Al'Badaran News Service | International support for HHA gathers, development program releasedJune, 3753, Vashti (Bier Kassam) - The Party of Ahmadi Truth has seen a tremendous rally of support for its mission to redevelop Badara and bring it into the Majatran economy, led by regional powerhouses such as the Zardic Federation.
Though the party holds 0 seats in the legislature after this month's election, which saw all 200 seats go to a party that the HHA calls "inactive, useless, corrupt," the HHA has distinguished itself by engaging with foreign nations in efforts to secure funding for development of much needed infrastructure and the diversification of the economy. Though such sub-governmental negotiations are hardly the norm in most states, the HHA maintains that it is doing what it must to develop the country despite an "alien 'government' that exists only on paper."
An HHA spokesperson pointed to the results of the most recent election as evidence of Badara's horrible state: "Our 'President' is an unelected foreigner, not just to Badara but to Majatra entirely. His cabinet is empowered by decree and sits on its hands as the people of Badara starve. Our nation sits atop dramatic oil reserves and who knows where the profits flow, but it is certainly not to the people of Badara... And now an 'election' has empowered two hundred puppets, who will sit in the capital and perpetuate the suffering of our beautiful nation. The party can no longer suffer this treachery."
The HHA has managed to secure a developmental grant from the benevolent and generous Zardic Federation of 2.5 billion ZAR, in exchange for promises from the HHA to establish formal relations with the nation of Zardugal once the HHA comes into power, and to join the Majatran Union, both of which are far from exacting demands and the HHA was "excited to work with Zardugal in bringing Badara to power" according to one HHA official.
The HHA is utilizing Zardic developmental grants to diversify the Badaran economy and bring beautiful flora and fauna to Badara's arid landscapeThe funds will be invested first and foremost in irrigation using deep-well technologies designed to turn more of Badara's arid landscape into arable land. This arable land will be utilized to grow food and goods which, when processed, can yield high value export goods for the impoverished peoples of Badara. This diversification will allow the masses of Badara to bypass the government stranglehold on oil revenues and bring returns directly to the people of the Emirates.
"This will certainly be the beginning of a long and fruitful relationship with Zardugal and we hope that their investment in us can be returned in strong and highly desirable exports in the near future."
