The Ministry, outlined in a formal diktat from Lady Isabella McGregor, Countess of Dunhaven, Lord Steward, and Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs, has advised and ordered all Rutanian citizens in the United States of Baltusia to immediately withdraw to a safe third nation or, as an alternative, to return to the Kingdom of Rutania. Citizens are advised to stay clear of any potential unrest, or protests, and report promptly to their local Rutanian Embassy or Consulate, Rutanian Citizens can also report to other Commonwealth nation's Embassies or Consulates.
This decision is regrettable but deemed necessary due to the evolving circumstances in the region. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has conveyed this directive to the Baltusian Department of Foreign Affairs, specifically addressed to Minister Pedro Cortez, urging cooperation in facilitating the prompt and secure return of Rutanian citizens. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has also requested that the United States of Baltusia extend the same courtesy to Citizens of other nations in the Commonwealth. However, the Lord Steward has stressed that if the Baltusian government fails to comply with this directive and ensure the safety of Rutanian nationals, the Kingdom of Rutania may find itself compelled to respond in kind to safeguard the interests of its citizens. The Kingdom of Rutania sincerely hopes for a swift and diplomatic resolution to this matter and is prioritising the safety of its citizens.
