The Golden Republic of Rapa Pile and its current constitutional dictator, Nihil Jayatilleka is the supporter and ally of the People's Republic of Keymon, because republican and anti-monarchist reasons. The "Keymonite Dream" has passed. Constitutional Dictator Nihil Jayatilleka's looters and pirates, officially the Pilese Guest Soldiers of the People's Republic of Keymon left Keymon behind, when every side turning against them. The forces of King Carlu hunting on them and if successfully capturing them, then make slaves from them; the forces of Queen Éva also capturing them and put them into ruined jails. And of course, the People's Republic of Keymon seems like will loose. A few pirates also executed for piracy.

Nihil Jayatilleka officially ordered to the pirates that leave the area of Keymon, because that is the "home of slavery, home of inhumanity, a place what was born in hell". Some violent groups in the streets of City of Rapa, in the capital city of the Golden Republic of Rapa Pile rebelled against constitutional dictator, Nihil Jayatilleka. The Police and the Armed Forces of Rapa Pile trying to secure the streets, but the violent groups seems more armed and determined than it firstly looked.
Constitutional dictator Nihil Jayatilleka and the rest of his family, the House of Jayatilleka escaped with the help of the Secret Service of the Golden Republic to an unknown place in the Greatpilese Island, ready to travel to the Datungu Island.

A group, called Pilese Unionist Liberators (PUL), the largest force in the streets of Rapa, want to join to the Vascanian Empire as one of its state with special rights. This idea is not that unpopular what it was firstly looked: after the anarcho-capitalist and capitalist libertarian rule of the Golden Republic the most of the Pilese nation wants order, regulation and social reforms.
And these three things achievable as the member of the Empire - stated a member from the PUL. The pirates, criminals and businessmen are in the side of Jayatilleka, but the most of Pilese people support the PUL and another anti-Jayatilleka organizations. Vascania stated nothing yet.

PUL Demands New Constitution

The Pilese Unionist Liberators, the largest informal, violent group and organization currently in the anarchic Rapa Pile demands unification with the Vascanian Empire and a new, free, respected State Constitution for all in Rapa Pile. They want just common foreign affairs and common defense with Emperor Manas III's country, but different domestic politics, so they want to be a Rapa Pile Special Administrative State. Based on the PUL's statement, they want a presidential system with a bicameral legislation in their state. The head of this new formation would be Premier Citizen (officially the Emperor's Premier Citizen of the Special Administrative State of Rapa Pile).

Furthermore, the bicameral legislature would be the Meeting (officially the Imperial Meeting of the Special Administrative State of Rapa Pile), with the 100-member Chamber of Commons (officially the Imperial Chamber of Commons of the Special Administrative State of Rapa Pile) as lower house, and the 25-member House of Burgesses (officially the Imperial House of Burgesses of the Special Administrative State of Rapa Pile) as upper house. The Chamber of Commons would be directly elected by all citizens who have citizenship and older than 15, while the House of Burgesses elected by that citizens who have enough property for it.

Jayatilleka's Escaping Attempt Failed

Anti-Jayatilleka forces killed several Secret Service Agent during the escaping attempt of former/current (?) constitutional dictator, before it Clerk of the Republic, member of Triumvirate Nihil Jayatilleka. However, the Tyrant successfully escaped from the venue to an unknown place again. But maybe this was better for him: in the Datungu Island socialist extremists killed several officials and made communes. The strongly left-wing or communistic Region of Datungu nationalized banks and companies, and some 3M-facility (this was because a wrong step, maybe they made the 3M and Endralon mad on them). With the use of the Lodamese example, the United Communes, they - the socialist extremists - don't want to join Vascania, however they want to separating from the Greatpilese Island to organize the United and Cooperated Communes of Datungu, the UCCD.

As a miracle, the PUL found enough representatives from Meeting of Majority to the body will be quorum (the Meeting of Majority is the lower house of the legislation of the Golden Republic). At 29 May, 4775, this flawed, but quorum Meeting of Majority successfully passed a Vote of No Confidence against constitutional dictator Nihil Jayatilleka, but the decision maybe was not legitimate, because the Meeting of Merchants (the upper house based on businessmen and businesswomen, who escaped with pro-Jayatilleka forces) not existing so it can't approved it, further the representatives of the Meeting of Majority had to vote with weapons next to them.

Referendum Is Valid, Unification Under Process

In the PUL-controlled areas of the anarchic Rapa Pile the 61,9 percent of the Pilese people voted in favor of unification with the Vascanian Empire and just 38,1 percent of it voted against it. The valid votes were mostly in the City of Rapa (here there was 87 percent in favor of unification) and in everywhere in the fully PUL-controlled Greatpilese Island, but some valid votes were from small towns from the communes controlled Datungu Island. Based on the former/current (?) constitution of Rapa Pile everybody can voted who older than 12 years and had citizenship. There was 5 298 887 constituent people who voted, so there was 3 280 011 people who voted in favor of the unification and 2 018 876‬ who voted against it.

Aside from the communes, the Vascanian Empire recognized valid the results of the referendum and sent military troops to destroy the communes and to capture the House of Jayatilleka what stuck in the Greatpilese Island without any escaping chance. The airports and ports are controlled by the PUL, the air is under high security monitoring by the Empire, so there is no chance to leave the island, just the stealth for Nihil Jayatilleka, his family and the pro-Jayatilleka forces. Looks like the Golden Republic after twenty years of existing, has fallen. The Golden Republic was born in the hate against the Old Republic, and the new system in Rapa Pile is born in the hate against the Golden Republic.

Provisional Government in the City of Rapa

The Pilese Unionist Liberators (PUL) created a provisional state government for Rapa Pile to end the anarchy. The Vascanian Empire and the Vascanian Emperor Manas III's crown areas recognized this new government what only containing an interim cabinet led by Iroshika Gunapala, a non-partisan politician, she use the title of Vascanian Emperor's Governess of the Vascanian State of Rapa Pile, with one word she is the temporary 'Governess' of Rapa Pile, the highest authority with her cabinet what containing 48 member, from it 31 are non-partisan and independent, while 11 from the old, socialist Anti-Fascist Action from the time of the Golden Republic (including the former Clerk of Pubic Affairs Madushan Dutugemunu), and 6 are from the old, ultra-conservative Freedom Party.

However, all PUL-members agreeing that enough from the old parties from the time of the Golden Republic (these four are the Anti-Fascist Action, the Golden Republican Party, the Freedom Party and Jayatilleka's party, the Merchant and Liberal Party what already abolished) and it is the time for creating more reliable, value-based parties. Gunapala proposed to create a two-party system, with the two side of the Political Compass (left-wing and right-wing), because then parties cannot gaming together to avoid the People's will, like Jayatilleka did it with the Golden Republican Party and Anti-Fascist Action after the elections at 4761.

The Gunapala Cabinet first act was the requesting of help from the Vascanian Federal Government to abolish the communes on the Datungu Island and to find and bring justice to Nihil Jayatilleka and his family. For this act, there was 32 'yes' vote (6 anti-fascist and 26 non-partisan and independent) and 16 'no' vote (6 Freedom Party, 5 anti-fascist and 5 non-partisan and independent) in the Gunapala Cabinet (Her Excellent Governess - this is her style - voted for the act). The two-party proposal and the mode of unification is under debate yet, but the cabinet working hardly to creating a safer, more equal and more free Rapa Pile.
