Great hopes in hearts of Gaduridos are set today. Ship "Banana Grande" is the only ship that carries its flag from the times of first independent republic, therefore it is a legal territory of Free Gaduridos.
Today several people stepped on the ship - their names Alfonso Rios, Pablo Estevar, Silvio Bailadeira, Bartolomeo Barbabianka, Veronica Chilli, Mauro Barsa, Veronica Paprica, Garcia Bodanoche, Maria Gonsales, Alfredo Zamorano, Karisma Pedernera, Jose Rionegra, Juan Serhio Lopes and Ramon Ortega.
They signed the document laying down foundation of the Respublica Tropico de Gaduridos. They also chose the temporary El Prezidente - Alfonso Rios. And created temporary government to represent people of Respublica Tropico.
"Today we do not see the birth of a nation, it is more of an act of sex," explained Silvio Bailadeira, "We need to wait for a long period, 9 months :) at least, to expect results. We are fighting our freedom with weapons and blood. It is a tough price but it needs to be paid in order to govern ourselves. We did not want the war, it was pushed on us by Pontesi. But - we know how to fight."
"The ship name "Banana Grande" may not be the best name for such an important and historical moment for Gaduridos, but it symbolizes what we are, our stubborn wish to be free despite difficulties!"

Damn it! I hoped no one would notice :)
Anyway it is something very similar to Costa Rica, and it was what google gave me for Costa Rica flag, but actual Costa Rica flag has differently put stripes (red-blue swapped). Costa Rican flag will be used for Gaduridos. Because ... em, actually no because, just was the first Latin American flag I found. For RP reasons this flag is the same as the previous in pre-Pontesi, pre-Junta Gaduridos, your eyes lie to you if you see otherwise :)

This is pre-Junta pre-Pontesi flag. It may look as Thailand's on some PCs but on the real PC it looks like this:

or something similar.
You should change your laptop or desktop, seriously, because I see those flags as equal :)

President J. Washington, President of the Democratic Republic of Aloria, has ordered his government to send 10,000 Alorian soldiers to Gaduridos to fight the war. Hereby President Washington also announced that he shall recognize the new founded Free Gaduridos, and that President Rios will retain Alorian financial and military support...

Near Gaduridos-Baltusia Frontline - 20:00 18th January 2781

Four requisitioned passenger buses crammed full of Pontesian soldiers crawled along a narrow, deeply rutted track, an old logging road, slowly winding their way deep into the pitch-back forest. The sound of an artillery bombardment and airstrile can be hear from a distance away.

Up at the front, Captain Nick Solomon crouched beside the driver, holding on to the seat of the driver to keep his balance. He peered out throught the window, trying to get an idea where he and the crew of his tank were being sent. So far, this twenty-four-hour-long journey from North Bentara had been a quick deployment.

Several minute later, they pulled into a clearing and stopped.

More field security troops in blue armbands, with assault rifle held ready, swarmed around the buses, shouting, "All out! Everyone out! Move! Move!"

Solomon was the first one through the open doors, he dropped lightly onto the rock-hard, forzen earths of the clearing and then saluted the nearest officer - a captain like himself. His battalion tunbled out of the buses behind him.

"Your orders?" the other man snapped.

Wordlessly, Solomon dug the thick sheaf of papers out of the breast pocket of his field jacket.

The other captain flipped them open and studied them. "I see that you're part of the 12th Infantry Divisions" he commented. He handed the orders back and then studied a list on his clipboard. "Right, you and your company are posted to Task Force D, Barrack Tents Four through Eight. Off through the trees over there captain." The man said tiredly, nodding toward the forest beyond the clearing. "You'll be guided"

Solomon looked in that direction. His mouth fell open, he could see that they were standing on the outskirts of an enormous military encampment, one built right in among the trees. Huge panel of infrared and radar absorbent camouflage netting were strung overhead, and coils of barbed wires stretched as far as the eye could see, apparently circling the whole camp. The direction that face the Gaduridos-Baltusia Frontline are full of trenchs, bunkers, and mines with every small and big guns that the Task Force have pointing in that direction.

"What the devil is going on here?" he asked.

"We're assembling to make a counter attack in order to push the Bultusian scums back into their nation" the captain told him. He shrugged "And that is all you needs to know for now. Until then, you communicate only through your own chain-of-command. Clear?"

Solomon nodded.

"Good, and make sure your boys don't go wandering off. Anyone who crosses the perimeter without authorization may gets a bullet in the neck and a shallow grave. 50 KM in that direction is full of Baltusian soldiers and we're deploying landmind throughout the frontier so you willl get blown to shit. Understand?"

Solomon nodded again before walking to his part of the Cantonment, but not before he direct his unit to follow him.

Baltusia Welcomes New Gaduridan Government
Image
In this obviously undoctored photo, the Baltusian and new Gaduridan flag wave side by side at the Gaduridan Embassy in Windsor.

Praetor Aaron Mozul, in his address to the Baltusian Senate, all but declared victory in Gaduridos despite the fact that Baltusia has only had one major battle in Gaduridos and no major cities have fallen into Baltusian hands. Also, there are rumors of a Pontesi buildup along the Pontesi-Baltusian lines. His address even comes on the heels of announcing the addition of 500,000 more troops to be deployed to that area to help hold the line. Despite this, the Praetor and the majority in the Senate has high hopes.

The Praetor came before the Senate today to ask (and later recieve) recognition of the Respublica Tropico de Gaduridos and allow their foreign ambassador to take the place of the one from the Pontesian Protectorate who was recently booted. Despite the worries of a resurgent Pontesi in Gaduridos. Today's affairs were much more joyous in nature. Many members of the Senate flocked around the Praetor to accomplish him on a job well done. "This is a proud day for the people of Gaduridos," said the Praetor. "Gaduridos is now free to run a government without the intervention of the Pontesi Imperialists. Vive Gaduridos!"

Attacks in North Vinitalli
The Baltusian Navy made a surprise attack of 500,000 troops in North Vinitalli today in its attempts to further emphasize the legitimacy of their allied Respublica Tropico Gaduridan government. The Baltusian Navy also finally fought in their first battle since the war began. It came as a shock to many Vinitalllians who were not expecting the war to reach their shores until the mainland Gaduridos had been conquered, but, instead, the war gained a second front as the Pontesians moved their troops in order to halt further advances by the Baltusians. The island of Marligantos is now considered to be about the safest place to be in the war as the Tropicos have full control of the island and the Pontesi army is working to hold back the Baltusian advances. Recent news of more nations joining the side of the Tropicos has boosted the overall morale of the troops fighting for Gaduridan independence.

Marligantos and the Tropicos Strike Old Tansaal
General Baltazar Carmona, a local hero and native of the Marligantos area, has accomplished one of the most brilliant military victories in many years. The general landed nearly 35,000 troops in the city of Old Tansaal slowly and surely using merchant boats as their disguise. The troops came under the appearance of refugees wishing to escape the terror in Marligantos. However, after one last boat arrived last night carrying General Carmona, the troops seized rural areas and the mayor of Old Tansaal surrendered the city before shots were fired in city limits. The general is now trying to bring more troops from Marligantos to Old Tansaal to beef up his defense, but he will find this difficult. The seas are now under heavy Pontesi occupation, and General Carmona faces a strong Pontesi counter-offensive from the north. Despite this, his victory is significant. It is the first major city to fall out of the hands of the Protectorate and to the Tropicos since the war began.
