BREAKING NEWS:REVOLUTION IN BADARA AS WORKER'S SIEZE THE MEANS OF PRODUCTION
Image
Worker's In New Labour Collectives Formed After The Labour Emancipation Act Passed

The Union of Badara has suddenly become Socialist, almost overnight, to the surprise of everyone involved. With the passing of the Labour Emancipation Act, all businesses within Badara have been handed over to their workers to be run as Directly Democratic Labour Collectives. The Means of Production have been seized by the work force through the implementation of new laws that make Democratic Worker's Councils compulsory. Abdul Amari, Leader of the new Democratic Communist Party, issued the following statement;
We are overwhelmed with the support we gained in the National Assembly for this bill. A unanimous vote has led to the creation of a Market Socialist Economy within a matter of days. We thank all members of the Assembly who voted, and all our supporters who made this happen. Long live the Social Revolution! Long live Red August! Long live the Union of Badara!

Only time will tell how successful the new economy will be, and what threats it faces from the surrounding Capitalist nations.

UCF DELEGATES ARRESTED; IN THE CUSTODY OF THE DCIA ON CHARGES OF CONSTITUTIONAL VIOLATIONS

Dar as-Salam: All standing Delegates for the United Conservative Forces in Badara were arrested today on charges of constitutional violation. The Delegate Council For Constitutional Affairs, upon careful deliberation, ruled in favour of declaring the 'Withdrawal From Commie Treaties' Act as unconstitutional; after which they authorised the Delegate Council Of Internal Affairs to carry out the arrests. In total, some 247 delegates were arrested, with 7 still missing.

The Arrest Warrant read;
The following document is an arrest warrant for all standing delegates of the United Conservative Forces in both the Federation Of Delegate Assemblies and the Assembly Of Delegate Councils on charges of counter revolutionary activity in violation of Article 1-b of the Constitution Of The Revolutionary Federated Socialist Republic Of Badara. The Delegates are to be held without bail until they are brought before the Supreme People's Court for trial.

Signed;
Abdul Yasin, Chair Of The Delegate Council Of Constitutional Affairs
Adara Bafur, Chair Of The Delegate Council Of Internal Affairs
Abdul Amari, Delegate Leader Of The Republic

The UCF have for a long time been regarded as the political wing of the Coalition Insurgency, a claim they deny. In the recent election surprise, the UCF were able to gain the majority of the seats in the Revolutionary Delegate Assembly, outnumbering the CPRU for the first time. However, their latest 'Withdrawal From Commie Treaties' Act has come under large public scrutiny, due to its Anti-Communist wording, and also due to the forced withdrawal of the Badaran RFSR from both the Majatran Revolutionary Socialist Federation and the Union Of Revolutionary Socialist Republics.
