Mordorstad Invasion Successful

Davostag Marines, Special Forces, and Rangers successfully retook Mordorstad overthrowing the puppet regime. King Grimm I was killed in the battle by his nephew Durza. Imperial King Harrisen I has appointed Duza to be King of Mordorstad in a formal ceremony. King Durza is a member of the Satanic Church and is heavily influenced by dark magic just like his uncle before him. Barmenian civilian contractors and military personal are currently under guard until the conflict ends.

And Royal Foreign Affairs Vanguard Minister Chaz Al-Ahmad condemn this invasion and wish for an immediate cease fire in order to negotiate this conflict with words, not weapons. "Jakania would do well to call of its opportunistic strikes" stated Al-Ahmad, cousin of Head of State of Al'Badara, Jalal Al-E-Ahmad.

The USSA states that it will not become involved in this affair on either side until further investigation and domestic discussion, but cannot promise the same for its affiliated organizations and groups. All Al'Badaran expatriates within the conflict zone are warned "happy you left now?" and told to stay out.

December 3345, Feline Homeland of Mordorstad

Throughout much of the first Barmenia/Davostagi War ("The War of Debt Collection"), the Barmenian forces were frustrated by the fortresses of Mordorstad and Muronia being seemingly impenetrable against most attacks. While the fortresses offer little protection to most of their islands' people, the bases themselves are amazingly resiliant.

During this second Barmenia/Davostagi war, the Barmenian Auditor Government is pleased to be on the inside of the strong bases this time.

Even such an awe-inspiring defense will not last forever, unfortunately. Its defenders hope that the December 3345 elections in the Feline Homeland of Barmenia will produce a new government that will be interested in evacuating them from the island.

Commentators continue to be dumbfounded at Davostag and Jakania launching this assault just one year before Barmenia intended to withdraw peacefully, in accordance with the lease agreement.

The Barmenian/Majatran Union/Debt Collection Alliance fleet is headed back to the Feline Homeland of Mordorstad to confront the blockade.


Barmenian international-law specialty lawyers have been working to extend previous commitments of aid to the current conflict, by presenting it as an extention of the earlier Davostag attacks on the Feline Homeland.

If Davostag wants the island back, why are they not permitting Barmenia to withdraw from the island? Davostag seems to want nothing other than to be a force of chaos on Terra. The international community will not stand for such intransigence.
