The Department of Defence has announced that the UBE Armed Forces will be holding military exercises in Kayuratan. All branches of the UBE Armed Forces, except for the Nuclear Command Authority, will particepate in the exercises. In the exercises, codenamed Operation Neptune, a imaginary enemy will try to invade Kayuratan in order to capture the UBE capitol. A spokesperson of the Department of Defence said that the exercises will take a week to complete.

The Department of Defence has also announced the the Badaran Navy will be testing several new missiles to keep the UBE arsenal up-to-date. The tests will be held at the Badaran Navy Testing Facility in Kandala. The missiles tested will have a operational range of between 180 km and 5.900 km.


Test launch of the Hatf-7, a short-range cruise missile with a operational range of 700 km.

Islamic demonstrators attack Terran Catholic Churches

Angry mobs of Muslims have attacked several TCC churches and shops owned by Deltarians in Bier Qassem after a massive demonstration, expressing support for the Islamic uprising in Kafuristan, got violent after a rousing speech by Ayatholla Mounir Abd al-Ghafoer, senior member of the Islamic clergy in the UBE and the party leader of the IRPP. Four TCC churches were burned down by angry mobs of Muslims, who stoned 3 Deltarian priests of the TCC, who were inside the churches when attacked, to death. Further more, several shops owned by Deltarians were burned to the ground, as a reaction to the horrorfying tales that come out of Kafuristan saying that the Knights of St. James use our Kafuri brethern as slaves and servants. After several houres of unrest in Bier Qassem the police was able to return the peace in the streets, but after the dust settled, 20 people lay dead and another 34 were wounded. Amongst the dead were 3 TCC priests, 2 members of the Knights of St. James, 10 Deltarian immigrants and 5 Badaran rioters.

As followers of the Prophet Muhammed, sallallahu alaihi wa sallam, we are brothers and therefore youre fight is our fight. Our sons and daughters are ready to fight at youre side, to slay the infidel dogs who have seized power in the Islamic State of Kafuristan. It is our duty is Muslims, to find and kill the infidel crusaders that defy Allah and His Prophet Muhammed, sallallahu alaihi wa sallam. Death to the infidels!!!! Death to the crusaders!!!! Death to the enemies of Allah!!!! Allahu Akbar!!!! Allahu Akbar!!!! Allahu Akbar!!!! Allahu Akbar!!!!"

A video surfaced today on the internet on which a Badaran based Jihadist group, called "the Islamic Brotherhood of al'Badara", claimed responcebility for several suicide-attacks against the Knights of St. James in Northern-Kafuristan. The authenticity of the tape hasnt been confirmed, but Badaran experts on terrorisme have said they believe the video is real.

The Islamic Brotherhood of al'Badara is well known in the United Badaran Emirates for making bold attacks against Badaran security forces and religious minorities, especialy against TCC targets. This would be however the first time the IBaB has organized attacks ouside Badaran territory. Intelligience experts have reported that they assume that the IBaB has ties with the Islamic Revolutionary People's Party from the UBE, but this hasnt been confirmed.

Islamists bomb Terran Catholic Church, killing 20 people.

Radical Islamists from the Islamic Brotherhood of al'Badara have claimed responcibility for the suicide attack on a Terran Catholic church in the city of Al-Kamelah in the Emirate of Gharki, which killed 20 people and injured another 70 people.

The suicide-bomber appears to have been disguised as a priest from the Terran Catholic Church when he entered the church where a mass was held. Half-way the mass the terrorist detonated his bomb and created a horrific scene of death and destruction.

Amongst the 20 people who died were the TCC priest who lead the mass and general Dymtrus Vlasov, the highest ranking official from Haven World Wide in the United Badaran Emirates, who is reportedly a devoted Terran Catholic. The injured were rushed to nearby hospitals where many had to be treated for burns and injuries caused by debris. Hospital officials have stated that 15 people are severly injured and that they fear for their lives.

Anti-terrorisme experts have stated that they do not know whether the church or the Haven World Wide official was the target of the extremist group. The Islamic Brotherhood of al'Badara has close ties to Islamic extremists in Kafuristan who have targeted both the TCC and HWW before. Government officials have expressed their concerns over the increase of attacks by islamic extremists and have said they will increase the funds of the anti-terror agancies in Badara.

CELEBRATIONS IN THE UNITED BADARAN EMIRATES, H.R.M. SULTAN ABDALLAH I CROWNED AS SULTAN OF AL'BADARA

At a grand ceremony in the Great Mosque of Bier Qassem, H.R.M. Sultan Abdallah I was crowned today as the new Sultan of Al'Badara. His official title will be "Sultan of Al'Badara, Sultan of Sultans, Descendant of the Holy Prophet Muhammed, Servant of Allah, Defender of Islam, Commander of the Faithful, Champion of Jihad, Sword of Justice, Guardian of the Five Emirates, The Most Merciful, & ec.". Although H.R.M. Sultan Abdallah I has been in power since January 2902, he wasnt officaly crowned as Sultan of Al'Badara until today. At the ceremony in the Great Mosque, the Sultan pledged to uphold the Badaran constitution and to protect the Badaran citizens, the Five Emirates and all the faithfull followers of the Prohpet Muhammed, sallallahu alaihi wa sallam, where ever the may be on Terra. After the pledge the Grand Vizier and his ministers, the members of the Majilis Al-Sha’ab and the military High Command all swore allegiance to the newly crowned Sultan.

After the ceremony was finished the Sultan made a tour through the city in a open car. Hundreds of thousands of ordinary Badarans lined the sides of the streets hoping to see their new Sultan. Many carried flags, banners and photo's of the Sultan to show their loyalty to him. At the end of the ride, the Sultan oversaw the military parade that was hold in his honour. During this parade the Badaran military showed its newest generation of tanks and airplanes which will replace the current MBT 2000 tanks and the Shahid 4 fighter airplanes.

Sultan Abdallah I seeks government approval for royal marriage.

Today the Sultans press secretary announced that H.R.M. Abdallah I is going to ask the approval from both the government and the Majilis Al-Sha’ab to marry H.R.H. Princess Fatimah bint Mustafa Bünyamin. Princess Fatimah is the oldest grandaughter of Caliph Bulut Bünyamin, sallallahu alaihi wa sallam, the former Shah of Barmenistan.

It is speculated that the reason the Sultan is going to marry Princess Fatimah is too strenghten the claim the Sultan and any of His successor hold on the Badaran throne. Any heirs born out of this marriage will have a strong claim over the title of Caliph, for both the family line of the father and the mother directly decent from the Holy Prophet Muhammed, sallallahu alaihi wa sallam.

Bier Qassem, Kayuratan

Suspected Muslim rebels have attacked three buses, which transported policemen in the Emirate of Agundi. The rebels used landmines to blow the buses up. Nine officers lost their lives in the attack. Ten officers were injured, three of whom are seriously injured. The buses with seventy officers were in the area for a training exercise.

The first bus that was hit was completely destroyed. Nine officers were slain. After the explosion the officers in the other two buses exchanged shots with the rebels. But the attackers managed to escape to the bushy area.

Although no one has claimed responsibility for the attack yet, it is speculated that the Islamic Brotherhood of Al'Badara (IBAB) is behind the attacks. The same group has claimed responsibility for several major terrorist attacks on churches and security forces in the last two decades.

A double car bomb attack in the Badaran capitol of Bier Qassem has killed four people, injuring 22 others, the Badaran police reported today. One of the two bombs exploded near the house of the mayor of Bier Qassem.

The first bomb exploded near a nursery and in front of a restaurant frequented by policemen. The second explosion took place fifty meters further

Dozens death and more then 200 wounded after heavy riots in the Emirate of Agundi

After the Islamic clergy in the Agundi Emirate called for a Jihad against the Badaran government for the planned destruction of Agundi's mosques at the Friday Prayers, heavy riots broke out as hundreds of thousands went to the streets to demonstrate against the government. After local government officials ordered security forces to disperse the demonstrators, P.E.S.T troops started shooting with life bullets at the crowds. Unconfirmed reports tell that several dozens of people were killed en 200 people were injured. After this violent act by the Badaran government, the enraged crowds started to attack the security forces, burning several police stations and capturing vast amounts of weapons and munitions at those police stations.



The security forces where unable to controle the crowds and where forced to withdraw from several towns and cities, among them Agundi City and Abu Yacub. The angry crowd where able to capture several local government officals who ordered the crackdowns and they where lynched by the angry mob. Armed Islamic militia appeared on the streets and started erecting roadblocks and defensive structures, awaiting a counter attack by government forces. Its is expected that if government forces would try to regain controle in the towns and cities they lost to Islamic militia, that it wouldnt be easy and alot of soldiers would die in the streets, on both sides.

Badaran authorities arrest 7 in anti-terrorism raid, 2 where killed

A government official announced today that several units of the Kiyadat al Kouwat al Khasa al Badara (KKKB), better known as the Badaran Special Operations Command (BSOC), had raided an abandoned warehouse in the harbour-district of Ras El-Haram, Emirate of Kayuratan. During the raid a gunfight broke out between the anti-terrorisme unit and the terrorists, in which a soldier and a terrorist died. After the gunfight members of the KKKB were able to arrest 7 persons. The government official claimed that several boxes with explosives and military grade weapons were found in the warehouse, but he couldnt, or wouldnt, confirm from which nation the weapons and explosives originated, nor could he confirm the nationality of the arrested terrorists. The purpose of the raid was to arrest several persons who where suspected of being members of a terrorist cell in the UBE. The KKKB acted on information gathered by the Al-Mukhabarat Al-'Ammah, or General Intelligence Service (GIS), but the government official couldnt go into further details then that, nor could he give any details on which group the terrorists where linked to. However, the BNC recieved credible information that the suspects are part of the socalled Terran Anarchist Death Squads, who are held responsible for several terror attacks in Dovani, most notably the "Massacre of Winthrop" in which around 500 people were killed. It is expected that the captured terrorist will be interrogated by the KKKB and GIS in order to gain further information about the Terran Anarchist Death Squads.
