separation which is unhealthy for Hulstria. No matter who you are, we want to unite this country. As the Reichstag has pointed out by many MP's the two state solution doesn't work and leads to a weak government. This is our final decision.

The conflict in this nation has only escalated as the new government tries to gain control across Hulstria. Many people are angry either at the government or the international community for their actions either for or against the decision. Only time will tell how this will end...
