27 shipping and banking executives indicted

Yishelem, Beiteynu - 2 years into the investigations of alleged corruption, conspiracy to commit treason, abuse of power, defrauding the public, tax evasion and withholding evidence triggered by the release of Book 2 of controversial series The Meddling Affairs and Kundrati's launch of its own investigation that same year, the Yeudish Bureau of Investigations has finally indicted 27 executives from the shipping and financial industries in Beiteynu and Kundrati.

It seems that the sworn testimony of Nicolas Aristocrat (that he killed Baruch Lea Tzafrir with his consent) included in the book by Gem Publishing immediately painted a target on certain members of the Benowitz and Aristocrat Houses, with 2 members of the Tzafrir House also called to testify in Yishelem.

YBI has been working closely with the FTRC from Kundrati to indict these individuals in Beiteynu and Kundrati, accordingly. The General Manager of Gem Publishing has also been indicted for allegedly withholding "crucial" evidence for years, if not decades.

Although the investigation into abuse of power with the Medinat Department is still ongoing, YBI has issued several additional subpoenas for current and former members associated with the intelligence communities in both countries, including the Director of the Agafim and certain members of the Hulanevek family.

Increased pressure from across the board has been weighing down on the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to address the deteriorating relations with Kasaema.

Equifund investments signal Bannerhafen's defence ties with Yishelem

Himmelshtern, Beiteynu - The Equifund's "deep dive" into the defence industry of Narikaton & Darnussia for a decade now has recently been boosted by Bannerhafen's decision to enter the Yeudish Neset under a mutual defence pact with the Yeudi Homeland. Alongside the already extensive investments and partnerships in the naval procurement sphere - considered of pivotal significance for the "duet's handshake" towards maritime security in the region - Beiteynuese companies like Tikkun Haganah and Beimar Industries specialising in equipment such as artillery, armoured vehicles and tanks have also entered the fold.

On Narikaton & Darnussia's end, entities such as Feuer & Teichmann Industrievereinigung and Narikan have been taking the lead; however, aerospace companies have remained "cautious" thus far in sharing expertise with Beiteynu's northern neighbour, considering its industry's historic ties to ADG and Dorvik.

NarikMissile Co. & Sato enter partnership on weapons systems

Amshinov, Beiteynu - With confidence soaring from the Equifund's recent expansion of partnerships with Narik & Darnussian companies, more and more Beiteynuese companies have seen their concerns subside to a point that Amshinov - Beiteynu's northeastern city specialising in aerospace tech - witnessed this month the signing of a new partnership between Sato, KDC and rising star NarikMissile Co. on the co-production of the Gabriel anti-ship missile and the Hetz line of anti-ballistic missiles, in an attempt to solidify the first steps in trilateral partnerships between Beiteynu, Kundrati and N&D.

KDC has already been working closely with Sato for decades, since 5399, specifically on the LORA short-range ballistic missile.

Various Equifund executives have shared the same sentiment that the recent funnelling of capital and new procurement demand will lead to N&D's defence industry solidifying over the course of the next years, with the possibility of joint R&D projects on naval equipment steadily appearing on the horizon.

Yishel Investment Group has been working with Tomasadyn National towards helping broker deals and partnerships between Kundrati and N&D. The goal is to assist both sides in capitalising both Bannerhafen's "high velocity" momentum and Kasaema's world renowned shipbuilding expertise; in an effort to bring Beiteynu's long-term commercial partner closer to its rising new partner in the region and enable exponential growth through the Equifund.

Homeland's Pie rises in popularity

Yishelem, Beiteynu - Various combinations of Luthori's traditional Shepherd's Pie with the Yeudish signature dish, hummus, have popped up across both countries throughout the decades, but there has never been an infusion that managed to transcend local boundaries and cuisines. What with the "heaviness" of both dishes; the Luthorian beef, vegetables - including peas - and a plethora of sauces and hummus's rather intense taste just by itself, have always left human palates feeling as if these dishes were "equally clashing for dominance" (although most food critics and chefs have said hummus "stands out" as an aftertaste).

The Homeland's Pie, it seems, will take the crown home. A recipe that keeps the Luthorian cooking step-by-step intact, but replaces the beef or any other meat variation with a good spreading of hummus in the pie's deeply embedded layers - definitely no chocolate, this time.

Despite mixed feelings from food critics that have grown accustomed to tastes like chocofalafel and omelette au hummus, the meat-replaced-with-hummus balance seems to have garnered enough support that Homeland's Pie can now be found across most restaurants in Luthori and Beiteynu, alike.

MOFA resigns; Luthorian-Yeudi MOD Patrick Jacobstone calls for new cabinet

Yishelem, Beiteynu - Minister of Foreign Affairs Melchior Martin delivered his written resignation to Rosh HaMemshala Zahava Semon earlier this morning, in response to the mounting "heat" by both the Yeudish Bureau of Investigations and the Kundratijan FTRC, after William Hulanevek's surrender and testimonies to the authorities last year. What has ensued since then is the delivery of endless paperwork, assets and material from the Hulanevek family in Kundrati, which has resulted into creating multiple branches of investigations across the board in the shipping, financial and defence industries of both countries.

Mr. Martin's resignation comes at a time where both public opinion in Kundrati and its own government's viewpoint on the Beiteynuese - Kundratijan alliance and extended level of bilateral relations has dropped to an all time low; something that the current Semon Administration has failed to address, according to one of Mr. Jacobstone's posts a few minutes ago on social media. The new cabinet formation sees him switch to the position of Minister of Foreign Affairs.

Although Mr. Jacobstone and the private sector lobbyists in the Knesset still cast their support in the Semon Administration, it is no secret amongst the political scene in Beiteynu that the Luthorian-Yeudi MOD has cast an overbearing shadow over Mr. Semon even since the formation of the administration in 5453.

A new Jacobstone-led MOFA is expected to swiftly change the tune of "passiveness" and jump straight into the fray of the ongoing Beikun Scandals.

Official diplomatic document was forwarded to the...Health Inspection Bureau

Yishelem, Beiteynu - It seems that "happy accidents" are not entirely unfamiliar even in the most serious of places such as the Medinat Dpt., where a diplomatic document that had the "PENIS" marking on it was accidentally forwarded to the wrong place. The PENIS in question refers to Bannerhafen's recently published Bannerpakt treaty, which includes provisos for the establishment of the "Permanent Economic Nuturement and Intelligence Summit".

The document in question was an addendum to an extensive report and executive summary drafted for the Head of the Medinat Dpt., after Luthorian-Yeudi Minister of Foreign Affairs Patrick Jacobstone requested an audit to ascertain Beiteynu's participation.

One of the secretaries, however, forwarded the memo to the Health Inspection Bureau; apparently the whimsical abbreviation was mistaken for some kind of codeword for an ongoing investigation on the health standards of brothels in Rishon Le Hofesh, in southwest Beiteynu.

Whatever the intention behind Bannerhafen's choice of name, it has certainly erected curiosity in Yishelem.

Palace of Moreshet caught up in parade of Beiteynuese scandals

Yishelem, Beiteynu - Adding to YBI's ongoing investigations into the House of Elior comes yet another scandalous revelation on the rumours of the alleged "royal affair" between Queen Catherine V and Meleh Gabriel that broke Lourennais headlines last month. Although officials from the Palace of Moreshet declined to comment on the situation, the Yeudish Bureau of Investigations has confirmed that the Yeudi Monarchy is now also under the crosshairs of its ongoing investigation into the conduct of various members of the House of Elior, potentially including the Meleh himself into the endless line of testimonies.

With the possibility of Articles of Regalis Remotio being introduced by the Lourennais High Chancellor, it is not unlikely that the Throne of Yishelem may face the same conundrum, especially as YBI gets ready to subpoena and indict even more C-Suite level executives from the Benowitz House in Kundrati and Beiteynu.

An outcome that will most likely pose the question of who wears the Yeudi Crown of 8 Gems next, considering Meleh Gabriel has no heirs.
